The confrontation of elected members by citizens is nothing new but certainly not something that I ever recall seeing in the order that we are currently witnessing.

MarxistMcGowan is considering moving, AdolfAndrews has spoken about ‘threats’ and Struth just details similar occurring’s in his district. SloMo says that we are being mean online….

There is certainly a groundswell of enthusiasm by people of centre right leanings.

We Aussies have been far too complacent for far too long, just going along with whatever the pollies decided they should impose, the majority just grumbled a bit, but got on with it and adapted to the new stupidity being inflicted.

Suddenly, when more and more people are seeing that their rights and liberties that they assumed were inviolable are being ripped away from them, and only dribbled back on the basis of “good behaviour”, they’re finally getting up off the couch and protesting.

That’s good, that’s excellent. But the momentum needs to be maintained and increased. The more people get out and protest, sign petitions, write actual letters to MPs and councillors, go and see them in person to express their objections and concerns, is the only way we’ll get through to them.

More people getting in their faces, more “My Will” letters in their in-trays, more people at protests calling them out by name to respond to people’s concerns might just cause a tiny light bulb to go off in their dim brains, and trigger their politicians’ survival instinct.

It’s hard work getting through to them, but even they can’t afford to ignore the growing numbers.

Dumbarse suggests the reason why there is a shipping container shortage is…wait for it…a lack of unions!

Yeah, nah. Reality check time.

The California Version of The Green New Deal and an October 16, 2020, EPA Settlement With Transportation is What’s Creating The Container Shipping Backlog – Working CA Ports 24/7 Will Not Help, Here’s Why

“The trucking issue with California LA ports, ie the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) and the Port of Long Beach (POLB), is that all semi tractors have to be current with new California emissions standards. As a consequence, that mean trucks cannot be older than 3 years if they are to pick up or deliver containers at those ports. This issue wipes out approximately half of the fleet trucks used to move containers in/out of the port. Operating the port 24/7 will not cure the issue, because all it does is pile up more containers that sit idle as they await a limited number of trucks to pick them up. THIS is the central issue.”

“In effect, what this 2020 determination and settlement created was an inability of half the nation’s truckers from picking up anything from the Port of LA or Port of Long Beach. Virtually all private owner operator trucks and half of the fleet trucks that are used for moving containers across the nation were shut out.

Everyone and everything that wasn’t a stupendous badass was dead.

Cardimona’s LTE

“Concern over new variant” (CP, 27/11). Health Minister Greg Hunt’s online biographies list his work with and awards from the World Economic Forum. The WEF is the driving force behind the lock-step Covid responses seen in so many countries. In epidemiology, Farr’s Law says viruses attenuate over time. That is, variants become more infectious but less deadly. The lock-step responses have programmed people to be fearful of viruses, and that is why the WEF’s people embedded in national governments are whipping up the variant scare campaign. This is political – not medical. Joanne, Manunda

“Omicron” is an anagram of “moronic.” Just saying. Tahlia, Cairns

When you understand the vaccine provides protection only to the recipient (as Dr Fauci has said, CP, 26/11) you realise the pushy pro-vaxxers (CP, 27/11) are actually pro-coercion. They’re just jumping on the bullying bandwagon and are really quite pathetic. Furious, Whitfield

If you want to know what’s going on in these weird times, just watch the 2007 movie “Endgame: Blueprint for Global Enslavement” available to view at Banned.video. It’s writer only had to read the publications of those engineering what we’re seeing right now to get his scarily prophetic content. JS, Edge Hill

Terena Hopkins – please explain how your injection protects me. I understand how your injection may protect you, sort of like an umbrella in a rain shower. But how does your umbrella protect me as I walk past you in the rain? Confused, Cairns

When I heard of the new “omicron” covid variant my first thought was of Bill Murray in “Groundhog Day.” Sprocket, Cairns

The latest covid variant has been assigned a Greek alphabet letter – Omicron. However, the previous variant was called Nu. In the Greek alphabet Xi comes between Nu and Omicron. Why did the WHO skip Xi? Does Xi Jinping control the WHO? It would sure explain a lot… VL, Smithfield

If aliens landed on earth they’d probably wonder why we’re entrusting the management of our health to those who profit from our sickness. Mark W. Redlynch

To all those businesses who intend to enforce the Qld Govt’s vaccination segregation rule (CP, 27/11) I suggest you consider this. If you lose 30% of your sales, will you remain profitable? Most of you wont; you will go broke. And that is what this evil Govt wants. Your only option is to refuse to comply. One Tooth Wally, Cairns North

Ah, how very sad. Ratepayer of Cairns (CP, 27/11) is channeling the full mandatory medical procedure intolerance of the intolerant left. A lesson from history tells us that the only thing a tolerant society cannot tolerate is the fanatically intolerant. The best use of the newly built government gulags would be to permanently accommodate our current political and administrative leaders and people as intolerant as Ratepayer of Cairns. History Guy, Freshwater

Pro-vaxxers want to force their views onto others. Anti-vaxxers just want to be left alone. The two are not the same – and that’s where fights start. Simeon, Malanda

Re. invoking the ANZAC spirit in the debate for or against mandatory vaccines (CP, 27/11) – I reckon both sides are off target. The WWI diggers honoured our nation’s Constitution as it was written back then – before the lessons of WWII resulted in Australians adding Section 51(xxiiiA) to the Constitution at the 1946 referendum. S51(xxiiiA) prohibits civilian conscription in the context of government medical services. That is, WWI diggers may not have been bothered by mandatory civilian vaccination orders, but Vietnam vets should be quite bothered by it – because of S51(xxiiiA). Woz, Parramatta Park

A question for the Premier: how about we focus on antibodies more than mandatory vaccination? If you have covid antibodies it means you’ve survived covid, even if you only experienced the sniffles. Therefore you have 26x stronger immunity to covid than the vaccines provide. Covid arrived here five months before the government reacted. It’s possible we’re nearly all as protected as we need to be. Let’s do serology tests and shake off all the restrictions without internal travel documents and a permanently vilified sub-class. Cuddles, Cairns

A year ago, vax passports were a conspiracy theory but now they’re here. Consequently, we no longer trust the government, the legal system, or the media. Our institutions have undermined their own authority, and with that any reason to continue funding them or obeying their edicts. Spider, Herberton

The less than ideal covid responses being replicated in every Western nation right now are the best example so far of just how undesirable global governance is. No two countries, states or regional populations are the same, so “one size fits all” solutions are guaranteed to cause more harm than good. Higgs, Tolga

Look, I don’t trust the vax because I don’t trust the government. Historically, governments are the world’s leading cause of non-natural death. I’ll take the vax only when we know the long-term consequences. Chloe, Kuranda

Guess who benefits from the Omicron variant? That’s right; big pharmaceutical companies. Always, always, follow the money. Trevor, Brinsmead

If I’m denied access to any business because of the new Palaszczuk government vaccine rules, that business will have to answer my complaint about their action to the Australian Human Rights Commission. That rule is not lawful and must be resisted. Nanna, Babinda

Good article in the Speccie today from Ken Phillips

https://www.spectator.com.au/2021/11/how-we-hope-to-hold-people-responsible-for-the-hotel-quarantine-disaster-people-not-bureaucracies/

In late September this year efforts bore fruit to require WorkSafe Victoria to prosecute government agencies and individuals over the 2020 Victorian hotel quarantine disaster and 801 deaths.

WorkSafe Victoria announced that it is?prosecuting the Department of Health.? This prosecution demonstrates that the?one-year-plus campaign?by Self-Employed Australia (SEA) was totally correct. Without that campaign the prosecution would almost certainly not be occurring.

But WorkSafe claims it doesn’t need to do anything else. It’s refusing to prosecute responsible individuals, such as the Victorian Premier. That’s not good enough. It’s like prosecuting a gun rather than the individual who pulled the trigger.

At SEA we’ve decided that we now have no option but to take WorkSafe to Court. We have organised a top legal team for this purpose. The legal strategy is set. But this will be a hard and expensive legal battle. The cost will be huge in legal fees.?Now we have set our sights on raising the needed money.

The legal avenue open to us is fairly narrow in one respect. We say that in not prosecuting individuals WorkSafe must refer the investigations to the Victorian Director of Public Prosecutions. WorkSafe refuses.?It has said to us “WorkSafe is not required to provide reasons ” and told us that we “may wish to seek independent legal advice” So we have.

Where the issue becomes bigger is that once WorkSafe’s investigations have been handed to the DPP, the DPP must review and make prosecution recommendations that the DPP gives back to WorkSafe. Here’s the kicker. WorkSafe must then provide those recommendations and the investigations to SEA. To a layperson, at least, the plain reading of section 131 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act says that. WorkSafe takes a different view.

In other words, the process inevitably leads to public disclosure of WorkSafe’s detailed investigations and reasons for prosecuting or not prosecuting individuals. We say such transparency should occur. But WorkSafe says it doesn’t have to follow this process.

To date, SEA has achieved a first step prosecution without needing court action. There have been 38 pieces of correspondence between Self-Employed Australia and WorkSafe over the last year. In addition, during September, SEA wrote to the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Attorney-General, Shadow Attorney-General, WorkSafe Minister, Shadow WorkSafe Minister, Ombudsman and Solicitor General. There has been careful legal guidance at every step.

Based on legal advice the next steps include an application to the Victorian Supreme Court under Section 8 of the Administrative Law Act 1978 (Vic) to require WorkSafe to provide the reasons for its decision. Focus would be on the reasons (a) why charges have not been brought against each of the named individuals we supplied to WorkSafe and (b) why the matters pertaining to each of the named individuals have not been referred to the DPP.

Further, application can be made to the Victorian Supreme Court for a writ of mandamus (court order) requiring WorkSafe to comply with its statutory obligations.

Given WorkSafe’s refusal to comply with its (s131) statutory obligations to date, SEA must move forward on the assumption that WorkSafe will use every technical legal avenue and argument to defeat SEA’s applications as outlined above. The Act’s s131 provisions are, we are advised, untested before the Courts. In initiating this ‘rule of law’ action, SEA must assume that, ultimately, an appeal to the High Court is highly probable.

It does seem incredible that this is the situation. But of course, this is Victoria in 2021. No place on earth has experienced the degree of draconian, authoritarian response to Covid as have the people of Victoria. Zero transparency around the reasons for such draconian action has been a hallmark of the government. The approach and attitude of WorkSafe is consistent with that of the government.

What’s the end result we are after? Self-Employed Australia simply wants WorkSafe to do its job. That is, to investigate the following individuals, at least, and prosecute as and where required. We’re not saying that anyone is guilty. That’s for the courts to decide.

Here’s the list: Daniel Andrews,?the Premier of Victoria. Jenny Mikakos,?The former Health Minister. Kym Peake, Secretary for Health and Human Services. Melissa Skilbeck, DHHS, Deputy Secretary, Regulation, Health Protection and Emergency Management. Andrea Spiteri,?DHHS, Executive Director, Emergency Management. Jason Helps, DHHS, Deputy Director, Emergency Management. Brett Sutton,?Chief Health Officer. Annaliese van Dieman,?Deputy Chief Health Officer. Michelle Giles,?Deputy Public Health Commander. Simon Crouch,?DHHS, Senior Medical Adviser, Acting Deputy Chief Health Officer. Noel Cleaves,?DHHS, Manager Environmental Health, Regulation and Compliance.

In a democracy, where the rule of law is supposed to apply, it should apply regardless of the status, power and position of individuals. The institutions that enforce the law need to be transparent in their enforcement. In this case, it looks like it’s going to take a lot of private-sector money to have these principles applied in the face of the massive power of the State.

Our funding campaign is in full swing.

I’ve made a contribution (others here should also contribute however small), as I reckon this will be the only way to hold Andrews and his cronies to account.

Fact check: The state of Texas has always been,

Fact check: Austin has always been a majority Democrat city and stronghold
_________________________

Lots of ‘conservative & centre/right’ Americans and, “Move to America, The Land of The Free”, pushers, have been pushing Texas as a State of America that’s ‘Real American’.

Many even skip the fact of it’s capital being a Dem city because they want to send conservative to states & cities they have control of rather than let them build real conservative American States to compare with Dem hell holes.

Hell, Texas was even later coming to the Constitutional Carry Party and now with their border again wide open to their Top End Ground Dweller Enforcer Thugs, well it won’t be long before the only Hank Hills you find there will be too poor & broken to escape, BUT STILL Texas is being sold to ‘escapees’ of Globalist States & Nations as “Free America”.

Florida, well besides the swamps, crocs, humidity, heat & crime gangs from other lands, they do have DeSantis putting up a good show for the State, now … but it to is being heavily targeted for strategic invasions of Dems/Globalists, and as they were so proud to boast to the world, they don’t need actual numbers to “fortify” elections ‘wins’ for themselves.

And here’s how they do it (as they did with Melbourne, Vic) –

‘Austin the capital city of the U.S. state of Texas, was recently voted the No. 1 place to live in America for the third year in a row’

– entice their own to the ‘best’ city, crowding & expense then has them move out of the city into other electoral areas and so the Dem/Globalist Cancer spreads.

The Point Is, simply, that All of The United States is vulnerable to Globalist Control, just like everywhere else so any part of it you run to will need to be actively fought for, so why not stay and fight for your own homeland …

Rhetorical.

I am on here criticising the sort of cowardly approach taken by Chris.
He proves my point.
And a few others here.
Again , with all the evidence over the last two years, they’d rather call me a conspiracy theorist for speaking the obvious truth, than deal with the truth.
By the way, I said give up your jobs when faced with the threats to jab, (again I stress, it was a suggestion because in no way is it possible to force, I’m not the government), because being jabbed won’t save your job in the long run, won’t free you, and with hyperinflation, your job won’t pay the bills anyway.
Especially later when you are put on a digital universal wage for the well behaved.
I am in QLD, where I kept working in jobs that didn’t require compliance to anything.
So you’ll be happy to know that in two weeks time, I’ll be unemployed again.
Both Music and day jobs gone by the looks of things.
I will not be jabbed because it does my fellow Australians harm to submit.
I won’t submit to any of it.
I’m imprisoned where armed police stop me continuing, sure, but I have not submitted.

But you really do try to twist things choo choo man.
I never admonished anyone about their activeness or otherwise.
I came on here with the specific recognition that talking like Chris does, is inexcusable with the amount of proof we now have and in doing so, he seriously damages this blog’s ability to move forward .
People still calling this idiocy or weakness, are themselves willfully blind to the reality and must take responsibility for holding such positions.
The more that talk like Chris, the more it reinforces people like Frank’s superiority complex and makes it easier for him to dismiss me and others with the same message (the truth) as conspiracy theorists and off he goes and gets the jab.
Noe he may be dead.
Be that’s on the likes of Chris’s head and others, All stances, including mine, come with personal responsibility, true, that also includes you Chris, and others here unwilling and stubbornly refusing to see the forest for the trees.
It has consequences too.

Absolutely!

If Australia had a strong independent media that questioned and held our governments to account for their lies, fearmongering and deceptions, would our fascist despots have been able to get away with anything like the horrors of the last two years?

If anything, most “journalists” are more gungo-ho authoritarian left than anyone in our parliaments!

In late September this year efforts bore fruit to require WorkSafe Victoria to prosecute government agencies and individuals over the 2020 Victorian hotel quarantine disaster and 801 deaths.

What happened is a disgrace and the hunchback should be in prison orange. But section 131 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Section 8 of the Administrative Law Act 1978 (Vic) will not overcome Sovereign Immunity or establish a right to proceed per S. 78 of the Constitution against the hunchback or any of the other arseholes named as being responsible for the nursing home atrocity in victoristan. See Mansfield v Great Lakes Council [2016] NSWCA 204. Nor does a right to proceed under the doctrine of malfeasance manifest.

Kenya returns to colonial rail after Beijing hits buffers
Jane Flanagan, Africa Correspondent
Monday November 29 2021, 12.01am GMT, The Times
Share
Save

A stretch of colonial-era railway is being untangled from the bush in a realisation of Kenya’s most ambitious infrastructure project since independence.

The line, known as the Lunatic Express for its huge cost both to the British government and a workforce preyed on by disease and lions, appeared to have had its day with the unveiling in 2017 of a new high-speed line, mostly built and funded by China. That project, intended to connect central Africa with the Indian Ocean, has been left languishing, however, after Beijing put a brake on lending.

The cost to Kenya so far is estimated at £2 billion, with decades of snowballing interest payments to Chinese lenders, and the finished stretch between the port of Mombasa and Naivasha has been dubbed the Lunatic Express 2.

The Standard Gauge project was sold as a cornerstone of China’s Belt and Road Initiative and linked Kenyan ports with Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Memoranda of understanding were agreed, conditional on linking Mombasa with Uganda.

Engineers and surveyors found that they could not improve on the route selected in the 1890s, which economists say could have been refurbished at a fraction of the cost of a new one. The Chinese-funded line was built within sight of the old one, with passenger and freight operations starting in 2017.

Complaints that a fifth of the national budget was being blown and that the route went through Nairobi National Park were countered with promises of economic benefits.

Beijing’s appetite for foreign investments shrank, however, once the line hit Naivasha, 60 miles northeast of Nairobi, accessible by dirt roads and 290 miles shy of Uganda’s border.

Kenya has been left to do the best with what it has. Machete-wielding youths have been sent to clear the viaducts and bridges on the old line to Malaba on the border. The “make do and mend” solution will have a notably 19th-century feel. The modern stretch uses a wider gauge, so goods will need to be off-loaded on to older rolling stock that fits the colonial-era tracks.

You know, it’s not a zero.

By Wayne Allyn Root

Muhammad Ali said, “It ain’t bragging if you can back it up.” So, excuse me for bragging, but in my almost six years as a nationally syndicated radio and TV host, my predictions have been remarkably accurate. I’m not perfect, but I’m batting close to .990. It’s the best record of anyone in the media.

I’m going to make another shocking prediction. Democrats are getting ready to install Hillary Clinton as president of the United States. You might ask, “How will they do it?” The answer is simple.

Biden is finished. He served his useful purpose. He provided a white, experienced, grandfatherly, supposedly “moderate” face to serve at the top of the presidential ticket. The mail-in ballot fraud got the Democrats 90% of the way home in rigging and stealing the 2020 election. And Biden’s “white moderate grandfather” routine did the rest: He fooled just enough clueless and naive voters in a handful of battleground states to finish the job.

But the jig is up. Biden’s approval is now in the unimaginable 30% range. That means he has no one left on his side but friends, family, campaign aides, Democratic Kool-Aid drinkers, welfare addicts and migrants.

Biden’s days are numbered before he will be forced to step down after admitting he can’t do the job anymore due to rapidly advancing dementia. Biden is as good as gone. At this point, it’s only a matter of when.

That would make Vice President Kamala Harris president. We all know that’s not going to happen. I believe she is the most deeply flawed, despised and unpopular vice president in the history of America, and maybe in the history of the world too. Her 28% approval rating makes Biden seem popular.

Harris’ problem is no one likes her. Not men, not women, not white nor black people. She is a talentless empty suit, with an evil, insane laugh. Normally women support Democrats by a wide margin. Not this time. Women hate talentless women who screw their way to the top. So, Democrats have a big problem. Everyone hates Harris.

Harris has to go too.

Here’s my crystal ball. Democrats will demand Harris’ resignation. She’ll cite “personal reasons” or “family issues.” Then corrupt Democrat billionaire donors will give her a $25 million mansion to retire in.

Next, they’ll name Hillary Clinton vice president.

Very quickly after that, they’ll start planting nonstop stories in the media claiming Biden’s aides see him in dramatic mental decline. After 3 to 6 months of those stories in the media, Biden will make his touching goodbye announcement and ride off to a nursing home specializing in dementia patients. And like Harris, Jill Biden will get a $25 million mansion as incentive to shut her mouth and never be heard from again.

Just like that, Hillary Clinton is president of the United States.

I’m guessing Democrats will need a black woman as vice president to diversify the ticket and lock down every last black vote in 2024. Michelle Obama, anyone? Don’t laugh. Get ready. It’s coming.

Clinton/Obama in 2024.

Alright bastards.
I’ve done some calculations on the TGA vaccine reports.
Reports of deaths after vaccinations…
8 July 4.3 reports per hundred thousand doses.
6 September 2.3 reports per Hundy thou.
22 Octoberer 1.9 reports per.
25 November 1.8 reports per.
..
Hokay.
So report rates have more than halved over the last five months.
Interesting, uh?
Either less people are dying after being jabbed or…
They are doing something weird with taking reports.
Confirmed deaths remain stuck at 9, the same as they were way back in early September, despite at least 150 more reports.
Now, it’s possible that the early vaccines went into more vulnerable decrepit old farts who just died more readily for all reasons, therefore more reports, less confirmed vaccines deaths.
HOWEVER…
There is a logical problem with this.
Because that means the people jabbed later are more hardy, younger, therefore they would be expected to not die as much even coincidentally, but when they do die logically more of them would be vaccine deaths, proportionally. Yet that 9 confirmed deaths figure hasn’t moved.
Now, my guess is that for every death due to the vaccines there might be around 50 coincidental deaths. So one might expect at least another 3 or so confirmed vaccine deaths.
Combine this with the complete slowdown in reports, and I smell dirty piscine odours.

Bruce of Newcastle, what do you know about graphene hydroxide?

Old Blok – It’s generally known graphene oxide – a hydrophilic oxygen functionalized graphite sheet of various size. The advantage is it can be dispersed in water and the one-atom-thick sheets of graphite aren’t stuck together. Fair bit of recent work on direct treatment of some cancers using it, since it apparently does not affect normal cells but some cancers apparently are susceptible to it.

That makes sense to me since graphene oxide is likely to be everywhere, from heat/water/oxygen treated graphite. So it makes sense that we’d evolve tolerance to it rapidly, especially after cooking started to become fashionable about 3 million years ago. That’s a lot of generations to weed out the susceptible. But cancer cells aren’t an evolutionary product but a mutation product, so may well be susceptible where normal cells no longer are.

There’s also mention of use of graphene oxide as a support to carry other functionality. So it could well be the idea is to attach the spike protein onto the activated graphene nano particle as a way to deliver the former for the immune system to “see”. In that event I’d think it more likely the spike protein is the problem not the structural support it is supported on.

I have no doubt that Biden will not see out his full term but can the Democratic Party keep breathing life into him until 21st January 2023? They need that date so if Harris steps into the President’s role she can do 2 terms (assume Presidency beforehand and only 1 more term).

Hillary? She will be 75 years old by then which is younger than Biden is now, but even so….. on the other hand, Pelosi is 81 so maybe the Dems like these old(er) women. Michelle Obama is a mere child at 57.

Harris may not be popular now but, no matter what date for changeover is used, the Dems have 2-3 years to ‘sell her’ to the public. Is is possible?

So now they’re ‘jabbed’, sick at themselves about their wagered capitulation and now still stuck in this shithole. A total failure.

Should have found another way. Yacht? Rocketship? Who knows.

Also there is an incredibly powerful argument – at this point essentially axiomatic – that complying is observably making things worse and that you will still eventually lose your job or yourself in the end anyway. Because if you accept the first ones, how can you possibly say no to the fifth one? The coercion does not go away by agreeing to it. How is that even possible?
“Do as I say or I’ll ruin you”
“Ok I will, but I’m very mad”
“Ok be mad, now do as I say once again or I’ll ruin you”

How has it improved your position in the slightest? It doesn’t but stripped of the subjective emotion about ‘losing houses’ or whatever, what a person has definitely done is made it worse for their future selves and everyone else right now by reluctantly complying and that’s just a fact.

So essentially if a person gets reluctantly ‘jabbed’ now, and isn’t doing anything in their lives to fortify themselves about next time – which is going to be in six months when they’re ordered to get the next ‘jab’, they can be as ‘mad’ as they like, but realistically their price has been found: current lifestyle, and they’ve accepted the new ‘normal’. They’re mad and grizzle and protest, which is all perfectly fine and expected to happen, by the jabbers.

The people pushing this are well aware of these dynamics and openly war game and strategise about the different levels of ‘hesitancy’ and what levels groups X, Y, and Z will capitulate at and how they’ll respond, it’s no secret, they don’t care about mad people or protests or anything because their end is getting people ‘jabbed’ because they know that when people drink from the cup, or engage in the ritual that it immediately begins to change their outlook.

twostix – I reluctantly accept that you are right. It took me quite a while to come to this position. It would seem from the evidence of Event 201 and earlier bio-wargaming, the various research at John Hopkins Uni, the interconnection between biowarfare research in Wuhan China and Univ. of Nth Carolina USA etc etc that this has been copious research and planning into the management of pandemics in a way that would seal future control of most aspects of society.

Should NOT be called ”anti-vaxxers”

A lot of people are trying to frame it as something it is not (pretending that we oppose vaccines rather than opposing vaccine mandates).

It is as if they want to stay on the firm ground that vaccines have been a boon to society rather than try to defend mandating medical procedures which is a point they must feel is shaky.

To the extent they keep misstating the issue I feel free to consider they are conceding.

Okay, that is a bit unfair. I think most people who clamour for the mandate are merely swept up in the flow of the crowd and are using the it to get their bearings.

Thanks Bruce. Would having this stuff pumping around in your blood cause some problems? It’s a logical explanation for the reported heart damage cases that have been reported.

Old Bloke – No. The heart damage is clearly due to the mRNA being expressed on the surface of heart lining cells. The immune system then latches onto the spike proteins and causes an inflammatory response. Hence heart inflammation. Furthermore the spike proteins cause blood clots in some people. A blood clot in a heart artery causes a heart attack.

The pharma companies tacitly acknowledge this by the fact that they are pursuing options like patches and nasal spray delivery. Both avoid the danger of direct injection into a vein, something which has been discussed on the OT a few times. If the vaccine finds its way into a vein or an artery then there’s likely more chance that the heart or the brain can be a site of significant spike protein expression, thereby leading to heart issues or strokes.

I’d donate a lot to a charity that helps people pay mortgage and bills while they figure out their life once a ‘mandate’ comes in that affects them, and I’m sure others would too.

Back in the old pre-socialist Australia we had the order of odd fellows and things that did stuff like that, we’re going to have to find out way back to that sort of civil society or accept they’ll pick us off one by one until even the current quasi-socialist Australia is a distant memory, replaced with their utopian vision of a bug eating, pod living, medical jab-jab-jabbing, surveillance nightmare society.

If the vaccine finds its way into a vein or an artery then there’s likely more chance that the heart or the brain can be a site of significant spike protein expression, thereby leading to heart issues or strokes.

Of course, vaccine don’t travel through the blood stream. They travel through the body using jet propulsion.

And there are a few good reasons to favour muscle injections over other routes.
The strength of muscle

First up: unlike the layer of fat just under our skin, muscle has an excellent blood supply to help disperse the vaccine, says Joanna Groom, an immunology researcher at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute.

Muscle contains and recruits immune cells called dendritic cells, which take up antigens quickly and stick them on their surface, like a flag.

Dendritic cells then migrate to and slip into lymph nodes, “which are like large meeting places for the immune system”, Dr Groom says.

There, they encounter T cells and B cells — white blood cells that help defend our body against specific pathogens.

A dendritic cell will present its flag to T and B cells until it finds those that recognise the antigen, then gives them the signal to multiply and, in the case of B cells, start manufacturing antibodies.

FMD.

Jussie Smollett: Trial set for actor accused of setting up Trump race attack

Adam Creighton
Washington Correspondent
@Adam_Creighton
An hour ago November 29, 2021
7 Comments

American crime and race relations are set to be thrust into the spotlight yet again as the much-delayed trial of actor Jussie Smollett, who allegedly fabricated a hate crime against himself to further his career, kicks off in Chicago this week.

In January 2019, Smollett, a black openly gay actor and former star of a hit US miniseries Empire, said he was attacked by two Donald Trump supporters, who looped a makeshift noose around his neck and yelled “this is MAGA country,” a reference to the former president’s “make American great again” political slogan.

Prosecutors later alleged Smollett, 39, knew and paid two black actors $US3500 to carry out the attack, supposedly to further his career and fame, at a time of growing anxiety across the US about rising crime and deteriorating race relations that some Democrats had blamed on Trump supporters.

The case is bound to polarise American debate about crime and race relations following the recent high-profile acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse for killing two men in self-defence at a Black Lies Matter riot last year, and a guilty verdict for three men in Georgia for the murder of a 25 year-old-black jogger Ahmaud Arbery.

Mr Rittenhouse, 18, has accused President Joe Biden of defamation after a 2020 tweet insinuated Mr Rittenhouse was a “white nationalist”.

Mr Smollett’s saga has attracted ongoing attention.

Vice-President Kamala Harris, then a senator for California, tweeted that Smollett was “one of the kindest, most gentle human beings I know. I’m praying for his quick recovery”.

“No one should have to fear for their life because of their sexuality or colour of their skin. We must confront this hate,” she said, before later conceding she was “sad and disappointed” about the allegations of fabrication.

Jury selection will begin pn Monday for the trial of Mr Smollett, who will plead not guilty. If found guilty, he faces up to three years in prison for six counts of disorderly conduct in a case that experts said could be over within a week.

“I think that case is an absolute embarrassment to our country, and somebody has to at least take a very good hard look at it,” Mr Trump said in 2019 after the allegations emerged, criticising prosecutors for initially dropping the charges amid questions, over the then Chicago Attorney-General’s personal connections to Smollett.

The trial comes against a backdrop of rising crime across the US. Murder in the US increased 30 per cent from 2019 to 2020 and has continued to rise into 2021, according to official statistics.

Chicago, one of the nation’s crime capitals, where Smollett was allegedly attacked, is on track to finish 2021 with the highest number of murders since 1996.

The nation is also reeling from the deaths of six Waukesha, Wisconsin, residents after a man, out on bail on two violent charges, drove an SUV through a Christmas street parade last week, a tragedy likely to stymie a push by some Democrats, led by congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, to reduce barriers to bail.

Andrew Weisberg, a criminal defence lawyer and former Cook County prosecutor, told the Wall Street Journal that Smollett would face a tough trial.

“He’s got to double-, triple-, quadruple-down on this story that sounded ridiculous from the beginning,” he said.

How about placing a qualifier on that, saying we really don’t know instead of pretending certitude. That’s a baseless claim with little backing it up. Again, it is possible, but it’s not certain or even very probable.

And, if there were 500,000 at the protest out of a 6.6 million Victorian Population, that equates to about 8% of the Victorian population at the protest, hence the ‘null hypothesis’ would posit that protest attendees would make up 8% of the cases.

I aint done a ‘chi squared’ in a while, but clearly ‘observed’ and ‘expected’ are significantly different, and it appears that protesting is SIGNFICANTLY protective 🙂

I am always caught unawares when a government tells the truth. I suppose they are just still mush more disposed to the former. They are not clever or subtle people, and will prefer to lie outright rather than toy with something that might blow up in their stupid faces.

OK, thanks Bruce, so we can just write off this graphene hydroxide as background “carbon pollution.”

There’re always details within details Old Bloke. Graphene oxide is a class of chemicals of a fantastic variety of shapes. Do some fit receptors they shouldn’t? I have no idea. But we are endlessly ingesting such things all over the surface of our char grilled steaks and morning toast, so I’m reasonably sure there’s not a huge problem. But science is full of black swans.

Keep in mind there’s a similar screeching amongst some people over a thing called PFAS, which stands for perfluorinated alkyl substances. Much angst for example near the Williamtown airbase where PFOA or somesuch was used in RAAF firefighting foam.

The reason why that is a complete storm in a thimble, let alone a teacup, is that when you use a Teflon frypan the surface coating oxidizes with time and heat, then the oxidation products dissolve in the cooking oil which we’ve all been eating since NASA invented the stuff fifty odd years ago. Those oxidation products are also PFAS. We have not died like flies in that period despite us eating large amounts for much of our lives.

This illustrates the sciency bugbear problem. People with little science training can be easily panicked by invisible sciency bugbears. They have no way of alleviating their fears. So they become scared of PFAS, or graphene oxide, or uranium, or Covid, or global warming, or 5G tower radiation. It gets bedded into their emotional centres and nothing will get it out of them again. It’s very frustrating for me a scientist to see this happening over and over.

Something non-covid.

The F18s bid their farewell today, with a flight up the coast. Two zoomed by just above the waves here at Kingscliff to the delight of onlookers.

The demonrats would have to make the move before the midterms, I guess. Or then, they could wait until after the next-year’s midterms as they would easily rustle up the required number of turncoat GOPers. 🙂

When the position of vice president becomes vacant, the 25th Amendment states:

25th Amendment: Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Seems to me many oppose ‘these vaccines’ rather vehemently, if many of the posts on this site are any indication, as well as denying even the possibility there are many people who are voluntarily, willingly, vaccinated who nevertheless oppose lockdowns, passports and mandates.
But if you want to treat the vaccinated as the enemy, have at it.

We are the minority. According to the latest poles, 58% love the Hunchback fukn bastard.

They actually put out statements that their brand is not related to Kyle Rittenhouse in any way. Customers told them to shut up and enjoy the ride.

Zat

Why do you say, it’s not going to happen? Explain a little. I’d agree that Crooked would have little chance, but Newsom could though.

I’m not sure I believe those polls, but then it is Victoria.

The newspaper will look at the history of colonialism in Australia and will spotlight voices from Indigenous and Palestinian communities.

err… how does Palestine communities feature in the history of Australian colonialism?

Still, it’s a good blurb, warning sane readers not to waste their money.

Did anyone else get the To the Householder letter today from the government congratulating us on our vaccination efforts and reminding us to get the booster shots? It was quite wordy and several pages long so I tore it up and binned it after the first paragraph. Wish I hadn’t now since it might be interesting to know what they were up to.

Householder has no legal meaning. Bit like the census. All went straight into the bin like always. I have never done a census and never will.

perhaps someone could explain how she could be inserted into the position of VP under the Constitution?

Johanna – the infamous 25th Amendment.

If the vice president dies in office or resigns, the president chooses a successor under the 25th Amendment. The president’s selection is subject to confirmation by majority votes of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

This of course presupposes that Biden is told by Ron Klain to appoint HRC to the vacant position produced after Kamala voluntarily resigns for health reasons (eg. avoiding Arkancide). The only barrier is that the Dems don’t quite control the Senate, which is probably the key reason why it may not happen. But then there’re people like Romney and Murkowski who might be amenable to crossing the floor. But it would be a real roll the dice moment for the Dems and I doubt they’re that desperate yet. Kamala has shown signs of refusing to go out without a lot of fuss also, which would be a spanner in the works.

Nobody has to come here and campaign for the Jabs (unless it’s their job to sell the stuff), but if they ‘must’ they can’t then demand no one challenge their reasoning.

If it’s tough, private, family stuff, keep it so but don’t publicly air it just to then abuse those who publicly challenge your decision making.

If you want to feel good about Jabbing yourself or your kids, there’s no end of MS&Social Media there for you, 24/7.

As to showing compassion for those in, ‘damned if you do, damned if you don’t’, situations, there’s a lot of pretty serious stuff that gets raised here.
Just because some put themselves in those stories & milk sympathy doing so, does not mean those who opine on such sensitive subjects aren’t privately paying a much higher price than their slanderers could ever imagine.

The Cat/s are mosh pits in a litter tray, everyone knows that.

You can’t keep giving free passes to JCs, princesses & mouldy dildo fantasists then shouting down anyone who’ll fight back against such abusers by demanding the abused ‘shut up & show compassion.’
