I note the gravitation from ‘The New World Order are putting tiny self-aware robots in vaccines’ (that line of commentary, by the way, had died out – why is that?)
A variation on the “tiny metallic fragments contained in a 5 ml vaccine which self-replicate in the body to a level where they can be picked up by airport x-ray machines so that the authorities could wave through the vaxxed and detain the unvaxxed”.
Firstly, they could simply achieve the same end by cross-referencing the vax database to the mandatory ID which must be produced at check-in.
Secondly, if I invented a method for replicating metals I wouldn’t be fucking around with vaccines. I’d be playing poker with Elon Musk on Friday nights for $1 meg a hand.
Sadly, when I asked someone here (who projects as a serious sciency type) about it, I got lots of duck and weave obfuscation.
Presumably because an honest answer would push one of the club under the bus. -

I had to nip down to Sydney yesterday to do something at Ultimo.
No, dropping 100 tons of coal on the front steps of their ABC was tempting, but I didn’t have a truck.
What was hilarious was all the Chinese kids flogging chop chop, and the Chinese girls flogging what I imagine was stolen or fake brand name cosmetics.
Concern over authorities was non existant apparently.Last time I was in area the plods were handing out tickets for people crossing against the lights of that little one way street that runs from the corner of Broadway and George St to Paddy’s Market. There were about 6 plod.

Landmark Decision Vindicates Victims: Supreme Court Orders Total Wind Farm Shutdown
March 26, 2022 by stopthesethings 13 CommentsIn a world-first, neighbours tormented by wind turbine noise have won a landmark victory, forcing the operator to shut down all of its turbines at night-time.
Yesterday, Justice Melinda Richards of the Victorian Supreme Court slapped an injunction on a wind farm because the noise it generates has been driving neighbours nuts for seven years, and the operator has done absolutely nothing about their suffering.
Her Honour also ordered damages, including aggravated damages for the high-handed way in which the operator has treated its victims. Since March 2015, the community surrounding the Bald Hills wind farm have been tortured by low-frequency noise and infrasound generated by 52, 2 MW Senvion MM92s.
Neighbours started complaining to the operator about noise, straightaway. But, as is their wont, the operator simply rejected the mounting complaints and carried on regardless.
Locals, however, were not perturbed. Instead, they lawyered up. Engaging the tough and tenacious Dominica Tannock.
Starting in April 2016, Dominica went after the South Gippsland Shire Council which, under the Victorian Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 has responsibility for investigating nuisance complaints and a statutory obligation to remedy all such complaints within its municipal district.
The locals won that round, when Justice Richards found the wind turbine noise generated constituted an ‘unreasonable nuisance’ as defined by the Public Health and Wellbeing Act.
Following that victory, Dominica launched civil proceedings in the Supreme Court, based on an action in common law nuisance. There were 13 plaintiffs in all – when the action started there were 6 plaintiffs, who were later joined by another 7.
Over time, Dominica was able to settle the claims of 11 of her clients on very favourable (confidential) terms – STT hears that those who settled pocketed figures of more than $2m for each affected household.
However, two of the plaintiffs, Noel Uren and John Zakula rejected the operator’s monetary overtures, because they were furious with the way that the neighbours have been treated and, accordingly, determined to take the matter all the way.
After a bruising piece of litigation (where the operator withheld critical evidence from the plaintiffs and its acoustic consultant was caught out ‘filtering’ – ie destroying – rafts of noise data) and a hard-fought trial, these thoroughly courageous gentlemen have established what has been known, all along: everyone has a legally enforceable right to sleep soundly at night in their very own homes; and the wind industry has been destroying that right with impunity, for far too long.
What Noel Uren and John Zakula have achieved is not just notable and noble, it reflects the adage about evil prevailing when good men do nothing.
Refusing to be cowered by the operator’s threats, bullying and intimidation, these men did something and, accordingly, every wind industry victim owes them a debt of eternal gratitude for what they have achieved and placed on the public record. At last. At long last. Vindication. Sweet vindication.
What their efforts have also brought to the surface, is the monstrous corruption that is part and parcel of the wind industry, which has compromised the integrity of every political and government institution in this Country, and anywhere in the world it operates.
At one point during the trial, the National Wind Farm Commissioner (a Federally appointed wind industry stooge) approached the judge’s Chambers directly, without the knowledge of the plaintiffs’ lawyers, and offered his “assistance” to Justice Richards, including an offer to provide her with knowledge and information about how ‘wonderful’ wind turbines really are. Justice Richards was not amused.
The judgment is the first of its kind, where plaintiffs have established that the noise generated from wind turbines constitutes an unreasonable interference with the use and enjoyment of their homes and, therefore, an actionable nuisance, at common law.
The decision is, therefore, of immeasurable significance to any of the wind industry’s victims, anywhere in the common law world; Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, for starters. And, no doubt, it will be seized on by our American cousins in the US.
The full judgment appears here: Uren v Bald Hills WF [2022] VSC 145
At 148 pages it is a thumping analysis of the evidence and issues, and well worth careful consideration. However, set out below are the key extracts of Justice Richard’s reasons, interposed with our commentary on the factual background and legal principles in issue, appearing in square brackets. Note that the extracts below do not contain the citations to the legal authorities or evidence. For that, you need to see the PDF of the judgment linked above. Dr Faustus, your piece on mining and the explosives made me nostalgic for the days of yore.
My FiL used to tow a concrete barge up and down Sydney Harbour – unload explosives from in-bound ships , take them to the explosive storage facility at Bantry Bay, and then haul them back again to White Bay for rail transport to the Snowy scheme.
It was a tough life he would say, but someone’s got to to do it. -

But, on the way home, the thought came to mind that placing just one piece of coal on the front steps of their ABC could have hilarious consequences.
National news definitely, lock down probably, demand for AFP investigation certainly, counselling of distraught staff undoubtedly, stress leave and compensation payments for all journalist and creative staff of course, decontemination protocols implemented for external and internal collective spaces, seal-off for at least four weeks, possible building replacement due to contamination cluster, Morrisson’s fault of course.
Now imagine if we could assemble a relay of patriotic folks to randomly place lumps of coal on various ABC locations erratically.
Streets will be closed off, special new ID requirements will be imposed, new risk allowances will be paid to ABC staff, a boon for the security industry, free meals for staff to avoid the risks inherent to using the front steps to go for lunch/dinner.
Extinction Rebellion will go insane gluing themselves all over the place in attempt to attract the spotlight back to their particular insanity.
The opportunities are endless, exciting and enticing. -

It can be increased fairly easily to a few homes but if a lot want increased current then the street mains, transformers and the transmission network will need upgrading, this is very very expensive and the cost would be spread evenly over the consumers, even those who neither want nor need increased current for ev chargers.
I wouldn’t want to be buying an EV if the whole street was getting slugged for the chargers.
That would guarantee my vehicle ‘caught alight’ one night in the garage while it was charging. -

zyconoclast- re the decision in the wind turbine case:
The action was in relation to the effect on health of neighbours, given that the turbines operated at night as well as by day.
My understanding is that, as well as awarding compensation for past damages, the court has ordered that the turbines be switched off at night. This severely affects the profitability of the turbines, and should have a knock-on effect on future installations.

Attempting to normalise being jabbed, normalising apartheid, normalising the criminality of government and it’s abhorrent rejection of the constitution. We couldn’t save many from the jab as they bing bonged their way over the blog and sneered at the truth, and crapped all over it, the truth that people like Kneel are now having to deal with.

March 30, 2022 at 12:19 pmThanks for that, Vicki. That is my experience too. I have been out and about and in and out of the shops and even cuddled my son who was immersed (unknowingly) in a Covid household. Church, enclosed, people coming down with it. Shopping in the wilds of north west Sydney, and up here during school hols. Nothing. Not even a sniffle.
Am I more likely to get Covid? Those figures, on the surface, say I am. That’s what piqued my interest. All my children are vaxxed and boosted, all caught it. A couple of points:
The vax is formulated for the first iteration. They caught Omicron. It seems then, that the vax provides little if no protection from Omicron.
The boosters likewise. They are completely useless in stopping transmission or infection.
It was the ratios that had me intrigued. Was there an environmental factor that was coming into play outside of the already established OAS one?
Of course, Ontario in winter presents an entirely different picture to here in Oz. Is there something in that?
I would like to see a replication of those ratios here. That would confirm that it’s the vaxx and the vaxx only that’s causing this.
Now to scroll back. Might have already been answered.

She was telling her fellow workers today how she’s teaching gymnastics to a 4 year old boy and the parents are raising this kid “no-binary”. The child abuser (mother) has also asked for neutral pronouns to be used.
The mother and the father should have the kid removed and adopted out permanently as they’re destroying this poor little kids life.

Why do the Chirussian people see us as weak?
Well, first we must look at our response to Drag Queen Story Hour. What happens here?
Well, there are grumbles and protests.
In Chirussia, they would do precisely what Solzhenitsyn asks. The perverts would be thrown out of the schools. If they returned, they would be beaten. If the authorities sided with the DQ, the authorities would be dragged from their offices and beaten.
It doesn’t happen here – ergo the people are weak and refuse to protect their own children from predators. It would only take a few instances of the DQ being punished for the rest to get the message.
So why doesn’t it happen?
Because the perverts have the protection of the authorities. -
Judge will not compel ex-SAS soldier to give evidence about alleged ‘murder’
Michaela Whitbourn
By Michaela Whitbourn
March 30, 2022 — 2.28pmA Federal Court judge has declined to order a former elite soldier to give evidence about whether war veteran Ben Roberts-Smith directed him to shoot an Afghan prisoner, after the man objected to answering questions because his testimony might incriminate him in an alleged murder.
Person 66, a former Special Air Service soldier whose identity cannot be revealed for national security reasons, started giving evidence on Monday in Mr Roberts-Smith’s defamation case but objected to answering a question about how many missions he went on in Afghanistan in 2012 when the decorated former soldier was his patrol commander.
Barrister Jack Tracey, acting for Person 66, told the court on Monday there were reasonable grounds for his client objecting to giving evidence because the testimony the witness was anticipated to give “would have the tendency to incriminate” him in the commission of an alleged offence. Asked about the nature of the offence, Mr Tracey said it “would be an offence of murder”.
Mr Roberts-Smith is suing The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Canberra Times for defamation over a series of reports in 2018 that he says portray him as a war criminal who murdered detainees in Afghanistan.
The newspapers are seeking to rely on a defence of truth and subpoenaed Person 66 to give evidence as part of their case. They said the evidence of Person 66 may have been a path to winning the case, but not the only one.
Justice Besanko told Person 66 on Monday that the court had the ability to grant him a certificate under section 128 of the Evidence Act, “which means that, if you give the evidence, the evidence cannot be used against you in any proceeding in an Australian court”.
But Person 66 objected to giving the evidence even with that certificate, and Mr Tracey said on Tuesday the disadvantage to his client if he were forced to give the evidence “would be very substantial … notwithstanding the existence of a certificate”.
Nicholas Owens, SC, acting for the newspapers, sought to have Justice Besanko compel Person 66 to give the evidence.
In a decision on Wednesday, Justice Besanko said: “I have decided that the court will not require Person 66 to give the evidence.”
He said he was not satisfied the interests of justice required that the witness give the evidence. He will deliver a written judgment at a later date.
After the ruling, Mr Owens put two further questions to Person 66, namely whether he shot a “PUC”, meaning a person under the control of Australian soldiers, while “on a mission in October 2012 when you were a member of Mr Roberts-Smith’s patrol”, and whether Mr Roberts-Smith asked him during that mission to shoot a PUC.
Person 66 also objected to answering those questions and was not compelled to answer them.
The newspapers have alleged Mr Roberts-Smith directed Person 66 to kill a prisoner in 2012 in an area of Afghanistan called Siah Chow, as an exercise in “blooding” or initiating a soldier by getting them a “kill”. Under the rules of engagement, persons under the control of Australian troops cannot be killed. A killing in those circumstances is murder.
Mr Owens said on Tuesday the newspapers could win the defamation case if Person 66 gave evidence about the alleged murder, and Justice Anthony Besanko accepted that evidence.
“I can concede frankly that it is possible for me to win this case without succeeding in proving the murder at Siah Chow, and it won’t shock your Honour to learn that I hope to do so,” Mr Owens said.
“But it is equally possible that I could win this case by only proving the murder at Siah Chow. It is an independent path home to victory.”
The newspapers have alleged Mr Roberts-Smith committed or was involved in five other murders of Afghan prisoners.
Mr Roberts-Smith denies all wrongdoing and has said any killings in Afghanistan were carried out lawfully in the heat of battle.
The trial continues.

Why sell Sydney Airport off after two years of pain when the upswing was already starting?
It’s not like they were in distress and the banks sold them up.
I bought in at $5.75 in June last year and the SoA paid out $8.75.
Nice round $3.00 profit.
I should be happy, right?
Except I reckon they had another $2.00 upside.
I note UniSuper got to stay in the new venture.
Why was that, I wonder? -
Struth:
Would another reason why there is a higher representation be that the vaxxed are more out there moving around in public transport, jobs etc. since the unvaxxed have been excluded from normal life? So they aren’t as exposed to viral loads? What about age cohort? Are older people more likely to be vaxxed plus have not so effective immune systems?
It’s called due diligence, Struth.
Back off. -
“Never blame me for your decisions.”
Never did.
Yet if you believe it is evil, and if you believe I caved in when I shouldn’t have and under pressure, then why this incessant “Look, told ya” shit and the “You’re upset at knowing what you did and what will happen”. Plus a total refusal to band together and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Because you are full of shit, that’s why.
You don’t care, because in your view, you’ll be OK and it’s such fun to poke shit at people you think are in a bad way.Fuck off.
Do you understand the gravity of that, coming from me? Really? I very, very rarely get that annoyed with someone, IRL or on the ‘net, anywhere, at any time. But congratulations, you are enough of a dickhead you got me to bite. So deal with it, corned beef curtains – you are fuckwit of the highest order, scum on my shoes, not worth the bother except to denigrate and make fun of.
If you had acted like this in front of me in person, I’d fucking deck you, because you’d deserve it.
Crawl back under whatever rock you came out from, or whatever pond scum you slithered up from.
Not nice knowing you. Have a shit life. Bye. -
Nice piece on why Putin is a kunt and why right wingers ought to be throwing him out with the garbage.

Read the header. He’s not your pal and never has been.

As with the reports now for over a year, the jabbed’s immune systems are being destroyed.
You’re going to catch anything going and your immune system will not stop you from getting sick as it used to.Can you link a single non-Nuffy source to back your assertion here, Struth?
Or are we going to have to file this one next to the RaIlWaY SuBsIdIeS, the WEF’s DeAtH CaMpS, the NaNoPaRtIcLes, ChEmTrAiLs and the ShIt-HoLeS In TrUcK CaBs?

Sancho Panzer:
Example: A little while ago I was asked to bring originals of my credentials to be sighted by a head-hunter.
What gives? At best I have provided copies or member numbers in the past.
A bit of umm-ing and ah-ing before they explained that they just put a candidate forward based on forged qualifications.Shall I tell you of the lady who passed all the process for getting into Nursing Corps in the army?
All the paperwork checked out.
First day on duty the boss was surprised by the questions about basic nursing stuff and so kept a close eye on her. After a week or so, Boss contacted recruiting and asked them to check out the bona fides.
Recruiting came back a bit later with “Yes she checks out.”
Boss: “She isn’t a nurse. She knows shit about nursing. Check her out properly!”
Couple of weeks later, Investigation started about how the supposed RN got her qualifications and who her referrers were.
One of them was head honcho of a womens prison. “We were wondering where she’d gotten to…” -
“Not forgetting. (sorry if this has reminisced) her rumour-mongering in relation to Tony Abbott and Peta Credlin.”
I do wonder though if Credlin’s tight rein of Abbott when he was PM contributed to the rumour-mongering. That doesn’t excuse Fierravanti Wells spreading shmutz but in hindsight I don’t think the authoritarian Credlin helped the situation.
