JUST IN: Kari Lake trial reveals 42.5% of ballots in their random samples were illegal ballots.

That reads as if the court had declared that to be a valid number. But the linked article starts with:

According to Republican governor candidate Kari Lake’s legal team, 42.5% of examined ballots in Maricopa County for the 2022 governor’s race were illegitimate. Lake’s trial began on Wednesday were she is attempting to prove that wide scale fraud took place in Maricopa County on election day.

It is actually a claim by the legal team that has yet to be tested and certainly not something accepted by the court. The court might do when they look into it. Or they may come up with a lower percentage which may or may not be deemed (rightly or wrongly) sufficient to reject the outcome of the vote.

I prefer clarity to the rush of righteous indignation.

Also known as Conquest’s 2nd Law.
I don’t know who came up with it first, Conquest or O’Sullivan.
Nor whom stole it from the other. ?

I think O’Sullivan referenced Conquest in his original publication in the late ’80s. Up until that point Conquet’s laws may only have been circulating as oral “tradition” among anti-Communists.

The trial was vacated after ACT Supreme Court chief justice Lucy McCallum ruled the speech by Ms Wilkinson and the subsequent radio interview with Mr Jones and Amanda Keller had “completely obliterated” the distinction between an allegation and finding of guilt.

Justice McCallum quoted Ms Keller’s claim that Ms Higgins “was raped in Parliament House” and Mr Jones’ statement that she was interviewed “in the very room she was raped”.

Amanda Keller, who lives in Coogee, is married to an ABC Executive, and who is a darling of Eastern Suburbs life, has developed a large following on what used to be Western Suburbs FM as a down-to-earth friend of the West. In truth, she is not. Her views are pure Teal. She was also notable for her strong comments accepting that Cardinal George Pell was a criminal. ‘Jonesy’ is her sidekick, there to temper her remarks somewhat, but always giving way in the end.

Like many others, I now prefer to listen to Smooth FM in the car, even though the music isn’t as good and I used to like to keep in touch with what people in the West where I came from were thinking. It was very tough hearing them in their political innocence being led by the nose by this presenter.

Peter woke up after the annual office Christmas party with a pounding headache, cotton-mouthed and utterly unable to recall the events of the preceding evening.

After a trip to the bathroom, he made his way downstairs, where his wife put some coffee in front of him.

“Mary” he moaned “tell me what happened last night. Was it as bad as I think?” “Even worse” she said, her voice oozing scorn “You made a complete fool of yourself. You succeeded in antagonising the entire board of directors and you insulted the Chairman of the company, right to his face”.

“He’s an arsehole anyway” Peter said “I could piss on him”. “You did” came the reply “And he fired you!”

“Well, FUCK HIM then!” said Peter. “I did” said Mary “That’s why you’re back at work on Monday”.

Prior to the 2015 Qld election, with Noddy Newman presiding over an appalling, negative-talent cabinet – yet looking a dead cert for another term in office – many LNP branch members were sent packing by disastrous Captain’s Picks.

It was more than that. He was hell bent on putting the broom through the Public Service and nothing else. He could have done it over a few terms but I think hubris got him from the get go with the majority he had. His cabinet seemed to be awe struck with him. What we are left with now is the hollowed out corpse of the LNP.

And now, the blue ribbon LNP voters stand behind Palacechook because she kept them safe.

Our World Leaders are Just So Corrupt

From Armstrong Economics –

“When someone ever writes about this period in a couple of hundred years, they will call it the Age of Corruption. An ex-MEP has labeled the EU as fundamentally corrupt. The head of the EU, Ursula von der Leyen, claims she cannot find any communications between her and Pfizer.

We have world leaders who conspired to force the use of vaccinations that were never tested to any degree and have killed as well as maimed many. On top of all of this, they are INTENTIONALLY trying to create World War III so they have an excuse to default on their debts which they have had no intention of ever paying off. So why borrow every year if you never pay off the debt?

Those they have killed or injured with mandatory vaccines, while the politicians probably took water injections, and now they trying to create a world war is all just unimaginable. All of this to hide (1) their corruption, and (2) to cover up their mismanagement of everything.

I have known heads of state. I never embraced Margaret Thatcher in such a manner. That embrace by Pfizer was an outright disrespect for the entire people of Europe. All of this is for money.”

Another email — sent by Biden as part of an Aug. 2, 2017, chain — involved a deal he struck with the since-vanished chairman of CEFC, Ye Jianming, for half-ownership of a holding company that was expected to provide Biden with more than $10 million a year.

Ye, who had ties to the Chinese military and intelligence service, hasn’t been seen since being taken into custody by Chinese authorities in early 2018, and CEFC went bankrupt earlier this year, according to reports.

Biden wrote that Ye had sweetened the terms of an earlier, three-year consulting contract with CEFC that was to pay him $10 million annually “for introductions alone.”

Because introductions from crack using people with no discernable talents are worth so much.

Monster, do you think the laptop belonged to Bunter Hiden or do you think- like the other intel experts – the laptop was Wussian disinformation?

Sure, the laptop was real, let’s go with that. However, it is impossible to figure out whether any particular emails produced from it by right-wing operatives from Giuliani on down are genuine or not, given that they are working off copies of copies and no one in the possession chain is remotely trustworthy. Even if the FBI produces a canonical checksum for the disk, I don’t trust that blind dude either.

The strongest evidence for the Russians not having inserted anything is that nothing so far produced from the laptop is in the least bit incriminating. So far it’s all smoke and mirrors, literally. If I was a GRU spook I would have put something actually bad in there, as opposed to the weaksauce that has been published. It would be like if Trump’s tax returns were published and the only scandal was that he paid a few parking tickets a week late. Big whoops.

JC
JC
December 22, 2022 3:01 pm

Fact check: false. That line came from some chancer proposing a deal, which never happened.

Here:

Yes, that’s correct. It wasn’t Bunter who mentioned the big guy. it was Bunter’s business partner in the shady Chinese deal,

EXCLUSIVE: Psaki in denial: Hunter’s emails reveal ‘Big Guy’ Joe Biden was to get 10% stake in Chinese oil deal, dined with Hunter’s shady business partners when he was VP, shared a bank account with his son and flew associate to Mexico on Air Force 2

Evidence that Joe Biden was involved in Hunter’s business dealings is mounting as emails from the abandoned laptop are unearthed
DailyMail.com can reveal that SEVERAL of Hunter Biden’s associates called Joe Biden the ‘big guy’ in emails
The emails appear to have gotten the attention of federal prosecutors investigating Hunter for alleged tax fraud, money laundering and more
A witness testifying to a grand jury in Hunter’s probe was reportedly asked who the ‘big guy’ was in the Chinese deal
The emails being brought into evidence in the case raises the prospect that Joe could become embroiled in the criminal probe
White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki continued to claim the president has never spoken to his son about his overseas business dealings on Tuesday
But emails and documents on Hunter’s laptop, many revealed by DailyMail.com, show Joe Biden met with Hunter’s foreign business associates
The president also shared a bank account with Hunter, they paid each other’s bills and Joe had Hunter’s business partner file his taxes

I confused that with the emails where Bunter was complaining about the big guy was running them dry with always demanding a vig.

I take it you don’t believe the laptop was Wussian disinformation then? Am I right?

Also,

Years later, in a text to his own daughter, Hunter – who had by then been battling drug addiction for years – he complained: ‘I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years.

‘It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike Pop [Joe], I won’t make you give me half your salary.’

It was a text he sent to his daughter Naomi in 2019.

Re the Weary medals theft + the safe. As the thieves took the entire safe, that would indicate that the safe wasn’t bolted to the floor. I understand that some people think a big safe (250kg) can’t be easily moved (true) but ‘how’ did the thieves know the safe wasn’t bolted? Pot luck? How long had the safe been there – in other words, ‘who knew’ you even had a safe?

You’d need 3-4 blokes, some tackle and a decent hand truck to move the thing out. Then having got the safe out, the thieves are still faced with the issue of opening it. Again, not likely a couple of fellows with an oxy and time on their hands.

And after all that trouble, the medals will be unsaleable to all but the most nefarious as they will be inscribed with Dunlop’s name and service number. Even the dimmest ‘fence’ will recognise the immense risk in handling this particular stolen property.

Imagine if Eisenhower hadn’t been a complete fairy.

The French and British would have smashed Nasser the moment he stole the Suez and, from that point on, every tinpot dictator would be too petrified to steal the mass infrastructure property of the Europeans/Americans.

“Sovereign risk” would be essentially unheard of and all of Africa would be 10 times richer than it currently is. The South Pacific would be a gold mine. Indeed, foreign aid would probably be non-existent too (not that it helps anyway).

Political Contagion Does not Need Central Command

From Armstrong Economics –

“When our model had forecast the fall of Communism in 1989, the general press was attributing it to modern communication since the Berlin Wall fell a few months later. I pointed out that the same time difference took place when in Rome they overthrew their king in 509BC and within a few months in Athens, they overthrew their tyrants and began Democracy. In my research, it was not that modern communication led to the me-too reaction that caused the fall of the Berlin Wall. The question is not how fast information travels, but how long it takes to filter through society to cause political change.

When we look back at the Communist Revolutions of 1848 a notable observation emerges. Here too Europe was engulfed as they occurred in dozens of the then-European states, countries, and empires without any kind of international coordination. It was the same sort of contagion that spread. Historians have pointed out that the gains were short-lived, and the repercussions of rising socialism indeed prevailed over the course of several decades.

In America, there was the Mexican-American War which erupted in 1846 and continued into 1848. The reason for the war was the Mexican refusal to accept Texas independence clashing with the desire of Texans for statehood that was feeding into the American desire for westward expansion. Thus, this became the first offensive war in the History of the United States.

Indeed, as Wave #915 began in 1848, while the Mexican-American War was subsiding, Europe erupted in a Communist Revolution that was spontaneous without a unified core directing it. However, the Communist Manifesto was written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848 just before the Revolutions of 1848 engulfed Europe. It has been argued that even rumors of this work contributed to the uprising. The victorious counter-revolution brought court proceedings against Marx, but he was acquitted on February 9, 1849. Nevertheless, Marx was then banished from Germany (May 16, 1849). At first, Marx went to Paris, yet he was again banished after the demonstration of June 13, 1849. This time he fled to London, where he lived until his death. This is his entry to the British Museum Library in 1873.

While there were various debates over the causes of the 1848 Revolution, it was clearly a Revolution against Republicanism, that was precisely on schedule for our Revolutionary Cycle of 72 years from 1776, which was against Monarchy. 1848 was clearly against the corruption of Republicanism. In particular, the Revolutions of 1848 in France, the German states, the Austrian Empire, the Italian States, and Denmark were not coordinated and we find the same pattern in the fall of Communism in 1989.

Interestingly, there was no central coordination or cooperation for the 1848 Revolution. It also came on the long-term 172-year Revolutionary Cycle and at that time it impacted over 50 countries. Since the revolutions occurred in so many places and in so many countries, it was clearly just the time for revolution as we find ourselves ever since the 2020 election. The defeat of Trump, regardless of your opinion of Trump, sparked a great division in the country from which there will be no return.

Just as in 1848 when it is impossible to attribute a single general reason or theory as to why so many countries erupted, other than the Revolutionary Cycle incorporates the simple basic desire for change. In the United States, there was the rise of the Nativism Movement against immigrants that erupted in gun battles on the streets of Philadelphia.

Clearly, what contributed to this was the Hard Times of the 1840s following the Sovereign Defaults of the States (not Federally) in the USA after the Panic of 1837. This was the period known as the Hard Times and the shortage of coinage led to a wealth of Hard Times Tokens often of a political nature. They were even striking tokens in Europe as well.

It certainly seems that the Sovereign Defaults that produced the Hard Times also sparked a religious upheaval as took place during the Roman Empire following the Great Monetary Collapse of 260-270AD. That is when they were blaming Christians for angering the gods leading to Christian Persecutions which reached a peak during the reign of Diocletian (284-305AD). Here, we see a similar movement against Slavery with a distinct religious undertone that the Hard Times was a punishment from God for the use of slaves in the South. Clearly, there was a similar religious upheaval in Europe without the slavery issue.

The 1848 Revolutions were throughout Europe. The “mood” seems to have led to the American Civil War as well. Some historians have argued that the Revolutions of 1848 were largely caused by two factors: economic crisis and political crisis. Others have argued that social and ideological crises cannot be discounted. In many of the affected countries, nationalism was another catalyst for the revolutions. What we see on a global correlated basis were similar events that seemed to be inspired on a collective basis.

Over in China, we have the Taiping Rebellion was a revolt against the Qing dynasty in China, fought with religious conviction over regional economic conditions, and lasted from 1850 to 1864. Even if we turn to Japan, the Dutch had a monopoly on trade dealing with Japan. In 1844 the Dutch sent a diplomatic mission urging them to open the country, but the rulers refused this suggestion. The question of dealing with foreigners was a rising problem in Japan at the same time. They called the foreigner Gaijin meaning really a foreign devil some have tomes down to outsiders or foreigners. It was in 1854 that the United States Navy Commodore Matthew C. Perry’s expedition opened Japan to global commerce through the implied threat of force. The Boshin War, also known as the Japanese Revolution or Japanese Civil War, was a civil war in Japan fought from 1868 to 1869 between forces of the ruling Tokugawa shogunate and a group seeking to seize political power in the name of the emperor.

It is fascinating that we see similar periods of political unrest for different reasons on a global scale. Was there just something in the water that made everyone go to war? Who knows. But we seem to be coming into this similar type of global problems between 2023 and 2032.”

Do you think Hunter Biden had any influence on American foreign policy at all? Like, at all? Point me to one thing Joe Biden did differently in foreign policy due to Hunter Biden.

In 2016, Ukraine’s top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, had an active and ongoing investigation into Burisma and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky.10 At the time, Archer and Hunter Biden continued to serve on Burisma’s board of directors. According to news reports, then-Vice President Biden “threatened to withhold $1 billion in United States loan guarantees if Ukraine’s leaders did not dismiss [Shokin].”11 After that threat, Ukraine’s Parliament fired Shokin.

My application for Portsea many years ago was rejected for colour blindness.

There’s three classification for colour blindness in the military (or at least there was).

Colour Perception 1, 2 & 3 (CP1, CP 2 & CP3).

CP1 = Normal
CP2 = A Particular Anomaly/Partially Colour Blind (eg. Red/Green Defect)
CP3 = Black & White

Applicants who are found to be colour perception classification 3 (significant colour deficiency) at entry are permitted to join the ADF. However their access to the full range of ADF employment streams is restricted. Individual ADF units do not exclude recruits who are colour perception classification 3 from service but trade stream limitations will define whether or not a colour perception classification 3 member can be posted to a particular unit at the successful completion of recruit training. While colour perception classification 3 personnel are not restricted from serving in combat roles, the specific employment within the operational environment may be limited by an individual’s colour perception.”

Much like civilian life, they don’t like pilots, electricians, etc who are even slightly colour blind.

SAS is ok with CP2.

CP3 are far more limited.

Brittany Higgins’ surprise career move after graduation

Brittany Higgins has made moves towards a career in business just days after graduating university.

The former political staffer revealed that she would be studying a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Sydney.

Ms Higgins shared the news on Instagram, saying that she was “officially a @sydney_uni MBA student!”

She only celebrated her graduation from Griffith University four days ago, sharing images from the ceremony with supporters.

“It has been a journey but we’re finally here,” she said on Instagram.

“My university experience has been an unconventional one, but I couldn’t be more proud to share this day with the people who helped get me here.

“Thank-you to everyone who lent their time and expertise over the years – from lecturers to professional mentors.”

Ms Higgins has also recently settled her claim against the commonwealth for an undisclosed amount.

She initially sought $3m in damages from the government for future and past economic losses.

News of her next moves comes weeks after it was announced that the rape case against her former colleague Bruce Lehrmann had been abandoned.

Ms Higgins accused Mr Lehrmann of sexually assaulting her in the ministerial office of Linda Reynolds at Parliament House after a night of drinking with colleagues in March 2019.

Mr Lehrmann, who strenuously denies having sex with Ms Higgins, was scheduled to return to court in February next year after the initial trial was aborted due to a jury member bringing in outside research material to the jury room.

Director of Public Prosecution Shane Drumgold SC made the decision not to prosecute as he had been warned a retrial of the case would pose an unacceptable risk to Ms Higgins’ health.

“While the pursuit of justice is essential for both my office and for the community in general, the safety of a complainant in a sexual assault matter must be paramount,” he said.

“In light of the compelling independent medical opinion and balancing all factors, I have made the difficult decision that it is no longer in the public interest to pursue a prosecution at the risk of the complainant’s life.

“This has left me no option but to file a notice declining to proceed with the retrial of this matter which I have done this morning.”

After the case was dropped, it was revealed that Ms Higgins was hospitalised for mental health treatment after “unrelenting” pressure over the past few years.

The former Liberal staffer granted permission for her friend and supporter Emma Webster to release a statement.

“Brittany is in hospital getting the treatment and support she needs,’’ Ms Webster said.

“The last couple of years have been difficult and unrelenting.

“While it’s disappointing the trial has ended this way, Brittany’s health and safety must always come first.”

“Brittany is extremely grateful for all the support she has received, particularly from our mental healthcare workers.””

My oh my, look at how Brittaneeeeeee has made such a rapid recovery from her “mental health issues”. But why wouldn’t she, it all makes sense doesn’t it? Brittaneeeeeee can smile now, Brittaneeeeeee can drop the act because Brittaneeeeeee’s been paid in full by a grateful Labor party for her stupendous act to undermine a Coalition government.

Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley are free to pursue their bulldust for entirely partisan purposes, but no one listens to them because we can see through it.

Johnson’s report was no surprise: He’s been talking about the investigation for months. On various occasions, he has said the quiet part out loud and openly talked about his desired outcome for the investigation—to influence the 2020 presidential election. The most recent example was on Sept. 15, when Johnson explained in a radio interview that “I would think [the investigation] would certainly help Donald Trump win reelection and certainly be pretty good, I would say, evidence about not voting for Vice President Biden.” In case anyone missed his point, he later said, “What our investigations are uncovering, I think, will reveal this is not somebody we should be electing president of the United States.”

Johnson was having a months-long tantrum about Trump’s impeachment, and his witch hunt turned up precisely zero witches.

Munster go outside at midnight if its dark there’s a 100% chance its nightime. At midday do the same thing. That big yellow ball of fire is called the sun, its a 100% chance its daytime. The two are not interchangeable, you will say they are but they’re not. Start from there and try to learn a new thing every day. Facts don’t change just because you want them to in your warped lefty way. I’ve typed slowly so you may understand but doubt you will. You have too much invested about being wrong. Take the rest of the week off and think about your poor little kids having to grow up knowing their mothers husband is a fuckwit. Its never too late to mend your ways even for their sake.

The last two elections I noticed in my electorate people of Indian extraction handing out the HTV flyers for Liberals.
Yeah, they can’t find people willing to do it.
This indicates that they also form a sizeable membership of the branch.
No it doesn’t, see above.
The people from the subcontinent are mostly conservative Socially conservative, politically Labor Party voters.
My sense is that instead of courting these voters and members they are probably hostile to them.
See the Liberal Party candidate for Box Hill about that.
She took a year off work, doorknocked the Electorate, is Chinese.
On Poilling day the every Chinese and Indian person going to vote told her
Labor Party only.
How can it not end in disaster?
Liberals ran plenty of Subcontinental Candidates in SE Melboune.
They all lost.
In Qld in 2019, the LNP ran a White Female BCC Councillor from Calamvale against Perrett and almost won a huge victory.
In 2022 LNP ran a Chinese BCC Councillor from Sunnybank against Perrett and got slaughtered.
There’s a clear message there, but it won’t ever be in a PC LNP document.

I did my traineeship with Telecom in the early 70’s, lots of my mates had apprenticeships. Back then and up to the early 2000’s there was a stigma attached to someone who didn’t finish their apprenticeship. It didn’t matter if you were really good and could do the job, if you didn’t have your piece of paper you were looked down on. Is it still the same now?

It’s kinda true on the whole, though not 100%. You keep rolling the dice and eventually you’ll lose.

It is not that the “young” are more aggressive risk takers than olders ones & more “open to ideas”.

Most of those older open-minded aggressive risk takers* are now cashiers at the local museum, food demonstrators at Costco, or in a cemetery after some fatal collision.

SIX (6) apprentices in the past, and none of them ever manage to finish their time.

we ran a man and two boys for a while
both apprentices never finished and we sacked the man in 2011

one boy would get teary if anything got difficult
the other was doing a side business selling crack
the man it seems, also got into the crack on occasion for kicks
I used to look at him in the morning with his cold-sweat and shakey hands then say something like, “the fuck is wrong with you? Get yr blood sugar checked mate”

that sort of crap, and for many other reasons we gave up and so now we just run subbies
mainly because they come with experience, drive and nous …otherwise they wouldn’t be self employed.
those subbies are ALL over 40yo
anybody younger is likely to be full of nothing but confidence and bullshit

we are pretty specialized and finding help is near impossible
too many competencies required to be useful in this game

we either need:
-a kid with a math/science brain to slog for 4 yrs but then do an Eng Diploma, at least
-an Engineer who is willing to slog and who doesn’t think the sun shines from his arse 24/7
-a qualified Electrician who actually has a brain and can absorb new info … and then does

anyway, it isn’t just the apprentice training that’s a problem
it is also that the “scaffolding” to new and higher learning has disappeared from the system
we don’t have Mechanics Institutes anymore and TAFE was gutted a decade ago
there really isn’t even a pathway for the new chums to get any ‘book learnin’

when we lose industry we lose more than know-how
we lose drive, knowledge, resourcefulness, and competency
and we lose the very structure that was once built-in to deliver those very things

every stupid fucking thing needs a ‘ticket’ now
so these kiddies spend their time doing simpleton stuff like Elevated Work Platform tickets
first-aid certs
and site-inductions

the current crop of new-chums reckon they’ve made it when they finish a site induction after watching the compulsory video on the evils of Modern Slavery then tick the box that says “yes, I watched the video”

WA native title brawl triggers $50bn legal threat

exclusive

A renegade group of traditional owners from Western Australia is threatening a $50bn class action over a landmark native title settlement struck on their behalf.

The group describes the $1.3bn land and cash deal between the West Australian government and the state’s 30,000 Noongar people as paltry and unjust. The South West Native Title Settlement is the largest in Australian history – it centres on a perpetual trust receiving yearly instalments of $50m for 12 years and up to 320,000ha of land. The scale and scope of the agreement, which includes joint management of national parks, a housing program and economic development, led constitutional law experts George Williams and Harry Hobbs from the University of NSW to describe it as Australia’s first treaty.

Proponents of the deal say it is a settlement with a much greater value than could have been achieved in court. They also see it as the beginning of further collaborations and agreements.

However, longtime critics, including Noongar woman Naomi Smith see it is a bargain for government and developers who were tired of dealing with Traditional Owners over their native title rights and now do not have to.

While payments from the state government have already begun to flow into the Noongar Boodja trust as part of the South West Native Title Settlement, Ms Smith and three others representing critics of the deal have asked Indigenous Australians Minister Linda Burney to negotiate with them.

“We ask the new federal government to take responsibility for ending this injustice by agreeing to negotiate in goodwill with us on a fair and just terms compensation settlement,” the group writes in a letter to Ms Burney obtained by The Australian. “Otherwise, Noongar elders will have no option but to launch a ‘just terms’ class action lawsuit in the Federal Court seeking over $50bn in compensation.”

The group’s arguments for compensation include that only a very small minority of Noongar people agreed on the deal “based on insufficient and misleading information”. In the letter to Ms Burney, the group – represented by Salerno Law, the firm behind Australia’s fist cryptocurrency class action – says just 1756 out of a potential 15,000 eligible Noongar people voted for the South West Native Title Settlement at six meetings in 2015. The group says that some Traditional Owners were entitled to vote at more than one meeting and attended two or more, meaning that the total number of actual voters was about 10 per cent of the voting population.

No meetings were held in central Perth where the vast majority of Noongar people lived, effectively disenfranchising members who could not travel to regional meetings, the group claims. “Fair compensation is critical now for urgent expenditure on breaking violence and alcohol abuse cycles; to provide safe and secure housing; and support for parenting.

“ Our young people need better schooling and vocational training; support in languages, maths and attendance; and to build relationships with private enterprise.

“lt’s crucial that we can provide mental health support; on country-led retreat facilities with Elder support; and establish cultural connections and knowledge in our young people. And we simply must be able to protect our cultural sites; educate the community on Noongar culture; develop tourism opportunities; and buy back lands.”

The group says: “The settlement does not meet the constitutional requirement of just terms under Section 13 of the 2017 amendment legislation.” Signed by Ms Smith, Joanne Hayward, Ashley Knapp and Donna Coyne, the letter says: “A likely new Federal Court claim would represent one of the largest ever brought in Australia and if successful, would place a massive sum directly in hands of native title holders.”

Ms Smith was among eight Noongar people who tried to block the native title deal by challenging the six land use agreements that underpin in. In December 2019, the three judges of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia ruled against them. The High Court ultimately ruled the native title settlement could proceed in November 2020.

The commonwealth government’s responsibility for native title is split between Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus and Ms Burney. A spokesman for Mr Dreyfus’ department said: “The commonwealth government has received a submission from Ms Naomi Smith and others and will consider its response.”

I remember seeing a documentary on the JFK shooting. The Warren commission recreated the shooting scene to exactly what is was on that day. They then got a man of the same height and weight as Oswald and asked him to shoot the 3 rounds in the same positions and angles that Oswald shot that day. All the cartridges were expelled and landed in the exact same positions as those in the Texas Book Repository.

Have to comment on this one:
Who actually believes this putrid BS??

Why use a shooter with the same height and weight as Oswald?

Was it to ensure that the directional, recoil and gravitational forces acting on the 6.5×52mm cartridges were exactly the same as in November 1963, so that the cartridges fell in the exact same position? A reason so preposterous that it only deserves contempt.

If not for this reason, then why?

How could they replicate the exact same position and angle as Oswald?
Was the guy wearing the same clothes as well? Same hairstyle? You know… just in case…

What is the probability that 3 cartridges would fall in the exact same position, even if the exact same force and motion as Oswald’s was replicated? A shitload less than 1, you can be certain.
I mean, did they also replicate the air pressure, weather and prevailing breeze wafting in or out of the TBR on that fateful day? (As if anyone would have known these details!)

Did they also know that Oswald didn’t accidentally (or otherwise) move the spent cartridges from where they landed?

And, just to avoid being thought to be the indentured imbeciles that they clearly are, did these geniuses replicate the “experiment” multiple times? You know, to give it any credibility to anyone with an IQ > 20?

Lastly, we know Oswald was an experienced marksman, he knew his craft and he was shooting a President.. he would have been aware of the expected consequences of such an act.. why would anyone like that leave spent cartridges behind?

If Oswald was indeed the single gunman, there would have been zero reasons for the US Government not to be totally open with the results of the investigation.
The fact that there was, and there still is, secrecy around the documentation debunks perfectly the single gunman hypothesis.
