—————
From Mirella Schiava,
(she carries on a bit but gets to meat of the post eventually)

Tom Kruse and the Birdsville Track

“In another life (it was back in the 1960s – so that really is another life in another country) I worked for the Commonwealth Department of Education and Science as an “Induction Officer” (I think that was what it was called) which involved an endless string of three day assignments designed to introduce overseas students (mostly on the Colombo Plan or the Special African Assistance Plan) to the mysteries of Australia.

We would take them off to set up a bank account – with the Commonwealth Bank (of course) in Martin Place; treat them to an Aussie meal at Cahills in Castlereagh Street – Chicken Maryland was a favourite ; take them to Gowings to buy some suitable Aussie clothes (this is getting funnier as a write it); take them for a ferry trip on Sydney Harbour; and show them a couple of short movies about Australia.”

One of the movies, which I must have seen at least 100 times, was Back of Beyond. It was a documentary which had been made in 1952 and it told the story of a man named Tom Kruse who, long before four wheel drive vehicles, drove an old truck from Marree in northern South Australia across the deserts, flooded rivers, sand dunes as high as mountains and other miscellaneous obstacles, to Birdsville once a fortnight. The distance was 519 km.

The road was nothing more than a rough track which had been created by the Afghan camel drivers who lived in Marree and had used camels to cross the desert to Birdsville.

Tom was employed by the postal service to deliver the mail – the truck had ‘Royal Mail’ on the front – and supplies to Birdsville. He started doing the fortnightly run in 1936.
I didn’t realise at the time, when I was watching it every couple of days, that it had won the 1954 Venice Biennale Grand Prix Assoluto and that the artist, Sidney Nolan, a friend of the director, accepted the award.

The film was, and remains, a remarkable record of the hardships and ingenuity involved in taking mail and supplies across a desert prone to flooding, being bogged in sand dunes and breaking down hundreds of kilometres from any assistance. There is an extract from the documentary which can be watched on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSa4esN3CHM. Well worth checking out.

Kruse was, by any measure, a truly remarkable Australian. He lived until he was 96 and was there when the Governor General unveiled a statue to the tireless mailman at the National Motor Museum in Birdwood, South Australia.

In 1999, when he was aged 85, Kruse made the journey for the last time. It was recorded in the film Last Mail from Birdsville. It is a unique piece of Australian history and Kruse, by any measure, is as close to an authentic legend as this country will ever see.

Want to learn more? There’s a site dedicated to Tom Kruse. Check it out at http://www.lastmailfrombirdsville.com

The closeness of polling (admittedly it’s a bit suspect) in the USA tells me the nation is divided to a point of no return. It’s a very worrying sign that there’s likely no way back to the USA of old. By old I mean mid-last-century!
Mark Levin did a devastating rant about how bad the Democrats have been and for how long. Today we read that Arnie is endorsing Kamala! He’s only an actor, but has been a governor and was notionally a Republican.
I’m a little consoled however that Naomi Wolf has jumped the other way and endorsed Trump. She obviously has more intellectual weight than Arnie.

It’s obvious that the same ballot shenanigans that occurred in 2020 are happening again. Some states are taking corrective action and the Supreme Court has issued a ruling that some votes are not kosher, which serves as a warning that they might take some notice this time as against zero last time.

Fluffy Annaliese seems to be saying that casting doubts on the election process is the work of troublemakers, and nyah nyah none of Trump’s legal cases last time bore fruit. She then adds her usual splash of lefty vox pop sauce in the shape of a voter who is concerned with “inclusion” and the welfare of “migrants”.

I see a Victorian teen, who committed a vandal attack (involving arson, lucky no one was hurt) on Jewish MP Josh Burns’ office, will face no prison time and will instead ‘undergo a diversion assessment‘ (whatever that is, sounds like wank to me). The Oz is reporting that the young offender has expressed “regret, shame and embarrassment” over the charges against him.

Gosh, threatening Jews, stalking Jews, attacking Jewish MP’s offices, and the only punishment you’ll receive is gentle admonishment.

Who reckons the same leniency would have been applied had the MP been a Muslim? We all know the answer to that.

Passengers Thrown Off London Flight After Fight over MAGA Hat (30 Oct)

According to a report from The Sun newspaper, the fight broke out between the two women after one demanded that the other remove their MAGA hat as they waited to board a British Airways flight to Austin, Texas, from Heathrow on Monday afternoon.

After the woman wearing the hat featuring Donald Trump’s trademark campaign slogan refused to take off her cap, punches began to be thrown. The British newspaper did not report which woman threw the first punch.

Despite the altercation breaking out in the terminal, the two women still boarded the plane.

However, as they were seated in the same premium economy section, the dispute continued, exchanging obscenities.

Finally, the captain called for police to intervene, and officers removed them from the flight.

Not young women either, one was 40 and the other 60.

US election: Why Kevin Rudd must go if Donald Trump wins

Senior diplomatic sources have revealed who would need to replace Kevin Rudd as the ambassador to the US if Donald Trump wins the US election.

Australia must replace Kevin Rudd with Tony Abbott or Joe Hockey as ambassador to the US if Donald Trump wins the election next week, senior diplomatic sources say.

A second Trump term would up-end the Federal Labor Government’s relationship with Washington, they say, with Mr Rudd having called the former president a “traitor to the west”.

“Joe Hockey gets on famously with Trump but he’s making a lot of money with Bondi partners, he may not want to do a second act,” a well placed diplomatic source said.

“But one person who would be perfect, and could be persuaded, is Tony Abbott.”

Mr Trump called Kevin Rudd “nasty” and “not the brightest bulb” during an interview with British political figure Nigel Farage in March.

He also said Mr Rudd would “not last long” if he was re-elected.

Under a section of the public service act, all ambassadors are appointed on a “non-continuous basis” meaning they can be called back at any time.

Further to the curiously named ‘undergo a diversion assessment‘, Josh Burns’ electoral office wasn’t firebombed because he is a Labor MP. Oh no, let’s get this straight, it was firebombed because Burns is a Jew, and a Zionist Jew at that. Tut tut.

Am I allowed to be somewhat curious as to what this ‘diversion assessment‘ will entail for the young lad? I could offer some basic suggestions, I’m even happy to offer my services to instruct the young lad on some basic history. Methinks he needs some lessons about the history of Judaism and Zionism, and how Judaism IS Zionism. And then he needs some lessons on Jewish history, the pogroms, the mass murder, the mass expulsions and then round it off with a confronting lesson on Nazi Germany, and show the young ‘lost’ lad firstly pictures and footage of how the homes and businesses of Jews were set alight, most infamously on Kristellnacht, and then show the young lad pictures, footage and reports of the mass deportations to extermination camps where Jews were slaughtered, some six million. Perhaps even a visit to the Melbourne Jewish museum might be in order.

But no folks, don’t worry, this diversion assessment will simply be a progesssive woke wank diversion from the TRUTH.

Sean “Diddy” Combs didn’t kill himself…

Mag: Diddy ‘Has Enough Dirt to Hang Half of Hollywood,’ Panicky Celebrities Are ‘Praying He Keeps His Mouth Shut’ (29 Oct)

But the “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” singer’s celebrity friends are in a panic over rumors that he “kept meticulous records” of his parties, the source revealed.

“All the rumors that he’s kept meticulous records, and even video recordings, of all the crazy stuff that went on at his big parties over the years is only adding to everyone’s panic,” the insider said. …

Combs, who has refuted the allegations, was denied bail three times after a New York judge ruled that the “I’ll Be Missing You” singer must remain behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center while he awaits his upcoming sex trafficking trial, set for May 5.

A lot can happen in six months. I wonder how much crossover there is between Diddy’s meticulous records and Epstein’s little black book?

“The New Dealers War”, by Thomas Fleming, featured at the head of this thread, makes interesting reading. Seems Roosevelt’s policy, of “unconditional surrender,” announced at the summit conference at Casablanca in 1943, dumbfounded and appalled Churchill, Eisenhower and Marshall. The policy doomed the hopes of the German Resistance for a Coup which would have ended the war in 1943, saving millions of lives…..

@emmagcawood

BUSSES of non-english speaking “citizens” are guided past Americans who had been waiting in line for hours to cast their early votes. These people, all wearing Harris Walz stickers, were directed through the voting process by a handful of “translators”.

The video shows a group of ten or so people walking up to an election official outside a polling station and asking a question. That’s it. The footage is too grainy to tell what ethnicity they are… could even be Native American. There is no evidence of them all wearing stickers. This is very weak tea.

I know a lot of people are pessimistic at the prospect of Dimocrat misdeeds and shenanigans again at this election.

I would proffer one consideration, one small crumb to offset the dead weight of hopelessness: The Dimocrats are panicking.

Remember in the last election, despite having the most lacklustre dotard who could not even fill a carpark of people sitting in their cars while Trump filled stadiums with many more gathered outside, the Dimocrats were strangely calm and confident. They knew they had it sorted.

This time there is desperation. They are not sure if all their contrivances and trickery will work.

Well may they call him Tennis Albo – another return over the net to him:

Opposition home affairs spokesman James Paterson has blasted Anthony Albanese for the “carefully worded statement” his office issued on Wednesday in response to questions about the Prime Minister’s relationship with then Qantas chief executive Alan Joyce.

That statement said Mr Albanese “did not ever call Alan Joyce seeking an upgrade”. Mr Albanese’s office has since clarified the statement, saying no other forms of communication were used either.

Senator Paterson said there were still questions to be answered and that Mr Albanese should refer himself to the federal corruption watchdog so the issue could be “adequately investigated”.

“I honestly wonder how dumb the Prime Minister’s office thinks the Australian people are that they’ll be fooled by such a carefully worded statement, which doesn’t go to the core of the issue at all,” he told Sky News.

“I mean, we could tell when the Prime Minister was asked about this at his press conference on Tuesday that he had something to hide because he was being incredibly evasive and he failed to answer this question when he was asked directly repeatedly.

“The only thing the Prime Minister’s office has ruled out on his behalf is he didn’t call Alan Joyce asking for an upgrade.

“They haven’t ruled out that he sent Alan Joyce a text message or an email or that he contacted anyone else in senior management at Qantas by any means or that any of his staff contacted anyone at Qantas soliciting an upgrade.

“And this is what is different about his behaviour compared to any other politician’s behaviour. He appears to have solicited upgrades while he was the minister or shadow minister responsible for regulating Qantas and subsequently his government presided over a decision that was favourable to Qantas but came at the cost of the public interest by blocking competition for Qantas and driving up prices for Australians.”

Trump is a very funny man.

Better than that. He has made Biden and all the rest of them look small by shrugging it off – and his supporters get to join in.

Normally the left can just insult and abuse their opponents with impunity. Now their opponents are laughing at them.

They can’t stand that because they are insecure and live in constant fear that they will be ‘discovered’ as a mid-wit who repeats ideas they do not really understand or are able to defend.

Government borrowing through bond issues will also rise.

Private sector workers will bear the cost of a steep rise in employer contributions to National Insurance while public sector workers are slated for a pay rise.

The Chancellor has indicated that further tax rises and cuts to services are likely. For the moment it seems maintenance on roads and railways will be scaled back.

I’ve been spending much of my spare time catching up with JD Vance videos with podcasters, so much so that Hairy, miffed, asks me if he should grow a beard (lol). Vance is super-relaxed in these, using colloquial swear words often, and offers some crucial insights into how a Trump Presidency would deal with varous issues, including immigrant returns, international wars (especially any threat to Taiwan’s chip industry), and various major financial reworks of the American system.

Well worth seeing them, in particular the one a week ago with Theo Von – check it out if it’s not already been posted, and this one I’ve just viewed with Tim Dillon. They are long and discursive and show Vance as a thinker (probably yet to be blooded with the reality of what he faces) and as a doer. I think he has a very strong influence on Trump, and vice versa (to date anyway; sparks may fly in the future).

Vance adds a lot of young and Trump-averse voters to the final mix of Trump, Kennedy and Vance. The comments on these podcasts are also worth a dekko. There seems to be some view that Baron Trump has been instrumental in encouraging JD to do these podcasts.

Google/YouTube has already memory-holed Trump’s three hours with Joe Rogan. If you try searching for the actual show, the first hit is a story from The Arizona Republic telling you how crap it is.

I just did a simple google search and the video came up as the first item in the list – below some crappy news stories which didn’t even need to be scrolled past.

I’m presuming the blatant censorship of these types of news items is far more prevalent overseas?

Firstly, Thommo has the stamina of a breeding bull and “pleasured” multiple ladies (hardly likely).
Secondly, Thommo has some rather distasteful fetishises which attract a considerable premium on the tariff (entirely possible).

And today is Reformation Day, commemorating Martin Luther nailing his Ninety-Five Theses on the Power and Efficacy of Indulgences to the noticeboard on All Saints Church door in the university town of Wittenberg, inviting a debate on the topic.

It is probably not coincidental that Luther chose this day – All Hallows’ Eve (from which we derive Halloween) – in the church year to do so, but I’ll leave it to interested Cats to do their own research as to why this might be the case.

BREAKING: Election officials in York County, Pennsylvania, are reporting that they also received THOUSANDS of potentially fraudulent voter registration forms and mail-in ballot applications from a third-party group First Lancaster County, and now York County? WHAT IS GOING ON? I’m also receiving information from sources on the ground that say this is happening in more counties. It’s becoming evident to me that Election Fraudsters wanted to cheat in the 2024 election by bloating the voter rolls with dubious names and requesting mail-in ballots using those names. I’m glad the scheme is being “caught” before and not after the election. This also means that regardless of who wins, we must audit the election in all 50 states. Instead of investigating Elon, the DOJ should be all over this. Maybe not, cause all they’ll do is cover it up like they did in 2020.

Northern Territory government to review Sentencing Act following string of alleged DV murdersLiam Mendes
18 hours ago.
Updated 17 hours ago

A brutal domestic violence incident takes place in broad daylight on the grass outside the Town Council Chambers in Alice Springs.
It’s just past 2pm on Thursday in Alice Springs and a woman is lying on the grass in front of the Town Council Chambers. Standing over the woman, her partner – with a string of convictions and jail time for violent offending – is physically assaulting her.
The all-too-familiar scene played out as the Northern Territory government announced it would review the Sentencing Act after The Australian revealed a string of murders in the Territory were allegedly committed by men with violent criminal histories who could have still been in custody had they received lengthier sentences.
In the violent episode, captured on video last week, the man grabs his 44-year-old partner as she cowers in fear. Several witnesses ignore the woman’s plight, apparently desensitised to what they are seeing.
No one comes to the woman’s aid until one passer-by steps in to confront the attacker.

“Oi, get off her,” the bystander yells in video obtained by The Australian.
The perpetrator walks away, and the good Samaritan gives the woman some water – an act of kindness that appears to infuriate her partner.
“Who the f..k are you?” he yells repeatedly as he approaches the man in a menacing manner.
“Back up and f..k off, you f..k off, that’s my f..king wife,” he says.
“I’m giving her water,” the man replies.
“I want to f..king punch you right now,” the assailant tells him.
Shortly after, the man is tackled to the ground by police and taken to the lockup for a night. The following day he is released by a NT Local Court Judge on a three-month suspended sentence, with a six-month good behaviour bond.
It’s another line item in a crowded rap-sheet, after he was sentenced to six months in prison in 2023 for aggravated assault, breaching a domestic violence order. In the past few years he has racked up multiple convictions for aggravated assault and breaching a DVO, for which he spent time in jail and served a good behaviour bond.

Four years ago (hard to believe it, how time flies), I sat with some other Cats at a CPAC function here in Sydney and watched the US election results come in. Most in the room that day expected Trump to win. I was not so sure, my gut feeling prior to and on the day was that something would go wrong. I was fearful, I did not share the dominant euphoric belief that Trump would be elected in a landslide or that he would be re-elected at all. My gut feeling was proved correct. I didn’t want to be right but I was.

I make no predictions for next week, Trump might win but then again he might not. I hope Trump does win however I am prepared for the worst, which is that Kamala Harris will be the next POTUS. And then we can kiss goodbye to both America and the West. The progressive coup d’état will be complete.

The US election Sportsbet odds as follows for electoral college votes( 270 votes to win)-

Orange Man

240-269 4.50
270-299 3.40
300-330 3.20
330-359 10.00

Cackling Succubus

210-239 3.30
240-269 3.50
270-299 4.50

Aha! Number counting begins!

Someone leaked the meeting and was critical of Airbus Albo to the media:

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese moved to reassure ministers the saga over his Qantas upgrades will blow over, declaring he had done nothing wrong while hitting out at media reporting on the issue.

The Prime Minister addressed the issue at the opening of the meeting in Melbourne on Wednesday, assuring ministers he had not acted inappropriately in accepting flight upgrades and the media reporting had been unfair.

One person at the meeting told The Australian the monologue was even worse than his widely-panned press conference a day earlier, accusing the Prime Minister of rambling without having a clear objective of what his ministers should take away from the comments.

While there were ministers sympathetic to his plight, others are critical of how he has handled the issue since it was published in newspapers over the weekend.

Anthony Albanese’s blanket denial that he sought flight upgrades has been described as “bulls**t” by a Qantas insider who claims his personal staff were in contact with the national carrier.

The Prime Minister has now categorically denied that he ever personally contacted the Qantas CEO Alan Joyce during his tenure as Transport minister to solicit flight upgrades and revealed an internal audit of his text messages confirms this.

It follows author Joe Aston’s claim in a new book called The Chairman’s Lounge that Mr Albanese dealt directly with Mr Joyce about his personal travel – a claim Mr Albanese now categorically denies.

The book revealed Mr Albanese received 22 flight upgrades since 2009, with nearly half involving private family holidays.

Mr Albanese has insisted in a carefully worded statement overnight that he never had contact with Mr Joyce over personal flights.

“The Prime Minister did not ever call Alan Joyce seeking an upgrade,’’ a spokesperson said.

“All travel has been appropriately declared and is a matter of public record.”

But in explosive new claims, a Qantas whistleblower said that people were “freaking out” over the Prime Minister’s blanket denials insisting that there was contact between his office and the airline over upgrades in previous years.

“I know because I know. It’s bulls**t. It did happen,’’ the Qantas insider said.

“We all knew about it. It’s very well known inside Qantas. (Former government relations executive) Andrew Parker used to get calls from Labor staffers as well about upgrades.

“If there’s senate inquiry and Alan Joyce goes he’s going to get asked.

Just an update on the case (?) of the WA farmer t taken to court under the Aboriginal Heritage Act for crossing a “sacred” creek … on his own property!

He has posted this:

Tony MaddoxSave Rural WA

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick up date for all of you following the Court case against me by the Aboriginal Heritage Act for fixing a crossing on my creek on my own property.

It was due once again to be heard in the Magistrates court this Friday 1st November at 2.15pm and is still listed on their own web site as this HOWEVER I received an email from them on Tuesday afternoon stating ( Wait for it) you guessed it!

IT HAS BEEN ADMINISTATIVELY ADJOURNED BY THE MAGISTRATE UNTIL 31ST JANUARY 2025.

This is the 7th adjournment since February this year.

Absolutely unbelievable.

If this is not complete incompetence then what is.

There can only be 2 choices either Guilty or Not Guilty.

It cannot be that hard.

Of course the ramifications if I am guilty will flow right through the farming community and certainly make it impossible to Farm because we cannot cross a creek without their permission.

I have asked official permission to dig some more silt out of my silt trap back in May this year and am still waiting for a response so imagine if we had to ask if we could cross the creek to harvest our crop. It would be next winter before we get an answer!!!

They definitely need to alter this Legislation to allow us all to farm without impediment from an over zealous department.

So thanks for all your support so far and I’ll touch base again next year as we get closer to the Court Date………..

Tony Maddox.

Setting the modern commercial & occult accretions aside, like Christmas, Halloween derives from the Christian liturgical calendar and medieval folk piety. On the subject of Halloween, I have no doubt that somewhere in Australia there are marketing people working on ways to introduce Thanksgiving to this country.

If the voice had got up, it would have been perfect. A day on which Aussies could express their sincere thanks to the wonderful indigenous people for their welcome and assistance.

Introduce it to the kids and use them to pressure the older people into going along with it. Kids will be primed for it by a lifetime’s exposure to the endless Thanksgiving episodes of every single American series, every single year!

What a huge sales opportunity, costumes, gifts, mementos, etc.

I predict it will happen eventually.

Twenty minutes scrolling the comments under the video yesterday I couldn’t find a single anti Trump comment.
Kam- a la la’s podcast with a lefty the day after received around 3 million views. Scrolling the comments underneath that video, were almost 100% negative.
I think the pollsters were in two minds as to whether to boost Kamalala, counting on the steal working, or boosting Trump in order to give his supporters the feeling that they don’t have to turn up because he has this. Just because something is manipulated, doesn’t mean it doesn’t contain information.
I’m confident because I’m going to make an assumption: That the Trump campaign will have actually put on the ground what they need to in order to contain the steal.
If my assumption is right, it’s a blowout.
No one in their right mind is showing up to vote for that daft witch.

President of the Nanny-banger club is endorsing Kamel for president. He put out a longish tweet explaining his reasons.

Mike Cernovich replied with a direct “between the eyes”, hit.

Thanks Pogria – Just read Cernovich’s reposte — I just wish he hadn’t held back so much.

Thoroughly sick of Albo’s hard-scrabble story. The government put him up in a comfortable house in an inner city locale where he could groove with other trots. He went to a good school at the expense of a Church he disrespects. Not like he got punted to Moe and a life of throwing pigs heads at neighbours. You’d think he’d be grateful.

Did you see the Rogan interview where Trump stated he has 60 papers proving election fraud? No-one has seen those papers. Just like his health policy, his tax returns, his medical records, his academic record.

That not even as much as the amount of Kraken lawsuits he lost, LOL.

Carolyn Glick, an excellent source, saying that Israel have have attacked Iranian nuclear sites in their last attack but that no-one will admit it.

Extremely unlikely.

Not really.

Whether or not Parchin still features in Iran’s nuclear weapons program, it once housed uranium. Nothing new about Ms Glick’s claim: it’s been an IAEA and NPT issue for years.

Strategic strike, or message sent?

I have lost all respect for Ross Greenwood. He was on with Andrew Bolt just now and could not give a straight answer when Bolt asked him who would be better for the economy, Trump or Kamala. He actually launched into a Kamala-like word salad which said nothing. It’s clear he prefers Kamala but doesn’t want to appear ridiculous by saying so.

Not only is Halloween both Fake and Gay, it’s suspiciously Catholic to boot. All that Dead Ancestor Worship, saint’s feasts, young fillies given rein to kick over the traces once in a while, wake up to nagging guilt…
And no, Australia will not adopt a First Nations Treaty Day, because it involves lotsa effort for a cold slice of negative feedback.
Bring back Bonfire Night i say, burn the Guy. One in the eye for that bloke in Rome with the silly shoes and the Rural Fire Warden.

I like to experience the universe as one harmonious whole. Every cell has life. Matter, too, has life; it is energy solidified. Our bodies are like prisons, and I look forward to be free, but I don’t speculate on what will happen to me. I live here now, and my responsibility is in this world now.”
~ Albert Einstein

Poor Albert. He should have spent less time sailing and more time walking in fields looking for mushrooms. A friend of mine recently was given ketamine for some treatment and said he felt one with the universe.

I don’t understand physicists and their metaphysical meanderings. Bohr had the Yin Yang symbol on his coat of arms, Dyson with hints of pan psychism but also possibly a theist, Einstein refused to be affiliated with any religion or atheism and referred to The Old One, yet above sounds like he’s been listening to Alan Watts. The modern craze that started with the physicist Capra’s The Tao of Physics. Capra was inspired by discussions with Heisenberg and very inspired by taking psychedelics. Some people experiencing psychedelics undergo profound changes in philosophy and emotions. All this reminds me of John Karlsson’s study which found mathematical creativity has a statistical association with psychosis, not to be confused with schizophrenia. Psychosis isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it may simply reflect a much more flexible mind.

Longish, but – Quenthland, you have some work to do (the CM):

The second juvenile charged over the death of Emma Lovell in a shocking home invasion on Boxing Day 2022 has been found not guilty of murder by a Supreme Court judge.

Little more than a week after the judge-only trial ended and he retired to consider his verdict, Justice Michael Copley returned on Thursday afternoon and delivered his decision.

A JURDGE-only trial. I would dearly like to know who made that decision.

Justice Copley found the youth guilty of burglary and assault. He returned not guilty verdicts on murder and the alternative manslaughter charge, he also found the juvenile not guilty of malicious act with intent and wounding.

Emma Lovell’s death triggered a youth crime case against two juveniles that shocked the state, with the second of the two juveniles granted a trial without a jury because it started at the height of the state election campaign which hinged on youth crime.

Two scrotes, both armed mind you, smacked their way into a house occupied by normal people. This is what’s usually called (allegedly) a ‘joint criminal enterprise’. Then when the normal people tried to get said scrotes off their property, they were both stabbed. The lady (a wife and mother) was killed).

Her grieving husband slammed the not guilty decision while sending a clear message to the new Crisafulli government.

“I just don’t feel justice for Emma one bit,” Mr Lovell said.

That’s because there isn’t.

“This is people’s lives and families and husbands and wives and we are the ones having to live with it.

“They get to carry on doing whatever they’re doing. As other people have said in the past, we are the ones that live with a life sentence and everyone carries on what they’re doing.”

The rationale for this baffling decision?

The accused boy on trial last week was charged as an alleged accomplice to all alleged offences committed during the fatal home invasion, even though he never wielded the knife and was not directly involved in the struggle on the Lovell’s front lawn.

His legal team argued during the trial that he was not guilty of Emma’s murder because he did not know the primary offender had a knife.

I’m sorry, but that’s bullshit. It’s no fault of the jacks, or – surprisingly – the prosecution:

During the trial, crown prosecutor David Nardone said multiple pieces of residential CCTV footage from that night would be crucial, including footage and audio from a neighbour’s camera of the accused youths yelling “I’ll kill you, I’ll kill you too”.

Other footage, the court heard, was of the pair prowling the street looking for open houses and car doors, after coming from a government-funded care home for at-risk youths from where the accused’s co-offender had taken a knife.

The JURDGE:

In his reasons for the verdicts, Justice Copley concluded, based on the video evidence

Which is a wholly unsatisfactory method, in and of itself, of coming to conclusions of this type, taking into spatial distance and ignoring other evidence:

that the accused did not fully turn around and did not know that the primary offender had a knife.

The message for homeowning taxpayers with children, which will be well and truly received, is this – you are absolutely on your own. Defend yourself and yours.

This will not end well. For scrotes.

Also, the history of ‘Halloween’ in the US, something that has now become fashionable in this country (something we didn’t grow up with and which I’m not very comfortable with), stems from the very Protestant Puritans who took the practice of Halloween to the US when they sought refuge there back in the early 1600s.

Of course they do.

They construct shrines to them in the tunnels built by kidnapped slave children, and conduct rituals every bingo night while wearing red leather shoes made from the skin of children worked to death.

Further to this new book on Cronulla, whilst most of us know that the facts around Cronulla were conveniently submerged and hidden to suit a political and religious narrative, it’s worth thinking of this, that political and media gaslighting began in earnest in this country after Cronulla, a complicit media, political and leftist class all united to push a false narrative.

Those of us with relatives and friends in the Shire always knew the truth of what happened that weekend in 2005.

We look askance at what’s emerged about Southport (we all knew), but the West has been on this gaslighting trajectory for decades, as evidenced by Cronulla.

No, it is a real coronavirus. Given me misery for the last two or so years due to a variant of long Covid. Very different from the flu. As you might guess I don’t much like the Chinese government who inflicted me with this.

In terms of severity though flu and covid are very similar. The “pandemic” lockdowns were abhorrently unjustified.

I have had this virus and agree with BoN that it was unlike any flu I have had. I have never coughed so violently – it was as if the body was saying “I really don’t like this!”

Definitely different, although I and my family found it less severe than flu. The first time was comparable to a cold with the symptoms’ order all messed up and I pretty much slept for the first day. Shorter recovery time than a cold though (which is usually around 10 days for me) and each time seems shorter and less severe than the last. A week to two and it’s a cold. A few days? Must be covid. I probably got covid about four times while avoiding jabs like I’m in that bullfighter meme. Natural immunity seems to be working well for me. 🙂
