Will the wind warriors become social outcasts?

LETS COMPARE THE MORALITY OF THE SLAVE TRADE AND SUBSIDISED WINDFARMING

Thinking about the human, economic and environmental damage inflicted by the wind farming industry, what will happen when everyone realises what is going on?

Our hardearned is being used to enrich money movers who have mobilized trillions of dollars to make electricity more expensive and less reliable, while inflicting massive damage on the environment.

Power prices feed into everything that moves, wrecking household budgets and whole energy-intensive industries.

Rural communities are tragically divided.

If we persist in this folly, we will end up like Britain and Germany, but without the benefit of extension cords to other nations.

Should there be a movement to shame the people and organizations that are involved in this immoral, exploitive and destructive industry?

Every single federal government contract and grant program to deliver services and goods requires that the applicant has ensured that there is no slavery along the supply chain. I wonder how often the Uyghurs pop up for consideration when it comes to say, solar panels and the like.

I sโ€™pose it is different when they do it.

Based on the total repercussions from Covid theyโ€™ve got nothing to worry about. And a fair chance of ending up in Government House somewhere.

I’d start by not calling them warriors. They are far from it. They are scalpers earning grift off the backs of Aussie consumers, taxpayers and government subsidies. And who in Australia will be feeling empathy for Chinese slave labour when they are having trouble with their energy bills, their rent and paying to get their kids back to school.

You mean government mandated subsidy, which is paid for by the consumer via LRET. The government doesnt spend a dime.

The hypocrisy is massive.

We know that windfarms cause enormous environmental damage like killing millions of birds and bats. Offshore windfarms kill whales. They also harm farm animals and people through infrasound, and catastrophically impact real estate values for anyone who has the misfortune to be near one. And large amounts of native forest has to be clear felled when one is build in a national park.

Yet the greenies are silent.

I remember “save the whales”, and “lock the gate” and the Tarkine campaigns. Yet there are no such protests of these installations.

That alone is enough to completely discredit the green movement.

An historical note –

With the exception of the US (where it was only applied in DC) slave owners were compensated by Western powers for their loss upon the abolition of slavery.

We will turn them into pendulums.
And you know what pendulums are?
A dead weight hanging by a string.
