Very few truckers, I could count on one hand the truckers there. That said the few that were there deserve to be praised and acknowledged. The convoy on the other hand had to endue foul abuse from truck drivers all the way down from Queensland. One commented that the convoy probably had unvaxxed people who would pass the virus to children and kill them. This was not a truckers convoy but ordinary Australians worried about the direction the country is headed.
Many thanks for posting this video, Bruce – the most important video I have seen this year.
The government no longer represents the people who voted for it. The government represents itself and the public service, which has been arraigned against the public.
It’s astonishing that this has happened, but it’s now apparent the anti-democratic impulse was everywhere in our government institutions and Covid19 gave them the excuse they needed to wage war against the people whose democratic consent and taxes makes government possible.
The police wonder why people call them the pigs and the government the pig state — a rallying cry first heard in the West half a century ago when governments first decided to use deadly force to suppress protests during the Vietnam war.
Australian governments don’t want you to know that it is now using force and violence against model citizens like Bruce Paix. Governments are relying on the news media not to report dissent and stories like Bruce Paix’s and to side with the government – which the news media has enthusiastically embraced.
Australians need to get it through their heads that governments no longer represent them. Governments will do whatever it takes to impose its will on the people.
Australia needs a second democratic revolution and, if we are serious, a new constitution that recognises threats to out democracy that can be ranged against the public on the flimsiest of excuses.
Thanks for that Tom but our constitution was written for the ordinary person to understand, something most of us do and have accepted but the people holding the reins of government, their legal people and the bureaucrats, have twisted the constitution to suit themselves so in reality the constitution is only as good as the political and bureaucratic class allow it.
Looking at Canada, New Zealand, Australia and England being homes of the Westminister system and more importantly, the domiciled homes for the Magna Carta, it is pretty obvious that this parliamentary system of government is (without being rude) pretty much fucked.
Through advice based entirely on fear and a whole lot of fucking favor, the officials of unelected public and Crown institutions and specifically the TGA , ATAGI and the entirely moronic National Cabinet and including but not limited to Crown employees (as opposed to government employees – these employees represent the Crown which, in turn, protects the people via assent of the Governor General and State Governors – i.e the police) have completely thrown our system under the fucking bus. It has, over the years, been incrementally coming via Marxist agenda and it has finally fully arrived in all its fanatical and homicidal glory. Freedom, liberty, integrity and honesty…….R.I.P
On your way in you may not have noticed……

Great stuff!!!
Damn!!! I can’t get Rumble to work!
Any ideas?
I am surprised and saddened to hear that. On our way to Canberra for the protest from Sydney, we only saw trucks (and cars) honking encouragement to those with banners and flags.
Is it fair to say that most(?) truck drivers in Australia today would be working for corporates rather than independent hauliers?
Thankyou Bruce Paix.

I noticed Bruce mention that the Governor-General has resigned, and gone missing.
What is that about?
Thanks Duk!
Yep I was off coms for that, wondered myself

Thanks for the feedback, Vicki .
Maybe a Qld thing although I can’t say I noticed any improvement after crossing the border into NSW.
The reception from people on the sides of the roads and in towns was humbling. Passing small towns even though they had been bypassed by the highway came out in the dark and rain to stand and cheer beside the highway . Whenever the convoy stopped crowds appeared with donations and cash to help, again ordinary Australians not truck drivers. For truck drivers that were there I thank you, I wish there was more of you. We were there for freedom for all including truck drivers.
Thank you Bruce – but is this a scomo pile on. The revolting labour premiers get away with everything
True, but Morrison enabled them by 1.) creating the National Cabinet and 2.) allowing states to access to federal health records (vaxx status). Morrison deserves to hang right alongside the premiers.
Thank you Bruce – but is this a scomo pile on. The revolting labour premiers get away with everything
Morrison is 100% complicit, a silent partner, architect and enabler of all the has occured. Along with the rest of his fellow travellers. The so called “National Cabinet”. Orwell would get a kick out that one.
Rubbish.
Without the National Cabinet in place there would be chaos.
Scotty can’t order the Premiers around but he can maintain order in the Country.
That’s what he’s done.
Albanese wants to send squads of Vaccinators door to door and no one in the ALP, the Union Movement, or the ALP State Premiers have said a word.
Hi Bruce
This video was undoubtedly one of the most important I have seen on covid and our government’s response.
Although I don’t have any medical qualifications, I will say that I repeatedly wrote to our Prime Minister, the federal Minister of Health, state Premier and state Health Minister over the two years expressing increasing concern and alarm at the ramping up of their actions which defied logic and confronted our freedom. And like every dissenting voice, I was routinely ignored.
Worse, even those who have the medical experience and background to prove their assertions were silenced by threats to their professional employment and all the while, the MSM sang from the same song-sheet as the government. As you mention in the video, any trust (however limited) that we may have had in our government, the police and the media has evaporated. Only those who live the most insulated and sheltered life could still believe those institutions exist for the benefit of the people whom they are supposed to serve.
I am in full agreement that this nation has been fractured and am not sure it will ever recover – and for what? Certainly the economic burden will be carried for generations. I have no faith that those responsible will ever be called to account yet remain hopeful that in the years to come, their legacy will be exposed as the minutes of the various secret meetings (ie. National Cabinet) reveal their utter foolishness, duplicity and the squandering of our nation’s cohesiveness.
I’m sorry for what you had to go through Bruce and trust that the court will dismiss the charges in due course.
All the best
Morrison had the power to pull the Premiers into line to a major degree.
Under the Constitution he had the right to demand that State Borders remain open.
Under the Foreign Affairs powers, he had the Power to ensure that Human Rights were respected according to Australia’s treaty commitments on that issue.
Under the Constitution he had the power to ensure that any State legislation that is in conflict with Federal legislation is rendered null and void – and the actions of the States were clearly in conflict with the provisions of the Federal Biosecurity Act.
As the primary gatherer and distributor of Taxation revenue, the Federal Government has the ability to deny funds to States that do not comply. That was the explicit threat used by John Howard towards States reluctant to join his Gun Control agenda in 1996, as revealed by leaked internal correspondence.
I was critical of those who blamed Morrison for the bushfires two years ago… that WAS a State matter and not a National “emergency”, but in this case, Morrison clearly had both the power and the right to protect Australians from government bullying, and he did not.
Placing blame for this debacle and Chinese flue attack on the free world is a waste of time. Morrison and ALL the premiers are equally useless and culpable, but most of all I blame the Australian public, mass demonstrations against their control measures were needed early in 2021.
The fact that polls continue to give majority support to these draconian measures means they will continue.
That would be a stupid thing to do.
The entire country is brought to a halt while the PM and the Premiers have a standoff to see who blinks first?
Scotty would be the loser in that battle.
That correspondence is self serving since the States were all on board the Mandatory Gun Buyback.
Whatever you might think of Howard, he wasn’t stupid.
No way would he have ceased funding if the States had pushed back, he didn’t wanna be a one term PM.
