Hillary said the dress embellishment “also reflected Joseph’s interest in what were called ‘friendship quilts’ that women used to embroider sayings or phrases or the names of family or friends.”

Wouldn’t that be celebrating the restriction of pursuits white male oppressors confined women to?

Women in those days wanted nothing more than to have abortions, be in politics, be doctors, fly aeroplanes, be judges and stuff – but they were thwarted by patriarchy and given laughable pastimes that men could mock and laugh at.

Hillary is far more cruel and happy to use women than almost any man is.

Some men will be worse in their treatment of women. But they will be democrats. Not to mention her husband.

‘No restrictions on unvaccinated’ decrees India’s Supreme Court, orders gov’t to make side effect data public

The Supreme Court on Monday said that no person can be forced to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and directed the Central government to make public adverse effects of vaccination.

A bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and BR Gavai said bodily autonomy and integrity are protected under Article 21 of the Constitution. The top court said the current COVID-19 vaccine policy cannot be said to be manifestly arbitrary and unreasonable.

“Till numbers are low, we suggest that relevant orders are followed and no restriction is imposed on unvaccinated individuals on access to public areas or recall the same if already not done,” the bench said.

Regarding segregation of vaccine trial data, subject to privacy of individuals, all trials conducted and to be subsequently conducted, all data must be made available to the public without further delay, it said.

“Regarding segregation of vaccine trial data, subject to privacy of individuals, all trials conducted and to be subsequently conducted, all data must be made available to the public without further delay,” the court said.

The apex court also directed the Union of India to publish reports on adverse events of vaccines from the public and doctors on a publicly accessible system without compromising the data of individuals.

The court delivered the judgement on a plea filed by Jacob Puliyel seeking directions for disclosure of data on clinical trials of COVID-19 vaccines and post-jab cases.

Wheel falling off?

Labor leader Anthony Albanese has walked out of a disastrous press conference in which he was apparently unable to recall the details of his NDIS policy until he was handed a cheat-sheet by an adviser.

The trainwreck showing came just hours after Mr Albanese angrily told a TV interviewer it was “absurd” to suggest he’s not across the details of his job and handballs tough questions to his shadow ministers.

In All the Buzzwords news:

‘Super-hybrid’ green hydrogen and energy project proposed for Miriam Vale near Gladstone

A $2 billion pumped hydro and green hydrogen facility, dubbed a “super-hybrid” project, has been proposed for Gladstone in central Queensland.

“The site that we’ve chosen has its own natural [water] catchment. We’ve modelled the 50-year rainfall and we know that, on average, we’ll be able to fill the reservoirs from the natural catchments,” Mr Myer said.

“No year is average … as we have dry years. So we’re looking to be able to top up using desalinated water.

“So we will have a combination of natural catchment and desalinated water able to provide the water for pumped hydro and for electrolysis, which is so important.”

So, desalinated water is pumped uphill, to run back down to make hydrogen. A sort of Zen energy balance.

And it’s all about the coding:

Mr Myer said the project was only made possible because of specialised software that allowed the different energy sources to come together in an optimal way.

With strong political and community backing:

Gladstone Regional Council acting mayor Kahn Goodluck said the proposal was a “strong vote of confidence in the Gladstone region”.

“I was talking to a worker at the Gladstone Power Station just last week and he was telling me he doesn’t like working with coal. He doesn’t like going home with coal stuck up his nose, covered in soot from head to toe,” Mr Goodluck said.

Done deal, then.
Goodluck with that.

Great source for agitprop.

Just about every day ABC AM features a story that starts off with something from Vote Compass, which then gets repeated all day.

NATO vehicles carrying arms in Ukraine will be considered ‘legitimate target’ – Russian Defense Minister

Russian Defense Minister Shoigu pointed out that the United States and its allies are continuing to supply weapons to Ukraine.

On May 4, while the European Union (EU) continues to study new sanctions against Russia, the Kremlin confirmed that it will continue its special military operation in Ukraine. Below are the main developments of this conflict as they happen.

Russia will target North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) vehicles transporting weapons in Ukraine. On Wednesday, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that “any transport from the Atlantic Alliance that arrives in the country with weapons or means for the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be seen by us as a legitimate target.”

He made the remarks at a meeting with Russia’s top defense officials, noting the United States and its allies are continuing to supply weapons to Ukraine. Russian troops together with the forces of Lugansk and Donetsk are controlling more areas of Donbass, and they will continue to fulfill their tasks, Shoigu stressed.

Russia’s “doomsday plane” appears in V-day parade rehearsal

A Russian Il-80 aircraft, which will serve as a strategic command post in the “doomsday” of a nuclear war, participated in a rehearsal of the upcoming Victory Day parade on Wednesday.

Together with strategic bombers and fighters, the Il-80 escorted by two MiG-29 jets flew over Moscow. Eight MiG-29SMT aircraft flew past the Red Square in a Z-shaped formation in support of the Russian troops participating in the military operation in Ukraine.

Russia holds military parades on May 9 to commemorate the Soviet Union’s victory in the Great Patriotic War against Nazi Germany. About 11,000 people, 131 types of weapons and military equipment as well as 77 aircraft will participate in the main parade on the Red Square this year marking the 77th anniversary of the victory.

Turkey: NATO’s Pro-Putin Ally

The… poll also indicated that 48% of the Turkish public think that the U.S. and NATO are responsible for the situation in Ukraine. Turks also think that Russia is their country’s third most important partner.

When they are not reading pro-Erdo?an newspapers, Turks are watching pro-Erdo?an television channels featuring commentators who blame the war on Washington and NATO’s eastward expansion.

Turkey… dismissed the idea of send its S-400 missiles to Ukraine to help Kyiv resist Russian troops.

This is how NATO ally Turkey is “fighting” the Western battle against Russian aggression. In return, the Biden administration seems to be rewarding Erdo?an.

The Biden administration, evidently, at the behest of Turkey, has tried to kill the EastMed gas pipeline project, which could supply gas from Cyprus and Israel, via Greece, to Europe.

Worse, the US State Department, in a March 17 letter to Congress, said that a potential sale of F-16 fighter jets to Turkey would be “in line with U.S. national security interests” and would also “serve NATO’s long-term unity.”

Greece, which recently has experienced countless illegal Turkish overflights, not to mention the last few years, must be thrilled.

You got some big hang ups KD.

YES, you fucking idiot.

Ooooh. The Dark ‘N’ Stormies appear to have an early appearance today.

Go on then. Explain your plan for The People’s Revolution. I am aware this is a little slice of yesteryear when you first started spouting this, and you never answered the questions asked then so I’ll do it again now:

Only answered thousands of times.

1. Who’s in charge of the uprising?

No one….but think about your terminology…”uprising”
You’re a little compliant Kunt-stable underneath aren’t you?
You see disobeying criminals as another Eureka stockade and somebody wants to be Peter Lalor, in your warped mind………..the idea somebody would disobey orders from criminals is beyond Vicplod comprehension.

Sad.

Disobeying tyrants requires no leader, just decency and civic duty amongst the citizens.

2. What, specifically, are the goals?

Freedom as it was at least prior to the coup d’etat…….obviously……..not rocket science to those with an IQ above Vicplod entrance exams standards.

3. What’s the replacement framework?

Replace criminals in government with good, patriotic Australians.

4. Explain a) who will run the New World, b) what the rules will be, c) how they will be enforced, and most importantly d) who, exactly will deliver the sentencing for transgressions against the incoming Carny Code.

……. I’ll type slowly,…… there’s no new world being chased, that’s being down by those that are at war with us.
All any of us should want is our freedoms and our nation back.

You have to have a plan. If you don’t have a plan for this sort of thing – well, you’ll just sound like a lazy couch-dweller wanting everyone else to do the work while you sail in over the top.

The plan I’ve had all along is no plan whatsoever.
A plan is not needed.
Decency and personal responsibility is all that is required.

I started out by promoting ways in which we can all disobey the tyrants, as I honestly expected we’d all want to do, (I was fucking wrong about that) as Australians.
And that involved, at the start doing the most peaceful and easy things to do…..disobey.
It required people do nothing except keep doing what they always did.
Like going to cenotaphs on Anzac day.
The disappointing thing is in having to promote this when nothing should have needed to be said.
It should have been a given as to that is what we would all want to do.

You have some sort of hang up about people who do things, or want to do things.

Here’s my political ambitions.

To be able to go on with life without thinking about government and it’s various intrusions into life for a month at a time, at least.

You need to get over your fear of activism.

Especially when the activism at the start was…disobey illegal dictates from criminals.
In other words, do nothing different.
No activism, just non compliance.
Something you, KD, Vicplodder extrordinaire, were horrified at even suggesting.
That’s why you are forever a POS in my books.
Disgusting.
Disgusting compliance brainwashed into you that sees all non compliance as a revolution, as an uprising.
You’re one confused and brainwashed banana.
Maybe if you had been disobedient at the start, you might not have had to be jabbed.

And the uncomfortable facts remain that if all Australia had taken the right approach at the start, like a few million did, but not enough, this would be over by now and we wouldn’t be facing the oncoming destruction via the typical Socialist printing of money to create the human misery needed to bring on an actual social credit accepting dystopia.
But some feared getting a fine.
Oddly, in doing so, they get the true loss of wealth coming.

Supreme Court Abortion Leak is the Job for Biden’s Ministry of Truth

By John Kass

With the November elections fast approaching, the Democratic Party was in hysterics, panicking over they feared would be wave election, a massive mid-term butt kicking in payment for inflation, crime, the open border and everything else they’ve done to the American people.

They screamed about insurrections wherever they could imagine them, under your neighbors’ bed, among parents who don’t want their kindergarteners indoctrinated on gender identification, among those smeared as domestic terrorists for daring to oppose racist Critical Race Theories in government schools. They piled dry wood around the stakes, like witch burners of the Middle Ages, and their media allies drowned out the heretics.

But that wasn’t helping all that much. The American public wasn’t all that interested in burning millions at the stake for the alleged “insurrection” on Jan. 6, especially when Democrats were so forgiving about the Black Lives Matter riots when the cities burned, and downtowns ruined and businesses were destroyed.

Something else was required. The leak of a Supreme Court draft opinion ending Roe v Wade was that shiny weapon they wanted. If enacted, the leaked draft would not end abortion in all 50 states. All it would do is return the choice to the people. But the Democrats reached for the Supreme Court leak as their weapon. They screamed and held the club in both hands.

A real insurrection has plopped into their laps. Not an imagined one. A real one involving real force and the mob hoping to intimidate the Supreme Court.

The Democrats say they’re angry, at least publicly so, between fundraising calls and getting themselves on TV to say democracy is over. But do the Democrats really want to get to the bottom of this leak thing? I don’t think so. None of them are condemning the leaker.

So I’m wondering: Isn’t this really a job for Nina Jankowicz, the ridiculous party hack and self-described “Mary Poppins of Disinformation” who runs President Biden’s Ministry of Truth?

Who else could do the job? No one else, but Nina. C’mon Joe. Give Nina a chance.

Late night interview on BBC’s Hard Talk with Bill Browder who reckons at >200 bill Putin is the richest person in the world. Says Elon Musk agrees.

Some Cats will know this story but I didn’t.

Browder hired Sergei Magnitsky as his tax lawyer back in 2012 to investigate fraud by Russian tax officials. Putin had him imprisoned for 358 days during which he was tortured, refused medical treatment and died.

Since then Browder (who is no angel) has conducted a crusade which saw the various Magnitsky Acts passed in US and Europe under which Russian officials are sanctioned. Browder gave a brief rundown on how they are extending these to cover extended family. He mentioned Sergei Lavrov’s step daughter living in London as a recent victim and claimed the sanctions were really starting to inconvenience many important and wealthy people.

His hatred of Putin was unmistakeable. Called him absolutely evil.

What was worrying, I found, was the disregard for Russian nukes. You got the feeling at the end of it all that the big one is coming. And for what ? A convoluted business dispute. Ukraine ? Who gives a shit if the price for caring is millions of deaths. We’re all reimagining Churchill and the price of appeasement etc. Total bullshit.

Again, the H. pylori discovery is an illustrative case study; millions of people were misdiagnosed, told their condition was caused by stress and spicy foods and prescribed medications which merely masked the symptoms but left the cause of their condition untreated.

Roger, I think what that story tells us is:-
1. For a long time, the gut wasn’t regarded as a sexy branch of medicine to study, and the application of talent and funding reflected this. It was regarded as mere plumbing, but we are only now finding out what a complex mechanism it is;
2. Sure, they were going with conventional wisdom, and probably educated guesswork, but it wasn’t malicious. But when the two guys in Perth did their research, it wasn’t buried and discredited. It was embraced by the profession as the breakthrough it was.

You live & learn a new word every day

When Nina Met Joey

When it comes to picking a disinformation boss, don’t discount the possibility of poontronage.

Nina Jankowicz is a wannabe chanteuse who croons “I want to be rich, famous and powerful, step on all my enemies and never do a thing,” on YouTube. That tune, David Friedman’s “My Simple Christmas Wish,” asks “who do I have to fake?” to get rich, famous, and powerful. In one rendition, Jankowicz changed that lyric to “who do I have to fuck” to get rich and powerful.

The most likely candidate is the “the Big Guy” referenced in the Hunter Biden laptop. Aside from his plagiarism, Joe Biden has a record as a hands-on guy with a nose for the ladies. As Bill Clinton confirmed, the White House is an ideal place for the most powerful man in the world to get some action with Monica Lewinsky, the 21-year-old intern who gave Bill the benefit of hindsight.

Joe’s second-in-command, Kamala Harris, owes her start to poontronage from Democrat queenmaker Willie Brown, a married man 30 years her senior. Brown set up his steady girlfriend in lucrative sinecures and backed her runs for district attorney of San Francisco, state attorney general, the U.S. Senate, and now vice president. As it turned out, a little poontronage went a long way.

Biden has openly touted voter fraud, but the Delaware Democrat does have a devious side.

As Hunter Biden’s laptop reveals, in emails to his son, Joe Biden used the pseudonym “Peter Henderson,” which has a history of sorts.

In several Tom Clancy novels, including The Hunt for Red October, Peter Henderson is the name of a Soviet spy embedded in the U.S. government. Joe Biden started using the pseudonym in October 2016, to forward a YouTube video to Hunter. The National Pulse first picked up on the ruse in October 2020.

It actually took a while for the recognition to happen, and they were professionally ostracised in the meantime.

This is actually how science (mis)functions most of the time. A theory is postulated and adopted because it seems to fit the data best; data unexplained bythe theory is excluded or its significance minimised. Eventually, though, the unexplained data builds up and a new theory is proposed which better explains it, leading the reigning theory to collapse.

Medicine is no different to any other science in this regard and there are many other examples beside the H. pylori story.

The classic study is by Thomas Kuhn, The Structure of Scientific Revolutions.

Dems Make Stunning Admission About Who Can Actually Get An Abortion

Democrats made an admission about what type of people can actually get abortions in the wake of a leaked Supreme Court draft opinion showing justices could potentially overturn Roe v. Wade.

After many liberals pushed for gender-neutral terms surrounding pregnancy and abortion such as “birthing people” instead of “woman,” prominent Democrats made statements appearing to suggest only women can get pregnant and have abortions.

President Joe Biden characterized abortion as a women’s rights issue in a Tuesday statement which emphasized women’s reproductive freedom.

“I believe that a woman’s right to choose is fundamental,” he said. “[I]f the Court does overturn Roe, it will fall on our nation’s elected officials at all levels of government to protect a woman’s right to choose.”

Hillary Clinton also painted abortion as a women’s issue.

But neither Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton are Biologists – How can they say who a Women is?

There’s no “balance” in this process, it’s a total loss. Energy is expended in the desalination process, in the pumping the water uphill process, and in the electrolysis process.

These energy losses are to produce a low energy fuel, hydrogen, which doesn’t have the inherit energy properties found in readily available petroleum products.

Anthony Albanese has been unable to outline his party’s own “six point plan” for the NDIS in another campaign stumble.

Asked to outline the six points, the Opposition Leader initially attempted to deflect, in a performance that was reminiscent of 2013 Liberal candidate for the western Sydney seat of Greenway Jaymes Diaz, when he was forced to concede during his unsuccessful campaign that he wasn’t across Tony Abbott’s six point plan to stop the boats.

The Opposition Leader was unable to list the six elements of his party’s NDIS plan when asked by journalists.

“The six points are what we will do in terms of what was outlined by Bill Shorten,” Mr Albanese said.

“It is all around the theme of putting people at the centre of the NDIS.”

On a subsequent question, opposition climate change and energy spokesperson Chris Bowen spoke to the press conference while Mr Albanese was handed a note by an adviser.

When asked again about the Labor Party’s plan for the NDIS, he listed off the six elements from the document.

Mr Albanese has been grilled on multiple occasions about being unable to recall key facts, including an infamous gaffe when he could not recall the Reserve Bank’s cash rate and the national unemployment rate during the first week of the campaign.

Mr Albanese was able to recall his five-point aged care plan without having to refer to notes.

“It is nurses 24/7. It is making sure 215 minutes of care are given. It is making sure that there is better accountability for every dollar that is spent. It is making sure, as well, that there is better food and nutrition and we will have Maggie Beer help with that. The last and important part is better wages for people in aged care,” he said when asked.

The Opposition Leader ended his press conference abruptly after less than 20 minutes, refusing to take questions from many journalists who had not received the opportunity to ask one.

India isn’t protecting BigPharma.

It intrigues me how things have flipped over the last couple of years.
Up until 2019, scepticism of Big Pharma was largely the preserve of the left, whilst conservatives were more likely to regard pharmaceutical companies as a “net social good”.
That has turned on it’s head over the last two years.

Biden Says Kids Belong to Their Teachers

Schools are becoming indoctrination factories, trying to turn children against their country and their own parents’ values. It’s what the teachers unions intend.

Amazingly, that’s just fine with President Joe Biden, who told a gathering of teachers and union bigwigs on April 27 that the kids are “yours when they’re in the classroom.” That wasn’t just a Biden stumble. He repeated it for emphasis: “They are all our children … They are not somebody else’s children.”

Sorry, Joe. But parents have a right to know what their children are being taught, and to set limits. State legislators in at least 12 states have introduced bills requiring teachers to post teaching materials, including books and videos, on a website for parents to inspect before their kids see them.

Good teachers will have no problem with that. But ideologically driven teachers, as well as the unions, are fighting back. That includes Randi Weingarten, head of the American Federation of Teachers. As she launched Teacher Appreciation Week — and most teachers do deserve our appreciation — Weingarten smeared classroom transparency requests as the work of political “extremists.”

Concerned parents are not political extremists, but Biden is joining the attack against transparency, parroting the unions. He and most Democrats in Congress are teachers union flunkies.

‘There will be no mercy’ Putin mouthpiece warns of ‘concentration camps, sterilisation’ (Express, 5 May)

VLADIMIR PUTIN’s mouthpiece Karen Shakhnazarov has warned that “concentration camps and sterilisation” are on the cards for dissidents.

The Soviet-Russian filmmaker has warned Kremlin critics could face severe measures for opposing Russian President Vladimir Putin. Speaking on the Rossiya 1 television channel, Shakhnazarov lashed out at anti-war dissent ahead of Russia’s Victory Day parade in Red Square next week. His comments come after Putin claimed Russian society would “purify” itself of opposition figures.

He said: “The opponents of letter Z must understand that if they are counting on mercy, no.

“There will be no mercy for them.

“It all became very serious, in this case, it means concentration camps, re-education, sterilisation.

“This is very serious.”

Rather than his mouthpiece other news reports say he’s Putin’s ally, which I think would be more accurate. Maybe he’s serious, maybe he isn’t, but it’s certainly not a good look. It also comes only a day after Lavrov in effect accused the Israeli government of being Nazis. Which is not helpful to his cause in light of the large amount of support from the Russian Israelis in Israel.

I’ve said before that as well as Yemen this conflict looks quite similar to the Italo-Greek War in 1940, where Fascist Italy invaded Fascist Greece and the Greeks fought the Italians to a standstill, with some arms help provided by the Allies. Certainly both sides in this current one are acting like fascists.

Freedom as it was at least prior to the coup d’etat

Attaboy. Stick with it. Perhaps the phrase will change its meaning if you use it enough.

Replace criminals in government with good, patriotic Australians.

This is what I’m asking you. It’s a serious question. Who, exactly? It’s an election year – the perfect opportunity for you. If not yourself, name your choice.

The plan I’ve had all along is no plan whatsoever.

That is the Captain Obvious statement of the century. One – that you do have a plan, and two – the plan is no plan.

Disgusting compliance brainwashed into you that sees all non compliance as a revolution, as an uprising.

Isn’t that what you’re promoting now? An uprising? YES, you fucking idiot? Remember that – only just now? A yes or no answer would be fine.

And the uncomfortable facts remain that if all Australia had taken the right approach at the start, like a few million did, but not enough, this would be over by now

You mean it’s not over? Vaccine mandates for going to the pub, death camps for the unvaxxed, international travel? Those bits at least are over – or in one case, never started.

we wouldn’t be facing the oncoming destruction via the typical Socialist printing of money to create the human misery needed to bring on an actual social credit accepting dystopia.

Leaving aside the n-word, it’s my belief – and fear – that all THREE sides in this conflict (Russia, Ukraine and the new, totally insane United States) are adrift from reason, moral objectivity and decency. The world is in very great danger.

I see Nancy Pelosi has called for Russia to be “decimated.”
In 1962, the Kennedy brothers had young wives and a team of children. They had a lot at stake; they felt the danger. Joe Biden has Hunter. The US is run by a literally demented, evil gerontocracy.

Meanwhile, to his very great credit, Pope Francis has said the war might not have started if NATO hadn’t spent years “barking at Russia’s door.” He’s trying to get into Moscow to speak with Putin. Is the desire sincere? Well, I can’t see the Patriarch agreeing to his superior – the successor of Peter – taking the lead on peace talks. Still, I give Francis credit for trying. He also gave the Patriarch a clip over the ears for being “Putin’s altar boy.”

Ukraine cracks down on ‘traitors’ helping Russian troops (29 Apr)

Human rights advocates know of “dozens” of detentions of pro-Russian activists in Kyiv alone since the new laws were passed, but how many have been targeted nationwide is unclear, said Volodymyr Yavorskyy, coordinator at the Center for Civil Liberties, one of Ukraine’s largest human rights groups.

“There is no complete data on the (entire) country, since it is all classified by the SBU,” Yavorskyy told AP.

Um, CL, you forgot to add the EU and China.

Same thing is underlaying the whole lot of them – leftyism. Fascism is a lefty ideology, and all five have strong elements of it right now, as we’ve been seeing with the Covid stuff.

I have no idea how it’ll turn out. I got flamed here when I mentioned nukes might get used. But that’s actually a widespread fear, not helped by hyperbolic comments from Russian TV guys recently.

Demand for Nuclear Bunkers Soars as Russia-Ukraine War Fuels Fear in Europe (1 May)

Companies across Europe are reporting a sharp rise in demand for bomb shelters and bunkers as citizens fear Russia may soon use nuclear weapons in the ongoing war with Ukraine.

Residents in Germany, Switzerland, France and the U.K. have increasingly been seeking information about building and buying protective shelters amid fears that the war could spread further into Europe, several companies recently told The Telegraph. Russia has repeatedly warned the West not to interfere in its invasion of Ukraine, and has alluded to the possibility of using nuclear weapons if tensions further escalate.

Won’t help them much in event of a real nuking, but the builders will like the extra business.

RTWT, there’s much more detail included in the story. As I’ve said before, it’s going to be a looonng war. Neither side seems interested in negotiations right now.

It will be a long war as its purpose is to wear down the Russians. Putin’s best option is to limit the war to hold the Russian ethnic areas and not expand his line further. I suppose he’d also like to capture Odessa as a bargaining chip in future negotiations, Odessa being Ukraine’s last seaport.

If he was to do that though he’d have to expand his line and have the problem of holding a pocket where the civilian population don’t hold the Russians in high esteem. He would then have to fight the Ukrainians on a larger front and risk an insurgency behind his lines, not a smart move.

At best, this will just degenerate into a stalemate with Russia holding the Russian ethnic areas, and the arms manufacturers enjoying their two years of prosperity following the last two years of plenty for the pharmaceutical corporations.

When (if?) sanity returns, the west and Russia will resume trading though with more mistrust than before and Zelensky will go and live in his multi-million dollar Florida villa and he will supplement his income by starring in heroic films made in Hollywood while also making millions selling his own-brand drab green T-shirts.

I did enjoy the vapourings of the loony feminist posted earlier. She wanted a complete separation of the sexes, except that mothers could keep their male children for a little while. She wasn’t sure how long. Men had to do their own laundry and shopping, no women were to be allowed to help them.

As an interim measure, I suggest that only men should be allowed to use inventions made by men, such as ‘fridges and washing machines and everything using electricity, including the internet, and women should be allowed to use only inventions made by women, mainly throw cushions. But we’d let women into our homes to borrow them, in exchange for sex and not nagging.

Let’s face it.
People who didn’t want to accept any civil responsibility, or responsibility toward their fellow man, look for an excuse to not do so.
The most pathetic excuse is “I wooda dun ut, but I won’t have struth tell me what to do”
You’ll be butt fucked and told exactly what to do to the point of losing your bodily autonomy, you’ll be penetrated multiple times by government with a poison injection, and take it good and hard……because you’re rebelling against an online commenter right?
One who never ordered you to do anything, one that can’t anyway, and one you don’t even have to read?

Surely you could come up with a better story than that.

Australian Debt Clock:
Total Government Debt is the gross sum of liabilities across federal, state and local Government in Australia.

Total Australian Government Debt increased by a mere 13.5% from December 1989 to December 2007, from AU$81.2 billion to AU$92.1 billion.
However, from December 2008 to December 2017 Total Australian Government debt increased by over 520% from AU$115.4 billion to AU$716.3 billion.
The primary reason behind this increase has been to provide depth in the market for government bonds so that the Reserve Bank of Australia can easily increase liquidity through open market operations by printing more Australian Dollars and buying the government bonds back.

$1.5 Trillion in debt – that’s National + State + Local Authorities.
I just love the way everyone is able to quantify it in separate terms. It doesn’t matter how the sums are split up, the end result is that you and I are up for the total of the debt.

Too many pregnant women were willing enough to be vaxxed, risking unknown effects upon their unborn children yet not prepared to risk being in the company of healthy unvaxxed persons. Pregnant women were/are at higher risk from covid and were as far as I am concerned well advised to be vaccinated.
When I read nonsense like 84 % of pregnant women blah blah blah I know who I am more likely to believe when it comes to the health of mother and child.

“Why does the Father not have any say.”

Yeah – the whole thing is a legal as well as ethical nightmare.

Ignoring the ethics for now (which is a other whole can of worms as well, and well worth discussing):

* What about rape? How can you prove it – especially if the mother claims to have been drugged etc? Do you have to prove it? What if you can’t and the father is unknown? If the father is known, does he have to be charged with rape? Convicted of it? If convicted, what if the court case takes longer than the pregnancy?

* What about incest?

* What if the father wants an abortion and the mother doesn’t, does he still have to pay child support?

* What if the father wants to keep it and the mother doesn’t, does she have to carry it to term and then hand it over with no access and no responsibility? Or does she need to pay child support as well, same as the father would?

* What if the mother (and/or father) is a minor? Who decides mother(father) or guardian? What if the mother(father) will have attained her(his) majority at the expected birth date?

I’m sure you can think of other situations where it is in no way simple.

Better to keep GovCo out of such choices as much as possible and not legislate other than the bare minimum required (which is also hard, but less hard than the alternatives), and then spend the effort in changing societal attitudes to socially enforce “safe, legal and rare”, IMO.
Not perfect, but as per the above, neither is the world. It’s messy – very, very messy. Especially where the sex act and it’s consequences are concerned!

what does that mean? Are there hiv proteins in the S1 spike protein. if you look up gp120 inserts spike protein, it shows apparently there are highly similar proteins. what a coincidence.

Will these allow access to immune cells? nobody knows. can this lead to aids? no one can say, probably not, who knows.

True. In 1998 3 mates and me flew to the Maldives to surf. We flew Thai and drank the plane dry of cognac and had an impromptu game of touch football with Thai security guards when we touched down in Bangkok. The cabin staff hung around to keep score.
