Large crocodile captured and shot by NT Police and rangers after killing dogs and ‘stalking’ kids (Sky News, 12 Jun)

Northern Territory police and rangers have captured and shot a large saltwater crocodile after it reportedly killed several dogs and started “stalking” children.

But residents in the remote community of Bulla, near the Western Australian border, had the last laugh, cooking the crocodile up for a traditional feast after it was caught on Tuesday.

Apparently they do really taste like chicken. Not much meat on a quokka though.
