Guest Post: MatrixTransform – Who’s Ya Daddy?

Careful of those stairs, Dan!

A room full of media advisers and image management consultants and that idiotic Happy Father’s Day message is what Andrews comes out with?

Listen to this Mong dress up neglect as care.

My bio-father still lives on his own.

His heating is broken, and I have to bend all the rules to organise and install a new AC Unit. I will too. There will be three of us and we do it in a day.

And yes, the Old Bloke will stay there while we do it. See, his knee grinds bone on bone and so, with one leg shorter than the other he practically limps in a circular pattern around his frigid dog-box.

He can get us beers when the job’s done.

Since it would clearly be wholly illegal to drive 30km today and visit, I guess I’ll ring the Old Bloke and pass on your heartfelt message, Dan.

  1. And you go look after Dad, MT. I wish you and him much joy in the doing.

And how exactly is the Tyrant going to guarantee your Dad being here next week, next month, next birthday or next Fathers’ Day? None of us can know if today’s celebration of our Dad might be the last. But the Tyrant’s crystal balls have ensured he can predict the future. Arsehat!

  3. Rang my old dad earlier. He was just back from doing that terrifyingly dangerous and pestilent thing known as fishing. With a mate. I doubt he’d been using a mask, I didn’t ask. My impression in their town such heinous activities are ignored by the local plod, which suggests country police have not entirely been separated from their sanity unlike in other places.

Best wishes for your dad too MT.

  4. My dad is still unwell. All his troubles came hard on the heels of being vaccinated. His doctors are “mystified”. Hmmm.

Anyway, he was pleased to see me. A bit of a distraction from physical misery.

  5. I spent all last week at the farm. Dad dropped in 2-3 times a day to check on progress, initially hesitant about catching the COVID but in the end didn’t care.

A great week in hindsight, I also think both Mum and Dad were far happier at the end week than the start thanks to a bit of normal interaction.

The Bat Eared Mong is an anti-human cretin who presumes to know what is best for all of us.

  7. Well that’s the saddest thing I’ve seen today.

    It is. It’s also powerful.

There’s no hiding from this. That goes all around the world.

Arky is right. There is no white knight waiting in the wings. What can’t be achieved politically must be achieved by individuals with banana chairs and eskys. The buggers have to be shamed.

  8. @ Calli-

The proles of NSW’s LGAs have started assembling in the streets.

How long until mirror protests pop up in Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth?

Not too much longer, I would think. Despite all the ‘good Australians’ nodding furiously and cheering LockDans when they don’t know you or think their local Block Warden is watching…

  9. I didn’t realise his 2020 message wasn’t even more appallingly condescending than his 2021.

His dad’s been dead for several years. In fact his dad’s cancer was the alleged catalyst for him introducing euthanasia laws.
His inability to sympathise with others, entirely expected.
    What a tosser.

  10. Outsiders today played his hubristic bragging about his was the only jurisdiction in the world to beat Covid twice and now to fall flat on his face .
With the large numbers of migrants that flooded Victoria in the past decade and the fact that hospitals were neglected ,there is now not enough services or infrastructure to support large numbers of pandemic patients.. He has no choice but keep us locked down to avoid a crisis . Even in lockdown the numbers are still increasing.
MT I am so sorry about your dad please tell him I am thinking of him give him a virtual hug from me . I am locked down not allowed any contact but give secret hugs and touches to fellow residents whom I know well enough that is .
Doctor son believes it will at least 2 months more and remarked that the cancer deaths after will be more than Covid deaths by streets. He is battling with staffing problems due to tier 1 contacts and the number required to be in isolation with his nursing home patients .

    hey min,
I’ve read here about your situation too and it pains me.
How the hell did we all go so crazy all at once?
I’d love to see your smiling face again at another catch-up
    hopefully soon.

also, you’re lucky the Old Bloke has a bung leg.
Or maybe not … don’t run too fast!
    Give him a decent chance
    🙂
