I don’t quite understand the issue of people willingly having the vax when people are currently not being forced to, as Rosie has explained.

The vax is a poison. It is not a vaccine, Full stop. Look at the numbers of deaths/injuries.

What are the estimates from Socrates, Woddenhead? Can you ask Marty?

I’m sure we can totally trust one of the most conniving, snide and underhanded (and unfortunately, rat cunning) Ministers in one of the most radical (but thank God, utterly useless) governments in Australian history:

The government will seek to enhance protections in anti-discrimination law in a way that brings Australians together.

Just as commonwealth law already prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, disability and age, no one should be discriminated against because of their faith.

Equally, no students or member of staff should be discriminated against because of who they are. At the same time, religious schools must continue to be able to build and maintain communities of faith.

The government recognises and respects the right of parents to send their kids to a religious school because of the beliefs and values they teach their children.

Over many months, we have been talking to a range of religious institutions, community organisations, unions and legal experts. We thank them for their engagement, and we thank the Australian Law Reform Commission for its work.

The government is seeking an enduring solution that strengthens protections for all of us – students, teachers, people of faith. And that’s why bipartisan support for solutions is essential.

Hearing reports most of this morning of a very large missile strike on the way to Ukraine. MIG-31s and TU-95s in the air. And a considerable spike in NATO ISR on the Romania border and Black Sea.

Now that Mr. Putin has a Mandate, he will now move to take the UKR down. And take ALL of the East. You heard it here first.

There’s .5% chance of dying if you contract Covid

If you’re a ham beast, have cancer or if you’re 90+, then there’s a bigger chance. 0.5% is the mean. Were healthy people dying of COVID-19?

???

I remember the “guy in his 20s who died of COVID” in QLD, he weighed as much as the QLD Reds scrum pack. Well, at least the tight five.

An absolutely portulent man.

Yes, Dot. I know of two very wealthy people who died of COVID. One old sheila owned/inherited an oil patch in Texas and the other was the adopted son of Paley who started up either CBS or NBC (I forget which). There’s two and both in NYC.

John Frydenberg will be remembered as a man who sold out every political principle he claimed to believe in to facilitate Scott Morrison and the National Cabinet’s acts of bastardry against the Australian people.

Just out of interest, what were Frydenberg’s principles? Enquiring minds would like to know.

Remember this anytime someone says the Lieborals are better economic managers. And just laugh at them.

Dot.

Fair enough for highlighting the death tolls split between the obese and older folks with issues, whereas the young were pretty much okay.

Having said that, you could simply take those parameters and just leave young folks out of the equation. I wouldn’t make any difference to the final numbers.

One other thing, at least in the US, 45% of the population are fat fcks, young and old, so you would need to factor that in. 🙂

Fight for your open spaces – Take 30 seconds to sign the NSW Parliament Petition to re-open Mt Warning!

There is no doubt COVID-19 hysteria gripped governments and decision makers, leading to irrational behaviours on all levels of government and all areas of society. Who can forget mask mandates in open spaces or the forced vaccination with experimental MRNA technology?

One other instance of government hysteria is when Mount Warning was closed in March 2020 as a part of the Government’s so-called safety measures. Leaving aside no evidence of COVID-19 transmission in open spaces, Mount Warning isn’t in metropolitan Sydney, it sits nearly eight hours north in the middle of a sparsely populated area of our state. Even though most COVID overreactions were eventually reversed, this site was closed and has remained closed at the cost to the taxpayer. In order to protect people from COVID-19 , the Government has employed security guards earning up to $7000 of taxpayer money per week to guard Mount Warning.

In July 2021, The Wollumbin Aboriginal Place Management plan recommended the track be closed permanently, a recommendation which resulted in the then NSW government closing the mountain “pending further discussions”. The commission claims the site as a “sacred site to indigenous men” and that they want it to remain closed to preserve it from vandalism, erosion and dumped rubbish.

The Management Plan explicitly states the key cultural and spiritual values of the place cannot be respected or protected if the general public continues to have access. The plan also states the mountain is considered a “men’s site” and that the “sanctity” of Wollumbin Aboriginal Place “may also manifest physically”, making people sick or putting women in “physical danger”. The plan further states: “For example, if women access areas that are restricted to men, women are in physical danger and likewise for men,”

How much more land under Place Management plans will they lock up if we just let Mount Warning go? How many more action plans will lock up NSW?

The Libertarian Party has always stood up to unfair embargoes on open spaces. In fact, the strongest voice in opposition to the lock up of Mount Warning is Libertarian MLC, John Ruddick. John had stated that “Mount Warning is (part of) a national park unlike any other, it is a taxpayer funded asset of our state that should be enjoyed, appreciated, and respected by all Australians,” and that spending $7000/week on security guard salaries is a “sad and terrible joke”.

John has stated “This is why I am seeking support for a parliamentary inquiry; this inquiry will empower all community stakeholders to have their say rather than just a few”.

https://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/lc/Pages/epetition-details.aspx?q=mIh4VlYuV3MWXOB3MBXJYQ

LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL – Signing ePetition –
Re-open Mt WarningTo sign the ePetition, confirm you are a resident of New South Wales and enter your title, first name and last name. Once you click ‘submit’ you will have signed the ePetition and will be re-directed to the Legislative Council’s ‘ePetitions open for signature’ page.
Re-open Mt Warning Petitioner: Mr Marc Hendrickx | Member: Ruddick, John | No. of Signatories: 5,899 | Date closes: 02/05/2024 | Status: Open

To the President and Members of the Legislative Council, the petitioners of New South Wales state that Mt Warning, which has been walked by visitors young and old for generations, has been closed to all but select indigenous males by the National Parks and Wildlife Service, in violation of liberal democratic principles. The petitioners request that the House call upon the Minister for the Environment to reopen Mt Warning’s summit track so it can be enjoyed by all, regardless of race or gender.

I requested an estimate and it came back with one reciting VAERS and health agencies.

So AI essentially aggregates and magnifies official opinion on controversial issues.

Where do you believe a credible estimate resides and we can do the numbers again for risk reward?

No idea. I haven’t really followed any of this for two years.

VAERS could be reasonably credible as I’ve not heard of any doctoring of reports. However, it’s only data and not research.
Interesting that you’re critical of sources, yet you say you have not idea and not followed it for years.

Dover, daily you’re posting twitter reports from anon accounts about the Russian invasion who’s sources are never provided. I was told VAERS was a source and your kicking back and forth, when VAERS has reasonable credibility.

Up the number to a 500,000 dead, or even a million if you like, the payout ratio would still work in favor of the vax in terms of an enormous population 13 billion vaxes administered since the beginning.

VAERS could be reasonably credible as I’ve not heard of any doctoring of reports. However, it’s only data and not research.

It is simply a loose reporting system which would normally be a good pointer for possible research projects.
However, it can be subjected to “Lancet Iraqi body-count syndrome” where it could be gamed by people wanting to skew numbers.

Republican Zionists Collaborating to Buy TikTok
More stuff to jam up Junior’s Big Fat Nose –

China is NOT the reason that Congress nearly unanimously agreed to ban TikTok – the final frontier of free speech. America relies on China for the majority of its pharmaceuticals. China is America’s largest trade partner, and most of the products we use daily are made in China. There have been state provisions, but not much has been done on a federal level about China buying countless acres of farmland across America. Congress did nothing when a member was found to be having an affair with a Chinese spy. Congress did nothing about the Uyghur humanitarian crisis in China. Congress did nothing when it was found that Chinese spies were infiltrating embassies. The list continues.

There are videos on the American version of TikTok criticizing the CCP that have not been removed. There are a lot of videos showing the situation in Gaza that cannot be found elsewhere, and they have not been banned either but no one is worried about Israel having control over American data at this point.

No idea why you’re reheating your problem with people like Big Serge, Armchair Warlord, or the like. They’re no different to people like Theodore Dalrymple.

Well, you ask about the veracity of VAERS, so I think it’s fair to ask who those sources are for those anon Twitter accounts you’re posting most days seeing you’ve suddenly become concerned with sources. And what’s Dalrymple have to do with it? As far as I know, Dalyrymple is an opinion writer mostly.

Their names are public (or at least known to content creators/ publishers), they provide analysis or commentary.

How would you know if they’re known? They’re anons on Twitter. For all we know, they’re trolls for Putin’s troll farm.

They provide sources when available (so this claim that they never provide sources is false) or they keep them confidential or the like; no different to anyone else in journalism, commentary, etc.

So they’re similar to journalists on MSM. That’s a relief.

What this analysis ignores is that often who COVID or the Vax may kill (or injure) are not the same people.

No I didn’t.

The account reported on two sources, one was obliquely, “official sources” and the other was VAERS. So you did.

I simply said that those numbers are simply going to present the official position, and therefore likely to represent the absolute minimum.

VAERS is not the official position. In fact VAERS would be more likely reporting potential deaths.

Those ‘anon’ accounts typically also provide sources, JC, and they also provide commentary and analysis, like Dalrymple.

Last year, when Putin’s special operation was being pushed back you were citing those two sources as evidence that it wasn’t true and it was only when it became impossible to ignore that it then became only a strategic retreat and nothing to worry about.

Because Big Serge writes for IM-1776 so would be known to the editor. AW has been interviewed on camera and provided his name.

What are their actual names and what is IM-1776?

It doesn’t.

Go back and read what I said. I said assume a .5% death toll from contracting COVID. Raise or lower it, if you wish and we can work back the numbers one more time.

Here:

There’s .5% chance of dying if you contract Covid and the vax protects you 20% of the time. Do you take the vax?

Never had a cold or a flu?

No joke, get genetic tests done.

I have my doubts.

https://medicalxpress.com/news/2012-03-dont-immune-colds.html

Scientists have discovered that the immune response to cold viruses targets the wrong part of the virus: the immune response attacks the inside of the virus cell and not the envelope, which is what the virus uses to become established in the patient’s mucosal tissue. “Anyone who has a cold develops antibodies against the wrong part of the virus, so their immune response fails to protect them. It ‘misfires’,” explains Rudolf Valenta, head of the research from the University Department of Pathophysiology and Allergy Research at the MedUni Vienna. This could be the reason why humans cannot become immune to colds in the same way as they do with other infectious diseases, such as measles. When someone develops another cold, the antibodies once again attack the wrong part of the virus.

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION

Washington, D.C.

INVESTMENT ADVISERS ACT OF 1940

Rel. No. 2926 / September 17, 2009

Admin. Proc. File No. 3-13121

In the Matter of

MARTIN A. ARMSTRONG

Inmate Register Number 12518-050

Federal Correctional Institution

5735 Hartford & Pointeville Road

Fort Dix, New Jersey 08460

OPINION OF THE COMMISSION

INVESTMENT ADVISER PROCEEDING

Grounds for Remedial Action

Conviction

Injunction

Former associated person with an investment adviser was convicted of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, wire fraud, and commodities fraud and permanently enjoined from violating antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. Held, it is in the public interest to bar Respondent from association with any investment adviser.

———————————————

This was after he already served gaol time for contempt of court for refusing to produce evidence in a fraud indictment. That’s not civil. That’s criminal. The judge didn’t just hector him to be a good boy. The prosecution sought the order.

He pleaded guilty and a labourer later found more gold that he had secreted away in 2014.

Armstrong had been convicted of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, wire fraud, and commodities fraud while he was acting as an investment adviser and was enjoined. The law judge barred Armstrong from association with any investment adviser.

He pled guilty to committing fraud, you dishonest, limey crook.

Here:

In 2006, petitioner Martin Armstrong pled guilty to conspiring to commit securities and wire fraud. He was sentenced in the Southern District of New York to five years in prison and three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $80,000,001 in restitution. Two years later, Armstrong entered into a civil consent judgment with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) which permanently enjoined him from violating Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act, SEC Rule 10b-5, and Section 17(a) of the Securities Act, all of which prohibit forms of securities fraud. Shortly after the consent judgment was finalized, the SEC initiated an administrative proceeding to impose a bar on Armstrong associating with any investment adviser. An administrative law judge issued such a bar and the Commission affirmed. Armstrong petitions for review of this administrative action.

In other potential ladyboy/NSW Plod news (the Hun):

It was the bombshell interview with Bruce Lehrmann that promised viewers “nothing was off limits” but it has now emerged the broadcaster left out the night when a Network Seven credit card was used to book the former Liberal staffer a $1000 Thai masseuse.

Whoopsie.

Spotlight credit card was used by an employee, who has since left Network Seven, to book a masseuse for Mr Lehrmann in November, 2022. The credit charge was without the knowledge or consent of executive producer Mark Llewellyn.

The incident prompted attempts by the Spotlight team to reverse the transaction when the employee owned up to using the credit card to pay for the masseuse.

Wait for it….

Spotlight producer Steve Jackson, who was not present on the night and did not authorise or have any knowledge of the use of the credit card, then suggested the employee ask the Thai masseuse to reverse the transactions the next day and “pay cash instead” to remove the transaction from the credit card in keeping with the network’s expense policies.

That would be this Steve Jackson:

Mr Jackson, who has recently been appointed as the NSW Police commissioner Karen Webb’s new spin doctor, suggested to the employee at the time the masseuse be paid “a bonus” of $250 to facilitate the different payment method.

Oh my wordy lordy. There were people who thought Steve Jackson, who was personally recommended for the NSW Plod media job by Police Minister Yasmin Catley, wouldn’t even get through the door for day one.

A first-grade teacher asks her class if anyone knows a word they can spell. Only little Johnny raises his hand. The teacher is dismayed because Johnny is the most foul-mouthed kid the teacher has ever encountered.

She doesn’t exactly blame Johnny, because she has met his parents and knows that Johnny is simply following a family tradition, so to speak. Still, she really doesn’t want to call on him, because who knows what will come out of his mouth. She waits a bit, but nobody else raises a hand.
So rather than having him answer directly, she asks him, “Johnny, how many letters does your word have?”

Little Johnny stands up and confidently announces, “Four!”
Of course it’s a four-letter word, thinks the teacher. Still, she decides to probe some more. “What letter does your word start with?”
Johnny says, “F!”

This isn’t getting any better. She really wants to shut it down, but doesn’t want to make Johnny feel bad. So, against her better judgment, she continues, “And what letter does your word end with?”
Johnny says, “M!”

Well, that’s a surprise, thinks the teacher. The word might be “farm” or “film” or “form,” or maybe something else, but certainly nothing offensive.
“Okay, Johnny, what’s your word and how is it spelled?”
Little Johnny proudly smiles and answers, “Fuk’m, F-U-K-M.”

A right load of bollocks. The only way that he could get out of jail for “Civil Contempt pf Court”. Not criminal but “Civil”.

No, this is factually wrong and it has been shown over and over again. The prosecution sought the order for contempt, during a criminal trial, because he was concealing evidence and hiding assets that could be used for restitution. He plead guilty to three fraud charges to end the contempt of court. That wasn’t “the only way” he could get out of gaol. He took the plea because the two alternatives were to CHOOSE to stay in gaol forever or choose to show what evidence had been hidden from the court and this is not an indication of good character during a fraud trial.

More assets were found hidden later!

And the Guv’ment never got the source code to his system which is what they were after all the time.

No one wants his stupid MS-DOS programme with a Commodore64 interface.

He did not invent AI in 1985. This is laughable nonsense like Trump taking over in 2021 and arresting Trudeau with 50,000 sealed indictments of his political enemies in North America.

Little Johnny has been at the school for six months, when the principal asks to see his parents. In trepidation, they attend. “Here we go again!”

“I don’t understand.” says the principal. “You gave the impression of a problem student. Little Johnny is polite and respectful to the teachers, he is quick to learn in all subjects, he interacts well with other students. We don’t see any problem.”

Little Johnny is interrogated in the car on the way home.

“So, you’ve been expelled from every other school you attend. What’s so different about this one? Why are you behaving yourself here?”

“Well, it’s like this” says Little Johnny.” The first day I was here,I saw a statue out the front of some bloke, nailed to a cross. I thought this mob don’t muck around, I’d better behave myself!”

Her efforts contributed to the removal of Algebra 1 from 8th grade and helped introduce racialized math, among other injustices. Again, all done in the name of racial equity. If robbing countless Californian kids of their right to a quality education is not a crime, then I don’t know what it is. “The anonymous complaint, backed by a California-based group of math-and-science focused professionals, alleges that Professor Jo Boaler—the most prominent influence on California’s K-12 math framework that nudges schools away from accelerated math pathways—has in 52 instances misrepresented supporting research she has cited in her own work in order to support her conclusions. These include the notions that taking timed tests causes math anxiety, mixing students of different academic levels boosts achievement, and students have been found to perform better when teachers don’t grade their work. This pattern of “citation misrepresentation,” the complaint alleges, violates Stanford’s standards of professional conduct for faculty, showing a disregard for accuracy, and may violate the university’s research integrity rules.” And: “Boaler runs a center out of Stanford called Youcubed, which produces data science courses promoted in the California math framework and offers consulting services. Records from one California public school district showed she charged $5,000 per hour in fees. She has also cultivated a high profile in educational and progressive circles. After she drew negative press for the initial drafts of the equity-focused California math framework that she led, she sought help from Democratic megadonor Laurene Powell Jobs to advocate for the guidelines to California governor Gavin Newsom, according to emails.” https://freebeacon.com/california/san

Sitting at the railway station looking at the picture of a wooden sculpture of two bucks in a fighting embrace
It is from the the ‘paleolithque supérieur’ about 20,000 years old, the detail is exceptional, it is decoration on a hook, or crochet as the French call them of a spear, (javeline) .
It’s on exhibit at the French Natural History museum which I don’t think I’ve visited.
Europe is overwhelming in terms of quantity and quality of art.
It is always fascinating to see progress of the decorative arts through the millennia, which even in the Palaeolithic had application of great skill.

Interesting thing he said about footy. I asked him, He reckoned footy is more taxing on the body than the NFL because NFL’ers wear body pads etc and the game flows north and south, whereas footy players don’t wear protection and the game moves in all directions. He probably has a better clue than I do, obviously.

Australian Spectator has a great article by James Allan on the disastrous High Court decision re permanent detention of illegal immigrants who can’t be returned to country of origin.

The problem – as if we didn’t know- is with the particular High Court judicial appointments. The Labor Party has shot itself in the foot. But the rest of us are suffering as a consequence.

Rita Panahi:

Kevin Rudd was among Anthony Albanese’s first big mistakes as Prime Minister.

Appointing the highly divisive former PM as ambassador to our biggest and most important ally was exceptionally unwise.

The man who made an art form of sniping, strategic leaking and white-anting – and was despised by his own colleagues – was a bizarre choice to be our ambassador to the US.

It’s no surprise that Donald Trump, the man most likely to be America’s next president, has little time for Rudd.

“I don’t know much about him. I heard he was a little bit nasty,” Trump said in an interview. “I hear he’s not the brightest bulb, but I don’t know much about him. If he’s at all hostile, he will not be there long.”

The comments came after Trump was reminded of some of the hyperbolic abuse Rudd had made about him – behaviour that shows the former PM is not fit for a diplomatic role.

If you think Trump’s “nasty” and “not the brightest bulb” comments are unfair, then consider what Rudd’s own colleagues have said about him publicly and privately.

Sadly, I do not have the space to list all the character assessments Rudd has received from Labor luminaries over the years, so here are the top 10 sledges:

1 Former NSW Labor premier and federal senator Kristina Keneally: “The man is a psychopathic narcissist, and that’s not just my opinion, that’s the opinion of a whole range of people who are currently sitting in the parliament.”

2 Former Labor MP Steve Gibbons: “A psychopath with a giant ego.”

3 Former Labor resources minister Gary Gray: “Kevin Rudd can spread confusion, create torment, he can get himself into the media, but he can’t govern – he doesn’t have the courage and the strength that’s required”.

4 Former Labor senior minister Nicola Roxon: “Nothing excuses persistently destabilising and leaking against your own team during an election … removing Kevin (as leader) was an act of political bastardry, for sure. But this act of political bastardry was made possible only because Kevin had been such a bastard himself to so many people.”

5 Keneally again: “I can think of 12 Australians, off the top of my head, who would be a better secretary-general, and one of them is my labrador.”

6 Former senior Labor minister Stephen Conroy: “Kevin Rudd had contempt for the cabinet, contempt for the cabinet members, contempt for the caucus, contempt for the parliament and, ultimately, what brought him down a year or two ago was that the Australian public worked out that he had contempt for them as well.”

7 Former Labor prime minister Julia Gillard: “Kevin was very fragile in the face of criticism … across his life he felt the need for himself to be filled by the approval of others. Clearly, there is a hole that needs to be filled by applause and approval”.

8 Former Labor treasurer and deputy prime minister Wayne Swan: “The truth is, Prime Minister Rudd is deeply flawed …(with) great weaknesses which, to date, have not necessarily been seen in public.”

9 Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations Tony Burke: “Kevin has been running a relentless campaign to undermine the government.”

10 Former Labor Party leader and cabinet minister the late Simon Crean: “He’s clearly been disloyal internally.”

A nice collection from his own colleagues so let’s not have the crocodile tears from Teh ABC over something Trump sez.

She then gives Premier Phuckface a deserved whack:

Daniel Andrews’ nine years as premier of Victoria were bookended by two spectacular episodes of ineptitude and waste.

He came to power blowing more than $1bn in taxpayer funds after scrapping the desperately needed East West Link despite promising Victorians that no compensation would be paid, as the contracts were “not worth the paper they’re written on”.

Then he left the role blowing almost $600m after cancelling the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

This week’s devastating Auditor-General report revealed the Andrews government, or, to be more precise, long-suffering Victorian taxpayers, paid more than $589m for the state not to host the Games.

And that figure is expected to reach $247bn by 2027.

No wonder he jumped off the sinking ship.

Just feel like there’s something more as to why he pissed off other than the spiralling debt.

One for navy Cats:

Inside incredible World War One German U-boat that’s been discovered (21 Mar)

Divers have discovered a “long-lost” German submarine from World War One – and the British merchant ship believed to have sunk it.

The specialists from Guernsey found the German UC-18 last seen in 1917 after a four-year search.

The submarine was taken down on 19 February 1917, after attacking the HMS Lady Olive – which the German forces believed to be a British merchant ship.

Unbeknownst to the submarine crew, the British vessel was part of the Royal Navy’s ‘Q-Ship’ fleet – a group of merchant ships with concealed heavy weaponry, designed to lure attacking U-boats to the surface before opening fire.

It is thought to be the only historical case where a sub and the vessel it was attacking sank each other.

The discovery of the wreck is now the subject of a feature-length documentary by local filmmaker and project leader Karl Taylor, set to be released on the BBC in June.

Trump has several options over the next four days to address the half billion dollar bill to NY state:

  • sell a property himself, probably to some shady Saud or Russian oligarch for an inflated price who would then own him;
  • let Tish confiscate multiple properties and whine about constantly on socials;
  • declare bankruptcy for the seventh time;
  • drop the appeal and accept the ruling to buy more time to pay.

There are no good options. Smart money would be on column B.

Sounds like Letitia has involved herself in some naughtiness in an actual case of fraud.

A guy loaned $3 million to an Irish Society against a building they claimed was worth $80 million (much of which was due to ‘air rights’ – the legal right to build higher with more floors and floor space etc). In fact he had been deceived. There were no air right and the building is worth closer to $20 million.

The guy just wants his $3 mill back but Letitia, through an AG appointed board, has kept the money from being paid back and prevented the lender from foreclosure. Letitia, in the meantime, seems to have entered into an informal arrangement with the building owners to hold campaigning functions and whatnot.

I don’t think anyone has denied these people are not people. It’s more a first principle that they don’t get to rock up on our country’s doorstep, kick in the door and insist we permanently accommodate them at our expense and to the detriment of our people, in violation of our laws. There is a process for genuine refugees that they could have commenced but decided not to, for whatever reason. Draw your own conclusions.

We couldn’t do this in their countries, so why should they be permitted to do it in ours.
