[again, yet another example of how what’s happening in Australia is happening around of the rest of the UN Compliant West. They just stagger different changes around different countries so that those who warn others of where they are going can be more easily written off as, ‘conspiracy nuts’.]

Real Rukshan
22 September ·
I’m getting a lot of questions about who I am from people interested in knowing more about my background. Other people are trying to find gotcha moments and ending up confused because of my satirical memes. I did this interview with Discernable in March this year, and although much has changed since then, it will give you a great insight on how I ended up as the Real Rukshan.
To the trolls, it’s very important you know that besides being an independent journalist, I’m also a meme artist and have a thick skin.

Discernable
2 March ·
Rukshan Fernando is the creative mind behind The Real Rukshan – a fast growing independent journalism page. Rukshan had the courage to attend all the major protests and rallies in Melbourne, Victoria throughout 2020/21 to document what the mainstream media failed or refused to cover.
Spending a lot of time in his studio editing wedding photos for clients, he often has the news playing in the background and was shocked to witness the hypocrisy at Dan Andrews’ daily press conferences and the way our establishment media report on things.
Not only does he catalogue all of these he produces parodies, satires and straight comparison videos that remind us all of how far we’ve moved as a society.

Indeed.

Catallaxxy should have such a system.

You could have a little row of symbols next to your name.

Like a cup if you survived a flame war and did not rise to violence in the streets after seeking out your tormentor in real life.

Or a tennis racquet if you made 50 nonsensical comments in a day to someone and they responded each time. Sort of nah-nah-nah.

Or a “365” if you went for a whole year without anyone realising your real location, sex, colour, sexual orientation, and weight. (I myself, as I have noted here several times, am a black lesbian lady of 150kg blogging from a caravan in Florida, USA.)

A good article about what I see as the travesty of these vaccine mandates.

Assessing The Legality Of Mandates For Vaccines Authorized Via An Emergency Use Authorization

From the US, I know, but the basis should be equally applicable here in Australia, especially give our TGA has basically aped the FDA and ticked them off under our version (Provisional Approval).

Late last night I put out a request for articles/arguments from Christian Cats about Vaccine Passports to enter church. The reason is that my own pastor asked for some input from church members.

This is a difficult area, as there will be great pressure from Government and from within the congregation, to implement a passport system to allow people in to church for worship, or indeed any activity on church property. Some of you may have already formulated your own thinking about this, others may still be sitting on the fence.

I would really like to hear your views on this. Here are a couple of articles from a Christian blogger.

Re my comment about the audit snowjob, I should add that Giuliani has just been banned from going on Fox. The orders for this apparently come “from the top”.

This seems to be to stop him talking about the audit and the steal in general.

The reason why the audit is clearly fixed is that drafts of the report were leaked to multiple news outlets. That is a tactical move to let the journactivists get their pieces written ready in time to spin the announcement.

“[…]
Everyone may knock on the doors of the Church and seek baptism, forgiveness, and the bread of everlasting life.

Jesus was and is the Church, the search for the exiled. Jesus went among the lepers and the possessed. He stooped to comfort the cripple on his mat, half-trampled by the “huddled masses.” He spoke with Samaritans and tax collectors, and reminded prostitutes and harlots that they, too, were loved so much that their sins would be forgiven. He made the dead to rise. He made the blind to see. He spurned no one pure of heart. His enemies hated Him because He revealed the hypocrisy animating their public protestations of doing good. Judas kept the money bag. The Sanhedrin preened over the scrolls. Whitewashed sepulchers. Christ came to bring life, not to sanction worldly death.

This month, the Vatican announced it would require vaccine passports for anyone wishing to visit the city-state at the heart of Rome… Rome has reverted to her old ways, preferring the tribute of the world and the slavery of money and influence to the work of Christ.

Jesus never shut doors. When the apostles were “huddled masses” in their safe-house after the Resurrection, the Holy Ghost appeared over each of them, individually, as tongues of fire. When the door to the tomb was closed, He called in His risen glory to an angel to roll the stone slab aside. When, on the road to Emmaus, two apostles’ sensory doors were closed to Him, He flooded their consciences with peace and love until they “burned” with recognition of Him. When the woman at the well closed the door of her past to Him, He gently pushed it open so all of her life could be healed. When the legalists fenced Him in with the law, He made the law anew so that all might be saved. He called, especially, the little children to Him, for children have not yet learned how to lie like the world lies in order to get ahead as the world demands.

Jesus never checked anyone’s papers before loving them. He never asked for an ID to attend the Sermon on the Mount.

If the vaccines are safe enough to remove peoples right to choose, anoint them with the title of “Fully Registered”, today. If you can’t, or won’t, start doing your job and inform people that they haven’t been traditionally tested to the same standard as all the other vaccines available in Australia.

Making it available is not an issue, allowing it to be forced on people is.

Calli, I am afraid the thin end of the wedge has already passed us by. I had to stop attending my congregation mid last year because they insisted that we use the gov app to sign in well before it was even a requirement. Churches are already in a zero power position since they closed their doors under lockdown.

Except for 1 or 2 synagogues in Caulfield, they already showed they serve man, not G-d.

They will be crushed. This is catastrophe on top of tragedy, since there is no other visible source of morality anywhere in Australia.

rosie
rosie
September 25, 2021 7:22 am

Put it another way.
If there is a major covid outbreak (or any other serious infectious disease) in your community and there is a chance you have it, would you go out of your way to potentially expose vulnerable people, even if they have been vaccinated, because you also know that those vaccines are never 100% effective and their effectiveness wanes over time.
That currently isn’t the scenario here, but in Italy?
I cannot blame the church there wanting to protect elderly parishioners.
Here might be different.

I don’t see the difficulty. Nor do I see any need for religious arguments over it. Even if you believe the propaganda, any medical issues have been negated by the fact that both the vaccinated and unvaccinated can catch and spread the virus.

That leaves one simple question, do they believe in freedom and equal rights or don’t they?

There has been way too much shrill posturing around the issue one way or the other. Inevitable because it’s emotive and, for those of us who are sensitised to these things, way too much coercive and often deceitful behaviour from government. In a nutshell, the Church appears to want to place its trust in an untrustworthy government. The fact that government will force them to do so seems to have escaped them.

You can extend the same argument to the flu. The elderly are vulnerable to the flu, do you then require people to prove they are vaccinated for the flu before you let them in?

They are vulnerable to viral pneumonia. Same argument except there is no vaccine.

imo the only course of action is for elderly to either self isolate or get vaccinated, people are asked not to attend if they show any symptoms or have anyone in the household showing symptoms. That’s the best we can do, there is no cheap test you can run at the door or from the home. It’s finacially viable for most people to pay $100 every few days or week to prove the status, nor does it mean you haven’t contracted in between tests.

vaccination status is no guarantee they are not carrying or will not pass on the virus. So the argument for vax passports is bunk.

we need to look at what the underlying purpose of the vax passports really is, from the lefts perspective it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to slide in social credit “for the common good”, upon which it can progressively be expanded for mass behaviour control.

This argument is not a one liner. requires a bit of logic and common sense.

no to vax passports.

Apologies for word wall.

From Glenn Greenwald, this got the usual conservative coverage & the usual memory holing from the legacy media.

A lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign was indicted on Wednesday with one felony count of lying to the FBI about a fraudulent Russiagate story he helped propagate. Michael Sussman was charged with the crime by Special Counsel John Durham, who was appointed by Trump Attorney General William Barr to investigate possible crimes committed as part of the Russiagate investigation and whose work is now overseen and approved by Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland.

But this next part from which is more interesting got almost zero coverage until the last 24 hours.

The indictment reveals for the first time that the data used as the basis for this fraud was obtained by another one of Sussman’s concealed clients, an “unnamed tech executive” who “exploited his access to non-public data at multiple internet companies to conduct opposition research concerning Trump.” There will, presumably, be more disclosures shortly about who this tech executive was, which internet companies had private data that he accessed, and how that was used to spin the web of this Alfa Bank fraud.

The rumour mill has gone into over drive.

Have a picnic this weekend! Bring lots of food, maybe let other people known when and where (but of course they’re not part of your group, they came on their own!) and bring food and drinks to share with any and every other person you bump into.

Make it a local event! Defy the isolation, depression, and suspicion that Daniel Andrews is forcing upon us by instead networking, welcoming, and enjoying the company of your neighbours, and make some (fun) noise while you’re at it!

If the police come, make sure you welcome them and have enough food and beverage for them too. 🙂

Daniel Andrews is trying to stop us from making our voices heard. If you can’t join protests in the city, defy him right where you already are.

Good People break Bad Laws.

There’s a simple solution for churches.

Provide a seperate entrance and are for people who are vaccinated and concerned about transmission – vacc proof to be shown to enter that bit, and a general area for all-comers with no access restrictions.

Either that, or seperate services. Vaccinated, and everyone welcome.

Big business in Australia is so fucking dumb.
They are all in on vaccine passports & no jab no work.
In NSW, it looks like it will peak at 85-86% of people over the age of 16.
So you strip 9-10% out of the pool of workers based on the age stratification of the data.
Big business will be the first to complain about wage pressure that will naturally come when you exclude that many people from being readily available to work.

That said were there any protesters at Northcote or was that a false flag op. If the movement had any sense they would be putting out a bunch of false flags and intermittently massing at one of them. Overwhelm resources, keep them guessing.

I’m the one that doesn’t wear a mask (except in the supermarket) or qr code anywhere I go, who now drives 60km round trips into a ‘hotspot’ LGA every week to look after a grandchild who’s day care has been an exposure site.
I live with and regularly see other unvaccinated family members but sure I’m terrified of covid. I’ve travelled to Queensland twice and NSW once since returning home from Europe on the 6th February 2020, and driven across Melbourne at least once every week when I’ve been home.

I’ll also add Mark 2:13-17.

16 When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

It’s not a sin to be unvaccinated, that seems clear to me. As to matters of conscience Romans 14:1-4 is totally clear. I think that passage is very pertinent to the issue.

I don’t know what the answer is, since we’re also told in the preceding chapter to be subject to the governing authorities. It’s a tough one.

Dogs & us – The secrets of an unbreakable friendship | DW Documentary

DW Documentary
Several thousand years ago, humans and dogs made an emotional pact. Today, that pact of friendship is still unbroken. Whether hunting, sledging or herding, dogs have accompanied humans everywhere, from deserts and jungles to the ice-covered ends of the earth.

But while the dog has long embodied true friendship and boundless loyalty, only recently have we started to understand this magnificent animal. What do we really know about our four-legged friends?

“Dogs & Us – The Secret of a Friendship” tells beautiful, exciting and extraordinary real-life stories of dogs and humans around the world. From the shelter dog helping a prison inmate find courage, to the specially trained four-legged companion of a young autistic woman, to the rescue dog using smell to locate missing people. In breathtaking pictures, the documentary shows dogs’ special skills and uncovers why they are essential to our society. Why can dogs communicate with us so well? How far does this understanding go? And what exactly is the secret of this wonderful friendship?

This is a difficult area, as there will be great pressure from Government and from within the congregation, to implement a passport system to allow people in to church for worship, or indeed any activity on church property. Some of you may have already formulated your own thinking about this, others may still be sitting on the fence.

There are arguments both ways. Timothy against dividing the people of Christ, and Romans about following the dictates of government.

FWIW, my view is that if the government demands that vaccine “passports” be required for church attendance (Romans), then the correct decision is not to hold in-person services, but to continue remote services to the whole church community (Timothy).

But I would not claim to be a great theologian.

I don’t know what the answer is, since we’re also told in the preceding chapter to be subject to the governing authorities. It’s a tough one.

When the Nazis passed the Nuremberg race laws in 1935, determining that a German citizen with 3 Jewish grandparents would be regarded as a Jew and denied civil rights as a consequence, the leaders of what would become the Confessing Church – most of whom would end up dead or in concentration camps by 1945 – declared they would not comply. They would regard any person of Jewish ancestry who was baptised as a Christian. Galatians 3:28. It’s a tough one, in the sense that it requires courage on the part of bishops and church leaders to tell Caesar where to get off.

We also wondered when we’d ever be able to see each other again in person. The memories of the trip to Thredbo in April, low flying through the national park at dusk with the top down, are still fresh.

Never forget what they have stolen from us.

Welcome to Truman Show Australia. Across the west, in so called “democratic countries” such as Australia, UK, Canada, USA, moving forward we’ll continue to have elections but they’ll be a charade…in fact they already are. The differences between the Uniparties will only be paper thin…..just slight degrees of differences on policies such zero emissions, compulsory jabs, immigration etc but it will be enough to trick the average person into thinking that somehow their vote makes a difference. LOL.

And many of us will continue to be willing participants in this show, we’ll continue to show up on election day and we’ll continue to think we’re exercising our democratic rights and we’ll continue to think that we’re really, truly making a difference to the country by voting but its all a lie.

Now watch, over the next year, how the Uniparties across the west will unite to assault and silence small parties and individuals from running for office. Why? Because they know that real democracy is a threat to their power. They’re scared of us and they want to silence us. I predict, in the coming months, a concerted effort by the Liberals, with Labor’s help, to try and squash the Liberal Democrats and Palmer’s party. It’s already started with the assault on the LDP re. their name.

It isn’t “build back better”, we’re witnessing a bludgeoning of democracy, of individuals and of our freedoms. And we’re only at the beginning. None of this is accidental.

How they laugh at us.

We were given an example of what we all should be doing last Monday by blue collar workers…real men and women, you know who I mean, those ghastly, awful far-right, Nazi, toxic, crude, rude working class men and women. In a ideal world we should all copy what they did last Monday, we should turn up en masse to protest at our local electorate offices and at various media outlets and we should scream and shout at them and throw bricks and chairs because you know what….that’s what they deserve.

To be fair re the nuc subs ‘arms race’, Malaysia will criticise us whatever we do but particularly when it’s anglo ‘colonials’ clubbing together, just how they roll.

With the Indo’s, I don’t think they have any particular love for the Chinese necessarily, it just shits them that anyone can transit or otherwise mess about in their archipelago in secret.

My own view is that the Church* should not be asking itself who they’re prepared to let in the doors but who they’re prepared to turn away.

A few hypotheticals.

Would he turn away a non citizen?
An AIDs sufferer (or Tb or other communicable disease)?
Would he turn away a person who owed taxes?
Would he turn away a mentally ill person who had a .1% chance of possibly killing another parishioner?
And last of all, would he turn away any politician, Dr, nurse or public servant involved in the abortion industry?

Dover,
If you are going to put together a thread which collects at the examples of ‘police overreach’, can we also ensure that such examples are accurately stamped with time, date and place (where possible).

I think a record of the sequence of events is important because I don’t want examples of police choking women to be dismissed as a response to a ‘violent’ demonstration when, in fact, it was for the crime of not wearing a mask in the middle of last year.

Hi frens.

What is the truth behind the “vaccine vandals!” schtick promoted in the MSM?

If it actually happened, that’s dumb, but given the full court press of lying and free PR for the uniparty, I am not buying it.

Mater, I’ve “thumbs upped” that, but it can’t be emphasised nearly enough.

Too much hyperbole, too little checking. And I am the worst offender.

We need to be clear about how all this unfolds, especially now that most journalists have decided not to do their jobs.

“Lying Flat”: Back to Nature Undermining the Chinese Economy (24 Sep)

this nothing new, when I was in beijing and not on an organized, sterilised tour. ie by myself. the first thing that struck me was the bars and barb wire on every window and fence in the city. we are talking bars on windows 2,3 or 4 levels up. Crime is out of control.

the second thing that struck me was the number of people sitting around or standing around doing nothing. They are everywhere at all hours of the day or night. Compare that to any modern western country where people are busy going somewhere doing something and the contrast is stark. It’s better in some of the southern trade cities but beijing is communist heartland.

It’s a corrupt, micromanaged totalitarian shithole. This is the model that awaits us with social credit.

It has come to that Cassie.
There has to be repercussions for those responsible, and a very big lesson learned.
We are at the stage where people are working out this is not about the virus, getting jabbed won’t free them and it’s a global push by Klaus’s mob.
Well the last bit, even though the evidence is overwhelming, they still refuse to believe, but they are working out something is not right.
There’s not a whole lot of better in building back better.
Two years…..two long fucking years of people deliberately putting themselves in denial.
And now they are firing on unarmed people.
Protests banned.
A social credit passport is being introduced, and all the other measures those who had researched this, told everyone last year, only to be mocked, are happening.
Cash being refused.
A credit card that now only lets you purchase up to your carbon limit, from mastercard.
Of course it’s your choice to use it, for now.
Once the social credit system gets put in place by those who got jabbed to get their freedom, they’ll be free to use that card and no other, while the resistance, the poor bastards like me will be free to starve sooner.
But we’ll all die…..as planned.
We are killing the planet by living.
The insanity and evil that will be unleashed to save Gaia will be unfathomable, and completely justified by the godless perpetrators.
Saving the planet means a bit of dirty work, you know.
But those making the jab do not have to have it.
Neither do politicians.

HMMMMM…….
What happened to all the other cards?

Fifty one days since TaliDan’s doughnut day and he’s over 800 cases.

Compare the total cases accumulated in NSW for the first fifty one days of Glad’s “out of control” Covid to the Dictator’s “hard & fast” method.

NSW – 2,352
Vic – 11,571

I think we have a clear winner.

Chairman Xi, he say “Be Like Us”:

West’s ‘liberal’ governance values quaking with pandemic

The idea of “mandates” does not work in the Western countries’ political and cultural environment. They are so used to their so-called freedom and democracy. Whether to wear masks, get vaccinated, or travel to other places wherever they want are all deemed issues of “freedom” of choice. This has, in fact, increased the possibility of the spread of the virus and made it more difficult to prevent and control the pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic has taught Western countries a good lesson. They should reflect thoroughly on the deep-rooted drawbacks of their social and national governance, as well as the need to learn from countries like China.
