Has it ever really existed? The most famously cited exponents, the Nazis, were not really. They believed a sub-group they called Aryans were ordained by nature to rule the world. Sure the Aryans were supposed to be white, but so to were a lot of the subject races. Slavs and Jews, for starters. They hated Black people as well, but did not devote much attention to them because there were so few in Europe. The Nazis were actually obsessing about the hierarchy within white races, not the status of white people over non-whites.
Who else? The Klan? Well once again they seemed to hate White people too. They loathed uppity Blacks. But they could tolerate deferential Blacks, but Jews and Catholics could never be tolerated. So they saw blacks as inferior, but other whites as malicious. In any event they will have seen white people as above black people, but not all White people were among the elect. Besides, let’s face it. The KKK was a scarcely articulated outburst in response to the Civil War, not a thread of history. It did not arise from a pedigree of white supremacy. Just discontented moronic peasantry who were convinced they should be lords, or fallen antebellum aristocracy who thought they should be kings.
An orgy of ego-wound licking.
Most of European history shows White people fighting, conquering, and subjecting other white people. And within nations they were more interested in the hierarchy of White people over other White people. The possibility of White Supremacy is only late. When some lowly tenant had been humiliated by his Lord of the Manor he did not tell himself, “At least I am better than a Black guy!” or look for some Asian to deflect blame to. Hell, ‘race’ was probably unknown to him. But he was sure the people a couple of villages over were lazy, dishonest skinflints who would borrow an ox and work it near to death.
It has only been in the last few hundred years when Black people were a race rather than a novelty. The great sin of slavery (where Europeans cashed in on the slave trade already in Africa but on a grander scale) was driven by economics. Not because black people were inferior, but because they were cheaper than white people. Without slaves they would move straight back to white people (and black – whoever was cheaper) just as they had profited from white people for centuries. And the contempt of the ruling elite was for anyone below them, regardless of colour. Economic supremacy.
But even if there were people motivated by a belief that all black people were inferior to all white people by default (not simply sharing lower rungs with them) then were they a movement? Were they the spirit of an age? I doubt it. From the get go White people were trying to convert Black people to their own faith and their own God. They believed that God wanted them to do that, that God saw them as his Children too. And from the beginning the main current of Europeans was to elevate black people toward equality, and save them from less scrupulous White people. Does that sound like White Supremacy?
It is all just so much bollocks.
Perhaps much in the same vein as:
– Democrats are superior to Republicans
– Vegans are superior to omnivores
– Greens are superior to everyone else
– Bicycle riders are superior to car drivers
etc
Racism is pointless.
It reduces people to blobs of ‘average” based on race.
Yet a “white” houso is far less an asset to society than a Black African nurse or Indian taxi driver…
With that said a massive % of variation between “blobs” comes down to nutrition & culture.
The irish were seen as dumb as a box of rocks ape-men by the Yanks when they started their big migration.. A couple of generations of good nutrition and a land of opportunity and they ‘suddenly” became “Whiter than you bucko”…
It took “Western” societies 1500 years or more, with massive dead ends and stagnant periods to rse above enslaving each other and others.
Largely because of Christianity.
The final straw of slavery based on race or “blob” attributes being mechanization & the steam engine.
Find a small scratch and enlarge it to create a deep wound.
OR, create the perception of a wound that does not exist.
Advertise that you and only you have the solution to healing the deep wound. You are the saviour.
Once given responsibility for healing the wound (with appropriate compensation, of course), do nothing at all to fulfill the promises you made. Like a magician, use one hand to keep the audience’s attention using movement and sound (use smoke to obscure), while your other, less-visible hand, keeps the wound open.
Rinse and repeat.
What’s most hilarious about “white supremacy” is that the people railing against it are all white. That is, the essential ingredient for railing against white supremacy is that you must hate yourself.
Where have I heard that before? Well, those who rail against white supremacy also rail against the free market (The essential characteristic of free market capitalism is freedom).
If you want to do away with capitalism, you also necessarily want to abolish freedom – the creative freedom that created the iPhone, the internet revolution and the countless labor-saving gadgets that make our lives easier in ways we couldn’t have imagined 20 years ago.
Doing away with capitalism necessarily requires the conformity of totalitarian central planning. People forbidden from innovating can’t invent things; the only way they can bring new things to market is to steal them from juridictions where innovation isn’t banned, as China is doing in stealing the intellectual property of capitalist America.
Most of all, the campaign against “white supremacy” is against the white males who are the backbone of Western civilisation and everything that used to make it strong – like the willingness of men prepared to die defending its founding principle of personal freedom.
So who are those who would try to bring down the men protecting the West? Well, obviously, the minority of men who hate themselves.
But, in the West and in Australia in particular, it is the feminists leading the campaign to bring down civilisation, trying to turn the patriarchy into a matriarchy, which has never been successfully established anywhere.
The way they’re doing it to try to ride Marxism to victory on a carpet of misandry, with crowds of go-you-gurrrrl lezzo league footy fans cheering on the revolution…
… in a fantasy world that doesn’t involve real people with families and jobs who vote.

The bottom line is that the Klan was to the Democrat party of old what Antifa is to the Democrat party in 2021, both operate as paramilitary wings of the Democrat party to push particular narratives favourable to the Democrats and they use violence and fear to do it.
I would contend that the Klan is still very much alive in the Democrat party of today; they are just not as overt as they were in the past. How else do you explain the way that the Democrats have especially kept blacks in a new form of slavery by making them beholden to government and constantly told that they can amount to nothing because of white supremacy?
Everything about the Democrat party stinks of the KKK by the way that they treat anyone of colour.

White supremacy is just an expression of jealousy.
People from the third world flock to the west for a better life because western civilisation offers opportunities, democracy, the rule of law.
Of course colonialism provided a solid foundation for that chip on the shoulder too.
Then because the indigenous, not surprisingly tend to still do better in the west , they created an excuse, a convenient label, aided and abetted by those that despise the foundation that civilisation was built on, Christianity, et voila ‘white supremacy’.
Incidentally iirc the 19th century French elite had a view that they were innately superior to the lower orders. Its an ism but I’m not sure which one.
It did once as a form of race discrimination for which supporting data was sought in pseudo-sciences such as craniometry. Darwin gave it a good kick along too. It could be benevolent or malevolent as regards its treatment of those its purveyors deemed to be “inferior races”. It has been thoroughly debunked with the advent of genetic research in the mid-20th C., which has revealed that the “racial” differences that are most obvious to superficial human observation – skin colour, hair type & eye shape – are in fact not very genetically significant at all. I dare say it exists today mostly in the feverish imaginings of white social justice warriors.
The Nazis regarded some olive skinned peoples as equals (ie Persians). If they hadn’t my 1/2 Persian, 1/2 German mum might have ended up in a camp.

In fact, a couple of imbeciles at the old blog were peddling the superiority of northern Europe over Southern and also Protestantism over Catholicism. This last assertion was truly dismaying when you consider the super power status of Catholic Spain and the continental power of Catholic France. For high per capita living standards you couldn’t go past the 12 Italian republics during their time.
In any event , it’s the left who seems to be imprisoned with the thought that black/brown people are inferior.
It’s the same old tactic.

Rosie’s correct. Cries of White supremacy are really envy of White people, just like Socialism is envy of the wealthy and Feminism is envy of the male drive.

Asians are severely discriminated against at US universities – they need much better scores to get in.

These fools don’t want equality of opportunity, they want equality of outcomes (“equity”).
Just as happened with feminism, once they actually got equality, the radical ones decided it wasn’t enough and they should be superior.
Equality is easy – equity is impossible. Because of “intersectionality”.
How many groups are there? LG became LGB, became LGBQ, became LGBQT etc etc.

We must count them all and in every combination, then compare to reality and where there is a difference, change the rules so the difference goes away.
Except the list is always expanding, as above. They will NEVER be satisfied.
That is why they push equity – they know that equality can easily be legislated (and has been!) and also litigated etc. Easy to show. Equity though – ah, no. There is no longer equity because there is this group you didn’t consider before, and regardless of how minor they are (even <0.1%), they MUST be considered or it's "not fair".
