Seriously delusional to talk as though they are going to be the Government.
I actually like Craig Kelly but isn’t he going to have a hard time getting elected. Likewise Palmer who needs to beat Pauline.

I see a fairly big billboard often has ads for Heston Russell who is also running for Qld Senate (Qld Values Party).

If Bosi is not running does that mean his fundraising for Australia One has been a scam. Not seen any advertising for them.

“when elected to government, party leader Craig Kelly said today”

HECS.
I’m not a cleanskin, because I signed up to HECS in my misspelt yoof- but, I think most cats would agree that it’s a deliriously easy loan, with comfortably forgiving terms… and it’s associated with an increasing number of increasingly ditzy degrees with little or no association with the productive economy.
So… what to do about it?
Could the taxpayer’s HECS debt be sold off as a job lot to an independrnt buyer?
There’s no security to the loan as is. I imagine that the economic value of the degree to the individual baccalaureate is what’s leveraged… but that only exists on paper, and barely exists as that.
Would any of the big 4 and MacQuarie be interested in it as a financial service? If it might only buy them a bit of client loyalty?
Would sovereign wealth funds be into it?

Salvatore, Understaffed & Overworked Martyr to Govt Covid Stupidity

Anyone who believes a debt to the Tax Office can only be a legitimate debt accrued by deliberate underpayment by a shoddy business operator who can’t pay their bills – well, they ain’t had much to do with the ATO.

and it’s associated with an increasing number of increasingly ditzy degrees with little or no association with the productive economy.

There was a well known social justice warrior, in Western Australia, a few years ago, who was boasting that she had three of those “ditzy degrees” and never paid a cracker in HECS. I asked why a wheat farmer, such as myself, should be paying taxes to fund her exercise in intellectual finger painting, and nearly got into a fight with two of her supporters…….

Taxpayer-funded support dog for WA’s public prosecutors gets the flick
Briana Fiore

Briana Fiore

The support dog for stressed-out public prosecutors which cost taxpayers as much as a junior nurse has been dumped.

Hillman, the black Labrador, failed to get his contract renewed this week after a year with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The canine originally had a three-year deal worth $162,000, but the final bill to West Aussies on Tuesday was reduced to $54,945.02.

A spokeswoman for the the ODPP blamed the ongoing COVID-19 situation where challenges related to Hillman’s care as the reasons for the abrupt end to the arrangement.

But she did claim that Hillman had improved the mental health of staff.

“Whilst there was a demonstrated benefit to staff wellbeing and mental health as a result of this initiative, and feedback provided on a number of occasions was overwhelmingly positive, the ongoing COVID-19 situation, combined with challenges in relation to his ongoing care and the inability to renegotiate the contract terms to suit the ODPP’s requirements meant that it was not appropriate to renew the contract at this time,” the spokeswoman said.

Hillman was contracted to the ODPP from Guide Dogs WA and will now return to the organisation.

Guide Dogs WA wouldn’t reveal what they had in plan for Hillman.

“Guide Dogs WA will no doubt make a decision about what is best for him in due course,” the ODPP spokeswoman said.

Director of Public Prosecutions Amanda Forrester last year told The West Australian the extravagant price tag — which worked out at more than $1000 a week — would cover the dog’s food, vet bills and training.

A thousand dollars a week. Fvck Me Swinging.

Observations from a fourteen and a half hour masked flight.
For the first three hours the cabin staff were being unbearable pains in the arse; constantly chiding people with their doe eyed “you are threatening my safety” idiocy. They even woke people up to demand that they mask up.
As the flight wore on, more and more people ignored them. Towards the end, only a dedicated and angry/distressed minority wore masks and the staff had surrendered.
Just before landing the Captain announced that we would be held at the quaranteen holding point after landing until released by health authorities due to a complaint by a passanger who believed that she had been infected as a consequence of the unmasking.
The staff were obviously worried and were noticeably cool towards the passangers.
After a very vocal and angry 40 minutes we taxied to the terminal. No comment provided.
Interestingly, men of a certain beard wearing persuasion were never chipped for not being masked.
Walking out of the terminal I pulled my mask out of my pocket to bin it and was horrified. It stank.

Gabor – I’m surprised you think that. Several senior Russian officials have openly warned the EU and US that Russia would use nukes if required. Do we not believe them? There’ve been many many articles written about this area in the last couple of months. Russians don’t get all hysterical about radiation like we do.

I think the biggest reason why they might not want to use tactical nuclear weapons is the effect that it would have on their relationship with China. They desperately need good relations with China and anything which could cause a rift would be something to be avoided.

I have some questions. Genuine questions about the wordwall put up last night containing Mr Kelly’s statement/speech/launch.

The United Australia Party will introduce a 15% export licence payable on the export of all iron ore from Australia and those funds will be quarantined for the sole purpose of repaying the trillion dollars of debt that the Liberals and Labor caused.

Who is going to pay this export licence? The miners? Big Shipping?

We need to support regional Australia by reintroducing a zonal taxation system. This will provide an incentive to decentralise Australia and maximise the delivery of services to regional Australia. It will provide the incentive regional areas need to ensure that regional hospitals have doctors, and that regional industries develop for the benefit of their communities and all of Australia.

I think we already have tax zones in this country. Pretty sure we do.

In Sweden they have created a new skin implant where the government can add different functions such as personal bank accounts, health history, court and other records. Face scanning technology is being used to confirm people’s identity and geo-mapping is in place to check exactly where you are.

What?

Under a United Australia Party government, at least one trillion dollars of Australian super invested off-shore will be required by law to be instead invested in our country to secure our citizens’ economic prosperity and maintain the nation’s independence

This sounds dangerously like ‘investment’ in Australian wind farms and other white elephants, as opposed to investment in things that make money.

The United Australia Party will inject an extra $20 billion into the education system in our first three years in Government.

Okay – into which bits, and where is this cash coming from?

The Australian Government must bring rogue states into line

This isn’t taken out of context. It just appears. Which rogue states? North Korea? Western Australia?

Finally, and in the spirit of the season:

If you believe, as I do, that this nation has the strength and potential to live out its heritage and fulfil the dreams of the ANZACs, to return Australia to being the lucky country it should be, you must give the United Australia Party your support.

I must? I must give UAP the tick?

Don’t tell me what to do Kelly. Yet another muppet who presumes to know what ANZACs over 140 years were and are ‘dreaming of’ when they go overseas. That statement alone makes me want to give Kelly the giant horizontal finger.

What?

“‘Logan’s Run’ takes place in a society where people only live until the age of 30. The society is sorted by colors that indicate how close you are to your death, and everyone has a stone implanted in their hand called a “Life Clock”. When your hand starts to blink red, it means it’s your last day and you go to the Carousel to be “renewed”, which is supposed to reincarnate you, though really this idea was more of an opiate for the masses than the actual truth.

More people would live outside the 200 km ring of fire if there were jobs to be had.

One of the reasons they don’t is because of all those quaint and yummy bars and restaurants in the inner cities. That made dog boxes in Surrey Hills attractive.

Then Covid came along and they got stuck in the dog box for weeks at a time unable to come out. Then all the quaint restaurants and bars closed. Which, like Pavlov’s dog, resulted in this…

It’s obviously a shopping list of complete and utter bollix, with hopeless unintended consequences bursting out at the slightest touch.

But being serious about it, it’s actually not more unhinged and poorly considered than the Greens’ dreck. Plain vanilla, not-a-party-of-government, fare.

And not a lot more impractical than the ‘just say whatev’s, nobody cares’ ALP hydrogen-ev-manufacturing crap. And just as ‘360° lo-info bribe’-filled as the Coalition’s budget-driven platform.

At least UAP isn’t really expecting to form government. Only to be in a position to extort a minority one.

Great takeaway- The most recent accurate data of tank vs ATGM comes from the Israel-Lebanon War in 2006. Everything that could go wrong for the Israeli tank crews did, and Hezbollah’s missile teams held all the advantages. 20 ATGM teams rocking AT-14 Kornet launchers and munitions vs 14 current-spec Merkava IVs saw about 50 successful launches (sources vary, up to 100), 11 hits and 3 penetrations. Of those 3 penetrations, 7 crewmen were killed. And none of the hit or penetrated vehicles.were completely knocked out. Both systems are contemporaries of each other.

The issue BoN is tax breaks for people living more than 200k from a capital city.
Why would people living in reasonable proximity of large regional towns need a tax break?

Good Moaning .
Dover, you can now see why I put the whole Craig Kelly speech up.

It’s forced the wets from the Liberal party, to make statements confirming what they are as they can’t let it go.

Of course to them net zero and complete capitulation to the globalist WEF while holding 26 million people hostage, and mandating a vaccine that they not only knew would kill some, but is starting to be known as the genocide jab…is the calm sensible governance we should all be grateful for.

Pathetic.

KD can’t even fathom that Anzacs fought against tyranny and tyrants and sacrificed for the freedom of their western nations.

I much prefer ‘more freedom less government’.

They are all selling ‘visions’ of outcomes. Energy targets, language and thought policing, getting money invested in certain areas, etc. These have to be imposed.

These all stand in contrast to what Australians would choose to do of their own accord – otherwise they would be announcing that they will do nothing and just leave it to us.

But I don’t think many people realise that could even be an option.

It’s from Helen Haines our local, self designated ‘Independent’* member. She has kindly sent me another postal vote application that is to be returned to her office.

How on earth is this legal? The application is to be returned in an envelope addressed to her and would I assume be opened prior to sending to the AEC and of course she and her staff see what’s there, I know the Libs and Labor are doing it too but using official gov letterheads for herself?

* For those who don’t know she’s a Climate 200 candidate but her colour is orange, she and her predecessor managed to get what has been traditionally a safe LNP seat into an unofficial Green seat. Rex – There’s probably a fair bit of recent information from the Syrian War. A guy called Abu Tow has been in the news lately.

Abu Tow: Meet the famed and feared Syrian rebel who wants to help the Ukrainians fight the Russians out (The New Arab, 10 Mar)

Suheil Mahmoud Muhammad, known as Abu Tow to his friends and enemies, is a Syrian rebel and famed for his precise and deadly operation of the US-made anti-tank BGM-71 TOW missile, with which he has destroyed 146 Russian and Assad regime tanks, armoured vehicles and aircraft, and where he gets his nickname.

After seeing the shock invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops, the 34-year-old immediately offered his services to defend his ‘Ukrainian brothers and sisters’ against Russian tanks.

There are articles about him from before this conflict, like this one from a weapons geek in Dec 2021. I have no idea about the veracity or otherwise of the information, but Syria will have had CIA glowies bearing boxes of free stuff infesting the place for quite some time I suspect.

April 21, 2022 9:00 am

I have some questions. Genuine questions about the wordwall put up last night containing Mr Kelly’s statement/speech/launch.

The United Australia Party will introduce a 15% export licence payable on the export of all iron ore from Australia and those funds will be quarantined for the sole purpose of repaying the trillion dollars of debt that the Liberals and Labor caused.

Who is going to pay this export licence? The miners? Big Shipping?

The customer…based on the fact they would be forced to, as our Iron Ore is what their whole ecomomies are based on.
So in effect, the Chinese.

We have a remote areas tax concession you goose, not a “regional” tax exemption.

In Sweden they have created a new skin implant where the government can add different functions such as personal bank accounts, health history, court and other records. Face scanning technology is being used to confirm people’s identity and geo-mapping is in place to check exactly where you are.

What?

If you spent less time sneering on here you might know that.

No, again if you did research, it’s about value adding, bringing manufacturing back, and building dams etc.

The United Australia Party will inject an extra $20 billion into the education system in our first three years in Government.

Okay – into which bits, and where is this cash coming from?

I don’t agree with this bit, just targetted silencing of a major Marxist movement in Australia, still I don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater, especially when the alternatives are tyrannical.

The Australian Government must bring rogue states into line

This isn’t taken out of context. It just appears. Which rogue states? North Korea? Western Australia?

Finally, and in the spirit of the season:

Cute but no banana.
Any fool knows he’s talking about Canada and Cuba.

If you believe, as I do, that this nation has the strength and potential to live out its heritage and fulfil the dreams of the ANZACs, to return Australia to being the lucky country it should be, you must give the United Australia Party your support.

I must? I must give UAP the tick?

Bloody hell you would be insensed.
Somebody asking you to do something.

Don’t tell me what to do Kelly. Yet another muppet who presumes to know what ANZACs over 140 years were and are ‘dreaming of’ when they go overseas. That statement alone makes me want to give Kelly the giant horizontal finger.

You really do have Anzacs and notafan mixed up.
They didn’t go overseas or fight on Australian soil as well, to fight for Hitler.
They fought, AS VOLUNTEERS for their british Empire….by that stage an empire of freedom and prosperity the likes the world had never seen.

Or do you prefer the left wing feminist view that they were just boys looking for some adventure and to kill something?
You know, to get out of another bloody harvest?
What have you got against the truth that the Anzacs fought in our nation’s uniforms for our two nations and the values our nation’s had?

When Belorussian authorities pulled Roman Protasevich, a blogger who had served a combat tour in the neo-Nazi Azov battalion before working for Radio Free Europe’s Belarus channel out of Prague, off an airplane in May, 2021, on charges of inciting a political opposition (roughly the equivalent of sedition), the world went crazy, accusing Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko of trampling on free speech. Protasevich is alive and well, living under house arrest while awaiting trial.
When reports emerged that Gonzo Lira, a Chilean social media “influencer” who resided in Kharkov, Ukraine, and who published online content critical of the Ukrainian government, was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered by the Kraken Unit, part of the Azov battalion affiliated with the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), the West is silent.
Free speech isn’t a one way street. To remain silent in the murder of Gonzo Lira is to be complicit in his death, and the deaths of all journalists who pursue the truth, even if it runs counter to the mainstream narrative. Critical thinking should not be a death sentence. Unfortunately for Gonzo Lira, it seems it was.

One for Lizzie if she’s around.

Archaeologists left baffled by grim Roman discovery made in Wales: ‘Quite peculiar’ (20 Apr)

According to archaeologists from Rubicon Heritage, the site — known as Five Mile Lane — has a history of human usage that dates back to the Stone Age. Five Mile Lane was first excavated back in the 1960s, when experts unearthed the remains of both a series of Iron Age roundhouses dating back to between 800BC and AD43, along with the “Whitton Lodge” Roman villa and farmstead data to around 43–410AD. However, a recent archaeological survey undertaken in advance of road improvement works on the A4226 has revealed that the site southwest of Cardiff held far more traces of history.

The man, who would have stood at 5’9” and was in his early 20s, appears to have suffered from a middle-ear infection that may have spread to his skull and could have accounted for his death.

He was buried face-down in a nailed-shut wooden coffin, which also held hobnail boots, a long iron sword and a silver crossbow brooch.

The latter two artefacts link the individual to the Roman military of the late fourth and early fifth centuries AD.

During this time period, as Roman control in Britain began to wane, the empire recruited mercenaries to fight off invaders.

Based on his brooch, which bears similarities to those found on continental Europe, the team believe that the man was employed in this fashion — although he could also be an invader who seized control of the villa. The team hopes genetic analysis will clarify the situation.

Oddly for a Christian time, the burial mounds appear to have been reused in the Early Medieval Period, the team noted, with some 450 people’s remains recovered from the site from then and the Bronze Age together.

The Avalon stuff in the King Arthur story arc seems to chime with this far western location, which looks to be from right at the end of the Roman period. The comments about the guy possibly being a European mercenary is also interesting in light of all those Sarmatian cavalry theories.

The Regime Media’s Quandary: By Exposing Joe Biden They Exonerate Donald Trump

Why do they need to obfuscate Joe Biden’s personal history? They cannot continue to muddle the revelations in Hunter Biden’s laptop if it is general knowledge that Joe Biden’s malfeasance and the “Biden Family Enterprise” began almost immediately after Joe Biden was first sworn in as a Senator in 1973 when Hunter was two years old.

In August of 2019, Politico International, in a lengthy article, traced the beginning of the “Biden Family Enterprise” back to 1973, Joe’s first year in the Senate. Freshman Senator Biden adamantly demanded and was appointed to a seat on the Senate Banking Committee. Soon thereafter, his brother James, then a 23-year-old business neophyte with a net worth of less than $10,000, decided to open a nightclub. Per a bank officer, James used the Biden family “connection” to obtain $165,000 ($1.1 million in 2022 dollars) in mostly unsecured loans from a failing Delaware bank. Within less than 18 months the venture started to unravel, and James was unable to make the loan payments. Joe intervened with the bank’s Chairman to make certain the bank did not harass James for payment or foreclose on the nightclub.

Miraculously, James was able to find another bank, which was on the Federal Reserve watch list, that gave him a $500,000 ($2.6 million in 2022 dollars) loan. Around the same time, Joe Biden met with that bank’s senior vice-president on “other matters” — no doubt a coincidence. The nightclub venture soon failed, leaving behind a trail of lawsuits and unpaid loans and debts.

The Bidens sanctimoniously proclaimed that Joe and his status as a U.S. Senator had nothing to do with James getting the loans. The fact that Joe served on the Senate Banking Committee (which oversees bank regulatory agencies) and his 23-year-old brother with no business experience received extraordinary – actually, unheard-of — loans from two banks under scrutiny by the government was, no doubt, also a mere coincidence.

Thus began a pattern that over the years continued to include James and occasionally other members of the Biden family, and eventually Hunter Biden as the ultimate front for the Biden family business. A family enterprise that despite chartering and acquiring numerous companies over the decades never operated a successful business. Perhaps no prominent family in American history has been involved in so many consistent business failures. The only successful aspect of the “Biden Family Enterprise” was selling Joe Biden and his political influence.

Laugh out loud moment of the day thus far … Leigh Sales

I’ll go with Lionel Shriver:

Responding to whether or not Mr Biden was the “right man to be leader of the free world” at such a time of crisis, columnist Lionel Shriver said “of course not”, before adding that his tenure has been “a catastrophe”.

“I do get a little tired of what I would call his empty threatening rhetoric, though. He’s always sabre-rattling with a pocket knife.”

Ouch. I don’t think Ms Shriver is very impressed with Mr Biden.

Surely unintended.

In this day and age Franx, and with the perversion of language by both the governors and their would-be replacements of all stripes, it’s difficult to not be cynical.

Remember that the Blair era saw Anglophone democracies redefine Rights as a privilege or entitlement to access services provided by Government, instead of being inalienable freedoms extended to all peoples. Based on the reflection of the total freedom to live (even to the point of eternally rejecting Him) extended to all of us by a loving God.

Knuckle Dragger seems to like the status quo and the uniparty, he can’t imagine anything different it seems.

I despise the uniparty, and have never voted for anyone in either faction – but that does not mean I need to swallow hook, line and sinker any given alternative without asking questions to satisfy myself that they’re genuine, and that their policies have been thought through.

Germany’s whole foreign policy, “Ostpolitik” and “Wandel durch Handel” have collapsed. The new German government appears to do the best to improve Germany’s situation, but poor things they have a lot to do. At twitter

let’s look at the facts, Germanys future was systematically dismantled by a one woman.

Such easy targets here.
And LURKERS.
What you officially are to me, oh penetrated one…… is…an example.

And notafan.
She’s a predictable open book of deceit and hypocrisy.
You’re struggling with a lack of balls.
KD has some daddy issues.
Sancho is a bigot looking to belong to a conservative country club where tradies and common folk aren’t permitted, while not understanding or caring a dam about conservatism.
A sad little show trying to keep others from getting anywhere near the truth and making it all about personalities instead of policies and facts.
What we can show here, quite clearly, are the shitstains who pretend to be right wing, but are just fucking things up for everyone due to a lack of political conviction and making it a social club of who’s in and who’s out.
Little bitches all.

And the reason I am here is to point it out, because before Covid and the need to excuse oneself for terrible behaviour, Sinclair’s blog was in front of othe blogs in understanding what is happening.
Now this one is so far behind the eight ball that twitter is way ahead in understanding what is going on.
So are the other cats and many other right wing blogs not being held back by some really low life sneerers and liars.
Unfortunately this is the blog those who thought too highly of themselves drifted towards during the break up, and got the little gang.
Adam’s cat is going gang busters and people there get what is happening more there than here.
That’s not Dover’s fault.
That’s not Indolent, twostix, Sal, or many others fault.
Just a few 24/7 types here.
What lurkers and the good people here must work out, is are they just born that way, or is there any financial incentive?

Penny Wrong on ABC RN AM this morning:

“Climate change is the biggest threat to Pacific island nation security.”

Even grifting Pacific leaders don’t believe it

Laura Jayes, just a few minutes ago, interviewing Plibersek. When asked about Penny Wong as possible incoming Foreign Minister and how she would have handled the Solomon Islands situation, Tanya replied that the major concern for all the South Pacific Islands is Australia’s lack of serious commitment to Climate Change.

Jayes then asked if they’re so worried, why did the Solomons do a deal with the world’s biggest emitters? With no answer to that question, Plibbers tried to rescue her line of reasoning with an air grab of another tangent.

You sound confident, Zipster. 🙁

Would not the ultimate definition of Biden-level failure be that the catastrophe never even warmed itself up before it suddenly collapsed?

RABZ…you’re liberal party.
The Party that went outside the constitution, followed all orders from the WEF, supported and financed the tyranny of the states, set up the communist “national cabinet” printed money to destroy the nation, and imprisoned 26 million people in the country so they could not escape the tyranny of the states, and then couldn’t leave without getting a jab, mandating something that is killing people, therefore are murderous and as time passes will be seen as genocidal.
Sco Mo supports McGowan, and has not said boo against any specific tyranny, which has destroyed millions of lives and businesses so far.
The inhumanity and pure evil of the Libs, the traitors that attacked Australia by force and took it hostage in a globalist coup…… and you have the gall to speak of the freedom parties like that?

We have a remote areas tax concession you goose, not a “regional” tax exemption.

I was talking about zones. Because that’s what Kelly said. ‘Zonal’.

If you spent less time sneering on here you might know that.

This was about Swedish transdermal implants. If Kelly is saying this is on the way for this country, then why doesn’t just say so rather than sinister and tenuous links to facial recognition?

No, again if you did research, it’s about value adding, bringing manufacturing back, and building dams etc.

I shouldn’t need to do research on someone else’s policy platform. The person promising to lead us from darkness should be in a position to set out his methods, not run the ‘work the details out yourself’ line.

On rogue state control:

Any fool knows he’s talking about Canada and Cuba.

Canada. Australia needs to control Canada. This is what Kelly’s saying. According to you, because Kelly can’t or won’t say it himself. There’s fools involved all right, but not where you think.

Bloody hell you would be insensed.
Somebody asking you to do something.

It wasn’t asking. The word used was ‘must’. Any fool could see that. Kelly’s like you in that regard. Demand demand demand, call everyone cock smokers then burst into tears and say ‘all I did was ask’.

You’re clearly angry today St. Ruth, most likely at ‘enthusiastic Nazi bar staff’.

You’re a loud, lightweight straw-clutcher. Just sayin’.
