The Sicknick stuff is extremely weak. We knew that he died after the insurrection, not during it. We knew that some cops escorted some of the people who got inside. There is zero new information.

Of course Carlson tries to pretend it’s a gotcha, and you idiots fall for it because you want to believe.

It is about as important as the Twitter Files, which is to say not important at all because there is no juice.

Ed you imbecile, preferences are optional in NSW elections.

I will vote 1. LDP (of course). 2. PHON because Latham is great and their Senators seem to get better and better.

Strokes happen after years of hard living.

No one has died of a stroke because their colleagues murdered two civilians.

And yet … Joe Biden told the nation that he was killed by “white supremacists”. That is the story. The lying by Biden, the Jan 6 committee, the Democrat Party and the corporate media. They LIED in order to get Trump. Not one of them has retracted their lie.

The Sicknick stuff is extremely weak. Yes it is: the way the demorats and apologists and useful dickless idiots like you use Sicknick is not just weak but treasonous. Hundreds are in jail without due process because the scum on the Jan 6 committee and their MSM accomplices lied about this. Sicknick is shown assisting the peaceful protestors after the Jan 6 committee claimed he was bashed to death by protestors!

Than of course there is Ray Epps and other provocateurs openly inciting without consequence. The FBI exoneration of Trump; pelosi’s complicity. Everything about Jan 6 is a lie and a breakdown of democratic rights and due process.

Let’s hope you and the other rats supporting this dickless get sick again; symbolically of course.

You don’t do your relatives any favours by appointing them as executors of your will. Appoint a solicitor or the Public Trustee. You won’t care if they gouge your estate with enormous fees.

3rd parties often a good idea, although I’m not sure I would use the Public Trustee

We’ve been thinking about that.
I know you don’t care when you are gone, but you don’t want to leave a world of pain for others.
Been wondering if you appoint a couple of solid rellos as executors with a third professional executor as a circuit breaker if the first two can’t agree.
I have seen both kinds of executors. Those who cut corners and invent bequests out of thin air.
And those who are so paralysed by fear that nothing gets done.

The Sicknick stuff is indeed extremely weak, because it started with DemonRat lies that he was murdered during the so-called “insurrection”. Those lies then had to be covered up with a fanciful story.

Good to see that you have finally recognised the weakness of the DemonRat position. Idiots like you and your ilk fell for it “because you want to believe”.

The Twatter files are important because they show the fascist collaboration between Big Government and Big Business to deprive citizens of their Constitutional rights. Why do we anticipate a problem?
Well, we have a rello who has zero level of legal entitlement by any measure, but would absolutely want to get in for her chop. She has already berated one other older relative after asking what she would get and deeming it inadequate.

I’m not sure you need this level of complexity really. The executor role should really be procedural only. Brittany Higgins and Emma Webster form Power Blazers company; Justin Hemmes loses AJ Jones to Boathouse

By Yoni Bashan
Margin Call Editor
@yoni_bashan
and Christine Lacy
Senior reporter, Margin Call columnist
8:03PM March 7, 2023

Brittany Higgins uploaded fresh photographs to Instagram on Tuesday of a rental pad on the Gold Coast she’s now sharing with her partner, David Sharaz. An item of marginalia for most of the news media, the photos were absolute red meat for the online tabloids, one of which rudely implied that the property, and its designer furnishings, had been secured with monies paid to Higgins as part of her recent settlement with the Commonwealth.

An unkind linkage, perhaps, but who are we to argue? Confidential payouts come with a price, and that price is rampant speculation. Anyway, we digress.

Of greater interest is what seems to have stealthed off the radars, for it’s not just a new postcode at the centre of developments in the life of Higgins and Sharaz but what career moves the former staffer intends to take next.

Strongly rumoured for a time was that Higgins might take up employment with Christine Holgate, CEO of Team Global Express. That suggestion amounted to nothing, it would seem.

Aside from a book that’s yet to be published, Margin Call has learned that Higgins has also been busy joining forces with Hawker Britton lobbyist Emma Webster to start up a company.

Registered in mid-February, the entity calls itself Power Blazers Pty Ltd and lists Higgins and Webster as its directors, alongside Higgins’ father, Matthew.

No sign of Sharaz anywhere on the papers but he and Webster remain particularly dear friends, as he informed the world in an Instagram post last year, confessing that the lobbyist was instrumental in helping him to pluck up the courage to ask her out.

“She’s been our go-to person ever since: from helping me draft an email, to hemming Brittany’s pants. She’s not a friend, she’s basically part of our relationship,” he wrote. Webster’s priors include staffing for Kevin Ruddand Victorian PremierDan Andrews, but she also became a fixture at the ACT Supreme Court during the trial of Higgins’ alleged assailant, Bruce Lehrmann, during 2022.

As to the function of Power Blazers, Margin Call was unable to establish the particulars, although we hear a soft launch of whatever it might be – a line of clothing? A lobbying outfit? A vaping product? – is in the pipeline.

Also, they have a photo on the website of a tattoed from head to foot bikie who did business there. They say he should have been checked out before he was allowed to do transactions there.

Two months of jury deliberations? WTF?

Adam Cranston, the son of former ATO deputy commissioner Michael Cranston, has been found guilty by a NSW Supreme Court jury over his role in a $105 million tax-fraud scheme.
Key points:

The jury has continued deliberating on its verdict for two remaining co-accused
The trial heard the scam ran for about four years
There has been no suggestion former ATO deputy commissioner Michael Cranston was involved in any wrongdoing

Adam Cranston was among five people who all pleaded not guilty to their alleged involvement in the scam, including his sister, Lauren Cranston.

After close to two months of jury deliberations, guilty verdicts were on Tuesday handed to Adam Cranston, and two co-accused, Dev Menon and Jason Onley.

They were found guilty of conspiring with another person to dishonestly cause a loss to the Commonwealth, and conspiring with another person to deal with money more than $1 million, believing it to be proceeds of crime.

Rabz got off lightly. 🙂

I’ve met the sons and daughters of high ranking Commonwealth public servants over the years. Some of them are spectacularly dysfunctional, the son of a Secretary who fried his brain with every drug he could lay his hands on comes to mind.

In this case, instilling ethics seems not to have been very successful.

It used to be possible to walk in off the street to the Perth Mint with $9999 cash and buy gold bullion or coins over the counter without any checks on your ID. Even heavily tattooed bikies festooned with giant gold chain necklaces were welcomed as customers.
For whatever reason, the Mint became a bit sensitive about who was buying their gold with cash, but rumour has it that there was a string of ancient old Asian ladies wandering in and out over a period of a couple of weeks purchasing smallish (2-3 ounces) amounts of gold, eventually adding up to a couple of million or more and the red flags went up.
Shortly thereafter it became necessary to establish an account with the 100 points of ID and two valid credit cards and all orders had to made online. No more cash sales.
The “polluted” gold sold to the Chunks was within the international standard of 99.99% pure but some bright spark at the Mint thought that doping the Chunk’s gold with a smidgin more silver would save around $600,000 and still be within the international purity standards, i.e 99.992 instead of 99.997
Apparently and allegedly, the Chunks did a random assay test on one of their ingots and detected the minuscule pollution and the honking and bleating began.
Like the Victorian police, the Perth Mint’s reputation is now vanished down the dunny and will never be regained. All for a measly $600K.

Well done you idiots.

Stupid women and even stupider men* news (the Hun):

Mum, Jen Hamilton, stitched a TikTok with Gabby Lamb in response to her video asking people if they regret what they named their kids. Jen responded with an enthusiastic, “that would be me!” and she says she regretted what they had originally named her son so much that she changed it.

“Not only did I regret it, we changed his name when he was 18 months old,” Jen says in the TikTok that has since had more than 4.3 million views.

She explains that she originally expected her firstborn son to be an outdoorsy boy just like his dad, but at just a few months old she realised he was certainly not. “Surely, this child will have the soul of a river-rafting tour guide,” she says.

So pregnant Jen did what many other parents do – she searched the internet for “outdoorsy boy baby names.”

“We settled on Aspen because it’s a cool name,” she explains. “And it is a super cool name… for someone else.”

At my absolutely most tolerant, I could accept Aspen as a name for something other than a husky.

Jen goes on to list all the reasons why her son did not suit the name Aspen once he was born:

He gets carsick in the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru.
He gags at the THOUGHT of a blueberry.
On his first birthday, he lost his ever-loving mind when his toe touched his cake.
He loves air conditioning and sitting down.
At six years old, he loves being held by his mum… still… constantly.
He has a comfort mole and will just love on it (spoiler alert: the mole is on his mum’s chest)

The kid is SIX YEARS OLD. If he was attempting to kayak off the roof when you changed the poor bastard’s name at 18 months, it would no doubt generate a whole new TikTok.

Jen explains, “We chose a name that means light which is Luke, and he may never guide a river-rafting tour but he will for sure be (in a very comfortable location) as sweet as he can be.”

She said they got a lawyer involved and the whole process took a year, but now Luke only knows his name as Luke, which fits him to a tee.

What ‘Jen’ really means is ‘my child is a fashion accessory and I felt the need to change his name, in the manner of deciding I needed different coloured shoes’.

*The real question, of course, is how deep into the Prince Harry-style of handbaggery this apparent ‘river-rafting tour guide’ of a father is.

Absolutely disgraceful, and teaches a salutory lesson or two to all up and coming men across this wide brown land:

Rockdoctor, overnight and apropos of cops hiding in stations when rammed by people (yoof) in stolen cars:

Why do we even have a police service? The were the same Fwits I saw chasing “speeding” tradies at knock off today on Jensen rd Jensen out our way. Hope you got your quotas boys cause you seem hard to find after real crime like break ins out this way.

1. If they’re going to ram the cops, what do you think they’re prepared to do to Joe Normal?;
2. This is the EXACT OPPOSITE of police work; and
3. It’s further compounded by them going after ‘low-hanging fruit’, i.e. Joe Normal and his confreres doing 64kph in a 60 zone and then claiming they’re saving lives by doing it;

One clue is the change from ‘Police Force’ to ‘Police Service’. It marked a change from being a force used against shit people to a service – except that it’s a service for the government of the day rather than the average punter.

Gez, what Burns did with the Civil War series was unique. It was always going to have faults and biases.

We ask ourselves have our politicians always been this horrible and venal. I quick scan of the US around the CW will give you the answer.

PJW has a new clip up on madness and weird behaviour in US cities (Adams and his advice to whites makes an appearance). Of course, everyone now has a phone so the question is, is it more prevalent or is it more filmed? I witnessed some extremely bad behaviour by a shop employee a week ago, not screaming mind, just unwarranted OTT abuse. But because I didn’t have my phone out it didn’t really happen.

Also, I wouldn’t have a clue how to film on my camera anyway or where to send it. 😀

An adult human female. I am an adult human female.

See, there’s nothing contentious about that definition, is there?

And here is what is most definitely NOT a woman….

An autogynephile pervert who puts on women’s underwear, clothing, wig and lipstick and “identifies” as a woman to get sexually aroused. These males are particularly dangerous.

Transwomen are NOT women.

Last night, on the thread titled “Some thoughts on mothers, drag queens, trans, groomers & grooming“, our resident fascist equated the rights of “trans perverts” with the civil rights of blacks and Jews. An interesting equation. At least we now know where he stands when it comes to the sexual grooming of children.

Ken Burns has always been a leftist however his Civil War series was superb. It’s funny, one of the experts Burns used in his Civil War documentary was the late historian and writer Shelby Foote, himself a southerner, an apologist for the pre-civil war south (though not of slavery), and an admirer of Robert E. Lee. Because of his views, Foote would now be cancelled and he would never be included in any documentary made now.

International Chick Day News (the Hun):

Commander Alisha Withers may already be one of the Royal Australian Navy’s senior officers, but she’s still climbing with even higher views in sight.

Those higher aims are not only for her own career progression, presently serving as a Commanding Officer in the Navy Recruit School, but for other women wanting to join the Navy or already in service.

Suuuuure she’s aiming for other women to be elevated to her own level or higher. Suuuure she is. Because that wouldn’t be against all instincts of competitive women in the same workplace at all.

“There isn’t a single job in the Navy that isn’t open to a woman, and we do equality really well,” Withers says.

Define ‘equality’. How could Navy be improved, Commander?

She believes quotas would be a good start. Presently, Navy personnel comprise 23.9 per cent women, with a target to reach 25 per cent by 2025.

“I think there’s a mistaken perception that quotas are about putting someone less worthy in a job because they’re a woman, but I see them as a way to search harder for the right people,” she says.

“Quotas force us to search out the people who’d be amazing in those jobs but may not have the confidence to apply for them. That’s where a situation of inequity comes in. Women often need to be championed.”

There we go. ‘Equality’, ‘equity’, right alongside ‘need to be championed’ which of course means ‘identified and promoted well above your ability on the basis of a single characterstic, whilst being shielded from any and all criticism, regardless of justification’.

What absolute horseshit. Commander Withers, get back to me when you can march in the dark.

That said, apparently the current Wong comic has found favour amongst the gym rat/cage fighter fraternity.

‘I was mauled by the media’: Greens lawyers told me to say I dated bikie, Thorpe says
By Dominic Giannini
March 7, 2023 — 10.34pm

Victorian senator Lidia Thorpe says she was mauled by the media and forced to admit she had a relationship with a former bikie when the pair shared only one kiss.
An Instagram post by Senator Lidia Thorpe with the caption: “Ran into some old mates”.

The former Greens senator, now an independent, was referred to the Senate’s privileges committee over allegations she failed to disclose a relationship with a former bikie despite sitting on a parliamentary law enforcement committee.

Senator Thorpe said she actually had no relationship with ex-bikie boss Dean Martin, but was told by Greens legal advisers to say they dated.

She previously said it was a mistake to not have disclosed the relationship, but changed her tune on Tuesday.

“I had no relationship with that person. I was given legal advice by the Greens lawyer to say that I had dated this person,” she told the Senate.

“I got a call from that person that said, ‘ah, did we date?’.

“We kissed once at a rally on the 26th of January. I had no idea who this person was or his background.”

Senator Thorpe made the comments after a committee found she shouldn’t be held in contempt over claims she failed to declare a relationship with an ex-bikie.

The privileges committee examined whether Senator Thorpe’s alleged non-disclosure obstructed the work of the committee or if she had received confidential briefings related to bikies.

It found that while Senator Thorpe should have disclosed her relationship, she didn’t receive any relevant sensitive information and therefore shouldn’t be held in contempt.

“The committee emphasises the need for senators to be aware of their responsibilities to perform their roles in the public interest [and] to declare any possible conflicts,” the report said.

A teary Senator Thorpe said the committee’s recommendation that she not be held in contempt vindicated her.

“All you people thought that I had been running off with some biker gang,” she said.

“What kind of person do you think I am? I deserve an apology, from the leader of the Greens for one because I lost my position.”

But a representative for Greens leader Adam Bandt said he understood the facts as they were set out by Senator Thorpe in her letter to the committee’s inquiry.

“The information in the letter is consistent with the information Senator Thorpe and others provided to us,” the representative said.

Bandt’s office said Senator Thorpe spoke to the lawyers and decided on the term “briefly dated”, which she used to describe her relationship in her evidence to the committee.

“Dean Martin and I met through Blak activism and briefly dated,” she wrote.

“Specifically, we met on 26 January 2021 at an Invasion Day rally and dated in March 2021.

“Since then, we have remained friends and have collaborated on our shared interest: advocating for the rights of First Nations people.”

Senator Thorpe resigned from her leadership role with the party after the story broke in the media.

“For what? For a kiss on invasion day with some black man at a rally who happened to be an ex-biker,” she then told the Senate after the report was tabled.

“I didn’t ask for his resume.”

More of this will be coming I suspect:

Texans fight for independence from the US in ‘Texit’ referendum (7 Mar)

“President Joe Biden could witness the collapse of the United States next year as Texas lawmakers filed a bill pushing for the state’s secession from the Union. The bill would allow Texas voters to say whether they want to quit the US to establish an independent Texan state in what has been dubbed Texit. If passed, the Texas Legislature passes the Texas Independence Referendum Act will allow the legislature to put a referendum on the 2024 election ballot.”

Is The Greater Idaho Movement A Model For National Divorce From The Political Left? (7 Mar)

“They said it was an absurd waste of time, but now, the progressive coastal regions of Oregon and Democrats in Idaho are getting a little worried about the “Greater Idaho Movement,” with at least 11 eastern Oregon counties officially voting to leave the state and join their more conservative neighbors in Idaho.”

That’s the advantage of more guns than people: if the Dems try to prevent serious secession of red states those states will have an instant militia numbered in the millions, which would eat the woke US Army for breakfast.

Anorexia is so yesterday.

Why trans kids are now ‘coming out’ as animals (7 Mar)

“You’re xenogender if you feel more akin to animals or plants or foods than humans. It’s funny, but it’s also frightening. There’s a girl on TikTok who explains very seriously that her gender is bird – a cardinal specifically, ey/em pronouns. And several people I’ve found identify as cake. Cake is actually just one of a smorgasbord of available gastro-genders.”

I’m in a sexual relationship with airplanes — so I go on vacation a lot (6 Mar, via Instapundit)

“Rodo, who said she’s spent nearly $4,267 on model airplanes, revealed that she identifies as objectum sexual. Yes, that’s a real thing. Also known as objectophilia, this particular love-match occurs when individuals develop strong sexual or romantic feelings for a specific inanimate object”

Mental illness seems to be rising. I hope this stuff isn’t as harmful as anorexia, which is really nasty. Although I suppose identifying as cake could have a similar effect, since whales tend not to live long.

Yes. Anorexia/bulimia was a “thing” in the mid-80’s and 90’s. I know of a couple of deaths and a few hospitalisations in my immediate circle.

Then came the cutting. It seemed to go with the Goth culture. Culminating in other forms of mutilation like multiple piercings and its most recent iteration – the tattoo.

And now it’s health fads and dietary restrictions and allergies which by and large appear to be a version of a/b that the sufferer can talk about openly. And so you have great big fat girls with acres of tattooed flesh who balk at meat because “unhealthy”.

Full circle.

Why wouldn’t Ukraine defend Bakhmut when Russia is losing a thousand men per day trying and failing to take it?

Douglas Monty-Haig advanced his desk another 3 inches towards Berlin….

IF the position is bleeding the Russians with a very lopsided casualty rate then thats a valid holding tactic. Its a great position for a negotiated settlement with Ukraine being able to get the best deal it can.
IF its a 1-1 tradeoff or even worse the Russians are using artillery to inflict higher casualties on the Ukies then its (assuming some big assault isnt being prepared elsewhere) an awful tactic which will end with many thousands more dead conscripts and Ukraine accepting whatever is forced on them.

Assuming the Ukrainian military are sane youd have to think they are fortifying the living buggery of whatever is behind Bakhmut.

In a sane world there would be some form of peace negotiations going on.

The young woman CEO looked like a deer in the headlights because she had no idea what happened and what to do about it. She was not on top of anything. The most damning information about her was that she could not be contactable until 8:30 am because of her work/life balance commitment. She could not understand that a CEO on multi-million dollar salary had better be contactable at 3 am any day or on a weekend. If it’s inconvenient don’t take the job.

Seven star Generalissimo Vladimir “Well to my credit I did beat Chechnya, eventually ” Putin or Field Marshal Montel Haig?

Keep in mind, monty has not yet crippled a great power’s military as its commander by fighting a conventional war against a former colony.

What the release of this footage does is corroborate other reports that protestors were often permitted to roam inside the Capitol, often in the presence of Capitol police officers, and confirm that this was known by the “authorities” from the very beginning, including the leaders of the House and Senate.

McConnell was the Senate leader at the time which means that he colluded with the Democrats against his own voters. As vile as the Democrats are they never betray their voters but the nominally Republican McConnell has no qualms doing so. I wonder how he intends to explain his actions when he arrives at the Pearly Gates.

Corporal Captain Viscount mØnty of Malmo’s understanding of the military sciences is second to nearly none.

Monty of Malmo?

He would be better following the lead of Swedish Oberst Erikson at Drobak Sound in Oslofjord in 1940: Upon sighting approaching unidentified and possibly German ships in the mist, despite having no orders, he told his men to open fire, sinking the German Heavy Cruiser Blucher and seriously disrupting the German invasion.

He reportedly told his men “Either I will be decorated or I will be court martialled. Open fire!”

Anybody got relatives working in public hospitals ? Seems in Qld there are still Vax mandates in force. 2 Drs have a pending court case v Qld Health. Problem is some private hospitals doing same. Are any requiring jab no 5 the bivalent ?

My daughter is RN / Midwife. She is currently working in a meat packing plant because she choose to not have the Covid vaccines (she thought it would interfere with her ability to have another kid) As a midwife, she had good visibility of how the Covid Vax was interfering with women’s cycles, hence her decision to not get Covid Vax.
She lives in Victoria which requires “current” Covid vaccinations, I don’t know if that means 2, 3, 4 or 5 jabs.
My son is also a RN, he is working at a hospital but I won’t discuss his vax status with him because it will just all end in tears, his all in on that c’t Andrews whereas I would happily see Andrews’ flyblown corpse swinging off a jib somewhere.

NATO estimates are that Russia is losing five men to every Uke KIA.

DeSantis may not be the answer:
via Vox Day
According to five Republicans familiar with the discussions, the governor’s top lieutenants have quietly recruited a network of conservative social media influencers as part of a broader attempt to circumvent the mainstream press and appeal directly to GOP primary voters nationwide.

And who are, according to the three Republicans who received the initial pitch, among the ranks in DeSantis’ digital army?

Jack Murphy, a podcast host and self-described “alpha-male giga chad” involved in a quasi-professional cuckolding porn scandal. John Cardillo, a former Newsmax TV host and unregistered arms dealer who allegedly stiffed the Ukrainian government for $200,000 worth of body armor plates. Christian Walker, Herschel Walker’s right-wing influencer son who helped tank his father’s Senate campaign. David Reaboi, a Hungary-loving and Qatar-hating bodybuilder with longstanding ties to John Bolton. And Caleb Hull, an ex-Trump digital strategist who has said some very, very racist things.

This is the DeSantis A-team, and they’re fighting a battle for a presidential campaign that hasn’t even started yet—with plenty of DeSantis face time, dinners, and photo ops.

M0nty says: “Need I remind you, Bruce, that the whole purpose of the J6 riot was to interrupt and shut down the peaceful transfer of power to the new government, complete with domestic terrorists who joined in with the express desire to murder Pelosi et al?”

Need I remind you of the riot by leftists on 29/5, which resulted in a century plus old church being set on fire, an SS guard hut at the Whitehouse being set on fire, and the secret service so worried about the President’s safety that they moved him to an underground bunker? The left claimed that Trump “tear gassed” “protesters” for a “photo op”, when in fact the tear gas was approved for use (not by Trump, not even requested by Trump) hours before Trump turned up. The leftard infested MSM even pilloried Trump as a coward for “hiding” in said bunker, even though he had no say in it, it was all done at the insistence of the Secret Service, who are charged with protecting the President, and who can (and did) force the President to seek shelter for his own personal safety.

Actual physical fire-bombing of security posts, several security people injured, both involving the Whitehouse, and the secret service so concerned about a security breech they insisted the President go to a “secure location”, yet no charges at all. None. And no claims of “insurrection” – rather, just more “mostly peaceful” protests that were “attacked” by the “far right” led by DJT (of course!)

Or need I remind you of Antifa terrorists being awarded compensation for “police violence” because police didn’t wear masks when they arrested them.

Or that Antifa terrorists that threw industrial grade fireworks at people eating at outdoor cafes in DC couldn’t be arrested because they all dressed the same in a deliberate attempt to confuse police and refused to even talk to police, while the Proud Boys who had done nothing other than attempt to protect others from these violent thugs were arrested and charged because they were more than happy to talk to the police, and were all individually recognisable.

Or that there are several citizens still being held without charge for J6 “offenses”, which is clearly in breech of their constitutional rights to both a “timely” trial and to face their accusers before a jury of their peers. Some claim they have been refused medical treatment, been held in solitary confinement with only one hour a day for “exercise”, refused legal council and so on – all clear breeches of their constitutional rights, but no-one cares.

That’s bad M0nty – far worse than any violence that occurred on Jan 6, because it is the Government itself exercising its near unlimited power in express violation of its constitutionally enshrined limits.
I don’t care what side of politics you are on or support, this is completely unacceptable – they’ve broken the most basic and hard fought for rules, rules that were created to prevent the very excesses of government power we now see. I don’t even care if you agree with the rules or not – they exist, they are supposed to be unbreakable, and if you don’t like them, then you need to change them, not ignore them. The last time such rules were ignored in the USA, it led to civil war. It may do so again – I certainly hope not, but it may.

US is Losing Another War – Ukraine

“The United States has launched a proxy war, unconstitutionally, circumventing Congress and the American people no less the entire world. What must be understood, is that the Biden Administration, the puppet of the Neocons led now by Victoria Nuland, has brought the entire world to the brink of World War III and they have now begun the countdown to the decline and fall of Western Civilization

Who is Victoria Nuland and why is she the queen of the Neocons? Victoria Nuland has been one of the leading Neocons always advocating war with Russia. She is behind the propaganda that Russia is on the verge of defeat and that the Russian army is really dysfunctional. This is standard propaganda. They put out the same exact line about the troops in Iraq. This is to convince Americans that they can wage war and it will be over in just a few hours or days. This is the typical Neocon sales pitch to justify their endless thirst for war. They are trying to provide justification to rush in for an easy defeat of their target.

Besides the Neocons’ treason against the Constitution always manipulating proxy wars without the consent of Congress in violation of Section I, Article 8, there is also one huge very serious undisclosed conflict of interest and the Biden Administration should immediately fire Victoria Nuland and all her supporters within the Biden Administration to save the world and our nation.

Victoria Nuland is really of Ukrainian Jewish descent. She really would be Nudelman, not Nuland. She is actually the daughter of Yale bioethics and medicine professor Sherwin B. Nuland, who changed his surname from Nudelman to Nuland. She has retained her family name Nuland to perhaps further hide her Jewish connection by being married to Robert Kagan. Victoria speaks Russian, French, and some Chinese.

Her husband, Robert Kagan, authored the “real Iraq Study Group” report of the American Enterprise Institute. This was the Neocon view of regime change. Kagan was said to have convinced President George W. Bush, to order the “surge” plan for changing the course of the Iraq War. It was Kagan who co-founded the neoconservative think tank in 1997 which was known as the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) with fellow Neocon William Kristol, who has a track record of usually being wrong. This has been the legacy of the Neocons in general.

Ron Paul plainly wrote: “Victoria Nuland exemplifies the neocons who have led US foreign policy from one disaster to another for the past 30 years while evading accountability.” “ It is indeed time that we examine the Neocons who constantly usurp American foreign policy and will drive us straight into World War III.”

Channel 10 will try to prove Bruce Lehrmann raped Brittany Higgins

By STEPHEN RICE
NSW Editor
@riceyontheroad
10:42AM March 8, 2023

Channel 10 will seek to prove the allegation that former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann raped Brittany Higgins, echoing the defence of its star presenter Lisa Wilkinson to Mr Lehrmann’s defamation claim.

The network’s defence, filed in the Federal Court on Wednesday, includes a detailed 12 page account of the “facts, matters and circumstances” leading up to, during and after the alleged rape in Parliament House in March 2019, upon which it will rely to support the substantial truth of the allegations.

Mr Lehrmann, who has consistently denied raping Ms Higgins, launched defamation proceedings against Network Ten and News Life Media Pty Ltd – an arm of News Corp Australia – in Federal Court three weeks ago.
Read Next

Ms Wilkinson, former co-host of The Project, and Samantha Maiden, political editor for news.com.au, are second respondents in the proceedings.

Ms Wilkinson filed her own defence last week denying that she was seeking to exploit allegations of sexual assault against Mr Lehrmann for personal and professional gain.

Ten’s defence states that Ms Higgins had passed out on a sofa in the office of Minister Linda Reynolds, and woke to find Mr Lehrmann on top of her “having forceful sexual intercourse with Higgins, audibly slapping himself against her.”

“After waking up and realising that Lehrmann was having sexual intercourse with her, Higgins said ‘no’ at least half a dozen times and told Lehrmann to stop. Lehrmann did not stop and continued to have sexual intercourse with Higgins without her consent.

“Higgins had not consented to having sexual intercourse with Lehrmann and was incapable of so consenting because: (a) she was too intoxicated to voluntarily and freely give her consent; and (b) she had been passed out, either asleep or unconscious,” Ten says.

“Alternatively … Lehrmann was reckless or indifferent as to whether or not Higgins had consented to having sexual intercourse with him.”

Ten claims that in the days following her alleged rape, between 23 March and 8 April 2019, Higgins made contemporaneous complaints to at least nine people “in which she consistently described being raped or sexually assaulted by Lehrmann”.

Ten describes Ms Higgins as having spent “the entire weekend of 23 and 24 March 2019 crying uncontrollably and bedbound in her bedroom and there was no reason for her to do so other than the fact that she had been raped by Lehrmann.”

The network also lists what is says are “Lehrmann’s lies, inconsistencies and consciousness of guilt” including his claim to Ms Higgins earlier in the evening that he needed to go to Parliament House to pick something up from work; that he failed to return six phone calls from his then girlfriend; did not check on Ms Higgins when he left the office; and left in such haste that it was “consistent with a consciousness of guilt for having raped Higgins.”

Ten also relies on a defence of qualified privilege, including that these were political matters of public interest because they involved the Government’s handling of an allegation by a political staffer of rape by a colleague and allegations of a political cover-up by the Government.

It also cites the response by then Prime Minister Scott Morrison in parliament to an allegation of rape occurring in a Minister’s office; and “the conduct of the Government in the lead up to a federal election.”

Ten says it did not pay Ms Higgins for the interview, outside of covering the cost of her flights and accommodation in Sydney.

The network says Lehrmann did not respond to any of its attempts to contact him prior to the broadcast.

Network ten also claims that Mr Lehrmann filed his claim more than a year after the publications complained of, and is outside the one year limitations period.

Ten’s defence was filed by Thomson Geer Lawyers. Ms Wilkinson recently hired a separate legal team to defend her, including high profile barrister Sue Chrysanthou, SC, and Anthony Jefferies, of Gillis Delaney Lawyers.
