This blog is getting very gay Iraqi Information Ministry vibes.
My preference for Our Kate (Upton) was “predatory”.
My preference for Chelan Simmons was noped to a “cute OWL”.
My preference for Prinny Irulan is that she is a 5/10.
Mick Jagger and David Bowie were never sprung in bed.I never knew conservatives were so incredibly gay.
If your preference was NO to SSM, I should have respected that and I am genuinely sorry.

It looks like a barnacle on a worn out merchant trawler.
That’s unfair. For a start its symmetrical. Do you have any idea how rare that is?
That said – Princess Irulan is a solid 5, so there’s that.
I’ve seen better noses on Botched, before the boys got to it.

And the poor refereeing continues ……… English player getz yellow carded for kicking a dead ball 3 metres .. Spanish girl hoofed a dead ball the width of the pitch, Monday night, and both ref & VAR ignored it …….
Lotza media tears come morning but, at least, the “cycle” will have moved on by late afternoon … -
Proof positive that nobody knows what planet Lidia Thorpe is on, but the mother ship left a long time ago…

Voter ‘backlash’ risk over fall in productivity
Inaugural productivity tsar challenges Labor’s view that a clean energy transformation will deliver a more productive economy.
Don’t think for a moment the Liars , or at least some of them believe this trash talk about enhancing productivity with renewballs. Some know exactly what they’re doing. They’re in the bag to the renewball lobby and the unions.

Commonwealth Bank are positioning themselves to CBDCs, bigly. Notice of changes to the t&c’s on my kids’ bank accounts-
– CommBank will move to electronic-only statements, apps and mobile phone access
– CommBank will block any transaction if “you seek to make a payment to an account which we reasonably believe may be owned or controlled by a cryptocurrency or digital asset exchange”
– CommBank will “fairly and reasonably” spike transactions, cancel cards, suspend access, or outright suspend or cancel accounts without liability for a customer’s loss or damage.
Any other lurkers get this bullsh*t?
More importantly, any advice where to move the money which I’ve been pumping to Commonwealth for the last thirteen years? I’m very tempted to cash out both accounts over the counter, and take it to the gold exchange. All I’ve taught the kids about regular saving and compound interest all of a sudden looks second order to the lessons I’m going to have to give them about the deathgrip of the financial-government complex. -

CBDC is coming to all banks soon enough, so it won’t matter where you put your money…
Most likely in the next 5 years, you’ll need to use their system for Rego, Rates, insurance and licences, so you won’t have a choice…
Inflation will always be the name of the game though, so the remaining money needs to be in something that is going to do well in the next few years.
Honestly, I’d be all in on coal mines, as silly as that might sound right now.

We’ve been home for a few hours now. Attapuss over the moon. I glanced at the big game, thought the Englishers were playing rough, playing like men, says Hairy with some admiration. Then he moderated it down a bit to playing like women against girls.
Glad Albo didn’t get his public holiday, and his big promo after the game. My two little granddaughters in Brisbane will be very sad at the loss though, for their little hearts were given over to the Matildas. Anyway, they lost and everyone can calm down now.
I wonder if the craze about the Matildas is partly due to their name. Here’s a name that speaks to the Old Australia, to Waltzing Matilda, Billabongs and Squatters against the poor man in hard times. No aborigines in Waltzing Matilda note. Going for the Matildas is going for the true Australian heritage. Maybe that’s obvious but it’s worth saying.

we all suffer from CBA domination of the banking sector and their low standards for stability, performance and customer “experience”. I’d suggest any smaller bank that doesn’t run their services on CBA platform will be better than CBA.
From my Singapore account I can transfer money in direct bank-bank transfer to other asian countries with zero fees in real time. Here we are given rubbish service and stupid “protection” we never asked for && people think its normal service.

Buy land
That’s not always an option depending upon what a person does for a living and what their financial situation is.
Banks are tightening lending requirements, cost of living is rising.
Unless your paying cash, it’s not going to be easy.I’m working under the assumption that most people are in the situation where financing housing/land would be difficult.

I think energy will be where it’s at. I’d go 50/50 on coal mines and small nuclear.
Dutton was really talking up those small modular nuclear systems, saying get in line now because the rush has started. Can’t be too bad an investment in that case.
Also, nothing wrong with fine wine. It improves with age, unlike food, and would be a tradable asset like gold in a financial crisis. Stores easily too, not flammable like petrol.

Anyway, I’m done in with all the travel.
I drove first this morning and we had travelled 40km when we got a call from the apartments saying Hairy had left his ipad plugged in. So we had to turn around and go back ‘cos his life is on that and I had driven 80 km to get back to where we began. He took over then, and later I took another go. And so it went.
I can’t complain. I left my laptop on a counter top in the Novotel when I went to get the freebie coffees and we’d lugged everything down to the basement carpark before I suddenly shrieked ‘my laptop!’, for my life is on that. Hairy kindly went up to get it for me. Thus, today, one good turn etc …

I dunno, I can’t complain about the service provided by Australian banks. I have several accounts and never had problems receiving or sending money and credit card.
I also get service from a private bank and the banker will do anything for me like getting tickets to shows and takes me out to lunch every couple of months.
There are plenty of choices in Oz for the services you require.
Lastly, you can get online brokerage or full service. -
“The two greatest colonisers meet in the World Cup final.
On Cadigal land.”Isn’t it Gadigal? More typos?
And one coloniser raped, killed, pillaged and stole the treasure and took it back to Spain. And left a Big Mess. Not very good colonists at all.
The other helped make and develop the foundations for a Great Nation. And to have everyone speaking English with property rights and the rule of law.. No longer now as the Left (LayBore/Greens) and the stupid Libs/Nats are destroying it all.
Vale Australia,

If you really want to know what a weird banking service feels and looks like, try the US banks where they still use a chequing system. Cheques can be sent online through the bank or physical cheques.
I make monthly payments through an online chequing system via the bank’s website. An electronic transfer can cost 25 bucks. -

I never knew conservatives were so incredibly gay.It was gayness that got Barton the gig back in 1901.
Then even more gayness that got him on the High Court for the following two decades.
Conservatives = gayness. Please stop this at once. Unless Eddles confirms he was flamer we should take this as as a comment instead of factual.
