IN-DEPTH: Top Law Schools Promote Ditching the Constitution
Think tanks contend that the radicalization of attorney education threatens American freedom in a never-before-seen wayLaw professors at elite schools are open about their disdain for the U.S. Constitution, the researchers found.
“They’re saying they want to get rid of the Constitution—they’re making no secret about it,” said J. Christian Adams, president and general counsel of the Public Interest Legal Foundation. He’s also worked for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center and former DOJ counsel, agreed.
The radicalization of law schools is a threat to freedom not previously encountered in the nation’s history, Mr. von Spakovsky said.
“In fact, some of them are very direct in teaching kids that they need to be revolutionaries, according to these courses that these law school students are taking,” he told The Epoch Times.
Pitching the Ditching of the ConstitutionIn 2022, Ryan D. Doerfler and Samuel Moyn—who teach law at Harvard and Yale universities, respectively—wrote a New York Times editorial titled “The Constitution Is Broken and Should Not Be Reclaimed.”
In it, they wrote that the struggle over the Constitution has proven to be a dead end for liberals. They called the founding document “undemocratic” and “inadequate.”
“The real need is not to reclaim the Constitution, as many would have it, but instead to reclaim America from constitutionalism,” they wrote in the piece.
The writers reasoned that it would be far better if liberal legislators had the power to make a case for abortion and labor rights on their own merits without having “to bother with the Constitution.”
That way of thinking has pushed law schools increasingly to the political left over the past decade, Mr. Adams said.
“The stuff they’re teaching now is straight-up Marxist. There’s a big difference from just 10 years ago.”
Mr. von Spakovsky and Mr. Adams have been sounding the alarm about what’s happening within the country’s law schools through articles examining law school curricula.

A Breitbart poll says Trump won the GOP candidate debate by 70% even though he wasn’t there.
Another poll says he is still only neck and neck with biden; you should not underestimate how many stupid people there are.

LOL. Heh. Ok I’ll spell it out for the so called ‘Christians’.

Knuckles, did you scroll down to the poor lady with Stage 4 cancer? She was beautiful.
I have no problem with ladies putting on makeup in those circumstances.
My point was of a wider nature, and that in everyday life the rendering, alongside the application of permanent marker-drawn eyebrows and everything is effectively false advertising, and that this is the reason blokes that wear makeup are widely and rightly regarded as flogs.
Simple, natural beauty cannot be surpassed.

Just watching Letters from Iwo Jima, the Clint Eastwood movie viewing the eponymous battle from the Japanese side.
I had a quick squid at the ‘Trivia’ section on IMDB, hoping to see an explanation of why the suiciding Japanese soldiers were ramming their grenades on their helmets before clutching it to their breasts – I guess that it, according to design, reduces the time delay.
Anyway, I came across this tidbit.
Director Spike Lee publicly criticized Clint Eastwood for the lack of African-American actors in this movie and Flags of Our Fathers (2006). Eastwood countered with the historical fact that the US military was segregated at the time, and black soldiers were generally kept away from the front lines.
Spike Lee strikes me as a small minded mole-like creature whose understanding of the whole world is the unlit, closed in, damp tactile world of Black ghettoes.
I would not be surprised to discover that he thinks it a form of white abuse that the Polish Jews appropriated the word ‘ghetto’ from the crumbling Black urban neighbourhoods in the US.

Read this: Then read what Musk had to say about it. Not only are they evil, they’re unfathomably stupid too.
The Biden Department of ‘Justice’ is suing Elon Musk’s SpaceX for refusing to hire refugees and asylum seekers.
Musk should change his name to Hunter Biden and coerce foreign entities to get rich so the DOJ ignores him.
“The lawsuit alleges that, from at least September 2018 to May 2022, SpaceX routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act,” the Justice Department said.
“Our investigation found that SpaceX failed to fairly consider or hire asylees and refugees because of their citizenship status and imposed what amounted to a ban on their hire regardless of their qualification, in violation of federal law,” US Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke said.
Our selective justice system strikes again.
Musk’s response:
Elon Musk
@elonmusk
·@lrocket
Exactly.SpaceX was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense.
We couldn’t even hire Canadian citizens, despite Canada being part of NORAD!
The regime is suing Musk for not hiring foreigners even though there’s a law that strictly prevents SpaceX hiring foreigners.

Interesting comments re Michelle. I hadn’t realised that the cultural thing might be strong enough to sway the needle in such a key Demo demo. Her unlikeability, though, I certainly had factored in. For that to be a game changer, you have to assume that voters will get past “Obama!”, which I obviously doubt.
I’m pretty sure the whole timing thing will be neatly sorted, if that is the way they choose to go. The old codger is woeful now… another 6 or 8 months won’t change that very much. Just gives them sufficient time to jettison the necessary and line up the deck chairs.
Not, of course, that it matters. They will “elect” anyone or anything with an IQ north of the proverbial ham sandwich they want… which is why Kamala being disappeared is essential. Even the Dems can’t get her “elected”, and I suspect they know it.

Anyway, “Sliante” to you mob.
I’m reading Andrew Robert’s “A History of the English Speaking Peoples Since 1900.”
On Tuesday, 11th September, the Twin Towers of the World Trade centre were hit by hijacked aeroplanes. They collapsed, killing 2,749 people. Meanwhile, a third hijacked plane hit the Pentagon, killing a further 180 people.
“The sublimely brave passengers of a fourth plane, led by Americans Todd Beamer, Jeremy Glick, Thomas Burmett and Mark Bingham rushed it’s hijackers, and in the course of trying to overpower them, the plane crashed in Pennsylvania, killing all those on board, but saving either the Capitol or the White House from a fate similar to the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. Mr Beamer’s call to his compatriots just before they stormed the cockpit – “Are you ready, guys? Let’s roll!” – today ranks as one of the great rallying cries of the English – speaking peoples in combat.” Page 600.

Monty phuck off. You’ve added exactly zero to anything. Ever. Your sexual pleasure is derived from seeing political foes in mugshots. Or ladies assaulted for being conservative. Or teens run down in SUVs by Democrat supporters. Or Drag Queens reading to kids.
This is what really turns you on you foul khunt. Piss off. -
Ha!
Monty suddenly feels like posting.
Imagine what sort of a diminished life it would be to have to sit quietly, indignation and fury mounting by the day, until some people who don’t even know you exist provides you with cover to erupt with all that pent up retarded fierceness.
All that spite and anger, but having to wait on cracks in the dam wall that the desperate US MSM try to carve out.
He is precisely the sort of person who would have sat beside any number of blood-lusting quasi tribunal, cheering with spittle flicking glee, as each innocent was brought in and declared guilty by vacuous zealots.
In earlier years (but far closer in sentiment) he would have cheered on judge Freisler because his targets were guilty – he said so.
What a self-pleasuring dick – completely unaware that when his team requires they will find him guilty high treason in a manner that beggars a basement bound lard arse, just to have his corpse rendered down to grease the electric vehicles of people who think themselves better than he.
And he will go along with it until the last moment because unhook then the victims will be people other than he.
And he has absolutely no idea that it might happen that way. There is a reason useful idiots must first be idiots.

Yes, they are.
Why did they arrest Trump for challenging a stolen election?
Why did they sue Elon for hiring Americans over non-citizens?
Why are they trying to ban semi-auto rifles?
Why do they censor speech with their big tech partners?
Because the people running our country are criminals

South Korea has lowered the infectious level of Covid-19 to the lowest Group 4, treating it in the same way as seasonal influenza. From August 31st, authorities will no longer count daily figures and will instead allocate resources to protect high-risk patients.

Thank goodness for that monstrously uglee ol’ dinobore Terry McCrann, Cats.
Worried I was going to be the only (alleged) economist in the country to point out the unparalleled track record of unrepentant wrongology that is repeatedly purveyed in da Commonwealth Treasury’s “Intergenerational Reports“.
Yet I’m sort of not happy that he beat me to it! 😕

What we see forming now is further evidence of the great energy cleaving.
As most western nations chase the World Economic Forum’s priority around ‘climate change’, the BRICS alliance hedges for more traditional energy sources (oil, natural gas, coal).
China will benefit the most as the Western industrial economies will not be able to compete in a global market using windmills and solar panels.
Vivek Ramaswammy solidly called out the great climate hoax. No-one else on that panel was game to do so, as he correctly said, because of backlash from vested climate interests. Trump ignored the climate loonies and instituted a policy of American fracking for oil which was very successful. Together they could stand up against the madness that has invaded the west since the 80’s. Someone has to, before the west goes completely under.
It really annoys both me and Hairy when we see lip service still being given by Liberals and others of the centre-right to ‘decarbonising’. Decarbonising is a fools errand, a scientific impossibility and something that should be dismissed out of hand now.
There is no need to give any credence to this religious cult any longer. Noone else outside the west is buying it. -
My eldest son, pretty much unable to work due to physical mobility and neurological issues of his mind, is usually fairly hard up living mostly on benefits and careful with his money. He’s also been very left-wing, until recently, when Jordan Petersen has been influential on my sons’s thinking and his media searching.
He went to some Sydney Festival thing recently (not sure what, but something public, maybe Darling Harbour) and is outraged. $35 entry, $24 for concession card holders, and … wait for it, $12 for ‘aboriginal people’. How much for Jews? says Hairy, in deepest and savage irony. We have neither of us seen this sort of racial or ethnic division and exclusion expressed in public entrance fees previously.
My son has decided he will now move from a Yes Vote to a No Vote. I hope this has the same effect on many others, who see this as a signal of what is to come.

1) Trump lost in Georgia & lost bigtime. Blacks in Georgia hate him & voted against him.
2) Videos abound of Blacks lining streets in Atlanta to cheer Trump on his way to & from his arrest. Videos abound of Blacks waiting across the road from the jailhouse, to cheer & support Trump.
The size & scale of the steal, of the cheating, is brought home at moments like this.

Donald Trump looks very good for his age, and he is tall, so he can carry some extra weight. He would be less fit as a long and thin beanpole. He’s still very mentally competent and his take on Kamala re speaking in rhythm was brilliantly performed.
He’s definitely good for another four years, in contrast to Biden who is seriously impaired mentally and physically: as Trump managed to devastatingly convey re Biden’s gait, let alone what he mumbles along about.
Biden’s treatment of major catastrophes has been abysmal, first the train explosion, and now Maui, which looks like a complete breakdown of proper administration prior to the fires and then many failures in emergency service responses. America must be deeply shamed about this, as well as their President’s unconcern, or they would be if the MSM reported it adequately.

Lets say Trump is 182 or so now. In that respect 98 kg with his bone structure would be pretty decent.
I would believe 182 and 98. I would also believe 190 and 106. I do not believe 192 and 98.
