Everything went feral after the GFC.

Can you imagine if the unjabbed were as unconcerned for their fellow man as some of the jabbed, (most of the jabbed) seem to be?

Then as they start dying of the jab, we’d just turn around and say exactly what they’ve been saying to us, ……..we all had choices, we’re all adults, deal with it!
Stop complaining….so what, so you’re going to die, STFU, you’re annoying us.
You want us to join you in fighting the government just because they jabbed you to death….be fucked…I’m going on a holiday to Europe!

Gambling addicts are in many ways worse that alcohol, heroin & crack addicts in that they don’t carry the physical ‘tells’ of the other addicts and even put a lot into presenting as clean & successful in order to scam their way into raising more stakes from the unsuspecting.

Why anyone thinks it smart to take advice from gamblers online is beyond me.

They will literally rob their parents & sell their children to raise the money for another bet, on anything.

This is braindead, knock it the fuck off.

Your parents made a gamble in coming to Australia, as did my paternal grandparents.

Another measure of insanity we note is the jabbed’s ability to think if they survived the first week, they’re safe.
Total insanity.

No, that’s perfectly sane. I am alive and well.

You can’t list any other adverse effects I will have. Look. ALL medication has side effects. THAT’S WHY WE SHOULDN’T BE FORCED TO TAKE ANY!

Couldn’t get another job, dot?
One that doesn’t require the jab?

Not without suffering from a loss of income for a few months.

Well Sancho Frank may have something to say about that………..but of course he won’t.
I wonder why.

I think you should say something about that. About how all those useless doctors and nurses “couldn’t get another job!”.

Google Ministry of Information Announces Zero Tolerance Policy Against Any Information That Does Not Support NATO War Against Russia
March 11, 2022 | sundance | 57 Comments

Comrade citizens, after success with the Ministry of Information controlling efforts surrounding the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and public health vaccinations, The Division of Correct Thinking has announced they will also not tolerate any information against their war efforts in Ukraine.

[YouTube Twitter Announcements]
(SOURCE LINK) [at link below]

All good global citizens will appreciate the Ministry’s effort to protect you from bad Russian influences. Only the approved truth must remain visible to combat any Russian efforts to influence our thinking. The only horrors approved for review must be approved by the compliance division within the Google Ministry of Information.

Comrade citizens, as our experience with COVID and the heroic vaccination program has shown us, the Ministry always looks out for our physical and mental health. The inherent dangers of wrong thoughts could lead to misplaced sympathies, lack of necessary motivation and questions about the altruism within the Ministry for Peace. Further guidance continues….

In fact I have said the exact opposite on several occasions.

The psychological effects from lockdowns and exclusion are going to be far reaching and hard to overcome. Developmental issues in young children and teenagers will be evident for years. Schoolwork, particularly for the poor little buggers at the mercy of the state systems, has been badly affected.

No doubt daddy government will create a whole new bureaucracy to fix the damage they have caused.

You are absolutely right.

Are all the vaxxed going to die in 13 to 43 months or not? Because that is exactly what you said St. Ruth. And there are an awful lot of people in this country (including far more Quenthlanders than not) who have had the jab.

And if the vaxxed are all dead and/or dying, why are they building long-term expensive investments like death camps for the unvaxxed? With gas pipes to the showers?

Who’s going to guard the camps? It can’t be the vaxxed, because they’ll be dead.

So the vaxxed will be dead, and the unvaxxed will also be dead in the death camps. And yet you said:

It’s not depopulation of everyone.

By your own words, it certainly sounds like it.

Quote of the day:

Western secular elites are committed to their ideas; their policies and conclusions follow inevitably out of “Reason” itself. But any mathematician could tell you that Reason is a GIGO system — Garbage In, Garbage Out: any amount of nonsense can be logically derived from incorrect premises. Western elites ignore this fact because it lets them avoid discussion about where their ethical and political presumptions come from. Traditionally this would have been derived from God and Religion, or from some other metaphysical understanding of what is meant by the Good and Right. This kind of substantive metaphysics is incompatible with the purely reductive, materialist, naturalist commitments of the secular western consensus.

2. Police Informers in aboriginal communities.
There’s gotta be plenty of them, what’d the Quid Pro Quo?
3. The dead man’s parents aren’t mentioned. What’s that all about?
4. The bloke was brain damaged and treated like a stray dog.

Especially if the policy agenda is determined by the public service in collaboration with major corporate suppliers – regardless of which democracy codpiece “wins” the election.

I’m trying to be fair. The last time I can remember a federal election deciding what actually happened on an issue of importance was in 2013 when Abbott cancelled the carbon tax (and kept in place the RET established by Howard). So it’s one issue in every 3 elections, that’s how much democracy we have? Can we quantify it any better?

If any of the 251s had accepted the verdict I’d have been shocked! .. shocked, I tellz ya! ..
the entire media coverage was based on the, hoped for, outrage a “not guilty” verdict would cause .. no disappointment here .. LOL!

To be fair, and I admit surprise at this, on The Drum last night your beliefs were largely validated with one important exception. A youngish man, of indigenous heritage, trained in the law, gave what I perceived to be a very balanced and realistic analysis of the trial and verdict. A small glimmer of hope.

Reading the internets on da war. On the ground in Ukraine everything still looks very bogged down. Mud, mud, more mud. Whatever you think of the just cause or otherwise of either side nothing decisive is happening. Lots of Russian vehicles are being knocked off because they have to stay on the roads due to mud. Syrians are flocking to both sides. Oh joy.

The most interesting thing I’ve read is that something like 80,000 Ukrainians were working on ships as merchant sailors. Many of them on Russian ships. Which could cause quite a bit of pain if the shipping lines and authorities don’t handle it right.

Dot mentioned calumny and heads rolling earlier today, in respect of the Rolfe shitfest.

As Churchill said – this is not the end, nor the beginning of the end. It is the end of the beginning. The aftershocks from this will last for years. There is extremely widespread sentiment amongst the punters that this was a politically driven murder beef, which spells disaster postponed rather than cancelled for Chief Minister Gunner.

The piece in the Oz about the senior NT detectives jacking up at a murder charge laid within four days, and without a single statement from any of the multiple witnesses being taken is – from speaking to people – accurate.

The DPP have to agree to lay a charge of this type. There is zero doubt the head of the DPP and his deputy – of whom both resigned in disgust afterwards – were leaned on heavily by Gunner through his AG.

Murder charges in the NT have to be signed off on by a Superintendent in charge of their prosecutions. The Superintendent whose job it was to sign off on the charge had been around for quite some time, and also just happened to be admitted to the Bar. He refused to do it – not because in his view there wasn’t enough evidence to support such a charge, but because in his view there was no evidence to do that.

He (apparently) said he wouldn’t do it, and if the NT jacks’ top rung weren’t happy with that to get someone else. So they did.

Rumour is that there are quite a few people who nailed their colours to the mast in order to curry favour with the Commish, and whose collective ring gear at present are going five cent-fifty cent.

One Deputy Commissioner, two Assistant Commissioners (one promoted to that rank for his support) and various hangers on who are all on contract. The armchair defence ‘expert witness’ Barram and the stupid bint nominally in charge at Yuendumu at the time will (allegedly) never be spoken to by any other copper and are said to be unwelcome in any police station anywhere.

I prefer to flip that over. Why are people choosing to remain in such a hopeless situation? The WA govt was on a hiding to nothing with the proposal because the approach was wrong headed. Incentives should be provided for people to move away. I suspect there is significant pressure on the youngin’s to get their schooling but always return. Forget about the adults, most of them are a lost cause but if we can find a way to encourage those approaching 18 to relocate that is the only way this ridiculous remote communities policy will be solved.

Why is fine & dandy to keep selling Jabs (even feverishly so after yet more evidence about the dangers of them comes to light), but somehow it’s the worst of all things to remind people that those who knew from the get go how dangerous the Jabs can be, are still lying people into continuing to take them, and paying their armies of ‘Social Influencers’ to also continue the push.

Thanks to all media controls, there are still very many people who don’t know about the very real dangers (too long to list here), that the original pushers knew from the start, before they contracted Govts around the world to force them onto people.
Surely it’s only just to keep sharing the warnings until they’re understood as well as the propaganda to take them was accepted as smart.

Lotocoti the armoured column from the NE got the shit shot out of it. Abundant videos around. Pentagon briefings say that (Lamothe is WaPo in the Pentagon loop). That column was stopped in its tracks. Their doctrine on an ambush attack really sucks (compare with the 2/6 Independent Company at Kaiapit in PNG who I read about some days ago, aggressive attack and an amazing firefight). I don’t know about the column from the west, my impression the terrain was worse. I’m not seeing anything much notable from that side and the logistics look fairly precarious.

Yes the Russians are encircling Kiev very slowly. Still not completed. But they don’t even have enough forces to maintain a siege of a city that big let alone assault the place. I suspect the RGS are in a holding action on Kiev while pushing as best as possible on the coast, particularly Mariupol. That town is still holding out, but if it falls (as seems very likely) it completes a connected territory from just east of Odessa all the way to the Russian border in the NE. Plus links up Crimea. That I think is going to be the negotiating position from the Russian side. Doubtful if the Ukrainians will agree, it may just degenerate to a bloody frozen conflict.

1. What’s the point of these settlements? There’s no water there, no work, no hope.

The last Liberal Government of Western Australia proposed shutting a few of them down. There were howls of “racism” that could be heard for miles, and the “Warriors of the Aboriginal Resistance” shut down Melbourne CBD in protest.

Please don’t burden Dickless Ed with any actual reality. It makes the mush occupying the space usually taken up by a brain hurt.

Haha. Busted arse countries are where you put them if you are a Fauci sort of guy. See “Wuhan, PRC”, for example.

As I posted on Dover’s thread it was the same with the round-up of ferals after 9/11. They were routed through black CIA sites in busted arse countries, staffed by appropriate contractors. The whole waterboarding thing was hilarious since the real 3rd degree took place in the transit countries. I think Ukraine from memory, certainly Egypt. Absolutely no surprise to me that Ukraine might be a location for such grey wet-work, especially re the Hunter Biden grift.

Where’s the nuance? Where’s the desire and ability to discuss rationally?

Exactly. For example on the biolabs thing I (a) am not terribly surprised for a lot of reasons (b) I suspect Anthony Fauci has is tacky little fingerprints all over it. Which hasn’t been discussed by anyone as far as I can recall.

Barack Obama just might have some input too, given his propensity for knocking off Presidents he didn’t like. Then of course there’s Biden, Pelosi, Clinton and Romney, all with…interests…in Ukraine.

Again, I did post links to the Obama & Fauci connections.

I tend not to opine on very important articles etc. because too often when I do some will take one word of mine to chase people away from the good works of others I’ve just shared, but if I leave them sans comment some will usually repost them with conversation starting commentary.

But for some reason the long & filthy history the US investment in dodgy biolabs around the world seems to scare most off.

Even someone’s earlier post drawing comparisons to Japan’s Unit 731 was left untouched.

If only Stalin could have taught the world one thing, that denying the terrors & techniques of the the terrorists will not protect you from their terrors, we wouldn’t be in this upside down world where people are shooting their friends & making heroes of those who want them dead.

That town is still holding out, but if it falls (as seems very likely) it completes a connected territory from just east of Odessa all the way to the Russian border in the NE. Plus links up Crimea. That I think is going to be the negotiating position from the Russian side.

The main reason why the Russians have yet to crush Mariupol is that the UAF is keeping thousands of civilians penned inside as shields. The Russians could flatten the place from land sea and air in a day but will not because they are desperate to avoid footage of miles of dead civilians. Fair enough . It’s certainly not the “brave” neo nazi resistance there holding back the tide. It’s a similar situation in Kiev where the Russians are putting the squeeze on slowly , taking suburb by suburb. And yes, copping a flogging here and there for their reduced mobility. The Ukrainians are gagging for more atrocity footage to show the world, in the hope that they can finally get NATO involved and ramp up their propaganda to eleventy plus plus.

From what I can discern on the daily map changes, the Russians already have this wrapped up. It’s the mopping up stages now and making sure Zhelensky doesn’t get gifted more propaganda to excite the braindead and gullible. Of which there are millions. For Zhelensky, he’ll be stalling as long as he can to get his grubby hands on some of the $13.6 Billion coming his way.

Texas Supreme Court rules against providers in abortion ban case

The Texas Supreme Court on Friday ruled that state officials do not have the ability to enforce the state’s six-week abortion ban, effectively ending providers’ case challenging the law.

Weird take from far-left Axios. From reading the story it seems clear that the Texas Supreme Court has kept the legislation in place. Indeed there was an anti-abortion mob saying the decision was a great victory. Which you wouldn’t’ve thought the case from the headline and the first para.

Yesterday I posted in relation to the cost of fuel here on the Mid North Coast, this morning I had to do a trip to town for a visit to Bunnings and other essentials. Decided to fill up before another increase in prices.

As the saying goes “Too late she cried”, pulled up, grabbed the pump, squeezed the trigger and then looked at the price. OOOOOOOH crap (along with a lot of other words), went from $2.189 yesterday to……$2.309 this morning. So now paying $10.50 a bloody gallon.

There is a word beginning with “F” that describes the complete and utter shit fight the majority of us will be facing for quite sometime.

Makka – That could well be so. What was blackly amusing was the humanitarian corridors they were negotiating on – all of them went from Mariupol to Russian territory. Which is why the Ukrainians rejected them. Human shields to human hostages!

Both sides are fruity. I am commenting on the tactical situation, I’m not in favour of either side. How they both get out of this mess I don’t know, but it certainly is a mess. Very like Syria with bogged down racial and religious cantons that hate each other, plus larger powers who see advantage in maintaining the mess. The people stuck in the middle of it are the victims, on all sides (and I include the poor Russian conscripts who never wanted to do what they now are forced to do.)

The Russians are trying keenly to get the Belarussians to come in, which would be a significant reinforcement. So far it looks like Lukashenko wants that to happen but his general staff are finding all sorts of excuses not to. Which is pretty wise on their part. Given the readiness level of the Belarus Army I doubt they’d do particularly well, and being conscripts won’t be especially keen.

Analysis: The six-minute-and-33-second statement that should cost the Police Commissioner his job

by David Wood |
Mar 12, 2022

There were some important words Police Commissioner Jamie Chalker did not say in his press conference – which he walked away from without taking questions – after the verdict in the Constable Zach Rolfe murder trial yesterday that rendered his statement meaningless.

Some of those words were: Zach Rolfe; Kumanjayi Walker; police shooting; murder trial; died; Yuendumu; Aboriginal community; not guilty.

If you did not know what the presser was about going in, you would have finished the bizarre six minutes, 33 seconds, knowing even less.

And wondering who the man/robot impersonating a police commissioner was, as he rambled on about unrelated deaths – which even then he couldn’t call deaths, but rather ‘critical incidents’ – and why journalists were listening to him?

Or why it appeared he had undergone an empathy-adectamy.

But to be fair, he wasn’t the only leader who was missing those keywords in response to the not guilty verdict today.

Although Chief Minister Michael Gunner’s emailed statement did manage to include the words “dead” and “Yuendumu community”, Chalker missed it.

Is there anything more evil, more demonic and more disgusting than a Demonrat? I don’t think so. Demons now peddling an oil tax so as to reduce production. Lord, they’re despicable.

You knew it was coming. Even as President Biden begs OPEC to pump more oil, Senate Democrats are threatening to punish U.S. oil companies with a windfall-profits tax if they increase production. The contradiction nicely summarizes progressive energy policy.

“Putin’s war is driving up gas prices—and Big Oil companies are raking in record profits,” Elizabeth Warren tweeted Thursday. To curb what she calls “Big Oil profiteering,” she and 11 other Senate Democrats have introduced legislation to impose the new tax.

“We need to hold large oil and gas companies accountable” and “urgently need to invest in America’s clean energy economy,” says Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet. Accountable for what? Making money in a legal business? Meeting obvious consumer demand?

Bugger Reposting

For all of you southerners lauding how wonderful it will be to have Jacinta Price in parliament, I ask – for whom?

She will be the third aboriginal woman senator for the NT and the fourth aboriginal woman federal representative. The NT has just two senate quotas, Malandirri McCarthy holding one. Veterinarian Sam McMahon the dis endorsed current conservative Senator (who also has aboriginal forebears – but she chooses not to make a thing of it) successfully lobbied with Malandirri for the NT to not lose its second quota due to a fall in population.

With ALP’s Marion Scrymgour to be elected in Lingiari, we will have our fourth aboriginal lady NT representative, and she is a very able politician, previously having held Ministerial portfolios in the NT ALP Government before this one.

It might surprise some to know that aboriginal NT is not just a population of unemployed people on communities, in fact I would hazard they are the smaller part of the indigenous population with the majority of aboriginal people in employment of some sort, and at every level, not just park rangers, but doctors (my gynae), nurses, grader drivers, clerks, tradies, all walks.

It suits the aboriginal industry to keep the communities because that is the road to the river of gold and free money. So they will never, ever be fixed up, so long as there is money available and white man’s guilt to sign the cheque.

All of it ties back to communities (ghettoes) and nothing will improve until people realise this. It is the existence of the communities themselves that enable this and their legacy is bashed and raped kids and women.

In fact, the communities all need to be shut down and people move to town – it will be hell for a few years but eventually education and jobs will win out.

Apart from the sorry communities, the NT is also made up of a variety of business and industry, and all of us need able conservative representation at the federal level. I have great respect for Malandirri and Marion, who are ALP, but I want a strong knowledgeable conservative business and industry voice too and I dont believe Jacinta has that.

So excuse my cynicism but how exactly Jacinta will make it better for all Territorians? Or will she prove to be a one trick pony?

Only time will prove me right, (or wrong) but I am concerned Jacinta might prove to be just a black Rosie Batty.

Banks automatically have such options because of how massive the Gambling Addiction problem is and online is one of the worst places for them and their victims because the dehumanising detachment and instant gratification make it so much easier for them to sink so low as to even sell poisons to babies if it keeps their gambling stake money rolling in and prevents their trauma of not being able to feed their addiction.

Australia’s above-average sexism highlighted in global report
By Latika Bourke and Rachael Dexter
March 12, 2022 — 1.56pm

London: If a woman walked into an Australian pub where there were five men, one of them would likely look at her and think it was OK to use sexist language and share online intimate photographs of her without consent.

The finding is part of new research conducted for International Women’s Day on behalf of the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership in London, which is led by former prime minister Julia Gillard.

Market research consultancy Ipsos in February surveyed 20,524 adults across 30 countries, including Australia, Britain, the United States, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and Turkey.

Almost one-third of those surveyed globally believe that traditional masculinity is under threat while more than one-quarter said that feminism does more harm than good.

About one in five said that men had lost out in terms of economic and political power or social status as a result of feminism, while 15 per cent said that violence against women was often provoked by the victim and that women often made up or exaggerated claims of abuse or rape.

But Australians were regularly above the global average when measuring misogyny on a country-by-country basis, although the data showed gaps between Australian men and women.

For example, 9 per cent of all people surveyed said it was a woman’s obligation to have sex with her boyfriend or husband even if she didn’t feel like it. That view was endorsed by 14 per cent of the Australians surveyed, and 19 per cent of Australian men, compared with 10 per cent of women.

Similarly, the global average for those who believed that women often falsely allege or exaggerate claims of rape and abuse was 15 per cent. In Australia, the average was 19 per cent with 28 per cent of men agreeing, compared to 11 per cent of women.

And Australia was second-highest in the world, behind only Malaysia, when asked if it was acceptable to use sexist or misogynistic language online, with 14 per cent saying that it was OK. The global average was 8 per cent. Of the Australians surveyed, 23 per cent of men said it was OK, compared to 5 per cent of women.

Australia was also second-highest, behind Malaysia, when asked if it was OK to share intimate images of a woman online without their consent, with 11 per cent saying it was OK compared with the global average of 6 per cent.

Kelly Beaver from Ipsos said she was shocked by the result and told Ms Gillard that they exposed “some real issues” in Australia when it came to gender bias and equity.

Does anyone else see the irony here?

Helen, when I heard Marion had been preselected I knew the race was already run. As you know Linigiari covers most of the geographic area of the NT and Marion will be known in the northern part of that. Now there have been further developments which make it more, rather than less likely Marion will win. Yes Marion is a Tiwi through her Mum, but her Dad came from Central Australia, I suspect because half caste and sent to school but I could be wrong. In any case there are Central Australian connections.

When Bess (Jacinta’s mum) won her NT seat, it was a hard road, as there were on going family feuds being conducted (the Warlpiri are a war like mob) with the result those aggrieved against her family would not vote for her. Marion will not have any of that humbug.

Marion will have the sitting retiring member to introduce her and recommend her and endless feet on the ground to man booths.

CLP will find this hard to do, given their shrinking membership, even if they are allowed to contest, as with Sam going independent after horrendous treatment in CLP to the effect she felt threatened and unsafe, the CLP, having no federal members, now have to prove membership to be recognised as a legitimate federal party by the AEC.

Marion ‘s opponent may well have to run as an independent due to the AEC thing.

As a previous ALP Education Minister, ( also acting Chief Minster and Deputy Chief Minister), Marion may still be recognised in the southern Areas, although this may also go against her – as Education Minister she directed that all children on community must learn in English until lunchtime and language (or what passes for language) to be optional after lunch. Naturally she was shot down and after several weeks had to reverse course due to the learned murmurs that it was racist and kids did better learning in language and those NAPLAN results were rubbish, of course kids would be able to find jobs later not being able to speak English. Oops, that might just have been me that last bit.

More recently Marion has been CEO of the Northern Land Council and that will likely aid her in the indigenous vote.

Aboriginal communities often vote ALP because as one gentleman told me when asked why that person did not vote for Bess (reading body language) “We didn’t know we had a choice” (not to vote ALP)

Marion has held many positions in health etc, so her recognition will be broad and broadly positive.

Personally I think she is pulled in different directions as to indigenous (community) people, education, work and everything. For instance, she has some utopian ideal that meaningful education and work can be had on community, against her own lived experience having been born and educated in Darwin.

She was also strongly opposed to the intervention (which also lost Clare Martin her job, sitting on the Little Children report for so long.) I have no idea what her thoughts on that are in hindsight given the level of pain and suffering it exposed, but her opposition may tie in with her utopian ideal.

Who knows and Helen I apologise for drifting so far away from your question, but yes, failing death or disability, Marion will win.

Well that was a first.
Just been cold called by a staffer(?) of the ALP candidate for Hunter (where Joel has retired from).
Wanted to know if there was any local issues I wanted to talk about. I said no not really.
Never had that before. The ALP must be worried, clearly chucking money at us if they have guys ringing up individual voters.

No, you really, really, really, really, really want to talk to them as a lifelong rock ribbed ALP voter.

Don’t get angry, lie.

What the public wants:

More gay festivals.
More COVID testing.
More money for safe schools.
More money for big ticket public art and public purchases of art.
More people to lose their jobs over health mandates.
Fuel at $10 a litre, and $20 a litre in the future. We want $50 a litre if it CRUSHES Putin.
Recognition of furries and MAPs as a legal status.
A full air, sea and land commitment to fight Russia – three army divisions, all fighter squadrons and all frigates and subs in the Black Sea or invading from Poland.
Go back into Afghanistan to defeat the Taliban after that.
A massive commitment to QE and fiscal stimulus to get the economy going.
A republic, with the President chosen by the National Cabinet.
Compulsory consent courses in school, high school, trade school, university and work.
Clamping down on unsafe industries such as Uber, crypto, wineries, pop up food shops etc with more occupational licensing.
Investigate if big employers like BHP, Rio, Atlassian, FMG need to be split up as they are not fulfilling social obligations.
No coal, oil or mining – OR forestry and fishing by 2050.
All new housing MUST be medium density, boomers owning all the land makes housing unaffordable.
A licensing system for farmers, Bachelor’s degree required.
Import substitution – we want 1984 XE Falcons and VK Commodores, not queer European and Japanese cars.
Ban home schooling and all private gun ownership.
Ban all contact sports, judo, boxing, rugby league etc.
Ban all those who don’t sign up the COVID vaccines and digital ID from any legal commerce.
Immediate doubling of all traffic fines.
$100 mn research grant to the Pedestrian Council.
A new flag celebrating our diversity, trans rights and stolen generations.
Knighthoods for Dan Andrews, Palaszczuk, McGowan and Gunner.
Increase superannuation contributions to 30%.

What they don’t get is that the nose-pegged voters who supported them (with growing reservations) in past elections represent the few winning points that put them over the top. Maybe wrong, but the impression I’m getting is that they are going walkabout.

Or think about this way: When tens of thousands turned out to protest lockdowns, no Liberals of note joined them. Indeed, as Scumbag Dan went to town with measures his Chinese patrons must have recommended, police opened fire on their fellow citizens and capricious malevolence manifested itself in travel limits, curfews and mandates, the federal Coalition backed Dan the Filth all the way.

Now distribute those protesters and their disenchantment amongst Victoria’s 22 federal seats. In the close-run seats those will be dearly missed votes.

The ‘conservative’ platform:

* $3.3 billion for Their ABC
* The Net Zero pledge
* Pre-convicting Brittany Higgins’ supposed attacker.

White House Briefing Tik Tok Battalion To Advance NATO War Effort in Ukraine
March 11, 2022 | sundance | 322 Comments

If you remember this very important quote from two weeks ago, what follows will make a lot more sense:

…”Strategic success in the 21st century is not about a physical land grab of territory; that’s what Putin has done. In this century, strategic power is increasingly measured and exercised by economic strength, by technological sophistication and your story – who you are, what your values are; can you attract ideas and talent and goodwill? And on each of those measures, this will be a failure for Russia.”

~ Deputy National Security Advisor Daleep Singh

White House Deputy National Security Advisor Daleep Singh boiled down geopolitical power to a cultural issue of social likeability. This is genuinely what the people running the Biden administration believe.

Everyone in the Biden administration is, after all, spawned in the petri-dish of community activism. When they successfully installed Barack Obama, the premise of their strategy proved accurate. Within this political and cultural strategy, pop icons are used as influencers and policy ambassadors.

This report today from the Washington Post is directly aligned:

(Washington Post) – On Thursday afternoon, 30 top TikTok stars gathered on a Zoom call to receive key information about the war unfolding in Ukraine. National Security Council staffers and White House press secretary Jen Psaki briefed the influencers about the United States’ strategic goals in the region and answered questions on distributing aid to Ukrainians, working with NATO and how the United States would react to a Russian use of nuclear weapons. (read more)

It is very easy to snark or ridicule this approach from the position of being an intelligent adult in a world of childishness. However, we dismiss it at our own peril.

St Ruth claimed to be at the world epicentre of the ReSIstaNce in rural Queensssland, where less than 40% (probably less than 30%) had the jab. There was a yuuuge underground movement of tacit ‘wink-nod’ push-back against TyRaNny by The People, and St Ruth was at the forefront of the revolution.
Why are rural Queensssland employers freezing St Ruth out of a job?
Given that rural Queensssland hasn’t seen any perceptible dip in employment there must be vast numbers of unvaxed people in work, right?

History Rhyming, Biden Administration Constructs Familiar War Plan Using Qatar as Long-Term Mechanism to Fund Protracted War in Ukraine
March 11, 2022 | sundance | 299 Comments

Mark Twain was reported to have said, “History may not always repeat, but it rhymes.” With the Obama foreign policy team back together again in the White House, we are watching Twain’s truism play out in real time.

Yesterday, the Biden administration specifically designated Qatar as a major non-NATO ally {LINK}.
[Image of Statement & link at link below]

The purpose of this designation is brutally obvious. The United States is putting Qatar back into the business of brokering arms sales from the U.S. government into Ukraine. Following the geopolitical intervention models previously used in Egypt, Libya and Syria by President Obama and Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Antony Blinken are now repeating the process toward Ukraine.

In many ways this should not be a surprise. Qatar is the financial hub and support network for the Muslim Brotherhood. Qatar is also the arms broker for covert military operations when the U.S. does not want visible fingerprints.

By making this designation now, the Biden administration is setting up the groundwork for a long-term proxy war between the U.S/NATO and Russia in Ukraine.
[…]
In the United States – Democrats, Republicans, Wall Street, Big Tech and the multinational corporations are always aligned in a pro proxy war stance. This is why Big Tech announced yesterday it is okay right now to support Nazis in Ukraine and violence against Russians.

Full-scale global censorship regime from Google breezily announced in these tweets. This war is being exploited to implement a scheme of information control previously unseen in the West, that is not going anywhere once this war is over. Decide for yourself if you’re comfortable:

Amongst all the rubbish which is occurring these days, censorship in the West is a major worry. If you look back to 1941 when the USA joined the allies in WWII, there was an outcry about Hitler’s Mein Kampf being on sale in bookshops around the USA.

The government declined to ban it due to freedom of speech, and also as it let the American’s understand the demented mind of its author.

Now we have social media banning any thoughts and opinions from people not 100% beholden to the official narrative. That’s disturbing and quite strange as the USA isn’t even involved (directly) in that conflict.

Good points Helen, those remote communities would be very depressing and dangerous places to live. Rather than just close them down would it be possible for individual families to be assisted to relocate to the towns and cities where there are opportunities to better yourself.

I’m not talking about creating another government bureaucracy, more along the lines of well-minded community groups like Rotary and church groups offering mentorship for young families to help find accommodation, employment, help with education, etc.

Those who are intentionally deceptive, manipulative, and destructive have seemingly endless supplies of initiative and strength for implementing their ideas…(it’s a nasty characteristic that is seldom anticipated by those who live with straightforward thinking and planning).

Dealing with such people is exhausting, unless and until we realize that we cannot out-deceive, out-manipulate, and out-destroy them. Having realized that, we then have the option of refusing to continue our participation in the game on their terms.

We may leave the field (which is not always a wrong or cowardly decision) and/or we may find some niche where our resistance is effective even though it’s low profile….a place where we live according to our strength, our opportunities, and our skills.”

It’s tough when you want to be a revolutionary and the only groups who will have you are Rotary and the LDP.

Peoples – appreciate that we may just be on the verge of WW3, but I’m less than gruntled (again).

Another regrettable backyard incident. Has anyone ever had a bluddee bee deposit a gelatinous lump of pollen on white clothes drying in the backyard? I thought the greedy li’l honey hogging scamps were extinct.

But evidently not. 🙁

You are. Kudos for your sudden burst of self-awareness, however short-lived it may be.

Dealing with such people is exhausting,

You are indeed.

No, but if you have an old toothbrush and a bar of soap, dishwashing liquid or even a splash of detergent, you can spot-clean the area without having to re-launder the lot. If you can reaonsably grip and rub the fabric against itself once the spot is soaped and watered, you don’t even need the
toothbrush.

I do it with my saucy spillages on my shirts from time to time when out. Even the liquid handwash in the average restroom will do the job. 🙂

Because he refuses* to unpark his house sized hindquarters?

*On principle, of course.

Rex – thanks for the advice, but too late. Scraped it off (right in the middle of the shirt, the li’l commos), sprayed with some stain remover, soaked in hot water and then spun in the WM.

Just about dry.

There you go, Kitties. Some cats trading washing tips.

Mama Anger taught me well. 🙂

Plus, 8 years of road grime from All Locomotives Great And Small (bonus points if the earworm song fired off in your head. 🙂 ) and the associated experimentation with what works best at lifting it has led us to ALDI’s Trimat Advanced enzyme detergent.

Glorious stuff, that. Even lifts the old stains out of Hi-Vis. And somehow peps the colour up a bit, too.

The race is on now to try and lift out the old stains faster than I can add new ones… 🙂

Bit cheeky from Labbashagnee, trying to take the field on early. Asserting dominance, as it were.

Run out. 0. This would call for that they call ‘learnings’ in the corporate world.

In other earth shattering news, I have a ticket to see Wolf Alice next month at Lunatic Park.

And if the attendance conditions are effed by bat flu, the headlines will be suitably florid: “Angry ol’ dinobore blows his stack outside Sydney Wolf Alice gig. Miss Ellie horrified” 😕

Kill everything to a depth of two metres and start again.

True, it will do that, but all them dead critters act as lawn fertiliser, so really it’s a twofer.

Oh Lordy. I’m now imagining reading off Crikkit scorecards like one of those Numbers Stations…

As we take it from an intercepted communication of two commanders of the Azov battalion, the radicals in Volnovakh received an order to kneecap those heading towards humanitarian corridors. Those who dared to leave Mariupol at their own peril and risk, were shot by Ukrainian Nazis at checkpoints when trying to exit the city.
