Red Kezza … “Well, in some electorates we are seeing big swings to the ABC … er … ALP, sorry.”
Not sure about that, Pancho. My recollection is he was gloating over Maxi McPoo’s triumph in Bennelong and just couldn’t help but blurt out, “and it’s another victory for the ABC, err, I mean, the ALPBC, err I mean the ALP!”.
Anyway, it was definitely beyond parody. The sad fat ol’ superannuated joke.
Yea, one evening wifey did her usual – drank a couple of bottles of red then went to polish off half a bottle a tequila. Before she went to bed, she took a quick look at the cat and saw Cronkite rudely referring to head prefect. Man, she was ropable with Cronkers.

Venetians have been doing killings for perhaps a 1000 years worth of generations. They still have Calle dei Assassini, which is the street where professional assassins lived. If you had an idiot say on an ancient blog really pissing you off you could go to Assassin Grove, hire a Turk (they came from Turkey) and have the annoying pest rubbed off.

The first group of assassins to be found in the historical record is that of the Hashshashin who operated in Persia, Syria, and Turkey, eventually spreading throughout the Middle East. FMD!
I was helping a young relative of Mrs Panzer through that process a while back.
Admittedly she was a total fucking princess, but the first lawyer was nothing short of useless. His letters were riddled with mistakes.
He got rissoled and was replaced by a woman.
I went to the first meeting and when the Princess launched into a diatribe about what an arsehole her ex was (true), the lawyer pushed a box of tissues over the desk and said, “That may be so but family law doesn’t take any of that into account. Just having a quick look over the summary I have seen, there is no point taking this to court. The access will work something like [ ……]. As for the financials I suggest we pitch for x%, but be prepared to fall back to y%”.

Further to my post in the morning about the Courier Mail Covid editorial. Only one comment appeared in response to that article. This is simply incredible and suggests to me major censorship of comments. Or as I have seen before they appear to allow comments but none get through. That basically means any commentator is wasting their time posting but does not realise. Either way not a good way to treat their paying subscribers.
The below is from another article that went up later. 3rd shot not mandatory but the medical experts are gung ho for number 4. For the record I have had all my 5 comments by CM rejected in past 24 hours. They simply dont want to hear any view which is negative towards the vax narrative.
“Former AMA federal president Dr Tony Bartone said the relaxing of restrictions needed to be approached carefully because “you get no prizes for getting it wrong”.
The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation is believed to be considering a fourth jab for people around the country within days.
“For about 5 million Australians, they are going to become due very, very soon at the three month post their booster for potentially that fourth shot,” Dr Bartone told the Nine Network on Wednesday.
Under existing isolation rules, close contacts must self-isolate for seven days but Prime Minister Scott Morrison has already said he wants the requirements scrapped”.
The mainstream media are basically now an arm of Government. Posting on the CM is like trying to phone into Hadley to discuss Covid restrictions. Only one view counts and it is not the reader/listener.

RNSH entry process – compulsory QR code, mandatory double vaxx proof required, security guard assigned to assist the numerous clerical staff who check you in, masks compulsory. Once inside each department and ward has its own visitor rules.
Northern Beaches Hospital – optional QR code, zero staff checking entry, no need to prove vaxx status, no security guard. Masks required though.
Yet another example of the craziness of decision making during the plandemic, but its all going into the collective forgettery now.
(The only sliver of silver on the RNSH cloud was that compulsory boosters were not required for entry.)

I haven’t seen any green battery operated weapons of war in the Ukraine yet.
Well, not the big stuff, anyway.
But Javelins, Strelas, Iglas, Kornets, Konkurs and pretty much every other anti-air and anti-armour guided missile in service on both sides tend not to work very well if/when the batteries that power their sighting and targeting systems, and run the pumps that cryogenically cool their seeker heads shit themselves…

Ukrainian President Asked Biden Not to Sanction Abramovich to Facilitate Peace Talks
Early this month, officials inside the U.S. Treasury Department drafted a set of sanctions to punish Roman Abramovich, a prominent Russian oligarch, following Russia’s attack on Ukraine, say people familiar with the plans.
When it came time to announce those sanctions, the White House’s National Security Council told the Treasury to hold off. The reason: Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky advised President Biden to wait on sanctioning the oligarch, who might prove important as a go-between with Russia in helping to negotiate peace, people with knowledge of the call say.

Retired Air Vice-Marshall Blackburn says renewables would help in the event that our oil imports were interrupted!
I knew our armed forces were being woke-anted as soon as they said that the navy had to include women on board ships. It has become much worse over time, what with General Red Shoes and attacks on SAS personnel for anything from colourful bar talk to accusations of summary executions on the battlefield. Note: the Geneva Conventions have no protection for combatants not in uniform or for spies. They were regularly shot out of hand during WW2.
And in further news concerning the “cantankerous cabal” that is da Labor party sisterhood…aka Wonk, Gallagher and the always entertaining nobody’s girl, Keneally…….Skank Keneally’s election posters have been defaced in the seat of Fowler with the word “bully”. LOL.
I hate to be crude so early in the morning but I reckon Albanese, a man who’s spent his adult life hunting and slaying Tories, is shit scared of this cabal.
And from the Daily Telegraph this morning….
“Senator Sarah Henderson claims Penny Wong’s lawyers sent ‘bullying’ letter bid
A Coalition senator claims she was hit with a “threatening” letter sent by lawyers working for Penny Wong after she tweeted a clip of retiring MP Nicolle Flint.
Nicolle Flint delivered ‘thumping farewell speech’ on her treatment…
A female Coalition senator was hit with a “threatening” letter she believes was intended to “bully and intimidate” sent by lawyers working for Penny Wong after she name-checked the Labor senator in a tweet calling out the poor treatment of women in politics.
On March 16 of last year, Victorian senator Sarah Henderson tweeted a clip of retiring Liberal South Australian MP Nicolle Flint describing the vicious abuse, including stalking, vandalism, and harassment, she endured during the 2019 election campaign.
“Please watch this brave, powerful speech by Nicolle Flint,” Ms Henderson tweeted.
“No woman should endure the systematic abuse, harassment & misogynistic attacks to which she was subjected by Labor, with @SenatorWong in charge, GetUp & the unions.”
The following day, Ms Henderson received a “concerns notice” from Adelaide solicitors acting for Ms Wong, demanding the tweet be taken down as it “gives rise to the defamatory imputations that Senator Wong is misogynistic … encouraged systematic abuse … approved systematic abuse … (and) condoned systematic abuse.”
The letter, sighted by The Daily Telegraph, stated that Ms Wong “reserves all of her rights … in the event that you make any further defamatory publications of and concerning our client”.
Ms Henderson said she was surprised to get the letter as she had not heard anything from Ms Wong after the tweet.
In recent days, Ms Wong has been under scrutiny over her behaviour in relation to deceased Victorian Labor senator Kimberley Kitching. Ms Wong has denied the allegations, but admitted to making an insensitive comment about Ms Kitching’s childlessness.
“I was shocked to receive such a threatening letter,” Ms Henderson said.
“All I was doing was standing up and supporting my good friend Nicolle Flint who had been subjected to the worst possible treatment by her political opponents. Given an applicant has 12 months to commence defamation proceedings, it is clear that Senator Wong was only ever trying to bully and intimidate me.”
In her speech, Ms Flint accused Anthony Albanese of tolerating bad behaviour and the mistreatment of women.
Echoing Julia Gillard’s famous misogyny speech she said: “I say to the Leader of the Opposition, I will not be lectured by you, I will not be lectured by your side of politics about the treatment of women in this place.
“I ask the Leader of the Opposition, where was he and where was his predecessor and where were the senior Labor women when GetUp, Labor and the union supporters chased, harassed and screamed at me everywhere I went in the lead-up to the 2019 election?”
Ms Wong’s spokesman said: “The assertions in (Ms) Henderson’s tweet are not true.”
Now this all makes sense, last year I attended a function at which Nicolle Flint spoke. I asked Flint if she reckoned Wong had knowledge about what she endured during the 2019 federal election campaign as well as the harassment she’s endured since. Flint replied, rather circumspectly, that as Wong was “notoriously sensitive and litigious” she’d choose her words carefully and so Flint said that “she’d be very surprised if Wong didn’t know what was done to her in Boothby during the 2019 campaign”.
Memo to Albanese, they’re real charmers these three.
Clearly it isn’t “woke” Albanese needs to be worried about, it’s the Queen of Mean…aka “Wonk”.

Is Germany planning on having a tropical climate by 2050?
Federal police in Germany have conducted mass raids across 13 states on Tuesday over online ‘insults’ levied against politicians.
A large number of apartments and houses were raided in Germany on Tuesday as Federal police in the country look to prosecute those who made allegedly hateful remarks against elected officials online.
…
Germany’s day of thought police raids against those who are suspected of insulting or defaming elected politicians is only the latest example of the country’s interesting understanding of what protecting democracy means.
The central European country has become infamous for targeting certain political viewpoints, going so far as to put the country’s populist Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party under surveillance as a so-called “suspicious entity”. … “The party stands for racism, the party stands for exclusion of minorities, the party stands for contempt of the social system,” said Thomas Haldenwang, the President of the German Office for the Protection of the Constitution, which ruled on the surveillance case.
Ah so, I see it now. You are still allowed to insult politicians from righty parties like AfD, you just aren’t allowed to insult lefty politicians.

Divorce lawyers.
Small fist pump from me in the background.
The lady lawyer was tops. Matter of fact. Direct and to the point. Didn’t get sucked into the emotional stuff.
Brilliant.
How many? I think I’ve counted three from your accounts.
Yeah , but what I mean is can a Sydney lawyer rep a Melb client for instance in melbourne courts?
Yes and it’s still inextinguishable love and adoration from her, which is faultless.
Okay, I was just curious for just curiosity reasons and you’re thinking I’m mulling divorce? No, so stop the bullshit.
Why would you care?
The issue here though, is that you have difficulty with [mild] criticism of your pompous opinions.
HG was hilarious on Fffffffffffffffffozzie over the years.
Most lawyers are happy to never go near Family Law. Their own or anybody elses. Barely a rung above Personal Injury. Somebody has to do it – preferably someone else.
This QC pal has been telling me about a case he’s had that’s been going to 5 years and the combined legal is $6 million. Both of them hate each so much they are running down the combined net worth to hurt each more. Apparently , one of the legals in the case is going to write a book on it and it’s been in the press.
Yeah , but what I mean is can a Sydney lawyer rep a Melb client for instance in melbourne courts?
In a Federal jurisdiction like family law, yes. I’m not certain about State based matters but there’s now meant to be a single nationwide system of mutual recognition, which I believe is meant to have the effect that it doesn’t matter where within Australia you’ve got your ticket.
Aye.

My kid was accepted in the “church” a few years ago. They held the seance in the Supreme Court. The title – “Australian Lawyer”- was used when accepting individuals into the church, which I presume means they can practice anywhere in Aussie jurisdiction. I think but don’t really know.

JC.
The case I am referring to was at the opposite end of the financial spectrum.
That is why I was really pleased to hear the lawyer say, “Look it will cost you $x thousand – minimum- to go to court, and I don’t think you would improve your position by half that. Yep, he may have cheated, but the court isn’t there to redress that. But he may be feeling guilty, so I suggest you strike while the iron is hot with a settlement proposal. Because that guilt will dissipate pretty quickly.”

JC, I just checked the Legal Profession Uniform Law Act.
It certainly seems that people admitted in any State or Territory which has adopted the uniform law can practise in any other participating jurisdiction. NSW and Victoria are both in, so Melbourne/Sydney’s not a problem. Not sure about other jurisdictions – e.g. it’s a few years since I looked but WA wasn’t in last time I checked.

“For about 5 million Australians, they are going to become due very, very soon at the three month post their booster for potentially that fourth shot,” Dr Bartone told the Nine Network on Wednesday.

Virtue Signaling About Ukraine!
AwakenWithJP
I haven’t seen any green battery operated weapons of war in the Ukraine yet.
Seems that war is a fossil fuel affair. When’s the Tesla tank coming?
Dude, I’m back down to one a day. I have to get off the fuckers although it’s THE best habit humanity ever came up with. There’s just nothing to compare to the feeling of a cig and a coffee in the morning.
Comparable to one night stand with Michelle Pfeiffer in a Groundhog Day sort of way. Every evening it’s a one night stand and you won’t remember the following evening. That’s how good it is.
Keep us posted on that Whines. It’s riveting stuff and next time please make your comments a little longer too as they’re too interesting for a short read only.

Why not go cigars?
At least you have the sophistication defence
I didn’t mean the same Chechen jihadis; most of the hostage-takers were killed. I meant Chechen jihadis from the same/ similar group/s.
Mole
Cigar smokers are bullshit smokers. It’s just Claytons smoking. (Sorry Doc, but it is). Unless you draw the smoke down into the lungs it’s not really smoking. It’s faggot smoking cigars.
Mole, drawing cigar smoke into your lungs is lung ripper stuff. Cigarette smokers – that is real smokers- don’t generally smoke cigars for that reason. They tend to inhale and you end up losing 3/5s of your lungs in the process. Also, wafting smoke around your mouth is disgusting, in my opinion.
That’s how you end up contracting mouth cancer. That’s just silly risk-taking.
NZ Herald today :
“Vaccine passes will no longer be required to be used from 11.59pm on April 4.
The Government is also ending the controversial vaccine mandates in education, Police or Defence Force workers from April 4”.
Police and Defence won their High Court case weeks ago and Education workers apparently close to appearing before same judge so the Government have prevented another awkward loss.
I am truly humbled that you took the time to read, comment and give feedback. Much appreciated.

JC,
I gave you an uptick on your below comment as I know you crave attention.
By the way since you dont appreciate my comments about Covid I guess you will be lining up for boosters 3 and 4. Probably best we all keep quiet and do what the Government asks, right ?
Please use your own advice and scroll if any of my posts are too much information for you. Or you could just provide us mere mortals with a list of subjects you find dull. It can be quite confusing. I remember a time when any post about military matters or books by Zulu would trigger you. But hey, look at you now commenting on Ukraine v Russia. Dont get me wrong I think you have made some good points but as I said it just makes if difficult to know which subjects will meet with your approval.

Pretty much every WW1 and WW2 vet who got any mouth, throat, lung cancer had their claims for injury as result of service rubber stamped, because they were all issued ciggies or tobacco.
Why does anyone care if someone they don’t know is having booster 3, 4, 5 or even 10?
Because they are shallow cock smokers who deserve to get a clot and die, that’s why.

“The Science” is getting different interpretations in NSW hospitals.
I’m reading an account of the bush war in Rhodesia, by a former Selous Scout- “Three Sips Of Gin.”
He met Mikhail Kalashnikov at a dinner in South Africa, after the bush war. He told Kalashnikov he considered the AK 47 a most inferior invention. “I’ve been shot seven times with one, and, if it was any good, I wouldn’t be here to tell the tale…”
Someone high up in NSW Health was dumb enough to let individual hospital heads interpret their own policy. Very foish. Instead of cracking down like holy Sandgroperstan (/sarc) did in mandating the same playbook for all good and patriotic and comradely Sandgroperstanis to follow. On pain of…well…something.

NEWS ALERT
All the ambassadors got freshly baked muffin trays though, so there’s that.

I knew our armed forces were being woke-anted as soon as they said that the navy had to include women on board ships.
