Perhaps more concerning is the “logic” used to give a 3 month sentence to someone with kiddie porn, when the prosecutor asked for 24 months and the sentencing guidelines suggested 97 months minimum.
She apparently believes that because the internet allows people to find and download such images much more easily, the definition of what is “a lot” of such should be changed from what is written into statute law to what she, as the judge, deems is now “a lot”.

If you can’t define what a woman is then by extension you can’t define what a man is. But if this is so then you can’t really talk sensibly about same sex attraction so that is the whole gay lobby under the bus. Similarly the patriarchy and the gender wage gap are out. No wonder she doesn’t want to touch it, too many sacred cows and useful cudgels depend upon the fluidity of definitions.
