The “Democracy Sausage”?

Any ideas?

Brought to mind the old adage / joke about:

Watching laws getting made was very like watching sausages being made.

And I suspect that this was not intended as a compliment.

So much for secret ballots.

Lower House – numbered the Phon candidate 1, the UAP candidate 2. Clearly crossed out the rest so as to prevent any “repurposing” of my ballot. This will allegedly be considered an “informal vote”.

The senate – below the line including SFF, Liberal Democrats, PHON and UAP. The 12 boxes were exhausted quickly. No majors at all. Nada, Zip, Zero.

Then there was the “full and frank exchange of views” with the labore and greenfilth HTV idiots. More on that to be posted soon.

Last gasp for voters in the eastern States, but election eve party kicking off early at 4.00pm WA time at Casa Pedro with the first jelly bag of plonk tapped with due ceremony.

Four TV’s set up to cover all the range of election eve pundits, laptop ready for wise commentary to the Cat, possibly becoming less wise as the beer and plonk stocks are consumed.

Betting tickets totalling $126 attached to the fridge door with a possible payout of about $4K if they all come in (highly unlikely as I bet $5 on Our Pauline being PM on 22 May). Some other bets equally as dubious, wishful thinking.

ALP by 5 is my gloomy pick, alas.

AD ALP: “Have some Labore propaganda, you sucker!”

AD ALP: “Yeah but Goose Morristeen went to Hawaii during the worst evah bushfires in this country’s history, caused by gerbil worming, I tells ya!”
Voter: “SO WHAT”
AD ALP: “He has to go, blah blah blah …”
Voter: “Stop trying to engage me in conversation, you idiot, enough”

AD Greenfilth: “You want to vote for us” (statement not question)
Voter: “You are a pack of evil obnoxious hypocrites – hey everyone, here’s someone who wants to destroy our civilisation”
AD Greenfilth: “Well, aren’t we all supposedly articulate, I tells ya”
Voter: I’m a lot more articulate and intelligent than you, you moron.
AD Greenfilth: “Well, I’ve got far more useful things to do than speak to the likes of you”
Voter: “Yeah, like spruiking the greenfilth, you cretin”

Interestingly, one of the panellists, a man who’s a UAP or PHON candidate, has said re. the freedom parties on the right that you can’t have people like Ricardo Bosi getting up yelling abuse at people. It doesn’t work and it’s not a good look.

I went to the polling station three times before the queue was short enough to be in. I was approached by three Kate Chaney htv spruikers. I explained that I was putting her last for three reasons:
1. She was either too ignorant and too stupid to work out that anthropogenic climate change is a scam, or she was venal enough to be in on it. Each horn of the dilemma led to me putting her last.
2. Her blasted ads kept on at me at the beginning of every video I watched and were infuriatingly moronic.
3. Half of said ads mentioned her integrity that she wanted to take to Canberra. As I remarked earlier, I’m with the bloke who wrote:”The louder he talked of his honour, the faster we counted our spoons.”

I eventually got in. I resisted drawing a penis. I put uap first and phon second and Kate last, just after the green. Then in the senate I put phon first and uap second. Working out who is the least horrible is the problem. I wish they could all come last.

May 21, 2022 7:03 pm

Some background on the Amoral Drones, to provide some additional context – the labore one looked about 22 and still had spots, the greenfilth was a white middle class middle aged inner city type, of nominally male persuasion. Unsurprisingly, they were also set up as some sort of tag team.

To emphasise their total lack of imagination (or original thought) the labore drone had a red t-shirt on (with labore across the front in white lettering) and the greenfilth scumbag wore a green t-shirt mainly covered by some sort of indistinct faded bleu track jacket, while very grey and with Erkos.

Impressive, they were not.

I made reference to the polling place as a “democracy sausage factory” for exactly that old analogy, and sadly it was apparently interpreted more literally by some.

The Great Preset made the election result before the date was announced. The major parties will acquiesce to the instructions from Schwab School and Five Eyes on all issues of major importance, plus will initiate whatever other vague matters of trifling importance had been made the debating points of the public campaigns.

Around 2.7 million people applied for postal votes this election and any that’ve been sent back are not counted tonight. The first small postal votes will be counted and results made public tomorrow afternoon – which is a fair bit earlier than last time when they weren’t counted until Tuesday.
All counting will end at midnight either way!

So there’s the mainstay of Uniparty ammunition, the postal votes. People who voted before election day are risk averse, therefore more likely leftist and Uniparty (Lib/Lab/Grn) adherents. The comments above that the pro-freedom parties are doing badly so far (merely 90 minutes into counting) is consistent with this risk aversion hypothesis.

No mention of how many mysterious phone votes there have been. Possibly by Tuesday we will be told how many. If the number is less than 100,000 I will admit to being overly cynical about that particular avenue for election rigging.
