You want to know who’s disgusting? It isn’t Mark Latham, he’s actually spoken the truth, it’s that sinister creep Alex Greenwich.

It bears repeating – the pervert is portraying himself as the victim instead of the vicious little bitch he is.
And they do it so well – it’s second nature to the type – a reflex as it is.

Such as the wrongful convictions of Daryl Beamish, John Button and Andrew Mallard, each man framed for a murder he didn’t do.

It’s interesting to note that the lawyer who prosecuted both Beamish and Button – he was known in legal circles as “The Avenging Angel” – went on to (jointly) chair the legal farce that was the inquiry into the Stolen Children chapter of Australian history – “Bringing Them Home.”

TE at 5.36:

Knuckles said earlier today something big was about to break in the NT – have just seen a headline that the Police Commissioner has been asked to resign.

The NT News, this arvo:

The Northern Territory government has asked Police Commissioner Jamie Chalker to resign.

Sky News can reveal the government contacted Mr Chalker on Friday and indicated it has lost confidence in him. It’s understood Mr Chalker has taken an indefinite period of leave but he is not expected to return to his position.

Told youse. Mr Panzer at 5.48:

Was that the one who announced to the assembled Aunts and Uncles of the Proud Tribe two hours after the incident and prior to any of investigation that “consequences will flow from this.”?

No, that was the Chief Minister of the day, Michael Gunner. Who, incidentally, gave then-Assistant Commissioner Chalker an extremely lucrative gig as chief of Remote Housing in the NT for three years. The week Chalker was parachuted in as the Commish, Rolfe killed Arnold Walker in Yuendumu at the same time Gunner’s government was tanking badly. Really badly.

To repay the debt he owed, Chalker was instrumental in having Rolfe charged with murder.
Without a single statement having been taken by investigating detectives, who jacked up good and hard.

Rosie’s link, as quoted earlier:

“Jamie is one-of-a-kind,” she [Chief Minister] said. “He absolutely gets what we’re trying to do here and has done his part, if you know what I mean.

The NT Independent is a bit of a rock show, but have been steadfastly against the Gunner and now Fyles Governments, and Chalker as well alongside some of his higher-ups. The online-only rag is funded by some local businessmen, and this piece is an April Fools’ Day insertion.

However – the fact that such a piece came out this morning, saying that Chalker’s contract had been extended for four years, pretty much screams that they knew what was about to happen.

He’s been a dead man walking for some time. Allegedly and apparently he has links to lucrative employment opportunities in South Australia, which does not surprise me one bit given the joint’s full of hyphenated barrel-stuffers.

Skinny (aren’t they all) NSW eshay well sorted out by normal bloke walking around with his daughters (the Tele):

A man who committed three armed robberies in two weeks – including robbing a man at knifepoint in-front of his two teen daughters – has told a court he felt “horrible” but was financially struggling due to a Xanax addiction.

Bradley Stephen Close, 24, pleaded guilty to assault with intent to rob armed with a knife after he targeted a 39-year-old man on March 28 at Anna Bay last year as he walked home.

‘Assualt with intent to rob’, which is different to actually robbing, and which will become clear:

In Newcastle District Court on Friday, Close gave evidence and said he went out for a walk that night and had “tried to burn some energy”, confirming he took a knife and balaclava with him.

He told the court he had been drinking beer and was under the influence of Xanax when he approached the father, who punched him in the nose.

By ‘approached’, he meant fronting the dad with his blade out.

Close fell back and hit his head on the concrete before he was apprehended.

Yup.

At the time the dad’s 13 and 14 year-old daughters were with him and they helped their father to restrain Close before alerting police.

‘Restrain’ is hopefully code for ‘beat the shit out of’.

There’s a pic of him in the piece. A genuine noodle-armer, with a crap ‘tache, knockoff shades and watch, MMA shirt and peaked cap. Additionally, he sports the eshay’s signature little bag on a strap around his neck and one shoulder, which my young bloke helpfully refers to as a ‘fag sack’.

Well done that man. And daughters.

Labor wins Aston by-election
John Ferguson
John Ferguson

The Liberal Party has suffered a humiliating loss in the Aston by-election, with Labor cruising to victory on Saturday after a sharp swing towards the Albanese government.

The result is an earthquake on the political landscape, piling pressure on federal leader Peter Dutton and the dysfunctional Victorian branch of the Liberal Party.

Labor’s candidate Mary Doyle had secured a two party-preferred swing of about 6 per cent against the Liberal’s Roshena Campbell.

The major parties entered the by-election campaign expecting a Liberal win.

However, the mood on the ground suggested that the seat had changed dramatically in recent years.

It leaves the Liberal Party with just two seats in the entire metropolitan area of Melbourne.

“That’s bad for democracy,” said federal Victorian Liberal Keith Wolahan.

He said the transgender debate that crippled the Victorian Liberals had not resonated and the issues were broader than localised politicking.

Labor was merciless in its targeting of Liberal candidate Roshena Campbell, who lived on the other side of Melbourne.

They presented her as a candidate who was parachuted into the seat.

Sky’s Peta Credlin said: “I think she’s a very good candidate.”

But she questioned the capacity of the Victorian Liberal Party to function as a modern political outfit.

Former Labor minister Stephen Conroy said: “This is an earthquake.”

After 47,000 votes, Labor’s primary vote climbed 8.1 per cent, while the Liberal vote was down almost 4 per cent.

“Labor was merciless in its targeting of Liberal candidate Roshena Campbell, who lived on the other side of Melbourne.

Why wasn’t a local picked?

They presented her as a candidate who was parachuted into the seat.

She was “parachuted into the seat”, all because the Liberals have bought into the bullshit that they have a “woman problem”. The kowtow to Labor and they buy into the left’s demonisation of them.

Sky’s Peta Credlin said: “I think she’s a very good candidate.”

She probably is, but not for a seat like Aston.

Since last May, I’ve often thought that I might not see another Liberal government, federally, in my lifetime (and I’m not old). And now, with a million Labor voters being imported into this country, I think I can be confident that my “thoughts” are probably assured.

On the zero ticks thing.
Clearly it displays a blank cell initially.
As soon as the thumbs up is pressed it displays a number.
It seems the latest code is set up to add a tick when a specific user presses the icon. If the same user presses the icon again it decrements the count by one.
If that person is the only one to press the icon and they press it twice it will move to 1 and then to 0.
And who cares?

Northern Territory Police have told Constable Zachary Rolfe they intend to sack him from the police force.

Sources have confirmed Constable Rolfe’s lawyers were sent a letter on Thursday saying they intended to terminate his position.

He has been given two weeks to respond.

It’s understood the decision relates to an open letter attributed to Constable Rolfe that was published on Facebook and in other news outlets in February.

Constable Rolfe shot dead Warlpiri man Kumanjayi Walker during a botched arrest attempt at Yuendumu on November 9, 2019.

He was charged with Walker’s murder four days later but found not guilty by a jury in early 2022.

In the open letter Constable Rolfe complained about his treatment by police and the Northern Territory judicial system.

He said the NT Police Force had wasted millions of dollars on disciplining him rather than giving him a medal.

“Despite this, the coronial focus is still on me rather than on areas that could improve the circumstances of the NT,” he wrote.

He also sought to explain a series of texts in which he used derogatory terms towards Indigenous people, calling it “playground” language.

“I have used rude and racist terms regarding nearly every race, most often my own,” he said.

Const Rolfe referred to Mr Walker in the letter and made statements about his past.

“Walker was a young man with a violent past who abused many in his community, including young girls and boys,” he wrote.

Constable Rolfe was sent the letter just a day before the Northern Territory Government asked Police Commissioner Jamie Chalker to resign, saying they had lost confidence in him.

Mr Panzer, and apropos of Mr Chalker:

So he ended up sitting on top of a steaming pile of dung with no-one wanting to work for him and his political besties finally throwing him under the bus.

Well he did, but the NT government is currently in all sorts for failing to replace the Federal bans on grog in dry town camps with something else. Aboriginal organisations warned them months in advance.

They also warned of the dangers posed by the Feds (i.e., Morrison) doubling Centrelink payments for them. But no. They knew best, headed by the only Attorney-General in Australia (Chansey Peach) that has never studied law. The results of this abject, catastrophic failure have been in the papers for the past couple of years.

In the end, it was the Government or the Commissioner that went under said bus. So it was Chalker.

This is also a lesson that would be well learned by every other high-up copper. Either be a copper, or be a politician because you can’t be both. Zachary Rolfe just brought down a Commissioner.

Example: The Quenthland jacks recently shot and killed an apparent mental dude in Mareeba, an indig bloke at that, and on top of that it is said that at this early stage they weren’t wearing body-worn video.

The town (or elements thereof) had a meeting, which was attending by the local braid. Not the Premier, not the Commish.

There is not one single whisper that criminal charges are being considered against the two jacks who pulled their respective triggers. Yet. Because there is a process, it is said, that needs to be followed.

In the Rolfe shooting, the NT Chief Minister was watching Rolfe’s video footage a matter of hours afterwards. A (shit) decision was made, and Rolfe was encouraged to fly from Canberra – where he had been on leave for a day or two, because his address had been leaked by activist Alice Springs doctors at the hospital and his house had been trashed – to Darwin, where he was arrested, thrown in the cells and hit with a moida beef for political purposes, AND before any significant investigation had even started.

The Queensland braid looked at that, then looked at the Mareeba thing and clearly thought ‘Nope. Not going the NT way on this one’.

Interesting. The banks shut down his law firm and personal accounts soon after this interview with this chap. I wonder f-in why? It’s a mystery (:

Anyway, I just started to watch a Maria Zeee interview with Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and this interview below was mentioned. So I looked and found it. It’s better than a spy novel.

I know microwave weapons exists, that has been 100% confirmed, but I learn that they now have over 600+ pulse frequencies that can induce biological damage in humans and animals. Pregnant females ( real females ) cop the raw end of the stick. Think of disease and illness created at the flick of a switch. All this tech dates to the 40’s and 50’s which made me scratch my chin with curiosity. I didn’t think it dated back that far…things we learn.

The soviets over the course of 5 days zapped 3 staff at the US Embassy in Moscow with microwave pulses ( 5G equivalent power today….not much ) and they all died with leukemia like symptoms….many still think this is tin-foil hat territory. Nothing could be further from the truth.

The flip side to this tech is that you can use EM frequency modulation to cure disease as well, which has been conveniently buried in the favour of Big-Pharma who have been preaching for example, a cure for cancer within 5 years, every year, I can remember since 1984 primary school. A bloke who carried out these tests to negate disease using EM was Antoine Prioré. His work was buried, too. Another Russian bloke named Kaznacheyev was also in this field of research before moving on into EM direct energy weapons, now all proven and admitted. Most countries have the tech now.

This tech is real and being used. It reminds me of a protest that the Aussie Cossack covered, I think from memory, on the steps of the old Parliament House. It was used by the canbra pigs… many claimed it was a sonic device, but I beg to differ. I reckon it was a microwave pulse device.

I can’t bring up the clip because sussietube have scrubbed and banned Aussie Cossacks channel.

I now read sheep ( people ) getting sucked in by Big-Pharma with mRNA being a potential cancer cure. Peoples faith is easily manipulated and have learnt nothing from the jab roll out. Your health is not a priority. Keeping you on drugs, is….I digress.

This 1:48:12 just flew by. Open another tab a listen to the audio. No need to watch.

All those that suggest 5G is just a nutter conspiracy theory? Well, you are just as useless as tits on a bull, much like those who think we can not manipulate weather using radar and EM pulses.

Fascinating interview below.

5G – Microwave as a weapon – Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and Barrie Trower

In this episode of ICIC, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich conducts an exclusive interview with Barrie Trower, one of the best known experts in the field of microwave radiation and frequencies, which have been researched and used as weapons in intelligence agencies since the early 1950s. Barrie Trower, a former career soldier in the Royal Navy and intelligence officer with MI5 and MI6 is a scientist and has also been a university lecturer. His knowledge in the field of microwave and 5G radiation is of considerable explosive nature and he feels obliged to bring it to the public, which, just like other whistleblowers, has already put him in life-threatening situations.

Report of the National Independent Panel on Military Service and Readiness

March 30, 2023 About an hour read

SUMMARY

National defense should not be a partisan issue. All Americans share the common interest in a strong U.S. military and should be united in reducing obstacles that thwart the highest levels of readiness. The panel expresses its appreciation for the men and women serving in the Armed Forces and for their sacrifices. It is in their names and interest that the panel fervently hopes that the changes recommended in this report will be implemented as soon as possible.

I. Introduction

The National Independent Panel on Military Service and Readiness was commissioned and announced by the president of The Heritage Foundation on October 13, 2022.1

The panel conducted research, held meetings, and wrote this report during the period of November 16, 2022, to February 20, 2023.

The panel consists of the following eight members, listed below in alphabetical order, except for the chairman. They were selected based on their demonstrated devotion to and concern for national defense, their experience with the U.S. military, and their expertise regarding the U.S. Armed Forces’ capabilities. Their biographies can be found in Appendix A.

Congressman Michael Waltz (R–FL), Chairman
Mr. Mike Berry
Lieutenant General (Retired) Rod Bishop Jr., USAF
Ms. Rebeccah L. Heinrichs
Mr. Jeremy Hunt
Mr. Earl G. Matthews
Lieutenant General (Retired) H. R. McMaster, USA
Ms. Morgan Ortagus

Purpose

The panel’s mission was (1) to identify personnel policies and practices within the Department of Defense (DOD) that, by reason of their political orientation or other potential for divisiveness, reduce military readiness, impede military recruiting, and undermine retention; and (2) to recommend actions necessary to ensure that the Armed Forces are prepared to protect the nation for the foreseeable future. The primary audience for the panel’s final report are the policymakers in Congress, Administration officials, and the American public.

Methodology

II. Background

The United States is at a historical inflection point. Multiple actors pose threats to U.S. security, at least two of which are major nuclear powers—the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation—that are also increasingly collaborating. Senior military leaders such as the recently retired commander of U.S. Strategic Command, Admiral Charles Richard, have warned that the potential for major war with a peer nation-state is looming, noting, “This Ukraine crisis…is just the warmup,” and “it isn’t going to be very long before we’re going to get tested in ways that we haven’t been tested” for “a long time.”

Those who volunteer to serve in the U.S. military should be highly trained with rigorous standards and equipped with the best weapons and protection U.S. designers and engineers can provide. U.S. policymakers have the duty to ensure that the military is ready and able to protect the American people against adversarial forces and also that the patriotic men and women who volunteer to defend this country are optimally prepared to do so and have the greatest chance to come home safely.

While equipment and capabilities are of enormous importance, they only go so far: The human elements of training, discipline, cohesion, confidence, and morale are critical to fighting and winning in war. The panel concluded that those elements are under severe duress due to a prioritization of a political agenda that distracts from the warfighting mission and diminishes trust in military leadership.

Due to the demands of warfare, the military must organize and operate in a manner distinctly different from civilian organizations. Because war involves killing and the prospect of death, military organizations emphasize discipline and adherence to values such as honor, courage, and self-sacrifice.

In the United States, the warrior ethos and the professional military ethic set expectations for American servicemen and women that go beyond those codified in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Not only are those who are trained to fight empowered to defend the nation, but they are also placed under unique legal strictures apart from American civilians. For example, the U.S. Supreme Court has long recognized the special status of military members, ruling that the protections all Americans enjoy under the Bill of Rights can be circumscribed in the case of military necessity. In Parker v. Levy, for example, the Court found that military necessity outweighed free political expression under certain circumstances that often arise in the military context.

So critical is the need to ensure that servicemembers are unified in a sense of mission and national purpose that, to the extent possible, they should be protected from the impact of political factions in civilian American society. Many Americans across the political spectrum understand this special status and that servicemembers should not be used to further domestic political objectives.

Politicization of the U.S. military risks dividing groups into factions while detracting time, resources, and focus on the priority mission: to prepare and train the force to fight and win in combat.

However, data collected by the panel indicates a growing politicization of the military, where politicization is defined as the imposition of policies, programs, and messaging designed for political, not military, reasons. Politicization can lead to a decline in both American public trust in the military—which, in turn, negatively impacts recruiting efforts—and the military’s readiness to fight and win wars.

The panel adopted a narrow focus on readiness, defining it as the ability to accomplish the mission: to deter and fight wars. A military that is distracted from combat readiness and fails to train and prepare adequately for combat because of requirements associated with progressive social justice programs or others outside the military’s set of missions will be under-prepared to fight in conflict. An unpreparedness to fight puts at risk the lives of servicemembers and the national security of the United States.

As threats to national security increase, the U.S. military should be ready for contingencies against increasingly advanced adversaries in multiple places around the world. Based on objective criteria such as numbers of ships, planes, and brigade combat teams, the most recent edition of The Heritage Foundation’s Index of U.S. Military Strength already rates the military’s preparedness to protect the nation’s vital interests—to include U.S. capabilities, capacity, and readiness—as “weak.” Additional impediments to military readiness—such as those imposed by politicization—only further diminish those capabilities and increase the threat to U.S. security.

III. The Problem

The panel was commissioned based on a widely shared concern that the Biden Administration’s imposition of progressive social and environmental agendas is distracting the military from its primary mission and undermining readiness. Specifically, evidence indicates that appointed Pentagon political leaders are dragging divisive progressive social justice ideologies into an institution that, for 248 years, has sought to remain apolitical and neutral.

Fundamentally at risk is the warrior ethos within the U.S. Armed Forces. There is no single definition of the American warrior ethos, but at its core it “binds warriors to one another and to the citizens in whose name they fight and serve. It is grounded in values such as courage, honor, and self- sacrifice. The ethos reminds warriors of what society expects of them and what they expect of themselves.”

A strong warrior ethos is essential for the military’s purpose—to deter conflict and fight and win should deterrence fail. If ensuring the ability to fight and win is not the focus of the DOD, confused priorities threaten to dilute the warrior ethos and create uncertainty about the military’s purpose and, as a result, threaten the military’s ability to defend Americans.

The panel aimed to identify those social or environmental policies imposed on the U.S. military not to improve military readiness or lethality but instead to advance progressive ideological goals, which are, in turn, leading to reduced readiness.

Poor Recruiting Success Is an Early Indicator.

Okay, let’s break this down.

Doktor Cherman Multiple-Surnames says the US Embassy people died from ‘leukaemia-like symptoms’. Taking out his studied omission of when these people apparently died – here’s a list of leukaemia symptoms from the Cancer Council website:

Occasionally, a person will have no symptoms or vague symptoms such as an ongoing cold, and the leukaemia is discovered during a routine blood test. However, many people with AML find that some of the following symptoms appear quickly over a few weeks.

Fatigue or other signs of anaemia
Increased bruising and bleeding
Repeated or persistent infections
Enlarged spleen and lymph nodes

In other words – any vague symptom at all could be a leukaemia symptom*. Or, according to the site, you could have leukaemia and die without symptoms.

Therefore, ‘leukaemia-like symptoms’ could very well equal ‘no symptoms’ or ‘any symptoms’.

The engorged WA nuffer’s breathless disaster panting has the heavy stench of ‘pay me for quackery’ and ‘the gullible may subscribe to my channel for Harbinger of Doom updates’ about it.

*Not taking away from genuine leukaemia sufferers, who deserve an apology from the useless tweakers who spout this nonsense.

4/29/2022 — Secret Super Weapons That Drive Disarmament Negotiations – Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden

This Thomas E Bearden?

Bearden maintained that scalar waves can be used to create the high and low-pressure zones and influence the weather. He claimed that the KGB, in collaboration with the Yakuza and the Aum Shinrikyo cult, had been secretly influencing the weather since 1990, and explicitly blamed the Yakuza for Hurricane Katrina.

Uh huh. This Bearden?

He believed that Russia developed a weapon in the 1960s which uses “time-polarized EM waves” to disrupt the normal flow of time, and used this in Afghanistan in the 1980s.

For sure – although, and as a full disclaimer, I didn’t notice that when watching Rambo III. This Bearden?

Bearden also made claims regarding electromagnetic warfare, involving something called a Quantum Potential Weapon, which he claimed can “broadcast” destructive disease-triggering waves upon an enemy from a distance.

Leukaemia! Don’t you see! Russians! You fools!

Bearden claimed that Russia used various other technologies in the 1980s to cause the destruction of the Space Shuttle Challenger and induce “several large earthquakes”.

I thought everyone knew that. By the way, nowhere in that piece does it reference Mr Bearden as being a Lieutenant Colonel in anything, or anywhere.

Aside from Tom’s Week In Pictures, which is always excellent, I’m afraid the crap starts early today. Hun:

Some of the nosiest and biggest-polluting vehicles on our roads are about to go quiet and green.

From next month, trucks will join the electric motoring revolution, in a move promising long-term business savings and faster delivery times.

While there are obstacles to navigate, Volvo will in May present its new prime mover at the Brisbane Truck Show. (no doubt an ululating Palacechook will be in attendance)

The company will then test the electric semi-trailers, which it will initially import from Europe, on local roads before production commences in Queensland in 2025.

The heavy-duty truck has 666 horsepower (490kW) and is capable of pulling 42.5 tonnes of combined mass for more than 300 kilometres. (guessing on flat roads, not along the Hume or Pacific)

While Volvo has not published a price, it is expected to cost significantly more than equivalent diesel-powered trucks, which are worth upwards of $300,000.

Volvo Group Australia’s e-mobility solutions manager Tim Camilleri said the Volvo FH Electric will be the first heavy-duty prime mover introduced by a major manufacturer.

“We start sales this year,” Mr Camilleri said.

“It’s not for interstate work, more metro delivery with single trailer operations for Woolworths, Coles, that sort of thing. It can do inter regional transport as well, such as Sydney to Wollongong or Melbourne to Geelong.” (ah so splash 300k on lower paying routes)

The move comes as California announced it would require half of all heavy vehicles sold in the state to be electric by 2035.

Smaller companies such as Janus Electric have converted second-hand prime-movers to run on electric power.

Several Australian firms are working on electric trucks. Melbourne’s SEA Electric converts medium-sized Hino machines to work with battery power, and recently signed an agreement with Mack to supply electric truck kits to North America. Queensland-based start-up Revora will unveil an electric refrigeration truck in May.

Businesses such as Australia Post, Linfox, Ikea and Victoria Bitter have already put small electric trucks to work.

Electric Vehicle Council (EVC) CEO Behyad Jafari said the electric transition of commercial vehicles will be faster than conventional cars.

“The big factor is economic,” he said.

“Electric trucks cost more to buy, but you actually save money over time due to lower fuel and maintenance costs.” (except when they catch fire)

Data published by the EVC shows an electric truck can cost as little as $14 to charge for 300 kilometres of driving, roughly 10 per cent of what it might cost to run a diesel truck.

Electric trucks promise such dramatic improvements to air quality and noise pollution that the transport industry is lobbying for them to be exempt from heavy vehicle curfews.

“There are curfews for truck delivers at the moment, but those are based on smelly, noisy, diesel trucks,” Jafari said.

“The benefits to the customer and broader society are quite high.”

Electric Vehicles – including trucks – are so quiet that Vision Australia has pushed for a requirement for them to emit warning sounds at low speed.

The Australian Trucking Association has also lobbied for changes to rules preventing some American and European trucks from operating in Australia.

Local laws limit the maximum width of trucks to 2.5 metres – 10 centimetres less than the maximum size in Europe and the US. Those laws, along with axle weight restrictions, currently prevent the eye-catching Tesla Semi from making an Australian debut.

Tesla says its prime mover has a fully loaded range of more than 800 kilometres, and that it can add more than 500 kilometres of range in 30 minutes.

In that context I bring you Piers Akerman:

There is stupid and there is stupider. There is Labor and there are the Greens. Illogical and irrational parties rapidly running the nation into the ground with wishy-hopey policies sprinkled with fairy dust.

Using the crudest fear politics on climate change – and as yet no one anywhere has produced scientifically valid proof that humans are responsible for changes in the weather – Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has condemned the nation to economic collapse with his embrace of an impossible net-zero emissions target.

The energy policy which Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen agreed with Greens leader Adam Bandt is environmentally and economically disastrous.

Bandt’s boast that “in balance of power, the Greens have stopped many of the 116 coal and gas projects in the pipeline from proceeding, and now we’re coming after the rest” should set the klaxons wailing.

The Greens, Labor and the green-left propagandists are fond of the hysterical prefaces “crisis” and “catastrophe” when mentioning the climate but it is Australia and the global environment which will be devastated by their policy to cap emissions by penalising gas producers and manufacturers reliant on reasonably priced, reliable energy supplies.

By putting impediments in the path of further gas and coal use in Australia and phasing out future developments of these industries which have proved essential to our economy, these useful idiots will ensure a cascading disaster will unfold.

It should be obvious to all but the most obtuse ideologues that the loss of export income will be truly catastrophic, as will job losses in regional areas of Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland, NSW and South Australia.

“Shanghai Dan”, Victoria’s Premier Daniel Andrews, may believe his state doesn’t need natural gas to provide essential energy but already he is pleading for more gas from states which haven’t followed his lunatic lead and banned gas production.

While the Greens plead an environmental case for their bans on both fossil fuels and nuclear energy which their European counterparts have already abandoned, sending Australian manufacturing offshore to countries with virtually no environmental safeguards will guarantee that any imports we can still afford will be made using far more environmentally dirty fuels emitting greater emissions than they would have had they been able to maintain production in Australia.

It’s another case of the Greens defeating their own purpose as they strive to grandstand before their inner-urban acolytes.

They and their Labor partners are the greatest environmental vandals in the nation.

They can’t help shooting themselves in their feet either.

ACTU president Michele O’Neil’s bald claim that the union movement was implacably opposed to “nuclear power, nuclear waste and proliferation” was met with undisguised contempt from Dan Walton, the head of the AWU, and a vice-president of the ACTU.

Walton, whose members are found in the power industry and across a swathe of manufacturing and other sectors of the economy, has never hidden his disdain for the unpragmatic Greens and the Labor left. Unlike the pooh-bahs of big business, Walton preaches to his audiences across the nation that the green-left dependence on unreliable so-called renewable energy sources spells doom for such essential industries as cement and fertiliser manufacturing, as well as glass, steel and aluminium which require products derived from carbon or the energy fossil fuels or nuclear could provide.

The current anti-nuclear power position the Albanese government and the Greens are wedded to categorically rules out the firming base-load power that would keep the lights on and keep industries in Australia rather than see them go to unregulated nations reliant on dirty energy.

These klutzes also ignore the reality that most Australians will rely on one or more nuclear medicines in their lives, and that the AUKUS nuclear submarine agreement will provide work opportunities for thousands of Australians in coming decades.

Their incoherent energy policy effectively undermines the security of the nation and should be challenged on this basis as well as the obvious threat it poses to jobs and average household consumers faced with ever-increasing power bills.

The government will find it necessary to pay for the vast fields of solar panels and the forests of wind turbines which have already removed immense areas from vital food production.

So dumb are the proponents of these dangerous policies that they may not understand how they have failed the nation until blackouts force them to recognise the reality of their folly.

Dumb and dumber – on display in Canberra. The electorate has been warned. (well yes Mr Akerman but these arseholes were voted in regardless)

Once again, like Tesla, the EV is a far heavier truck because of the battery and can carry substantially less payload. Seems logistical efficiency has taken a walk down the mushroom path with the greens.

If they did it would be obvious how limited these things are. They rarely mention charging times or the supply current needed to charge such large batteries. I did rough calculations once on how many kgs of weight an ev semi could carry Melb to Sydney without recharging on the way, I think it was around 5 to 7 tonnes, a standard diesel semi can carry around 20 tonnes+ depending on how it’s rated. There’s no money in it, even if they could recharge for $14/3ookm. We haven’t started talking about B Doubles or evermore common road train configurations that are running Melb to Sydney.

Did an AI Convince Someone to Sacrifice Himself for Climate Change? (1 Apr)

A Belgian man reportedly ended his life following a six-week-long conversation about the climate crisis with an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot.

According to his widow, who chose to remain anonymous, *Pierre – not the man’s real name – became extremely eco-anxious when he found refuge in Eliza, an AI chatbot on an app called Chai.

Eliza consequently encouraged him to put an end to his life after he proposed sacrificing himself to save the planet.

“Without these conversations with the chatbot, my husband would still be here,” the man’s widow told Belgian news outlet La Libre.

Trump v DeSantis

QUESTION: I thought you were supporting DeSantis. Are you switching to Trump?

SH

ANSWER: This is not about Trump even as an individual. A lot of people hate him for being arrogant. Put personal issues aside. If we are civilized, we do not condemn a person because we do not like him. All of that is absurd. True, I was asked to meet with Trump to talk him out of running in 2024. They wanted me to meet with DeSantis and the story was he was a better “administrator” my reply was that I preferred that DeSantis stay right here for they would eat him for lunch in DC.

True, I did not think Trump would win in 2024. There were just too many people who drank the cool-aid to get rid of him so they could do precisely what they are doing right now. I am speaking objectively here and NOT in a political endorsement capacity. The headlines going into 2024 will now be all about Trump. Will that drown out any other potential candidates? These are the serious questions we must deal with.

As for all the people who hate Trump and are too blind to look at this objectively, Bragg has crossed the line. This will open the door for Republican prosecutors to do the same to Democrats. This can easily collapse into political civil war at the highest levels.

This has NOTHING to do with Trump as a person. Open your eyes! This was a VERY dangerous move and it made no sense. All of these charges and investigations about Trump are insane. They will never change the minds of those in both camps. The Democrats behind all of this should have left Trump alone. He would have faded into the sunset. Constantly attacking him has been also part of the Democratic strategy to tear down the Republic Party as a whole.

What I do not like is what our computer is projecting. All of this leads to just political chaos. Some believe this is a diversion was created by the Neocons so they can instigate World War III while people are diverted by Trump. All my sources now confirm they have brought their agenda forward.

So while you focus your hatred on Trump, they are coming for everything that has been on the Neocon wish list for decades. The arrays are NOT my personal opinion. That is really irrelevant. I have never been able to beat Socrates. They Arrays will be the Arrays whether or not we like the outcome.”

Groomed to Kill

The massacre in Nashville is not the fault of conservatives, it is the bitter fruit of a madness that has poisoned an entire generation.

After the horrific massacre in Nashville, the Democratic Party is hellbent on feeding the malignant narcissism of the “trans community,” in which they see a reliable, perpetually aggrieved voter base and a tool with which to terrorize society.

This isn’t “Christian nationalism.”

Virtually every institution is sending a message that murderous violence toward Christians is acceptable, or at least less bad than exposing the “trans community” to obloquy.

Law enforcement is obstructing the release of the manifesto. Merrick Garland won’t call it a hate crime, and neither will Joe Biden, who apparently thinks this is all a big joke.

Like Barack Obama, who was diffident about radical Islam, Biden’s Democrats are far more concerned with backlash against a politically favored group than the fact that six people, including three children, are now dead at the hands of an anti-Christian cultist whom they encouraged.

In a truly astonishing statement, Biden’s dimwitted lesbian press secretary gave a fulsome defense of the massacre, saying the “trans community is under attack right now.”

If it wasn’t already clear, the shooter in Nashville was a Janissary, a demented footsoldier of an evil, totalitarian ideology that wishes to remake the world in its demonic image.

There is little daylight between the Wahhabist extremism of the shooter and the blasphemous maundering of Joe Biden, a “devout Catholic” who presumes to speak for the Almighty when he says that so-called transgenders are “made in the image of God.”

Biden has used the power of the state to force this twisted vision on the country, pushing “gender-affirming care” on minors and banning “conversion therapy” that would cure them of their gender dysphoria.

Biden is a leader in an unhinged cult that uses pseudoscience to maim children.

Society is paying the price for having tiptoed around these hectoring tyrants over the past seven or eight years.

People have become too afraid to speak the truth: “trans people” need humility, not “rights.”

China and Brazil deal a blow to US dollar-powered bullying

Ditching the American currency in trade will diminish Washington’s ability to impose its will

China and Brazil have secured a deal to conduct bilateral trade in their own respective currencies, eliminating the US dollar as an intermediary.

The agreement between the two BRICS countries, which have $150 billion in annual trade, would probably have been signed in Beijing this week had Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva’s scheduled visit not been postponed due to illness. At around the same time, China also conducted its first-ever trade of liquified natural gas settled entirely in yuan with France’s TotalEnergies.

The decision by Brazil and China to pursue non-dollar trade is a huge geopolitical moment, and a sign that countries are seeking to move away from using the US currency, in direct response to Washington’s abuse of the global reserve currency for its own hegemonic aims.

Although the greenback will of course remain a prominent force in global trade and economics, the Americans’ ability to use it as a tool with which to bully and quash other countries is diminishing.

The hegemony of the dollar

Since the end of World War II, the United States dollar has been the global reserve currency and a standard for international trade following the establishment of the Bretton Woods system of monetary management by the US and its allies in 1944. Global commodities are priced according to the US dollar, while Washington has positioned itself as the nexus of the global financial system, where most capital is concentrated. As such, banks borrow and lend in terms of dollars, thus making the greenback the lifeblood of the interwoven global economy.

Having consolidated such great power over the global financial system, the US has subsequently been able to utilize the dollar as an overt geopolitical weapon in order to enforce its will on other countries, both directly and indirectly.

This has been done through actions or threats of cutting off targeted individuals, entities and even countries at will. These measures are genuinely effective, because being blacklisted from the US dollar can see a serious business lose everything, and not just the American market. This can have such significant influence that third-party entities, including those not even based in the US, may choose to avoid dealing with sanctioned entities due to the risks it brings.

To be fair, such measures can serve worthy purposes. For example, US sanctions can cut off funding for terrorist groups and tackle organized crime, and therefore have a genuine security benefit. However, US sanctions in recent years have increasingly become a means of unilaterally attempting to impose America’s will on third-party countries, and with the intention to serve geopolitical ends. Washington has become obsessed with sanctions and has distributed thousands of them, often with the goal of comprehensively isolating and impoverishing smaller countries, such as Syria, North Korea and Iran. Although the US will always claim it doesn’t sanction food or humanitarian aid deliveries to these countries, the sanctions are often so broad and extensive that all legitimate means of doing business with the target country are closed off.

Currency multipolarity

It is no surprise, given Washington’s industrial-scale abuse of sanctions as a political weapon, that there is growing pushback from other countries that increasingly see the dollar as arbitrary and unreliable.

As a result, political momentum for alternative payment systems is growing, which is seen as a sign of defending national sovereignty in an uncertain world increasingly defined by geopolitical competition.

For China, a mammoth trading nation that is being subjected to increasing hostility by the US, this is a growing priority as it faces a potential scenario of a war over control of the US-backed island of Taiwan.

If such a war broke out, the US would likely respond in a similar manner to how it did with Russia, and attempt to blacklist thousands of Chinese firms from the US dollar in an attempt to cripple the country’s economy. Therefore, developing dollar-less currency and financial systems outside US control is a priority, especially with like-minded countries that have a vested interest in multipolarity (which is pretty much anyone outside of the collective West). As such, these are not just countries designated as “adversaries” by Washington.

As President of Indonesia Joko Widodo told the media: “Be very careful. We must remember the sanctions imposed by the US on Russia.”

He urged the development of domestic payment methods, noting “offshore settlements and dependence on foreign payment networks such as US Visa or Mastercard will no longer be necessary.”

In conclusion, the growing traction for alternative currency and payment systems is a political reaction to the increasing politicization and weaponization of the US dollar as a means to control other countries.

Additionally, the US Federal Reserve, through decisions such as interest rate hikes, may also make economic choices which benefit America at the expense of the rest of the world. As a result, many nations increasingly see the US dollar as an obstacle to their own economic sovereignty and development, and this is why nations such as those in BRICS are acting now to de-dollarize their economies. Of course, the gravity of the dollar will always be strong, but the days of it being used to abuse and impoverish others are fading as multipolarity arrives.

Nevertheless, he still likes to bully those smaller than him, until one day he gets his arse kicked by a smaller guy and when people start talking about it, he denies it ever happened, preferring to lie — because he knows, when people stop fearing him, no one will respect him.

Russia can’t admit to suffering horrific casualty rates within such a short window, its prestige would be in tatters and smaller countries would stop fearing Russia. Worse yet, when the Russian people learn that tens of thousands of their brave young men died in a needless war of aggression, against a cultural people they consider cousins, who knows what would happen to the Russian establishment — Tsar Nicholas II comes to mind.

Recently, I learned of a shocking event on the Donetsk frontline, I spent the last week or so trying to put the pieces together, it wasn’t easy, there is misdirection and falsehoods spread by both sides that blurs the truth.

During the first week of July, the 2nd battalion of the 1st army corps of the DPR people’s militia, serving under the Russian Southern Army Group, was moved from its position near the southern city of Berdyansk. This Militia Battalion had been stationed to occupy the city and quell resistance, during this time the poorly trained militia had received no wages and not enough supplies, food shortages plagued this battalion at the rear.

It appears the order arrived for the 2nd battalion to proceed to the Donetsk frontline near a heavily contested town, so with inadequate supplies and low morale, this battalion moved to the front and stayed there for a while, it’s not clear how many days they held their position, but during this time they didn’t receive enough food and eventually were forced to start withdrawing from the front.

The Ukrainian Security Services intercepted communications from members of the DPR militia, discussing what had happened next.

After a long idle wait on the front, without enough supplies and under sporadic Ukrainian Artillery attacks, the 2nd battalion started to move back to their original position near Berdyansk. Only while withdrawing, the battalion stumbled into a Russian unit that was guarding the area, code-named “Ural”, this unit appears to have been patrolling behind the front lines for deserters and immediately opened fire on the 2nd battalion, mercilessly unleashing hell on the poorly organised retreating militia.

It’s unclear if this “Ural” unit intentionally set out to punish the retreating militia unit, or simply mistook the 2nd battalion for Ukrainian forces.

Within no time, Russian Artillery barrages were called in on the 2nd Battalions precarious position and just like that the DPR militia was stuck, pinned by their Russian allies in a pocket of death, — the entire DPR 2nd battalion was wiped out by friendly fire.

Cat amongst pigeons #2

From “Quora” (of all places)

Has Ukraine oppressed Russians?

Small note before my full answer – I am an Australian who has lived for 12 years in Russia and 4 years in Poland. I’m fluent in Russian, and I’ve heard both sides of the story and understand them well.

The conclusion I have made on this topic is – no, the ethnic Russians and Russian speakers have not been oppressed. I am basing my conclusion on the experience I had transporting refugees from Ukraine to Poland. Most of the refugees were escaping Donetsk Oblast and Mariupol. The majority of these refugees identified as ethnic Russian, and 100% of them spoke Russian as a first language.

During the long bus rides from Ukraine to Warsaw, I spoke to dozens of these people. The overwhelming response from them regarding this was – utter bewilderment. Firstly, they claim that they didn’t need “saving” or “rescuing” as they never felt oppressed in any way. Secondly, they couldn’t understand the fact that – if they’re the ones that needed saving – why it is their cities and regions which are being completely destroyed.

They all felt a strong affinity with Russia before the war. Now they identify more as Ukrainian. A few of them even mentioned that they plan to never speak their native language again, and will instead change to speaking Ukrainian.

DECIDED TO ADD A BIT TO MY ANSWER:

Regarding Eastern Ukrainians who willingly fled to Russia as refugees, I have a couple of observations on that:

I obviously had no contact with such people since the beginning of the invasion, so I can’t comment on their thoughts and motivations. Though I’m sure many such people do exist
I left Russia in mid-2018. Russia’s position on the conflict in Ukraine is that the war has been going on since 2014 when the Donbas conflict started. So I lived in Russia for a good part of 4 years while all that was going on. I never met one refugee in that time. I never saw or heard of a single fundraiser for helping Donbas refugees. I never heard of anyone organising help for victims of that “war”. Either nobody cared, very few refugees arrived, or the significance of the “war” was grossly overstated
Having moved to Poland in 2018, I was surprised to meet dozens of Ukrainians from both Donetsk and Luhansk who’d arrived in Poland since the start of the conflict (2014) as refugees. At first I couldn’t understand why they came to Poland because I thought they all wanted to be part of Russia. Until they explained it to me
Since the beginning of the invasion at least 3 million Ukrainians refugees have entered Poland alone. I’m not aware of statistics for Ukrainians entering Russia. But 3 million is an extremely telling statistic.
