Dr Rifi told us they were forming a band

Yeah, “The Slayers”.

As an aside, I’ve just watched more of the stabbing video on the Lotus Eaters website. Father Calvin Robinson has uploaded it. He shows us the face of the ‘alleged’ after the ‘alleged’ had been pushed to the ground and was being held on the ground.

The face of the ‘alleged’ is one of pure evil.

Remember this too, everyone was of those parishioners in the church speaks Arabic.

I recommend last night’s Bolt Report and the discussion with the Reverend Mark Durie. Durie is an expert on the Koran and Islam.

Yes, it’s worth a look, if possible. Not sure if Bolt does re-runs.

He articulated the background of the Assyrian Christians well, including their motivation to ensure the attack details were not suppressed as these things are in their former homeland (where such things are a regular occurrence).

Their concern was justified, as events proved. Like Durie, I’m not condoning attacks on police or ambos, but I understand the fear and frustration, particularly if the Assyrians are on the receiving end of abuse daily in their own suburbs.

So they fought back, and many on this blog and elsewhere have been saying, “why don’t they fight back?”. Yet when they do there’s a hypocritical, mealy mouthed tutt-tutting.

All added to that despicable comment by an arresting officer – “we told you we were coming for you”, broadcast with glee on the news networks. Yes, they knew. Just like they knew in the place from whence they came.

Seconded. A brave and committed non-Islamic scholar speaks out. He puts the history of the Assyrian pogroms by Islamic fanatics into the analysis. He was highly informative of how, using Arabic, well understood by half of all Middle Eastern migrants here not just Muslims, and including the Good Shepherd followers, there is currently in Sydney a thriving Islamic verbal pogrom operating against non-Muslims. This puts another complexion on the response of the Good Shepherd Christians to an attack on their Bishop and their view of Sydney police actions that never fail to support Islam.

In some happier technology news, NASA engineers have successfully reprogrammed the tiny 47 year old computer on Voyager 1, presently 24 billion km away in interstellar space.

Signals from the craft take nearly a day to travel back to earth – incredibly, the transmitter is running on a 470W Pu power source that has now decayed down to about 80W.

whats he actually guilty of? pressuring women looking for fame for something in return. One skank tried to setup him with a wire, he didn’t bite.

Harvey isn’t stupid enough to force himself on a woman, he doesn’t need to they throw themselves at him and #metoo had them come out turning these skanks into “survivors”

Anyone wondering why we are where we are, this is the logical endgame of the left’s “social justice”, that of looking at everything through the lens of power and trying to tip all “power” relationship upside down.

In this woke neo-marxist universe criminals are victims and victims are criminals. Backed by psychopath billionaires like Soros and neo-marxist crypto-islamist POTUS like Obama they aim to cause chaos that drive everything to the universal mediocrity of communist “equity”.

No need for Labor governments to try and appoint activist judges. After a couple of generations of indoctrination lawyers emerge as lefty activists so finding a conservative judge would be extremely difficult.

After Rugby I like wogball. Can’t stand league or afl.

I reckon the sports we like/love are programmed into us as infants.

I’m a born-and-bred Victorian so I love AFL. League and union leave me cold. As lefty Martin Flanagan wrote years ago, rugby is like “armoured cars colliding at an intersection”.

When I lived briefly in the USA, I couldn’t get interested in gridiron — just another version of rugby imported from the Old Country (though most Yanks would never admit it). Armoured cars colliding at an intersection indeed!

The most amazing thing about football is that Australia — being sports mad — is the only country on earth with four different professional footy codes.

It’s no accident the Eureka rebellion in Ballarat is the nearest Australia ever came to a civil war. For the past 200 years, Australians have been fighting their tribal battles on the football field. And, in AFL and league, our blackfellahs are revered.

Leak got him and his Esafety Commissioner brilliantly today.
Then you have Pauline Hansons latest cartoon.
All because they wanted to take footage of an attack that most had already watched. However as many have pointed out there are plenty of other places where you can still see the footage online. For the Government they want to control X as know it is where right wing people can share thoughts more freely than on other social media outlets.

US GDP & Recession into 2028

?QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, Socrates correctly picked March as the Directional Change, and it looks like there will be a sharp decline into June. Are you expecting a serious recession with the May 7th turning point on your Economic Confidence Model?
SH
PS It seems like Jamie Diamond uses Socrates since he has just said what you were forecasting, that this will look more like the Stagflation of the 1970s.

ANSWER: A recession is defined as two consecutive quarterly GDP declines. Socrates projected the start of this decline with the March Directional Change. This should continue to weaken the US economy into June. Yes, we see an economic “recessionary” decline that will befuddle the Federal Reserve, for we are dealing with shortages much like the 1970s, which means inflation rises in a recession-producing Stagflation that we see into 2028. These Neocons want war, and their personal hatreds are running the country – not economics. This is why they hate Trump, who is anti-war, and they want Biden because he allows the UNELECTED agencies to run the country.

This ‘eSkank’ was appointed by the Turdbull Coalition government, and given succour by the Scumbag Coalition government.

Last night, on Bolt, I watched Barnabus Beetroot squirm and dribble over this because as with net zero the Liberal and National party rooms are clearly just waiving the white flag for Sleazy and his comrades to stomp our on our free speech. It was obvious that Andrew Bolt was not impressed with the the Beetroot’s mealy-mouthed dribble.

The Liberals and Nationals stand for nothing. If they can’t stand up for free speech, they don’t deserve one vote.

Here’s who I would vote for in a heartbeat, Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel. In fact, I think Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel should be our next Liberal PM. The bishop has a firmer grasp of those quant old fashioned Menzian notions of individual liberty and free speech than either Dutton, Ley, Littleproud or the Beetroot.

Digital Cattle
Our future, if the Woke Marxists prevail, may well be to be made into “digital cattle.” What does that mean? It means that we will be led into a state of dependency, perhaps using a Universal Basic Income, and enter into a remade (distributist) economy based on social credit, which is to say compliance with the state’s agendas for us. To make this system work, both practically and in terms of control mechanisms takes incredible amounts of data. Like cattle who earn their feed by being raised for meat, we will earn our “basic income” by providing the data necessary to keep us under “sustainable” control. Join host James Lindsay in this frightening episode of New Discourses Bullets to understand a possible future in the so-called “technetronic era.”

While checking my junk email account, I noted an article (which I didn’t click on) framing the Year Zero councillor who wore a keffiyah to ANZAC Day as the victim. They featured examples of angry emails she has allegedly received, with a statement from the woman who claims the episode is not about her at all, but widespread misogineeeee in Australia.

While the language in the featured example emails was crude – words are violence, but actual physical violence is just words (expression of … blah blah) – if you seek to draw attention to yourself on such a solemn day (one of the few days of the year when Aussies take things seriously) then you need to expect some type of blowback, especially if you disrupt the solemnity for political reasons.

I don’t doubt there were some emails which went over the top, and I do not of course support physical threats or intimidation, but when you seek the attention and INTEND the disrespect, you get ALL of the attention; the good, the bad, the ugly.

IF this is an accurate assessment, Trump must win. If not then the aftermath might get very nasty. Bartels sums it up perfectly.

@CollinRugg

NEW: New York union leader Bobby Bartels says most of his Union workers are Democrats but they are supporting Trump in 2024.

Bartels said he conducted a poll of his 9,000 members and Trump is leading Biden 3 to 1.

“In the past, we are basically Democrats, all of us. And after what’s happened the last 4 years in this country, Democrats are basically pushing everybody to the other side.”

“We are tired of immigration, we are tired of our tax dollars going to immigration, we are tired of the crime, we need to put a handle back on things in this country.”

During a separate interview with Fox News, Bartels said: “I put out a poll in my union. President Trump is leading Joe Biden 3 to 1 in my presidential poll out of my 9,000 members.”

Say what now? We were told that the whole world was queueing up for our green hydrogen briquettes. Thousands of planes touching down for green hydrogen fuel cell swaps, like BBQ gas bottles at bunnings. Treaties galore for the trans-Torres hydrogen pipeline. Or however it was going to work.
In fact, we need to legislate that all these rivers of ultra-low-price hydrogen be reserved for domestic use, else we just lose it all overseas… like all our uranium… and coal… and LNG…

Report back on our group’s meeting with our local LNP candidate last Sunday.

She gave her “why you must support the LNP” speil which was well presented but focused upon a non existant differentation with Labor and not the contemporary key issues. She was not patronising like McGrath but not honest either.

When we demanded that she adopt a public stance regarding free speech, net zero, and defiance of the Voice outcome she, probably understandably, lapsed into State policy babble.

Our feeling was that she probably agreed with us but was a product of the machine.

We summarised by telling her that we would work against her but would provide her with a paper that she could table at the State Council meeting in June if she actually cared about constituents’ concerns.

The Moderates are powerful in this electorate.

The problem as always is to find a viable alternative who could actually be elected.

Mine was 38 with 10 kids, wounded in the Spring offensive on the Somme. Died on the operating table in Stendhal POW camp as they tried to amputate his gangrenous leg just five months before the Great War ended. He lies in the beautiful Commonwealth Cemetery on the SW outskirts of Berlin.

It was heavily ironic that he died for freedom yet not one descendent could visit until the Berlin Wall came down in 1989.

Channel 7 has reached a confidential settlement with Benjamin Cohen, wrongly named as the Bondi killer

Channel 7 has reached a confidential settlement with a 20-year-old university student after the network wrongly identified him as the Bondi Junction mass murderer.
Benjamin Cohen, a first-year student at the University of Technology, Sydney, engaged law firm Giles George after he was wrongly named multiple times as the Westfield Bondi killer on Seven’s Weekend Sunrise program.
On Friday the law firm confirmed the matter was resolved and in a statement, principal Patrick George who was representing Mr Cohen said: “The terms of the settlement are otherwise confidential.”
Under the NSW Defamation Act it can attract damages up to $459,000.
Mr Cohen was seeking an apology, compensation and costs for serious harm after high-profile Sunrise presenter Matt Shirvington and another reporter, Lucy McLeod incorrectly named him as the murderer.
The student also received a lengthy written apology from Seven West Media managing director and chief executive officer Jeff Howard this week.

I made a comment on this very subject several months ago.
The women in the main didn’t moan about their misfortune of having no one to sire their children, there were odd marriages of multiple sisters and one man, and many many inexplicable pregnancies that lasted for many months more than the standard 9 after the husband went OS and died. ” I hadn’t had my period for 8 months – then realised I was pregnant. Longest pregnancy I’ve ever had – 17 months. The Doctor (Who knew damn well what was going on) said the sperm must have just gone to sleep.”
Everyone minded their own business, and the women got on with doing what men can’t do – have babies.
I dips my lid to these women who just got on with their lives despite the social stigma.

From the lack of reply to the post, I just smiled.

Universities to raise bar on entry rules for trainee teachers

  • Exclusive

By natasha bita

Indigenous trainee teachers will be exempted from tough new entry rules for university and be tested on Aboriginal language ability instead, in a bid to bolster the First Nations teaching workforce.
Universities will be forced to raise the bar for enrolment in education degrees, and ensure that all graduates know how to teach children to read and write, and how to keep classrooms under control.
All trainee teachers will be taught to use explicit instruction – a practical step-by-step teaching method embraced by NSW and Western Australia and championed by Aboriginal leader Noel Pearson.
The first core content for all teaching degrees – to take effect next year – has been released by the Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership ahead of a meeting of federal, state and territory education ministers in Perth on Friday that will establish a “quality oversight board’’ for university degrees in teaching.

From next year, all universities will have to set the bar higher for entry to teaching degrees, with all non-Indigenous applicants needing to meet English and numeracy standards equivalent to the top 30 per cent of the population.
All non-Indigenous trainee teachers must pass a test known as LANTITE (literacy and numeracy test for initial teacher education students) during the first year of their degree.
Currently, trainee students can wait until the end of a four-year degree to sit the test – with one in 10 failing and unable to work as teachers.
The rigorous rules contain loopholes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainee teachers, in recognition of teacher shortages and Third World rates of school attendance and educational outcomes in many remote Indigenous communities.

William IV – step up, son (the Hun):

King Charles’ health condition is progressively deteriorating, leading Buckingham Palace officials to keep a regularly updated plan for his impending funeral — preparations for which started the day after Queen Elizabeth was buried, insiders said.

The 75-year-old monarch has remained largely out of the limelight since announcing his cancer prognosis in February to hide his declining condition, with multiple sources telling The Daily Beast the situation is “not good”.

“Of course he is determined to beat it and they are throwing everything at it. Everyone is staying optimistic, but he is really very unwell. More than they are letting on,” a source described as an old friend of the royal family told the outlet.

And he waited so, so long for a single lick of that big brass ring.

A cautionary tale for young men (the Hun):

A fleeting teenage romance turned deadly when a scorned lover torched the house of her ex-partner’s parents, killing the family cat.

Emilia Wang

Wang. Strike 1.

and her ex Jamel Cabucol started a relationship in July 2021 and within a few months, according to a police summary of facts, were living together at a house owned by Mr Cabucol’s parents in Brookfield, in Melbourne’s west.

But the relationship soured, and in March 2022, Wang moved in with her mum in Point Cook, although the former couple remained in contact.

So far, so good.

About 7pm on April 17, 2022 Wang informed Mr Cabucol that she had returned to the Brookfield house, and Mr Cabucol told her she could stay there for five days.

Mayday, mayday, mayday. This is Jamel Cabucol, going down.

An argument developed during their text messaging and when Mr Cabucol asked her to leave, she challenged him to call the police.

After he texted Wang that he was calling the police, she set fire to the house which spread quickly.

‘Can’t…reach… the… eject… handle…

Wang turned up at the scene three hours later and told police “I think I caused the house to be on fire”. When asked how she did it, Wang replied, “Impulse… mental meltdown. I poured the oil. I just remember I poured oil.”

Police located a suitcase at the front of the house that contained various items, including candles, incense sticks, books on the subject of witchcraft, spells and mindfulness, rope and a box with a pentagram design.

A trap for young players. The (ahem) will drag you further than gunpowder will blow you.

NEW: New York union leader Bobby Bartels says most of his Union workers are Democrats but they are supporting Trump in 2024.

gather that, being penned in within NYC by judicial order, Trump did another one of his impromptu rallies – like the one at the bodega – at a construction site, with the same results.

The coming election is Trump vs DNC, not GOP vs DNC, and a lot of people who would not vote for establishment Republican will vote for Trump. The Dimocrats have, I think, moved the choice from one where they could rely upon the old Republican/Dimocrat dichotomy to one where people do not have historical commitment. Certainly the contest is not on the old reliable grounds, but about actual insane inflation, rampant crime, a manifest preference to illegal immigrants at the expense of citizens etc.

Usually argy-bargy between the two parties plays out in remote abstract arenas with both sides promising money for one or another issue that does not really appear in any material form – you can turn to your preferred media to be assured your already decided choice is right and to tell you that you were right whatever the result after. This time it is more raw and the MSM is more obviously cheerleaders than a referee.

I think Democrats have weakened themselves by making it so personal – Trump vs Biden – and surrendered the inertia they might have relied on. And in delivering such dire results that even the most devoted Democrat supporter is having trouble brushing off the consequences.

ML,
What’s becoming very clear at least to me is that historically the Demorat voter support is not only walking away from Biden but signalling they will vote for Trump. Blacks, Hispanics and Unionists. This is Dem heartland turning their backs on Biden. They do have historical commitment. Which makes their about face all the more telling.

ABC;

An alliance of peak Islamic groups has called for Australia’s terrorism laws to be changed, to remove the concept of “religiously motivated terrorism” from the legislation.

In a statement, the Australian National Imams Council, the Alliance of Australian Muslims and the Australian Muslim Advocacy Network said it was necessary to “avoid simplistic attributions that target specific communities”.

“The presumption that terrorism is inherently tied to religion is not only inaccurate but harmful,” Ms Abdo Sultan told a press conference.

“The lack of evidence pointing to a concrete threat or plan among these youths, as noted by senior police officials, calls into question both the necessity and the manner of these operations,” she said.

Also on the ABC- The moslems arrested were found to have IS propaganda on their phones with multiple videos of beheadings.

Definitely no religious links there at all. Watch for the laws to be altered, out of respect for the “victims”.

Just dropped:

A Military Realist View of the Ukraine War: Episode 4

The clearest explanation of why Ukraine’s possible entry into NATO mattered to Russia by several orders of magnitude more than the Baltic States, Finland, or Sweden. It also obliquely establishes that Russia’s main objective in Feb and March ’22 was south and not north, for the very same reasons. FLOCARK does not lie.

The Russians have always been worried about the expansion east of NATO along those flatter plains that lead to Moscow. They have already experienced Napoleon and Hitler having a go. Ukraine was a step too far.

So Putin said NO. And there you have it. Game over and the UKR to be a rump state that is neutral and never to be a part of NATO. And the eastern UKR along with Crimea (already) to be a part of Russia.

Nice one, the Deep State.

Ugh FFS, this is exactly what I was posting about the other day – every single Muesli I’ve seen on TV, YouTube, X.. everywhere always starts their response to the Lindt Cafe, October 7, 9/11 attacks, Mumbai Attacks, London bus bombings… every single Imam and “spokesperson” for this and that always start with that stupid fking line:

“We have to understand the context here” or “these things don’t occur in a vacuum” or “this is a simplistic attribution”

**angry face**

Let’s try a similar line for my Catholic brethren in a similar tone and trying to defend the indefensible… fictional of course:

Pell: “Well you have to understand Ridsdale’s context” and “its very simplistic just to call him a pedo.” “Well, the things Ridsdale did didn’t occur in a vaccum.”

At the Cafe this week up until Anzac Day there were only a few currawongs each day but lots and lots of hungry cockies. I was going through bread like a queue at a Soviet bakery.

Today the cockies have gone except for two or three. Instead I now have a horde of hungry currawongs. Had to do a supply run this morning to restock Coles mince. I think they must’ve stripped the whole suburb bare of Autumn fruits and berries, and decided it was Cafe time.

Tucker tickets range from $210 to $275 each.

Yes, each.

Just to hear Fat Cloive’s political speech and Tucker ramble on about UFO sightings, “people that celebrated Hiroshima are evil” and “Israel USA Axis of Evil.”

His “America First” Policy has been a bit unhinged recently and has morphed into an ” American Only” Policy.

Nah, thanks.

Lysander, the Tucker event is billed as a Freedom tour so no doubt some Esafety content and light on UFO’s!. I remember Clives massive spend on previous Federal election. Big billboards just saying Freedom Freedom all over the place. Then the full page ads declaring Craig Kelly was going to be next PM. Even Craig was probably taken by surprise by that !
Interesting to note organised by Mineralogy and not Palmer Party.
I think the party is now as dead as the Monty Python parrot but Clive just not made the official announcement.
A man’s gotta have a hobby and Clives new one is obviously arranging speaking tours.
Of course if he was really serious he would have brought out Joe Rogan as well! Wonder what a week of his time would be worth?

Sydney mum Swastika Chandra, who fought Uber to let her use her name on the app has been honoured by Australia’s peak Hindu body for standing up for her community after her story went viral in India.

Ms Chandra had been barred from accessing Uber services and rides since October after it flagged her name as “invalid” due to its Nazism connotations, but after a concerted effort from the Sydney mother, and interfaith and government pressure, common sense prevailed.

On Thursday, the Hindu Council of Australia honoured Ms Chandra with a courage award, recognising her as a “good role model for Hindu girls”.

That stampeding sound you hear is people fleeing Victoria.

Victorian government reviews energy efficiency standards for rental properties in shift towards greener homes (Sky News, 26 Apr)

The Allan government is conducting a review into minimum energy efficiency standards which could see owners required to replace broken appliances with greener ones.

Tracking towards ambitious emission targets, the latest move is also expected to provide renters with more improved home appliances which are also more cost-effective.

If the proposal is successful, homeowners will be forced to replace appliances like stove tops, heating and cooling with more sustainable alternatives that often cost more upfront.

The change could also apply to roofs and windows, with mandated double-glazed windows floated as an idea to reduce energy usage. …

“That idea of that is to provide renters with more comfortable homes that are cheaper to run, by doing that rental providers can obtain or attract good quality tenants.”

That is off the planet insane. Forcing property owners to put in double glazing, new stoves, roof insulation and other green rubbish is going to save renters money? Rents are going to skyrocket and owners are going to bail. So fewer rental properties will be available and rents will skyrocket some more. Labor are utterly clueless, or on psychedelic drugs. Probably both.

They’re not debatable, JC.

The point I was making is that the British Empire, long-revered by elderly Peaky Blinders cap-wearing whinging expats is only one of about a thousand different empires through the ages.

This particular one died in agony nearly 80 years ago – which is fine, but some don’t seem to have accepted it and are in denial.

Like an old woman whose husband died years ago, but who dragged him off the bed and propped him on the recliner five minutes after he flatlined, threw a blanket over his legs and then sat on the other recliner in the lounge, talking to him while the telly’s on as though he was still alive forever after.

‘Oooh George, I don’t like that Prime Minister’s haircut. Just like your cousin Wilfred’s. Awful, just awful.’

‘Why don’t you do anything around the house?’

‘I’m going out to bingo now. You won’t believe what that Margaret woman said about me last time.’

Then we copped Freckless and now Chrisafooli who are dripping wet and will be very shy of reducing the size of Government or getting tough on overrepresentation of aboriginal crime.

Wish I could see that poll, Yougov hasn’t released it report free to the public and 12 isn’t high enough to leap the newscorpse paywall. Those 21 seats would have to be mostly metropolitan Brisbane. So Chrisafooli wont be rocking the apple cart by a longshot.

My point was the fawning media flogged Bligh, invested a huge amounts of capital to get her elected as she was an appointed premier at that stage. She was ultimately flogged by Newman who wasn’t even in parliament and unseated one of her ministers. They never could get over it and have eagerly run smear campaigns against the LNP since invoking Newman as devil incarnate.

Apologies I have lived in north Queensland for 25 years now and can be Queensland centric at times.

He was doomed because he acted like a knob. Newman could still be in power but he had to go like a bull at a gate. If he had done absolutely nothing in his first term, he would have still won the next election by a landslide.

With the majority he had, he could have slowly implemented his reforms and we would be enjoying a smaller public service and probably much better development state wide. He might have even kept the LNP conservative instead of Labor-Lite.

Instead he acted like he only had one term. Which he did.

This dude is my favorite emperor and the richest dude who ever lived.

Mansa Musa

In 1324, Mansa (meaning Emperor) Musa of the Malian Empire went on hajj, the Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca. His entourage consisted of around 60,000 people and a quantity of gold that sent ripples throughout the entire Mediterranean world. He showered the cities he visited with gold, giving it away to the poor and, according to one account, building a new mosque every Friday.9 He spent especially lavishly in Cairo and Medina, and the sudden influx of money sent prices for everyday goods soaring.

Realizing that he had personally caused a wave of hyperinflation that plagued an entire region, he personally embarked on a quantitative easing program, snapping up all of Cairo’s gold on loan at a high rate of interest. He was a one-man macroeconomic cycle.

Today, his wealth would be worth about US $400 billion.

Wish I could see that poll, Yougov hasn’t released its report free to the public and 12ft wall isn’t high enough to leap the newscorpse paywall. Those 21 seats would have to be mostly metropolitan Brisbane. So Chrisafooli wont be rocking the apple cart by a longshot.

Is there something special about being a more recent blow-in from the UK as opposed to to being second third fourth fifth sixth generation Australian from UK stock?
Maybe thinking it confers superiority is caused by some sort of dementia brought on by too much warm beer, baked beans on toast and hankyhat wearing.
It’s nearly as silly as trying to insult ‘knuckle dragger’ by calling him a Neanderthal, you could at least mix it up with the occasional ‘you Cro-Magnon you’.

You just reminded me of that British documentary series ‘George and Mildred’.
Loved the episode where George is glued to the TV and Mildred asks him if he would like tomato sauce on his icecream.
Naturally he said yes.

I have no idea why Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber chose the quite obscure Evita Peron for a musical. But it was a fine choice.

They can take the weirdest of things and turn them into rapture. I saw Cats and Jesus Christ Superstar in Sydney in the day. Jesus vs Rum Tum Tugger, it’s a really nice dissonance.

Same as the liars. What’s the point?

I’m wondering whether Chrisafulli is talking out of both sides of his mouth in order to maximise the vote, from “moderates” as well as conservatives in LNP. I don’t mind it so much as long as he actually governs as a conservative and admits publicly later that aiming for carbon Net Zero is uneconomical and unrealistic.

At the moment it is. Thuringowa regularly swings and Mundingburra less so but will if a change of Government is on. If PHON & KAP had have put up decent candidate might have been different. As it is I think Thuringowa will swing and Mundingburra maybe, LNP gains.

I’m in Hinchinbrook, Dametto KAP is a good member despite a very quiet start, I don’t think he’ll be unseated.

Yes, four bedroom three bath homes so so suitable for young first home owners, in outer suburbs miles from low paying jobs.

When we were young builders were much more young buyers friendly. Three bedroom homes didn’t have multiple bathrooms, just a bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet. That way if someone was having a shower others could still go to toilet. Such practicality is rare these days.

Cats, what a magnificent day it was in Sydneystan, registered the car in the morning, stocked up on food and booze (for a big cat BBQ at the cottage) and then went for a run.

Magnificent Sydney Autumn day. Not a cloud in the Azure sky.

I just wanted to “apprehend” it and go all Bullitt on many, many house sized nanny states backsides. 🙂

No.

Quite so.
This misplaced superiority complex is what sets the hanky-heads apart from almost every other cohort of post-war migrants. Most came here hoping for nothing more than an opportunity to improve their lives. The typical Peaky-Blinder arrived safe in the knowledge that their superior skills (carried in their Empire Building DNA) would see them ruling over the stupid and lazy colonials in no time.
Disappointment (and the accompanying whining) ensued.

I bought some Tesla stock overnight at just under the closing ($170). I’m buying into the view held by the bulls that the stock is making cars on the side and striking levels of profitability will come with the robot side of the business, which isn’t that far along. My hunch is that robots will be like cars in the early part of the 20th C. There were horse and buggies, then a decade later it was almost all cars on the road.

I think they’ll own the high end robot space.

I’ll load up more on the way up, or sell this position if if continues to head lower.

Thompson is a charlatan (but not to be mixed up with Phil Thompson the LNP fed member and a good bloke).

Was PHON candidate at one stage & Pauline even offloaded him.

His SAS claims are the tip of the iceberg, his CV has been cleaned up since the election as he also falsely claimed a degree at one stage. Had a failed business some made losses from. Has changed names around that time, he now has nickname 2-names on local blogs.

We have had no luck with Mayors or councillors since Les Tyrell up this way. The only reason charlatan got in was Jenny Hill ALP was so on the nose the drovers dog could have stood and won.

Seeing Jon English being hung by the neck in the Capitol Theatre was entertaining. He had it done to him over 500 times. Apparently there’s a soundtrack for the Aussie shows, I should find out if it’s online.
