OK, that’s it.
I LOVE JD VANCE.
He’s the same age as my youngest son so the feeling is platonic, but he simply aced that debate against that old, tired and mediocre-level hack Walz, whom Hairy still says is not to be pitied because he is a nasty piece of work.
That Yale polish was showing beautifully and shining brightly for Vance as well the good things that he managed to convey. I could make critiques but I’m not going to do that. I think we saw a similar thing to a young JFK in action there – rising to the firmament. He knows how to deal with the elites as well as coming across as an ordinary man doing extraordinary things.

Indigenous Australians Minister Malarndirri McCarthy says Parliament ‘not ready for Makarrata”Dan Jervis-BardyThe West Australian
Wed, 2 October 2024 2:00AM
Plans for a Makarrata Commission to oversee Indigenous truth-telling and treaty making will not be revived before the next Federal election as Labor tries to avoid a re-run of the divisive Voice debate.
Minister for Indigenous Australians Malarndirri McCarthy admitted Federal Parliament was “not ready” to embrace the idea, blaming Opposition Leader Peter Dutton for politicising Makarrata and killing off any prospects of bi-partisan support.
Almost 12 months on from the Voice to Parliament’s resounding referendum defeat, Senator McCarthy said the Government needed to be “really cautious” about pursuing a policy that could be weaponised against Indigenous Australians.
“I think that the intent behind Makarrata is sincere with that call for truth-telling, but our Parliament is not ready for that,” she said, adding things could change depending on who was voted in at the next election.
A Makarrata Commission and a constitutionally enshrined Voice to Parliament were the two requests in the Uluru Statement from the Heart that Labor committed to deliver in full.
After losing the Voice referendum, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was accused of walking away from the truth-telling body after only endorsing the principle of Makaratta — a Yolgnu word that means “coming together after a struggle” — during an interview at August’s Garma Festival.
In her first interview with The West since replacing Linda Burney in the porfolio, Senator McCarthy said while Labor still believed in Makarratta it was reluctant to pursue the proposal without the Opposition’s support.
Mr Dutton has ruled out creating a national treaty and truth-telling body if he wins the next Federal election, saying a Coalition government would spend the money on practical measures instead.
“I do value the fact that the principle of voice, treaty, truth is still very strong. You know, we do believe in that,” Senator McCarthy said.
“But we also accept the political reality that if you’re going to weaponise Indigenous Affairs to the extent that we saw through the referendum, we have to be very careful as to how we progress forward and to ensure that we can try and get bipartisanship.
“We have to be really cautious progressing that path and enabling that kind of weaponisation again towards First Nations people.”
Senator McCarthy last month toured Banksia Hill Detention Centre just days after the death of a 17-year-old inside the troubled facility — the second death in WA’s youth justice system in 10 months.
After talks with Aboriginal legal groups and new WA Corrective Services Commissioner Brad Royce, she said everyone agreed there “was an issue that had to be dealt with”.
“What I didn’t hear was universal agreement on how that would happen,” she added.

Dissappointed in Vance.
He didn’t seem to get the fundamental fact that the moderators would never put hard questions to Vance, and so he should have been ready to.
The moderators would never fact-check Walz- he should have, with chips.

The abortion debate in the USA has become incredibly dishonest – although credible in the current climate that it goes down this path.
They always want to quote an individual who was denied an abortion in her state, and had to travel to get it, or had something awful happen because she couldn’t.
If states can’t legislate on this matter, why have states? Each has its own governor, each has its own legislature, its own police force. If you don’t like your state you can move. If you can’t get an abortion there you can travel to another place, it’s not that expensive. People move all the time, like from NY to Florida, California to Florida, Blue State to Red state.
A woman’s ability to “control her own body” isn’t just about abortion.

Haven’t yet read what other Cats are saying about the debate. Watched it pretty much in entirety, unfortunately interrupted by a neighbouring farmer who sat down to watch it with us & yabbered on and kept diverting from the debate!
Anyway, watched enough for a verdict.
Walz seemed to us like a used car salesman. Very pressured in his “sell”. Tried to look believable, but like many car salesmen – tried too hard. And he became increasingly rattled as it was clear that Vance was giving a peak performance.
Husband just said that Sky is saying it was a “master class” from JD. I agree. That military background, combined with legal training, ensured a really measured & calm performance. JD came across as a genuine, family man who loves his country, and is also exceptionally talented. Personally, I would put my life in his hands in an emergency.
I did like the agreement both men reached on certain points. Very civilised. Walz actually performed better than I expected, but, for the reasons above, I would not trust him with anything of importance to me.

Peter Dutton has made a pre-election pledge to “turn the tide of anti-Semitism” in Australia, portraying himself as a leader with “moral clarity and courage” who can restore social cohesion.
The Opposition Leader made the pitch months out from the federal election, which is due by May, declaring the Coalition “will not waver” in its support for Israel and Australians of Jewish faith.
“Since October 7, I’ve attended vigils and synagogue services. I’ve delivered speeches and written columns. I travelled to Israel where I spoke with survivors and the families of hostages; I visited a kibbutz and the site of the Nova music festival where innocent people were butchered; I watched footage of Hamas’s atrocities; and I met with Israel’s President Isaac Herzog, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Israel Katz,” Mr Dutton said in his new year message to Jewish Australians.
“I’ve done these things to show that I and the Coalition stand with our ally Israel and with Australians of Jewish faith. And we will not waver. In Australia, anti-Semitism is not only a threat to one segment of our community. It’s a threat to our social cohesion, to our democratic values, and to our way of life.
And remember, first they come for the Saturday people and then they come for the Sunday people.

The Israel response to the Iran attack ….from the Oz
If there were ever cause to target Iran’s nuclear facilities, this is it. Iran has shown that it might well use a bomb if it’s acquired, and Tehran would certainly use it as deterrent cover for conventional and terrorist attacks on Israel, Sunni Arab states and perhaps the U.S. Iran is closer than ever to a nuclear weapon and won’t stop itself. The question for American and Israeli leaders is: If not now, when?
Iran’s revolutionary regime has shown itself again to be a regional and global menace. It started this war via Hamas, which it funds, arms and trains to carry out massacres like the one on Oct. 7, and it escalated via Hezbollah, spreading war to Lebanon. Other proxies destabilise Iraq and Yemen, fire on Israeli and U.S. troops and block global shipping. It sends drones and missiles to Russia and rains ballistic missiles on Israel. All while seeking nukes.
Escalating this confrontation now is a gamble for Iran. With Hamas depleted and Hezbollah in disarray, Iran’s proxies can’t defend it the way they usually would. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei may be betting that Mr. Biden will shrink again from defending the civilised world from a dangerous regime. Will he be right? The Wall St Journal

A 19 year old is a “teen”!
A teen has been charged with displaying a terrorist organisation’s symbol after she allegedly marched with a Hezbollah flag around her shoulders at a protest in Sydney’s CBD over the weekend.
Police launched a public appeal on Wednesday to identify a woman depicted at a pro-Palestine and Hezbollah protest in the city’s centre on Sunday as part of an investigation into alleged displays of prohibited symbols.
Just hours later, Sarah Mouhanna handed herself in at Kogarah police station, where she was arrested for questioning.
The 19-year-old woman has now been charged with causing a public display of a prohibited terrorist organisation symbol after police allege she had a yellow Hezbollah flag wrapped around her shoulders while marching with protesters.

Military strategist Edward Luttwak reckons that, rather than attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, Israel should bomb their port facilities from where they ship the product they completely depend upon – oil.
As I go about my business, I’ve been following the UK reporting of events in the ME.
Aside from direct reporting of the missile strikes on Israel there has been the usual media strategic commentary, ranging from people with some inside knowledge to embarrassing twaddle from ‘Our ME Correspondent’.
Interestingly, there is an increasing focus on the long-term regional destabilisation strategy of the loathsome Iranian regime. And the public comments from government talking heads are starting to reflect this tone. So, presumably, the US Administration is pondering some sort of response that Team Starmer is going to have to sell.
What I’ve been told through a Thai living in Oz. Bus run off compressed methane that isn’t liquified, I’ve seen these set ups on normally lorries in that part of the world but never a passenger bus. Anything to do with methane between 5 & 20% is explosive, one spark and the poor kids would never have had a chance.
Apparently though the bus was signed off to run off 3 tanks, there were 6 on board one behind the driver and 2 more in the cargo bins as well as the approved fuel cylinders.
Thai vehicles have to get an annual inspection but the process is fraught with corruption especially in rural regions like Isan. The bus did have a recent check and was signed off on.
I’d say the inspecting authority, bus owner and even the driver will be looking at jail time. Driver didn’t help himself by running away, apparently has gone down like a lead balloon in Thailand.

Guyana has the fastest-growing economy in the world because of massive offshore oil fields being developed by Exxon Mobil. Now its next-door neighbor Suriname could be on the verge of a burst of economic growth after two oil producers announced a $10.5 billion investment on Tuesday in oil and gas production there.
French energy giant TotalEnergies is the operator on the project, in a partnership with Houston oil company APA. Staatsolie, Suriname’s national oil company, is also eligible to take a 20% stake.
First production should come by 2028, and TotalEnergies expects the project to pump out 220,000 barrels of oil a day. That’s not in the league of Guyana. The Guyana project could eventually produce 2 million barrels a day, up from over 600,000 today, some analysts say.
2 million barrels represents around 2% of the world’s daily consumption.

Approximately 20 got through the defensive perimeter.
They actually fired closer to 200.
19 were lost and 160 blown up in the sky.
Their success rate is 10%, which means their failure rate is 90%. I guess for a Mideast regime, 10% success rate is considered, pretty, pretty good.

That is how missile attacks should be conducted. When I saw the Hezbollah attacks I was surprised that they appeared to be only firing 10-12 at a time. Iran did it correctly, saturation attacks with the aim of overwhelming defenses. No-one expects the majority of missiles to strike heavily defended targets.
The problem for Israel and the USN is anti-missile missiles are very expensive. Iran can keep lobbing cheap stuff at Israel and unless they can maintain continual fighter patrols to use cheaper air to air aircraft missiles for interception they will run out of missiles and the costs will be enormous.

Here’s how I see it:
You’ve got Iran, the Hez and the missile-loving dancing Tootsies taking shots at Israel. Their game is not just to wreck Israel’s military and civilian setup, but to stack up as many dead Jews as they can.
Meanwhile, if Iran’s hell-bent on going nuclear, Israel may have to make a move soon. Otherwise, they’re staring down the barrel at their own annihilation.
Iran can keep lobbing cheap stuff at Israel and unless they can maintain continual fighter patrols to use cheaper air to air aircraft missiles for interception they will run out of missiles and the costs will be enormous.
Sure, but that assumes Iran will continue as a functioning state.
Iran has the same problem. It will also run out of missiles. It might even have to stop selling missiles to Russia. Iran won’t collapse through invasion, a nightmare scenario for anyone contemplating that. Rot it from within, cripple the economy, kill the religious leaders. It has huge underground storage facilities and no amount of missile or airborne attacks can damage that. I can’t see Iran collapsing. Wars are not won from the air alone. Despite years of ground attacks by the Saudis using highly capable ground attack fighters Yemen remains functional as a military force.
How ‘successful’ they were we are in no position to determine atm. Next few days will clarify.

I hope it doesn’t happen praying it won’t get that far. If Israel considers its fate is existential, what choice do they have but use nuclear weapons?
It won’t fire first. If it has to retaliate though even nukes won’t take out the underground facilities. Israel will know if a nuke has been fired at it because even if the missile is destroyed in flight it will leave a radiation signature(?). We don’t know how many warheads Iran has but I suspect it is fewer than Israel and the odds of a nuke getting through the shield is very low. That leaves Iran with the prospect of having attempted a nuclear attack, failed, and dealing with the repercussions. That would also create a dilemma with their pals in the Kremlin and any country aligned with Iran.
People need to stop thinking that their enemies are stupid. Remember the “drug addled neo-Nazis” some fools were proclaiming?I don’t think Iran will go nuclear. They’re not stupid, even this attack demonstrates that. Poor aiming but the same is happening with Russian missiles in Ukraine and I vaguely recall that in the Gulf and Iraq Wars they kept quiet about how many Tomahawks went astray.
Sorry, JC, hard to see the rule there in a wall of bold. The failure rate is reflected in their reaching the target zone, not a small thing for a ballistic missile. 90% is pretty good. How many got through I have no clear idea yet but I think it’s north of 20.

Pro-Palestine organisers have vowed to go ahead with a protest and vigil regardless of a court bid by NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb to block the events as political leaders from the major parties voiced support for banning rallies on the one-year anniversary of Hamas’ October 7 terror attacks.
The NSW Supreme Court on Thursday will hear the state police’s argument to stop the two events – and to deem both as “unauthorised” – which would be contested in the same court by the organisers, the Palestinian Action Group.
On Wednesday, the group said regardless of the court’s decision, Sunday’s rally and Monday’s vigil would go ahead.
PAG organiser Josh Lees said: “We will be protesting on Sunday regardless of any court outcome as we have done for 51 weeks, in opposition to the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the war on Lebanon.”

Pretty small crater for a ballistic missile.
Looking the vision on early morning TV of some of the impacts, I was also struck by the modest craters. Being explosive, but not military minded, I wondered how many of these ballistic missiles Iran would have to launch to cause any significant damage.
Then I realised, it’s state terrorism, not really a military endeavour at all.

“Distribution transformers are a bedrock component of our energy infrastructure,” National Renewable Energy Laboratory researcher Killian McKenna said, who was recently quoted by PV Magazine.
McKenna pointed out, “But utilities needing to add or replace them are currently facing high prices and long wait times due to supply chain shortages. This has the potential to affect energy accessibility, reliability, affordability—everything.”
Other reasons for the transformer shortages besides power grid upgrades include raw material sourcing problems, pandemic-related supply chain woes and backlogs, labor constraints, shipping issues, and geopolitical tensions.
It appears the US is struggling to fix its system and the last 20 years of hollowing out the spares infrastructure is coming home to roost.

…aand a little something from the Babylon Bee:
After Minnesota Governor and U.S. Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz claimed he was friends with them in Tuesday night’s debate, school shooters across the nation were quick to distance themselves from “that total weirdo.”
A spokesperson for the National Association of School Shooters clarified that “we didn’t really know him all that well” and “our moms just made us hang out with him and invite him to our birthday parties sometimes.”
Just to let you all know that the Babylon Bee is a satirical site – and Tim Walz is a dickhead.
There.
I said it out loud.

I noticed that last night Cats were discussing whether Israel would attack Iran’s nuclear facilities. OS pundits are suggesting that Israel will more likely take out their port facilities which export their only serious product – oil.

I have been given an automatic vacuum by one of the daughters – sheesh.
It appears to get around ok, or it would if the bloody kelpie would stop trying to herd it and corral it into corners. When all else fails it jumps all over it trying to stop it.
As much as I think it to be hilarious, the dog will never give up so the machine is headed for the storage shed between daughter visits.

Re-elected Albanese: Champion of truth (under government regulation)
The Mocker
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese gives his first press conference following the 2025 election and his return from Government House …
Good morning, everyone. Can I begin by saying how proud I am to stand before you as the first prime minister since John Howard to serve a full term and be returned as the leader of this great nation. And to the Australian people, thank you for your continued faith in me and my government.
But I will not pretend this has been an easy campaign for Labor. We have retained government, but at a cost. The Noalition’s lies, negativity and scare campaigns were brutally effective. They have increased their parliamentary numbers, but only by deceiving voters.
Make no mistake: dishonesty is in their DNA. Today they told another outright lie in claiming I told voters I would never do a deal with the Greens in the event of a hung parliament. But I gave no such undertaking. And consistent with my ethos of working to bring Australians together, I look forward to Greens leader Adam Bandt joining us in cabinet.
During the campaign I met with and spoke to many Australians. And all of them, without exception, told me the times are such they find it impossible to separate truth and lies. “Albo,” they said, “you are doing a fantastic job, but we need your government to do more to protect us against disinformation”.
Disinformation is a danger to democracy. It is the second-biggest threat to social cohesion after Islamophobia. Those who disseminate it are well-versed in deception, and many ordinary Australians do not have the skills to navigate the complexities of fast flowing information. That is why my government introduced the draft Combatting Misinformation and Disinformation Bill last year.
Much has been said about this bill, but my friend and colleague, Treasurer Jim Chalmers, said it best during an interview last year. He said, and I quote, “The steps that we are taking when it comes to misinformation and disinformation are about protecting and cherishing and advancing free speech, not censoring it”.
Jim was spot on. The only way to advance and cherish free speech is if my government controls, regulates, and removes information on digital platforms as we see fit. This is not censorship. I do not apologise for advancing free speech or for protecting Australians.
Not surprisingly, the purveyors of disinformation fought furiously against this bill. They falsely claimed it would create a “chilling effect” on free speech. They said giving Communications Minister Michelle Rowland the power to order the Australian Communications and Media Authority to investigate a social media platform was “draconian”. Sadly, good does not always prevail over evil, and our bill was defeated.
Like many Labor politicians, I know too well what it is like to be the victim of disinformation. So many examples come to mind, all of which were intended to portray me as dishonest, evasive, and untrustworthy. I had allegedly promised to deliver the Morrison government’s stage three tax cuts in full. I had supposedly backed this up by saying, “My word is my bond”.
I had apparently dismissed as “complete nonsense” reports that I would appoint Kevin Rudd as ambassador to the US if Labor won. I had supposedly said I would not alter tax provisions for superannuation. But I never said any of these things. Next thing you know they will claim I promised I would not review negative gearing!
I want to talk more about the disinformation bill and the reason it was defeated. As you know we, in good faith, made the decision to exempt mainstream media from its application. That was because we in Labor believe, and we still do, that a free press is the cornerstone of a free society.
The media exercises great power, and with that power comes responsibility. But as we have seen during the last three years, it sometimes falls short of that responsibility. It amplifies and perpetuates the disinformation of others. And increasingly, so-called journalists and commentators create disinformation. This situation cannot be allowed to continue.
We witnessed this during the voice referendum. Certain sections of the media – I’m not going to name which one – took a partisan stance, rather than observing their ethical obligation to report the facts. They poisoned the public mind. They lied in claiming I had refused to provide full details on how the voice would operate. They ridiculed my assurances this proposal was “just good manners”. They disputed my claims this was merely about recognising Aborigines and Torres Strait Islanders in the constitution.
As I said, I am not going to single out any particular outlet. But you know who they are. Like I said last year, “There are some journalists who [are] more stenographers, in particular in the right-wing media, than actual journalists”. They are a “cheer squad” for Opposition Leader Peter Dutton, I said. They intentionally blur news with opinion.
It is the role of the media to report facts and offer informed and fair commentary. But a noisy minority do not do this. They slander my government in alleging our response to the Middle East conflict is dictated by the demographics of Western Sydney seats. They contest the fact that renewables are the cheapest form of energy. They falsely claim that going nuclear will ensure reliable energy and net-zero emissions. They even ridicule Labor’s protests that nuclear reactors will result in three-eyed fish.
My government will ensure this pretend journalism no longer deceives the public. Accordingly, our revised disinformation bill will now apply to the media. For those journalists and commentators who take exception, I say you have nothing to fear if you report the truth. Just tell it straight and be upfront, like I always do. And for the Opposition, I say your vote on this issue will reveal to the world if you are for or against disinformation. It is as simple as that.
Lastly, I just want to mention misinformation. It is as insidious as disinformation. As Dr Chalmers said last year, misinformation can damage the economy, and it is incumbent on us to be alert to this. I want everyone to think carefully about what they say and write, particularly when it is detrimental to good government.
Again, no names, but a certain RBA governor falsely claimed last year that government spending was prolonging high interest rates.
That is all I have to say about our disinformation bill. Remember, Labor stands for truthfulness. We stand for integrity. We stand for honesty. I am Labor to the core. You have no need to ask, ‘What does Albanese stand for’, because you already know.
Journalist: It stands for “Another Longwinded Bullshit-Artist and a Notoriously Erratic and Spineless Embarrassment”?
It certainly reinforced the point that the MSM can’t be trusted with debates.

Meanwhile – “WW, why did you claim to be in Tiananmen Square when the CCP didn’t massacre a whole bunch of reactionary students?”
WW: Well, I’m a knucklehead who grew up in a small rural town …”
I think the winner of that debate was four more years of inflation and higher interest rates.
Not to mention a whole bunch of butchered babies. Winners. Every single one of them.
Albanese might want to focus on his home state, where federal Labor has just fallen to a historic low of 30% according to Newspoll, meaning they’re on track to lose at least 3-4 seats.
Excellent news, although Sydney and Grayndler are likely to be snaffled by the greenfilth.
Uh oh, Vance doesn’t like economists. Can’t imagine why.
And the memes are already happening! The WIP should be excellent, although the way things are going maybe a midweek WIP could be in the pipeline.
Dissappointed in Vance.
He didn’t seem to get the fundamental fact that the moderators would never put hard questions to Vance, and so he should have been ready to.
The moderators would never fact-check Walz- he should have, with chips.
In short, the Blob framed the debate. And won.
Note i listened sporadically on headphones while working.
Brilliant – almost thought I hadn’t heard WW say this: “I’ve become friends with school shooters”.
Yep, there is no “constitutional right to abortion” you loathsome ghouls.
Lizzie, in a convoluted inversion, i think i’m like the radio audience who gave the debate to Nixon, whereas you’re the TV watchers who liked Kennedy.

This is why I want Dutton to win…

Labor’s misinformation bill a ‘clear and present danger’ to democracy

Hezbollah, which traditionally represents the Lebanese Shia community, has seats in Lebanon’s parliament and has political, social and military components.

Military strategist Edward Luttwak reckons that, rather than attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, Israel should bomb their port facilities from where they ship the product they completely depend upon – oil.
https://unherd.com/2024/10/israel-should-hit-iran-where-it-hurts/
As I go about my business, I’ve been following the UK reporting of events in the ME.
Aside from direct reporting of the missile strikes on Israel there has been the usual media strategic commentary, ranging from people with some inside knowledge to embarrassing twaddle from ‘Our ME Correspondent’.
Interestingly, there is an increasing focus on the long-term regional destabilisation strategy of the loathsome Iranian regime. And the public comments from government talking heads are starting to reflect this tone. So, presumably, the US Administration is pondering some sort of response that Team Starmer is going to have to sell.
Also interestingly, there is no commentary whatever about the abject failure of the UN in its implementation of Resolution 1701. Lots of anguished UN hand-wringing, but zero reflection on nearly 20 years of shuffling inaction while Tehran and Hezbollah gives the international community the forks.
(Yes, Wikipedia as reference. But this is a reasonable recount of events.)

Tragic bus fire in Bangkok yesterday.

That belongs to the scenario where Iran makes 6 nukes and tells the West they have secreted them in the major cities of the Infidels.

Their success rate is 10%, which means their failure rate is 90%. I guess for a Mideast regime, 10% success rate is considered, pretty, pretty good.
No they didn’t, and no, they weren’t. How ‘successful’ they were we are in no position to determine atm. Next few days will clarify.
Huh huh.
Didn’t you break your own rule?
Sure, but that assumes Iran will continue as a functioning state.
Let’s hope Israel decides to do something other than allow Iran the right to one way traffic.

Israel bars UN secretary general from entering country (JPost, 2 Oct)
Go back to fighting climate change, dickhead.
What was that?
John H
I hope it doesn’t happen praying it won’t get that far. If Israel considers its fate is existential, what choice do they have but use nuclear weapons?
Iran got a school they were aiming at.

Pretty small crater for a ballistic missile.
Anyway, “Sliante” to all you mob.
Mme Zulu has been on the internet – she informs me that there is the whisky lounge of a hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland, where you can sample very rare single malts for THREE HUNDRED POUNDS a session.
To certain of my family, expecting a sizeable inheritance, bad luck, your eccentric forebear blew the lot in his lifetime. Serves you right for voting Labor/Greens.

Don’t New South Wales coppers have tear gas and truncheons, any more?
Pretty small crater for a ballistic missile.
Looking the vision on early morning TV of some of the impacts, I was also struck by the modest craters. Being explosive, but not military minded, I wondered how many of these ballistic missiles Iran would have to launch to cause any significant damage.
Then I realised, it’s state terrorism, not really a military endeavour at all.
“All of the missile impacts in Israeli airbases are deemed by the IDF as “ineffective,” meaning that no harm was caused to the continuous operations of the IAF.”

In memory of the IMMORTAL Kris Kristofferson.
A woman’s ability to “control her own body” isn’t just about abortion.
Funny, dat. A woman can control her own body to abort baby, but not resist the Health Czar’s Semashko direction to be vaccinated against her will.
You’re wasting your own, Zulu.
Take your 300 quid and stand the bar at the Ensign Ewart, Sandy Bell’s or- my favourite- the Sheep Heid. So old they’re not really sure when it established. Also, contains a sheep’s heid. And a skittle alley. Huge fun.
Or git outta E’burg and out west to the Old Forge.

Iran Nuclear Program Should Be Israel’s Target After Missile Attack (legalinsurrection.com)
I wonder if our prime minister will be attending something like this …
….
President Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America, will participate in an October 7th Remembrance Event on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 6:00PM EDT. Jewish community leaders will gather to honor the 1,200 lives lost after being taken hostage and killed on that fateful morning one year ago. The event will also remember the victims of antisemitic violence that has continued to afflict communities worldwide since that tragic day
You may remember this from a couple of weeks ago – the Sherriff sees something on the Judges phone and shoots him several times in the Judges rooms.
There are comments to the effect that the Judge had been molesting the Sheriffs daughter and the Sherriff was convinced the Judge was trying to kidnap the child and mother. All this from evidence on the Judges phone which is now being examined forensically.
Hmmm. Murky.

Albanese: That’s – that’s disinformation! Michelle! Michelle!
