Top Ender

If they check out the Principles of War and go for Surprise they’d take it in a few days. And then we’d talk about sanctions, and pass silly motions in the UN, and then nothing would happen. Game over.

Strategy of the Fait Accompli. Argentina tried it in the Falklands. Didn’t go well.

Big difference between legal and proper

If you mean by what the cucked courts will enforce, yes.

Improper purposes in administrative law are unlawful. This is in common law (inherent jurisdiction of the Supreme Courts) and the ADJR and various legislative instrument Acts.

There is nothing in the 2015 explanatory memorandum that supports COVID passports. Reading section 13 of the Act would require Federal legislation for internal passports, but they would likely be ultra vires anyway.

Evil shits gunna evil shit..

How much more frightening will this conspiracy get? Now, according to court documents reported by JusttheNews.com, we learn that The Dark Lord himself, George Soros, paid for his own investigator to work for the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee to plant the fake Trump-Russia story–and that then-Senator John McCain let him do it.

and we cant have a person on TV playing clips proving a “discredited theory” is actually touted as a plan by the now President.

After the Anti-Defamation League renewed its call for Tucker Carlson to be fired from Fox News for voicing the racist “great replacement” theory about immigration, the primetime host had a pithy response: “Fuck them.”

Carlson was speaking to the former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly on Sirius XM. He made the comments in question on his show on Wednesday, which averages more than 3 million viewers a night.

Claiming the Biden administration was trying “to change the racial mix of the country”, Carlson said: “In political terms, this policy is called ‘the great replacement’, the replacement of legacy Americans with more obedient people from far-away countries.

“They brag about it all the time, but if you dare to say it’s happening they will scream at you with maximum hysteria.”

Fresh calls for Fox News to fire Tucker Carlson over ‘replacement theory’
Host dismisses Anti-Defamation League after organization urges network to drop him

Kelly also played a clip of Joe Biden speaking in 2015, which Carlson used on Wednesday.

In the clip, the then vice-president says: “An unrelenting stream of immigration, non-stop, non-stop. Folks like me who were Caucasian, of European descent for the first time in 2017 will be in an absolute minority in the United States of America, absolute minority. Fewer than 50% of the people in America from then and on will be White European stock. That’s not a bad thing. That’s as a source of our strength.

On Wednesday, Carlson said: “An unrelenting stream of immigration. But why? Well, Joe Biden just said it, to change the racial mix of the country … to reduce the political power of people whose ancestors lived here, and dramatically increase the proportion of Americans newly arrived from the Third World … This is the language of eugenics, it’s horrifying.”

I reckon if the Chunks took Taiwan we’d do nothing. As per the USA and everyone else.

That would be my P90 case too- at least as far as Australia/US are concerned.

However, amongst the screaming and flurry of vetoed UN Security Council resolutions, there is a high chance that Japan and Korea would become nuclear states a few months later.

That would certainly keep Emperor Xi and his courtiers awake at night.

But back from that, I suspect that the CCP is not ready for the inevitable economic and political damage. Xi needs a full tank at home to survive the fallout – and he’s not there yet.

He argues that Asia-based chip makers, such as those in Taiwan, China and South Korea, are already racing to meet demand, and will likely continue to dominate in the future.

That’s another fun one Mole. Taiwan has 90% or so of the 7 nm capacity….and the rest is in South Korea.

That the South Koreans just successfully tested a SLBM a couple weeks ago is rather interesting, since it implies they just might have something sharp and pointy to stick onto the front of it.

Yesterday The Australian asked

“Stark reality of a two-tier society: how should anti-vaxxers be treated?

As protests and attacks on Covid-19 vaccination hubs in Melbourne have shown, many of the one in 10 among us do not intend to accept their bleak future quietly. “

You’re being promised a “bleak future”and you better accept it ‘quietly’, say your masters in the media / political class.

Roger – The pertinent question is when Taiwan acquired nuclear weapons. China has only recently developed the capability to take the island by force. Those nuke plants have been there quietly for a long time.

I’d suggest if Taiwan had nukes the CCP would know about it.

It was fascinating, and wonderful, on TV midnight at the turn of the century. I think it was The Church who did the music, or maybe Crowded House. Interestingly, I read the AIR 2015 Act explanatory memorandum and it noted that 74% to 97% vaccination was required.

If they’re not even aiming for levels where herd immunity can be achieved*, I’d argue that is also a reason to say the passports are unlawful as they are not being used for the intent of the legislation.

*COVID vaccine efficacy is lower than most others – an impossible number of people need to be vaccinated to achieve herd immunity.

If you have not yet waded into “Reflections of a Ravaged Century”, do yourself a favour.
I found a copy on Internet Archive for free download. I have read it before but then it was just a history not a frightening and exact model for the destruction of our contemporary democracy.
His brilliance is in covering the events that we are all familiar with from an everyday and personal rather than a big hands strategic perspective.
His review of Soviet stupidity and the idiocy of the useful idiots is almost comedic.
Scariest element is the translation of the whole Soviet ideological combative ethos to our now familiar contemporary totalitarian outburst. The west has shown its superiority by doing Soviet better than the Soviets.
He creates pithy and funny definitions of the apparatchiks and boosters; intellectuals etc. One of my favourites is ‘nihilist’: “smug and unlearned”.

He really is a remarkable specimen: a spineless dickhead. From the AAP wire:

Scott Morrison isn’t getting ahead of himself but is keen to bring people together in the coalition to tackle climate change with the aim of getting to net zero emissions by 2050.

The Prime Minister has spent the past week in the US where he met President Joe Biden and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who are both locked into the 2050 target, as well as fellow members of the so-called Quad that includes India and Japan.

“I’m keen to ensure I bring people together on this so Australians can have confidence we are dealing with climate change, that we care deeply about their concerns about what the change means for them,” Mr Morrison told the Seven Network from Washington.

Consider the moral sick that we’re treading water in.

A class of people – the ruling class, have decided that a huge group of the population are to be convicted by the government, without trial, under the guise of now stretching on forever emergency powers, and banned from life: “a bleak future” they promise. Rhetoric directly comparable to any of the same categorisations of any group that was ‘othered’ anywhere in Europe by the ruling classes last century.

They then run stories that these people, who right now sit here free people, and tomorrow, next month, whenever – will be switched to ‘untouchable / criminal’ status, that them angrily voicing their opposition and defence of themselves against this revolting plan for them, is worse than what is proposed to be done to them.

That is, being ‘uncouth’ is, according to the media class propaganda, is a worse crime than being systematically purged from society. Now we would expect such ham fisted propaganda from the mouth organ of the state, that’s not the real story here, the real story is the upper middle class filth that dutifully read The Australian, read this stuff nodding their head fully agreeing “tsk tsk, what are we to do with these recalcitrant people [who are conveniently also largely my class, social and political enemies]?”.

“…. “violators of the passport regime”, etc. were also dealt with in a summary way.”

Passport regime you say?

While the basic role of the Soviet passport was to certify a person’s identity, it assumed a far greater significance in Soviet life. Without it, a person literally ‘disappeared’ from society.

It was impossible to find employment or carry out everyday activities like picking up a parcel from the post office; a person could not marry or even officially die without a passport. It was absolutely essential on virtually every occasion when an individual had contact with officialdom because it was always necessary to prove that the individual was the person whom they claimed to be. And since the passport included an indication of the holder’s ethnic identity, individuals found themselves accorded a certain rank in a new hierarchy of nationalities where some ethnic categories were ‘normal’ and others were stigmatized.

Passport systems were used by state officials for the deportation of entire population categories – the so-called ‘former people’, those from the pre-revolutionary elite, and the relations of ‘enemies of the people’. But at the same time, passport ownership became the signifier of an acceptable social existence, and the passport itself – the information it contained, the photographs and signatures – became part of the life experience and self-perception of those who possessed it.

Australia Post is already integrated with the digital id framework.

It’s literally already built.

The ‘vaccine passport’ is also a trojan horse for a mass roll out the commonwealth digital id, not straight away like I’ve said, but very shortly after it will be turned on to prevent passport ‘fraud’.

Your Health Passport will require integration with your digital id, 100% guaranteed, it’s already written. Just like the QR code apps already had AIR vaccination status integration written into them.

Then it’s done and dusted, once everyone accepts that -the internal soviet passport / id style system is complete, your ‘Health Passport’ will quickly become a general ‘passport’ and ID app. Like the soviet passport, you won’t be able to do anything in life without it, and everything will be connected to it. However unlike the Soviet passport system, this one is being sold to the population from the get-go as it’s entire purpose being control and compliance. How much worse it will be!

This was always what was intended, march last year it was said you will not escape this time without mandatory vaccination and a digital id system, and here we are.

I researched it when the old cat was going and may look at it again. Parts of my job have me looking at legislation or more importantly regulations be it mining or environmental, the regulations are where this will be tweaked and was from what I was able to deduce. The Privacy Act till March was watertight on medical info, you could say no to divulging it to just about anyone. Then they passed amendments to the act to delegate this power to the discretion of the Privacy Commissioner. The regulations were amended in April I believe to allow that. Think I said at the time Scomo was speaking with forked tongue about vaccine passports not being a consideration.

You can use Digital iD™ to prove your identity at Australia Post when picking up a parcel and applying for a mail redirection or hold.

With Keypass in Digital iD™, you can prove you’re over 18 when entering participating age-restricted venues and purchasing alcohol

Prove your identity online

Check people’s details with confidence

Facebook, Ebay, Gumtree, Auspost, your bank, restaurants, employers, utility providers, state goverments everyone will integrate with the digital id system, your ‘passport’ will be the mechanism for it all, it will authenticate you to everyone else.

A cottage industry of social credit scoring companies will spring up around it: Facebook, Ebay, Twitter, the National Tenancy Database, your bank, Service NSW, etc will feed your ‘bad’ (got banned off Facebook for posting misinformation) or ‘good’ (is vaccinated) behaviour into their systems. Same as creditors now feed all your bill paying finance behaviours into credit companies under the CCR system.

This is the birth of the Chinese social credit score, long salivated over by our technocratic elite, they are using covid and their emergency powers as cover to roll it out come hell or highwater. You know it.

For those telling struth here to “go first”
I already have.
The song freedom was banned by the organisers of the freedom rally I was going to be part of.
Until I realised it was the green left true anti vaxxer nut jobs, so I pulled out.

I have lost two jobs over this.
I could have resumed work this year but told them I refuse to wear a mask so I won’t be flying anywhere or obeying any of the bullshit.
The season is 2 and a half grand a week for 6 months, spent mostly in the most remote areas of the outback so food and accommodation also supplied.
So it was my main job, 60 grand a year, that enabled me to then play guitar for extra money over the summer.
Until hysterical Karens thought being in a pub would kill nannas.

The season was a disaster anyway, as I knew it would be, but I still gave away that job on principle.
I have never QR coded.
I have never locked myself in my own bloody house.
I have never masked up.
Never.
Any of this bullshit I have not complied with.
I have never had a covid test.
I honoured those who died for our freedoms by ignoring the orders of anti western communist climate criminals (CCC) to not go to my cenotaph on the dawn of Anzac day.

I can’t cross borders because I would be physically prevented.
Yet a young bloke I know who I helped get started in transport and was going great guns, the son of one of my best mates, is about to lose everything he has worked for to stand against this.
His job of course means constantly crossing borders, but he is refusing to be forced to take the jab.
So are thousands of doctors nurses, cops, ambos, and people from all walks of life.
Already.

There are many.
So typical of the gang of sneerers to shout to those disobeying, you go first.
We already have.

I go around like nearly everybody else here, and ignore all the bullshit.
I can’t seem to get a fine no matter how hard I try.
I don’t and never have gona out of my way to avoid one.

So the statement I made that so upsets the little club of Frank, stands.
Yes I turned away when they pointed guns at me during the convoy, but I also don’t remember urging anyone to get shot either.
If everyone were just brave enough to ignore the dictates and understand you won’t have to pay the fine anyway, we’d be free right now.
Even if you do, I ask you, how much money do you think you are going to lose by obeying this tyranny?
They can’t fine everybody, and if you are unlucky enough to get a fine take it to court, and if you are still made to pay it, pay it in increments, and even then, that money will be taken from you if the tyranny continues and increases, anyway.

War veteran’s sting exposes secretive impostor group

exclusive
Charlie Peel
Journalist
@charliepeeled ?
6:29PM September 24, 2021

An Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran orchestrated an elaborate scheme to expose the flawed investigation process of a secretive online group dedicated to exposing military impostors.

Young Veterans Association co-founder Scott May took matters into his own hands when the group targeted one of his friends, claiming the fellow veteran had not earned the Afghanistan Medal he wore on Anzac Day.

Mr May’s sting operation, which he later revealed on social media, uncovered poor investigative techniques and a personal vendetta that the investigators had against him after he had criticised them for their pursuit of his friend, whose military record he vouched for.

Using an alias, Mr May shared false derogatory information about himself with the Australian New Zealand Military Impostors Group. The group, which has a long list of supposed “cheats and thieves” on its website, ran the information without verification.

The group has a genuine two-decade history of exposing real medal frauds, but Mr May says the group also has a record of harassing veterans. He said that when he first spoke under an alias to a group researcher, and offered information contradicting a wartime incident in which Mr May comforted a dying US military nurse, the researcher said “May is a real piece of work” and made clear that the group wanted to target him.

“I was recruited by them to investigate myself,” he said.

When Mr May later told the researcher that Mr May was threatening suicide because of the pending publication, the researcher was unsympathetic.

Mr May, who is the Toowoomba RSL sub-branch president, said he had been inundated with support from fellow soldiers since the incident, which he said highlighted a culture within veterans groups for trying to one-up each other or tear others down.

His main issue with the group was the way the unauthorised group “harassed” veterans and their friends and families for information based on anonymous tip-offs. A non-response from the veteran, perhaps reluctant to hand over personal information or recall traumatic events, was often deemed an admission of guilt.

Mr May said he appreciated the legitimate exposes by the military group over the years but it had strayed into petty, personal attacks based on little evidence and hearsay.

“For everyone exposed, how many have they harassed unnecessarily,” Mr May said. “You can’t just harass people without repercussions or responsibility.”

The researcher who wrote the article about Mr May, using the pseudonym Ernest Bounds, defended the investigation and told The Australian the organisation had accepted the information provided to it because it was backed by two statutory declarations.

Neither of the documents was correctly filled out.

ANZMI has since taken down the report published about Mr May, as well as the original report about Mr May’s friend.

The group published a statement on its website saying it had “taken the difficult decision to close down operations while we review and enhance our security”.

“We may have got it wrong, but we stand by every report on our website,” the ANZMI statement said. “We thank those involved in this little stunt, it has given us a kick in the bum and our systems will be better for it.”

Toowoomba-based federal MP Garth Hamilton, who was contacted by Mr May, said the matter should be considered in the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran suicide.

“The website has clearly stepped beyond the bounds of what’s acceptable by publishing unverified content that’s designed to intimidate and harass,” Mr Hamilton said

Heute ist der Bundeswahltag in Deutschland – today is federal election day in Germany. The two main parties, the Social Democrats (SPD) and the Christian Democrats (and its Bavarian sister party the CSU) are polling around 23-25 percent each, so there will be a coalition formed. The Greens are around 14%, the classical liberal Free Democrats are around 12%, the nationalist AfD is around 11% and the old East German commos Die Linke (The Left) are at 7%.

The SPD is flirting with doing a coalition with the Greens and Die Linke to avoid doing a ‘grand coalition’ with the CDU/CSU, which would be ironic given the SPD was forced by the Russians to ‘merge’ with the Communist Party in East Germany. The German media was working overtime after the floods in July to promote the Klimakrise (Climate Crisis) so expect a doubling down on renewables if that coalition was to be formed.

The CDU/CSU have few options given the vote is too small to just go with the Free Democrats and they have ruled out ever dealing with the AfD. They have flirted with a ‘Jamaica Coalition’ (so called because of the party colours of CDU/CSU black, Free Democrats yellow and the Greens), which is operating in a few state governments. The leader of the CDU, Armin Laschet the premier of North Rhine Westphalia, is unpopular compared to Markus Soeder, the premier of Bavaria, who has been publicly saying he should have been chosen as leader. Laschet was photographed laughing in the background when the President was delivering a condolence speech in the Ahr valley after the floods, which was received very badly by the German public.

It looks like Mutti Merkel will stay on as Chancellor for some time until a coalition government can be formed.

I’m not predicting the future by the way. The process I’ve written above is simply how it happened in China.

As yet, there’s no one social credit system. Instead, local governments have their own social record systems that work differently, while unofficial private versions are operated at companies such Ant Financial’s Zhima Credit, better known as Sesame Credit. Ant Financial is the payment firm spun out of Alibaba.

The Chinese govt slated 2020 as the year it would centralise all of the scores into one scoring framework.

Our future is already here:

Liu Hu is a journalist in China, writing about censorship and government corruption. Because of his work, Liu has been arrested and fined — and blacklisted. Liu found he was named on a List of Dishonest Persons Subject to Enforcement by the Supreme People’s Court as “not qualified” to buy a plane ticket, and banned from travelling some train lines, buying property, or taking out a loan.

“There was no file, no police warrant, no official advance notification. They just cut me off from the things I was once entitled to,” he told The Globe and Mail. “What’s really scary is there’s nothing you can do about it. You can report to no one. You are stuck in the middle of nowhere.”

Get that last bit?

Doggies have the best coach in the AFL. It’s only five years since your last flag. You’ll be back at the last Saturday in September next year or the one after.

Poor old Dees just slayed the 57-year-old Norm Smith curse for sacking the coach a year after the last flag. Max Gawn and North reject Ben Brown are the footy stories of the year.

Meanwhile, after abandoning my old man’s side (Dons) because of the arrogance they were dripping at an MCG president’s lunch in the 1990s, I’m attempting to be a good Johnny-come-lately Bluebagger (talked into it by a brother), but couldn’t really give a stuff after the clown show Carlton became early this century.

However, having finally found a president who understands winning and sacking the last of their incompetent coaches, the Blues have hired Michael Voss to head the team that will lead us out of clown world. Go, Baggers!

Are we now to deny the natural wiring of women to want children, build a nest and cluck away for the rest of their lives?
Even when they think, either by coercion or self imposed, that they want a career and never want children, it fucks with their tiny female brains.
That’s the technical and scientific explanation.
There’s a chemical imbalance, and it fucks the whole of society.
A woman’s desire to be protected and cluck away in the nest is as hard wired as it ever was.
It is the basis for civilisation and once removed, mocked, and torn apart by the left, they know that the destruction of that civilisation is assured.
Hence their relentless attack on the family.
There are evil men in the world like Dan, for sure.
Pure evil.
But to discount the fact that many a childless woman is not lost emotionally in the world , and therefore easily swayed to all sorts of lunacy is to deny nature.
You know I generalise, but generally it’s true.

I don’t whether to laugh or cry about this. The research is promising. Psilocybin, MDMA, LSD, ibogaine, etc are all being actively explored as psychiatric drugs. Belted Port in the prelim, fair enough.
But very patchy towards the end of the home and away and their first two finals, they were probably always going to beat the Bombers but fell over the line against the Lions. In those first two weeks of tye finals they had a free kick count of 50-27. That is pretty much a spare player, and a stack were in front of goal. That was a real capitulation after half-time and a few big names went missing (I exclude Bont and Treloar).
It is difficult for a runner-up to have a clean out, but I think they need to or they will slide.

But hey, weren’t they smart, giving themselves, 4, 5, 6 years of the people screaming, “Conspiracy Nut”, at everyone who dared say, “This is going to be real if we don’t stop it.”
Then we had a short blip of,
“China’s Social Credit System, Bad!”,
before jumping straight to,
“The Social Passport System Will Save Us All!”

What? I thought they were doing a bit of a service exposing frauds??

Making themselves arbitrators of everyone rather than just restricting themselves to outrageous imposters.

Yep.
Been waiting for someone to sue the arse off them for defamation. Some of their ‘exposes’ have looked quite shaky. Now there is indisputable proof that yes, they were quite shaky, false in fact.

The low hanging fruit is one thing – the oddballs who get around with more brass & medals than a Nigerian Rear-Admiral & call themselves a “Delta-Force SAS Clearance Diver Commando Seal Sniper”

They’ve made some cringeworthy bloopers, & a browse through their stuff uncovers a few ‘expose’ of blokes who claim (say) 6 years of service when really it was 5 yrs 11 months, so AHA! Gotcha… publish his name as a fraud.

What shines through reading their stuff is whoever is writing it is not very intelligent. (Hence the bloopers)
It’s sorta like being forced to sit through an RSL meeting – it becomes painfully obvious why some of the office bearers never made it past Leading Seaman.

The lack of rigour in some of their ‘investigation reports’ is obvious to even the most casual or disinterested reader.

“It may not be unthinkable that Gladys. B will arrive at that idea if someone tells her it is a good idea. Whoever the man in her life is, personal 0r professional, she seems like a woman who simply follows their ideas, very impressionable but not to her credit.”

Gladys is an ugly woman without children; she is capable of anything.

It’s a subject that’s been raised before, seriously; the problem of childless world leaders not having skin in the game beyond their not so many, remaining years.

Some say Gladys Berejiklian is a good leader (despite her ‘pillow talk’ and other problems so graciously swept away for her), other don’t.
Personally I don’t trust her because Political Parties love to install the most ruthless women to do their most traitorous acts because they always have the, “Misogyny!” Card to silence needed moves against them.

So, that’s that post covered.
Now, along comes JC –

Out of them all… and I emphasize this so there’s no mind reading or delusion… relatively speaking, she’s the best premier of the lot. And you can tell she doesn’t support what’s going on but only partly going for the ride because she has to. Everyone would be against her.

If you, as a woman are judging her looks, USSR – how about putting up a legitimate picture of yourself on Instagram and the fellas judge your looks. I’ll take a rough stab that Galdie is a few rungs up from you in the looks dept.
