….He [Minister Minischmuck] also had little time for those involved in the violent protests in Melbourne last week.

“That small element are society scum and quite frankly they should be forced into isolation at her majesty’s pleasure,” Mr Littleproud said.

“Those people do not deserve to live in this society freely.”

I knew there was a reason I didn’t move to Chinchilla.

Littleproud was born in Chinchilla, Queensland. His grandfather George Littleproud served on the Chinchilla Shire Council, while his father Brian Littleproud was a state Nationals MP and government minister.[1] He attended Chinchilla State High School and Toowoomba Grammar School.[2] As of 2019, he was one of the two members of the national cabinet who had no tertiary qualification.[3]

Littleproud was an agribusiness banker before entering politics.

Said it before, the 2021 “Nationals” are the party of CCP front agri-corps, banks and national sell outs. Nothing more.

I’ve been otherwise engaged and effectively incommunicado over the past 2-3 weeks and so haven’t been posting or reading the Cat. Today I had a few minutes and the first post was Dover’s “Victoria’s Finest”.

What a depressing review. I can’t shake the feeling that some of the police seem to be enjoying themselves – they have been given free rein and this is not an opportunity they will let pass. They want to show the plebs who is in charge and having been armed with assorted new ‘toys’, are keen to use them. If it were not for those pesky individuals with mobile phones who are recording their actions, the brutality would escalate beyond the eye gouging, brutal take-downs, being hit with the butt of a rifle, choked…….

Meanwhile, the MSM are struck mute save parroting the government’s approved commentary. Never again can we ridicule comparable scenes in some 3rd world hellhole. Our ‘leaders’ have authorised these police excesses – not tacitly, but with the full knowledge and assent of the State.

What a god-awful country we now live in.

That’s me, inappropriate. How about this:

Gladys is an ugly woman who chose to not have children: she is capable of anything.

I was particularly struck when she got her pointy little head together with another childless by choice woman, theresa may, and they were taped opining on the hoi polloi and why they needed to be controlled in respect of climate change.

Righto, calli, I’ll see what her take on it is.

Can I say this….none of my grandparents held authoritarian views; they were Menzies’ ‘forgotten people’, neither of the definite Right nor the hard Left because they were suspicious of ideologies and preferred pragmatic solutions to societal problems with only moderate government intervention. Yet while they had definite views on Communist ‘ratbags’, they were among those middle class voters who voted ‘No’ on the 1951 anti-Communist referendum, which of course was not carried because of that Liberal voter leakage. I remember my then elderly grandmother, who took a keen interest in politics, expressing disdain for Hinze at the time. Their’s was a worldview which I would call ‘Christian humanism’, nurtured by the Church of England when it still stood unambiguously for something.

Make no mistake this is a political arrest and if it happened in Russia or China we would be condemning human rights abuse.

‘But there’s a pandemic’.

That’s not relevant, you can’t simply turn human rights on and off, and they sure as hell don’t depend on whether our politicians like them or not.

Harrison is a relatively mild mannered man, I’ve never seen him get in people’s faces or start any sort of trouble. His ‘crime’ is to believe that our rights belong to us, not to our government, and nothing more.

And in Daniel Andrew’s Victoria that’s all it takes to be a criminal.

Good people break bad laws.

Let’s ensure we all watch what happens in his case, and support him as things proceed.

No-one in their right mind would put a lettuce salad out for a dog. As I understand it, Vegans usually use some horrible mock-meat made out of pulses etc, rather as the kibbles for cats and dogs are often a mixture of carbs and meat proteins, hot pressed into a crunchy kibble.

That said, I’ve never thought that vegans were in their right minds, so maybe salad it was that she got her poor starved dog to eat. I’ve seen starving dogs in Sri Lanka chewing on watermelon rind for sustenance.

Yes, I think that sums up the general sentiment at the time, Tinta.

We have to remember that many of that generation – including my paternal grandfather – had recently put their lives on the line against totalitarianism, whether of the Nazi or Japanese variety or both in some instances. They held no illusions about Communism, but Menzies move for that power was a step too far in their view.

And you can tell she doesn’t support what’s going on but only partly going for the ride because she has to. Everyone would be against her

JC, I can understand why you think she’s ok – you’re living in a state with an actual dictator, so anything’s better than that.

But it’s not good enough that she’s the least worst of the premiers and, if true, it’s even worse that she’s only partly going for the ride, because that would show that she’s a gutless wonder when she’s supposed to be a leader.

She has trashed the state of NSW and thrown over her sacred duty to its people. At the federal level the same thing is about to play out in Glasgow when the Prime Minister and Environment Minister submit to a zero emissions policy. Politicians are supposed to work for the betterment of the people whom they lead: that is, they’re supposed to serve us; not the other way ’round.

Now whether Gladys’ change of tack on the way NSW would manage the virus, occurred because she was experiencing heat from the media who were questioning her relationship with Darryl Maguire and his business dealings and she wanted to change the narrative, or whether she’d been pressured by the Federal Govt and General Frewin to get the state jabbed and did so using the blunt instrument of stopping people from working and going about their normal daily activities – whatever it is – she has betrayed her position as premier and is not fit for her high office.

Her claim and threat that unvaccinated citizens in NSW will not have the normal freedoms that is everyone’s right as a citizen of Australia is a disgrace, as is her government’s introduction of a vaccine passport. She is a disgrace. She is supposedly a Liberal.

I had a look at the NSW Liberal Party’s website. Under the heading “Our Beliefs” is the following. (Read it and weep).

We Believe:
*in the inalienable rights and freedoms of all people: we work towards a lean government that minimises interference in our daily lives and maximises individual and private-sector initiative;

*in government that nurtures and encourages its citizens through initiative, rather than putting limits on people through the punishing disincentive of burdensome taxes and the stifling structures of Labor’s corporate state and bureaucratic red tape;

*in those most basic freedoms of parliamentary democracy – the freedom of thought, worship, speech and association;

*in a just and humane society in which the importance of the family and the role of law and justice are maintained;

*in equal opportunity and tolerance for all Australians;

*in the encouragement and the facilitation of wealth so that all may enjoy the highest possible standards of living, health, education and social justice;

*that, wherever possible, government should not compete with an efficient private sector, and that businesses and individuals – not government – are the true creators of wealth and employment;

*in the Australian Constitution;

*in preserving Australia’s natural beauty and environment for future generations; and

*that our nation has a constructive role to play in maintaining world peace and democracy through alliances with other free nations.

*In short, we believe in individual freedom and free enterprise

https://nsw.liberal.org.au/Our-Party/Our-Beliefs

The Nazis were pioneers of the post-Christendom progressive agenda, BJ.

It’s no coincidence that Germany was arguably the first Western nation to be secularised (in the sense of ‘losing its religion’, a different sociological phenomena from the political veneer of French secularism), beginning in the 19th C. after unification.

Post-WWI Weimar Germany was a very decadent society, bereft of a religious or moral compass, a precursor in many ways to what the West has become today.

I agree with you BBS but the ugly comment posted earlier, clearly copied and pasted from Adam’s Cat, was a nasty comment about her being “ugly” and “not having children”. I don’t think Gladys is “ugly”. Now, I’m quite happy for Gladys to be judged on her role as premier, the last few months she’s been shocking…..every premier seems to have happily handed over power to unelected health bureaucrats, nasty mediocrities such as Chant. However I’m not happy for Gladys to be smeared because of her looks and the fact that she’s unmarried and doesn’t have children. There are numerous reasons why women are unmarried and don’t have children, some of those reasons are through choice and some have, sadly, have not had a choice.

A low IQ person here the other day described me as a “bitter barren woman”. The only thing she got right is that, yes, I’m a woman…an adult human female. I would have liked to have had children, I wasn’t so lucky with my relationships. However, I could easily have fallen pregnant, brought a child into this world and raised that child alone but I didn’t think it was right to raise a child without a father. I seriously thought about it but I made the right decision not to. I mourn not having children but I maintain I still made the right decision..in the meantime I have a great relationships with my nephews and niece.

As for Gladys, who knows why she’s single with no children. I know she had a successful career before she entered politics…and she probably thought she’d end up getting married and time just passes you by, which is what happened to me.

Vaccine passport test run
Select businesses in Buloke, Pyrenees, Bass Coast, Bendigo, East Gippsland and Warrnambool will test systems in the fortnight before Victoria is due to hit the 70 per cent double dose vaccination mark.

The 20 trial sites will be selected based on vaccination rates and case numbers.

Among the issues to be explored during the trials are vaccine status verification and how to help businesses safely deal with aggressive customers who are denied service.*

“The trial is partly about ensuring that we understand all of those different pressure points and all those different possibilities so that by the time we get to 70 per cent and 80 per cent we have a much better idea of what is secure and what is not,” Industry Support and Recovery Minister Martin Pakula said.

The Premier also hinted vaccination could soon be required for hospitality workers, but said the chief health officer is still considering the issue.

“It would be strange if you weren’t allowed to stand at the public bar to have a beer unless you are vaccinated, but the person who was pouring the beer didn’t have to be vaccinated,” he said./

*I dont suppose “dont deny them service” is an option to the smooth brain geniuses in charge?

This is also what was done to Bikies, their friends, family & associates in Qld. & Tommy Robinson, but made even a little worse in that they were set up for situations where it was impossible to not breach bail conditions.

With both situations I and countless others warned that this was coming for all of us but we simply ‘got othered’ with those people who the MSM taught ‘the good public’ to fear & loath.

Now that same ‘good public’ who are asking for their freedom of association & bodily autonomy are feared & loathed (by those who have that all that corrupt, violent, tyrannical State Power behind them), and they wonder how it came to this.

Normally you can write to the fining officer or their sergeant first. Sometimes they make an admin. decision to rescind the fine. The fine usually lists some options on the back of it. It isn’t an exhaustive list though, it is bit of a con job, using assumptive language etc. It shouldn’t go to court and politely writing to them buys you time.

Anti-vaccine flyers banned from being posted by some Australian mailing services
Industry body updates code to stop delivery of misinformation, such as flyers sent by United Australia party

Anti-vaccination flyers, such as those distributed by the United Australia party, could be banned from being delivered by many of the nation’s largest mail distributors.

The industry’s self-regulatory body has decided to change its code so that signatories could not mail content containing misinformation with the potential to harm health.

Clive Palmer’s United Australia party has been sending out mail about Covid-19 and the vaccination program since earlier this year.

The yellow and black flyers, similar to text messages sent by the UAP and advertising it has taken out in newspapers, warn of “adverse reactions” to the vaccines, based on a TGA report which documents every reaction experienced after vaccination, regardless of if there is any connection to the vaccine itself.

In June, the postal industry’s Distribution Standards Board decided that anti-vaccination flyers would be deemed “adult content” and would need to be wrapped in plastic so that children couldn’t see the content.

Flyers mailed out by the UAP have since adopted this requirement.

But the signatories to the code reported in recent weeks they had been asked to distribute more Covid-19 misinformation and wanted the code beefed up.

After reviewing flyer proofs proposed to be sent out over the past 10 days, the DSB board on Thursday ruled to update its code so that signatories “will not deliver content of inauthentic material”.

“This includes content which contains misinformation that could have potential to impact an individual’s physical or mental health, financial security, safety, is knowingly fraudulent, or is not supported by a qualified independent third-party or is widely rated as false content,” the code states.

So in effect they are banning nearly all advertising material?
I hope Clive does some more recreational litigation.

And cowards castle being used to try to sic woke mobs onto the agent of clive/satan..

It is unclear which companies have been accepting the UAP’s business in the past few months. In August, the Labor MP Patrick Gorman named Ive Group, the largest national distributor of mail next to Australia Post, in parliament as being behind the flyers.

“I’m calling on Ive Group – we normally know them in this place as Salmat – to stop taking Clive Palmer’s money. They’re not doing any good. They can use their freedom of speech to stop taking his money. They don’t have to distribute his misinformation.”

more on the ‘nah we wont do that thing in your mouth you hate, again” vaccine passports..

Vaccine passports in Australia: who will impose them and how will they work?
National cabinet has agreed that all states and territories will integrate vaccine certificates in their check-in apps. But as for how and when they will be implemented, it’s every jurisdiction for itself

How shit are the Federal liberal Party??

So shit Id rather vote for ACT Labour than them.

The chief minister of the Australian Capital Territory, Andrew Barr, said as much on Wednesday, comments that followed his earlier explanation that he opposes the idea that vaccinated people should gain extra freedoms citing human rights and the practicality of enforcement.

By contrast, New South Wales and Victoria have laid out reopening plans that include exemptions from public health orders for the fully vaccinated, but it’s less clear how vaccine passports will be used in states that are currently Covid-free.

Last Friday national cabinet agreed that all states and territories will integrate vaccine certificates in their check-in apps. That creates the architecture that will allow businesses to refuse to serve unvaccinated customers, which Scott Morrison and discrimination law experts have said is likely to be legal.

Morriscum needs to be turned into a Danducken, a spineless sausage casing of a man with Dan wearing him like a skin suit.

NSW has announced that “only fully vaccinated people and those with medical exemptions will have access to the freedoms allowed under the Reopening NSW roadmap”.

Victoria’s roadmap also sets out the freedoms vaccinated people will enjoy, subject to density limits and caps on numbers.

The Western Australian premier, Mark McGowan, has said “you’ll need a vaccine passport to do certain things” including flying overseas, interstate travel and possibly also to attend sporting events.

In early September, the Queensland premier, Annastacia Palaszczuk, declined to say whether vaccine certificates would be needed, citing the fact there was no Delta in the state.

The Tasmanian premier, Peter Gutwein, has said he is not against the idea but a vaccine passport won’t be implemented until every Tasmanian has had the opportunity to get vaccinated.

The South Australian premier, Steven Marshall, is reportedly in favour, but wants the commonwealth to coordinate the efforts.
….

Business requirements on customers
On 6 August Morrison said the solicitor general had advised it was “unlikely” that requiring customers to be vaccinated would infringe discrimination laws.

“Ultimately, [they’re] choices for the businesses themselves,” Morrison said.

Discrimination law expert Liam Elphick agrees, stating that “choosing not to be vaccinated against Covid-19” is not a “protected attribute” in discrimination law.

“While people can choose not to get vaccinated against Covid-19, businesses are equally free to choose not to permit them entry,” he says.

This means that even if public health orders do not require proof of vaccination, unvaccinated Australians may be unable to access certain events and businesses.

Still at least we have this iron clad maybe that it wont be permanent..

Barr said on Wednesday that no state had “gone on the record to say that they intend to make permanent these discriminatory measures, so one would hope they would only be temporary in jurisdictions that do adopt them”.

By the way the new hotel Continental looks like it’s going to be really good value. I think they’re going to try the LA thing of hiring out pool cabanas for the day.

Vaccine passport test run
Select businesses in Buloke, Pyrenees, Bass Coast, Bendigo, East Gippsland and Warrnambool will test systems in the fortnight before Victoria is due to hit the 70 per cent double dose vaccination mark.

I’d really like to know what businesses in Buloke and Pyrenees they have in mind. LGA’s with small towns with small businesses.
The supermarkets might be the target. Then it would get interesting denying people food and having the local plod throw locals out of the veggie section.
Scum trying to coerce good people to become the scum they are.

And it features that famed Fatty T supporter (and awesome actor), Matt Mconaughey.

OK, I can now forgive Guy Ritchie for not getting on with The PROMISED Prt 2 of the brilliant, “Rock N Rolla” … yet.

Dude trying to go straight after a life of violence gets sucked into one last favour as muscle at a drug deal that goes wrong. Dude kidnaps his wife, he retaliates by kidnapping the dude’s daughter, roots her (why not? She was hot. Then warns her to keep her mouth shut about the rooting part at the hostage exchange, she arcs up on him as he’s driving there, he then kills her in from of the father at the exchange meet. Kills the bloke and almost everyone, last shot is him driving off with his wife bound up in the back seat, he’s tired but happy.

That’s what they said about my ancestors.

So they sent them here.

Always remember – they were carefully selected by the finest minds that the English judiciary possessed, to be sent to the new land…

That actually isn’t that much of a joke.
The rest of the world quickly freaked out at just how much taller, fitter, healthier Australia grew it’s people despite having it tougher than other colonies.

Then there was the sending of not only well bred bad boys to save the families the embarrassment of them, but also quality bastard breeding stock of the right families, for trifling matters that others qualified for transportation served at home.

Likewise there was also the work arounds of the white Australia policy for those who didn’t qualify but again had desirable bloodlines, such as the secret rescue of Ural Caucasians.

All enduring great families have ’emergency spares’ stashed around unexpected places.
