So health workers are holding a protest vigil in Melbourne? How long before some ‘news’ outlet claims these are alt-right neo-nazis disguised in hospital scrubs? When you think of all the money they must have already spent on hastily-purchased hi-vis workgear last week (/sarc).

Despotism now pervades the body politic. Power exercised in a cruel or oppressive way is my dictionary’s definition of despotism. If you were to add power exercised capriciously, senselessly and unevenly, and without proper scrutiny by parliaments or courts, it would better fit the diktats of state premiers and their public health officials over the past eighteen months.

Hungry Jack’s billionaire Jack Cowin warns anti-vaxxers to get jabbed ahead of Freedom Day.
The nation’s fast food king said he knows a number of unvaccinated people and tells them: “How are you going to get on a plane and go overseas or go to a restaurant or pub, how do you feel about that and how strong is your conviction?
“And the general answer is they will probably cave in, which will be the case once restrictions ease.”

Burger King’s Australian stooge needs you to return to his stores so you can buy more heart attacks.

Now there’s a retail industry that doesn’t want to go online: fast food.

Clothing retailers want unvaccinated people banned from shopping centres so they shop online.
Fast food restaurants want you to get ‘jabbed’ so you go back into their stores.

How about they all shut their mouths or we tax them at 95%.

Sure is.

People will never vote for a foreign invasion of their own country so the only way of achieving is to steal elections, as the Democrats did in 2020 with hundreds of thousands of fake votes in swing states.

Voila! A Third World invasion at the southern border that no-one voted for.

– Mark Latham has slammed Labor for supporting NSW Liberal’s jab mandates
– He warned the mass sacking of unvaccinated workers would be a disgrace
– Says most unvaccinated are waiting for alternate jabs such as Moderna, Novavax
– He says vaccine passports are unnecessary – and treat unvaccinated like ‘lepers’

TGA’s admission about at-home Covid tests

The medical regulator has pushed back responsibility for Australia’s go-slow approach to at-home Covid tests on to the federal government, suggesting the setback was a deliberate action until vaccination rates were higher.

Health Minister Greg Hunt on Monday said rapid tests could be approved for at-home use by Christmas.

But that direction has yet to be shared with the Therapeutic Goods Administration.

Deputy Secretary John Skerritt said while the regulator was working to that time frame, it was still waiting for the green light to begin the approval process.

“We can‘t formally make an approval decision until we get a signal from government,” Professor Skerritt said.

“They have to make a decision, you know, when is it less of a big deal to start missing some positive cases, because we know these rapid antigen tests are pretty good, but they’re not as good as the gold standard PCR test.”

The TGA boss’s admission indicates the slow adoption of at-home tests was likely engaged to lower the risk of false negatives or individuals hiding positive test results.

“Governments still have to make a decision on… do they want a system in place where every positive rapid test is captured?

“In other words, that the state and territories know as soon as there’s a positive test or not. And those decisions all have to still be made.”

Currently 51.8 per cent of the population aged 16 and over is fully vaccinated.

It’s going to sound really weird saying it like this, have you and I been dating for the last couple of months,” Lewis recalled Emma asking him.

“That really threw me, and I said, ‘What? No, what are you talking about?’ And that’s when Emma started to sound really stressed and panicked … and then started saying, ‘No, tell me you’re lying, please tell me you’re lying, Linc’,” Lewis told the court.

Lewis told the court that the pair had not spoken for some years and he was baffled to learn he had supposedly been in a relationship with the woman.

“This person has photos and videos of me … I thought I was dating you,” he recalled Emma telling him.

“She described it as intimate photos and videos, very revealing photos and videos.”

“People who create and use fake vaccine certificates will face the full force of the law and could face jail time.

Speaking to Nine’s Today on Monday morning, Mr Dominello reiterated that those who refuse to show their vaccine status when entering shops, restaurants and other venues should be reported to the police.

Now, I’m not in NSW and I’ve never heard of this Dominello. But there seems to be a rush of Ministerlets wanting to establish their hard arse credentials.

And a segue out of the coming shitstorm.

Just to give you an idea of the interest in these no jab, no job issues, around 4,500 people watched live today. (Youtube linked above). There were two speakers and here are some notes:

AFL Solicitors : Tony Nikolic

*AFL has a Telegram t.me/aflsolicitors page and website is http://www.aflsolicitors.com.au

*Government is imposing mandates and employers are running with them

*Mandates are not law, neither are directions or health orders

*Fairwork Australia says employers and employees are essentially encouraged to work together. On what basis are they saying that? Many people are being told that if they are not jabbed by a certain time, they have no job. That is not working together that is coercion. There are deeper issues – people getting the sack, or being told they will be stood down without pay until they meet certain criteria.

*Go to AFL Telegram or website to see their own templates to use (personalise them for own use)
*Go to the coronavirus.fairwork.gov.au website and search for ”If an employee refuses a direction to be vaccinated” paragraphs.

*In the short amount of time these vaccines have been in Australia (202 days?) there have been 57,000+ adverse reactions. This has been compared to other drugs that can be used to treat COVID. Over 4,217 days that they have been in circulation the highest adverse rate is 2,284 (that’s combined all other drugs that can be used to treat COVID)

*Court Cases coming up re mandatory Vax on 30/9 and 1/10. All evidence is in

*Very encouraging to see other law firms following their lead

*A lot of learning and sharing of information with other law firms – building on each other’s successes

*Serious concerns with evidence from experts and he believes the concerns are quite legitimate

*Re aged care – seems that from the outset it was stitched up. What about health and police forces where directives seem to be different for Government employers?
Different if a Minister gives the director than if a police commissioner does. That is a matter for Fair Work and you should go after that.

*In the world there are more concerns and the vaccine does not stop contagion or transmission – it may help symptoms but Government is locking us down to control it; ie that’s what lockdowns are supposed to do

*Essentially then aged care workers are getting the jab as mandated and instead of controlling COVID they are taking it into the vulnerable

*Aged care and healthcare are vulnerable sectors so sending vaccinated people into these sectors is alarming.

*Construction workers are essentially a part of RedUnion’s claim – construction workers, healthcare, aged care, some police officers.

* The highest risk group is 95-99% survival with comorbidities

*Children survivability is high as it is to a healthy person – COVID is almost nothing to them

*Something has to happen legally but even ultimately people have to exercise their rights – change has to happen socially at community level. People need to stand togetherand they need to know their rights

Jack McGuire – Red Union

Website: http://www.redunion.com.au

*Started 6-7 years ago as the QLD Nurses union. Grown enormously and other states have joined so now that is an Australian Union
They also now run:
Teachers Association (national)
Drivers Association
Doctors also are starting an alternative to AMA. They want to return to the primacy of doctor/patient relationship

*Police are looking at joining up (Qld, Vic & NSW)

*They have a number of actions at the moment and are working on one of the with AFL Solicitors mentioned above

*600-700 are willing to walk off the job at Queensland Uni Gold Coast Hospital

*Queensland Health have no idea who is vaccinated or not. If the Queensland hospital system collapses the Red union/association members will be waiting outside saying they are ready to work (not vaxed). Exciting!

They surveyed 2,000 nurses and 1,300 will have no job. That alone is a catastrophe for Queensland – but there will be more – think about 1,300 for every 2,000 healthcare workers out of work.
Many in Qld health are taking sick leave for burnout and suspected vax reactions. 602 have been coerced into getting the vaccine

*Police have complained the police are definitely letting crimes go / delaying investigations because they are used for protests etc. One policeman reported a rape case that has been put on hold for the 3rd time due to resourcing issues re forensic analysis being diverted to hotel quarantine and 200 police surveyed. (Sounds like the people are winning so don’t let then bluff you)

*Main advice when you are faced with coercion – do not resign! Allow your employer to take the first action. If you resign you don’t have anything / no claim.

Government workers can ask for a risk assessment with regard to impact of COVID-19 on the workforce and a risk assessment of COVID vaccines. Almost none of the sectors mentioned that they represent have not done this. If pushed you can put pressure on your employer.

*Try getting a risk profile of the vaccines – it will differ for different age groups, how does a 90% vaccinated workforce compare to a 50% vaccinated workforce (for example) – they must rationally assess risk. The vaccines do not mitigate the risks entirely because they don’t guarantee non-infection so they are more like PPE (reduce risk) – then what other PPE measures are there?
Rapid antigen testing can eliminate no jab/no job – cost to mitigate HSE is not a good argument. Some of these are more effective than vaccination.

*The Federal Government still states on its website that the vaccines in use are still being tested i.e they are still experimental. See the TGA website.

*They will act for Teachers Australia-wide if they join them

*Because of the importance of these issues – they are bringing people in even though the issue is happening (usually you need to be a member in good standing). Get on board is the message.

They should secede and form a new state for northern Qld but that would mean more pollies and no-one wants that. So what to do?

Quite simple.

If all of QLD outside of the SE corner seceeded the present state government would soon become bankrupt, reliant as they are on the wealth created in the regions.

Leverage that economic power for political change.

The science on climate change has been clear for a very long time now. Yet despite decades of appeals, mass street protests, petition campaigns, and peaceful demonstrations, we are still facing a booming fossil fuel industry, rising seas, rising emission levels, and a rising temperature. With the stakes so high, why haven’t we moved beyond peaceful protest?

In this lyrical manifesto, noted climate scholar (and saboteur of SUV tires and coal mines) Andreas Malm makes an impassioned call for the climate movement to escalate its tactics in the face of ecological collapse. We need, he argues, to force fossil fuel extraction to stop–with our actions, with our bodies, and by defusing and destroying its tools. We need, in short, to start b…

Governments are supposed to be like bullock teams – doing the hard yards that individuals and private enterprises lack the sheer muscle mass to do.

But somehow they evolved into velociraptors, running around biting the heads off citizens for doing things that would have been normal and legal activities just 20 months ago.

With bullock-team government the citizens can walk or ride behind, guide the plough or wagon, and achieve their goals.

With velociraptor government the citizens must hide for fear of being attacked and consumed and nobody except the very biggest armour-plated corporations can succeed.

The bullocks to velociraptors transition has turned our deal with governments on its head – they don’t serve us anymore, we’ve become their food.

This coronavirus is not our problem – velociraptor governments are.

And that is why not one member of the major political parties we had in January 2019 deserve re-election.

They could have fought the tyrannical ideas coming from the WHO and WEF – they didn’t, they joined them instead.

I’m annoyed with the Townsville Bulletin, atm, which is now even woker (if possible) than the CP.
They run long-form LTEs but have ignored six versions of this one ranging from 116 words to 483 words.

The Editor
The Townsville Bulletin

Regarding rising seas caused by man-made global warming (TB, 24/09 & 25/09), we’ve heard this yarn since the 1980s. Townsville’s low-lying suburbs, we were told in 1988, would be under two metres of water by 2010.

Obviously those early predictions were off-the-chart wrong, as the lived experience proves so very conclusively – so what is really going on with sea levels? (Trigger warning for greenies: as always with global warming/climate change, the raw data ruins the popular narrative.)

In the 1970s, climate-alarmist scientists were sure we were facing an imminent ice-age. For example, Newsweek warned of drastic reductions in food supplies due to a dramatically cooling climate in their April 28, 1975 edition – they even included a chart showing the very warm temperatures of the 1930s, which alarmists have now air-brushed out of the record.

The pivot to “global warming” came in June, 1988, 33 years ago when the short-term temperature trend had reversed (as it does quite frequently, due to solar cycles). Serial alarmist and wrongologist James Hansen was first to frighten a government when he briefed a US Senate committee on his dire predictions of CO2-induced global warming.

Australia’s oldest and most geologically-stable sea-level gauge is at Fort Denison in Sydney Harbour. It dates back to 1886 and it’s data sets are curated by the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Australian Bureau of Meteorology. The two data sets are calculated from different baselines.

In June, 1988, at the start of the global warming fright-fest, BoM reported Fort Denison’s monthly mean sea-level to be 1.040 metres. NOAA’s data-set, from the other baseline, listed it as 7.042 metres.

Over 33 years later, in their latest published month – August 2021 – BoM reported Fort Denison’s monthly mean sea-level to be 1.018 metres. Yep, 22 millimetres lower than at the start of global warmunism.

NOAA’s latest published data – December 2018 – listed Fort Denison’s monthly mean sea-level at 7.002 metres. That’s 40 millimetres lower than at the start of this seemingly endless assault on science in the unspoken name of global communism.

The whole point of land-sterilising and bat-smashing renewables is emissions reduction to stop global warming. That warming was supposed to be melting the terrestrial ice-sheets to cause this sea-level rise. But no net sea-level rise means the ice isn’t melting which means there’s no global warming, no man-made climate change and no need to stop burning coal.

Humans lie for all sorts of reasons, money and power being two of the biggies. But ice never, ever, lies about its melting point.

Rutgers University’s Global Snow Lab keeps snow cover data. Autumn and winter snow cover has been trending upwards since those records began in the 1960s – as you’d expect with the 1930s having been the hottest decade in the last 100 years.

Raw data destroys every green-left alarmist narrative every time. Sorry (not sorry) Team Watermelon; all your best myths have been busted.

Yes – for health care, aged care and hotel quarantine staff – 11%

Yes – for all workers – 14%

No – no one should have to – 75%

This is the mistake being made by our betters.
They conflate a willingness of a majority to be vaxxed with an acceptance that the remainder should be forced to be vaxxed as well.

And Leunig is getting up all the “right” people’s noses today.

Mr Curly (is it?) is certainly the right character to be standing around looking clueless and wondering why someone wants to jab him.

Good on Leunig. I’m not a big fan, but I respect the fact that he remains true to his values. He’s not a typical leftie who tows the line.

Thanks DrBeauGan. So much for which to be thankful.
I first heard it in ’72, when with three small children including a baby, radio was all I had time for.
Did you know it was originally a hymn?

It’s worth a browse through Leunig’s recent work.

He follows no man.

Well, just had a screaming match with my wife over vaccination for children as we watched a news report. She is for it; I said it was child abuse — and it was on.

Long story short, she claims I am abusive (!) and has buggered off upstairs. I tell you what, I’ve had it up to here … I’m just about ready to end it all. I’m sick and fucking tired of the whole thing!

Seriously.

Go and watch Dannochio 7. It is a cracker. Starts with the SS uniform, and never lets up.

Constant acceleration.

Paul Essinghigh, the maker of Dannochio must – must – be on Dan’s hit list somewhere.

He can’t be a Mongyang resident. He’d have been pepperballed to death by now.

Many of my colleagues, friends and family who have been coerced into having it (more everyday), are fucking angry about it. They will not forget, and will be fighting to save others from the same.

Just as I am seeing some true evil coming from some, I am also seeing great character in others.

I think he works out of a property in North East Victoria.
Not being in the Fewfacts building every day or living within the Goats Cheese Triangle would help him keep some perspective.
Truth is, he probably hasn’t changed.
He has always made a thing of having a crack at “the establishment”. He has just correctly identified who “the establishment” is right now.

Happening everywhere, Bruce.
I hate to generalise, but it seems that whilst a lot of women may not be sold on the medical necessity of kids getting the vaccine, they see it as preferable to them being ostracised, isolated and disadvantaged in their formative years.

Men, in general, are more willing to rock the boat and look further into the second and third order impacts of appeasement. It’s nature.

Before I get jumped on, I know there are always exceptions to such generalisations.

I’m pleased you qualified that!

Bruce, you are not alone. Many of us are in “mixed marriages”. Stick to your guns. I will, until I shoot myself on the foot.

I have refused the AZ, but have not ruled out others. And so, the pressure is on.

As for “vaccinating” children – ridiculous and uncalled for given the stats. They know it, we know it.

This is real. I swear it’s real. The Hun:

More than 1400 people would be killed or severely injured and $160bn worth of damage caused if an earthquake similar to the one that hit Victoria last week struck directly beneath Melbourne, expert modelling shows.

Expert modelling. Is there anything it can’t do?

1400 in a city of six million. Hardly a catastrophe.

Why the hurry to open the swimming pools in NSW. Mostly it will be children who visit such venues. Surely no one wants children exposed to covid more than any other persons in our society. Although our betters do seem in a hurry to vaccinate the very young.

I call bullshit. The city has been economically destroyed. It’s not worth $160 billion. If it did get destroyed by an earthquake why would anyone bother to rebuild it?

Interesting interview with long time employee of Kearney & Trecker (Milling Machines). In WWII, 5,000 employees, shipping 800 machines a month. He spent time in spare parts, never once found a mistake on job card / parts list for a WWII built machine. At one time the company held 60% of the global milling machine market. Company folded in 1990’s due to the relentless onslaught of low cost countries, first Japan, then Korea, Taiwan and finally China.
