“And then this morning.
We’ll all comply and help cement in the dictatorship. ….and then hold a peaceful protest about the tyranny we enabled ,while patting ourselves on the back and talking about the next election.
Honestly you couldn’t make this shit up”

What other kind of protest is there? I don’t think there are any alternatives to “peaceful protest”. I’m pretty sure violent protests wouldn’t go down well with what’s left of middle and working Australia. What do you want? For this country to turn into a Lebanon?

I think people will have their say at the next election. The Liberals are facing annihilation. Just look at the meteoric rise of Palmer’s party. The Lib Dems are growing. When I’m not engaging in hysteria, I have hope.

Biologists say what separates us from the Great Apes is not the capacity to do violence but a lack of reactive violence, i.e. tolerance.

Yes, well articulated on this Lex Fridman podcast.

Popper’s paradox of tolerance ie. the tolerance of intolerance. A 70+ year-old idea that virtually no one in the West pays any attention to.
Simple Darwinism will eventually deal with this fatal societal flaw.

The Disney exhibition in Melbourne had slipped my mind – with all the lockdowns and everything – until yesterday I saw a poster for it and thought it’s probably closed by now and I missed it.

It hasn’t closed, but I have missed it.

There were a few weeks back there, at the very start of it, before the vax passports had started, when the show was open and I could have gone and seen it. Now, no entry without a vax passport.

So that’s that.

The moral of this story: grab everything while you can, you never know how long it’s going to last.

I’ve been watching the LSU Alabama game.
The edge really has come off Alabama.
I suppose it’s the impact of college players getting paid for their Name, Image & Likeness (NIL).
Which is a great thing.
But if you have players earning a few hundred grand to a million a year in college, it means they are going to be a little less desperate to stand out on the field in the hope they get drafted at the end of 3 or 4 years.

It can have benefits only if it’s big and only in a democracy .
But only in letting others know they are not alone.

If we accept who our enemy is and what their intentions are, you know they’ll never be lerting the passports go without a fight.

One for our politicians and CMOs.

Covaxin approval requested in US for ages 2-18 (6 Nov)

Covaxin, developed in India by Ocugen’s partner, Bharat Biotech, gained emergency approval from the World Health Organization on Wednesday and has already been cleared for use in 17 countries.

Tens of millions of doses have been administered to adults outside of the United States, notably in India.

The immunization uses inactivated virus technology, common in other childhood vaccines including polio shots.

So the killed-virus vaccine has now been given emergency approval by the WHO. Therefore there is no reason why the TGA here should not do likewise.

Being a killed whole virus cultured in green monkey cells it is much less likely to causes the issue that the mRNA vaccines have been causing. It’s also ethically acceptable, unlike the AstraZeneca and J&J vaccines. It won’t be totally free of side effects but it should be vastly better.

That’s why when at the depths of the 2020 lockdown, when the virus was spread worse than ever as a result of Eid gatherings, ….

I was thinking to myself this morning that there’s a severe absence of humility amongst our leaders right now. Premiers cannot admit fault and their white coated advisors must always be correct, despite being manifestly wrong about masks, lockdowns, HCQ, ivermectin and now “vaccines”.

Not a one of them is washing the feet of their citizenry. If you asked them about that you’d get blank looks.

It is an amusing point-by-point romp through some of the historical manifestations, a who’s who of what happened when. The philosophical manifestations of the ‘corrupting the youth’ debate might also be of interest to some Cats of a certain vintage. James Franklin has put up in comments his analysis of the underlying moral (amoral) philosophies here. It’s a longish read ending where moral philosophy met the Justices of the NSW Supreme Court.

But if you have players earning a few hundred grand to a million a year in college, it means they are going to be a little less desperate to stand out on the field in the hope they get drafted at the end of 3 or 4 years.

Perhaps, but if they stop performing like stars they get benched and the phone stops ringing with those lucrative offers to sell nikes or whatever. Not to mention their ratings go down for the NFL draft, and lets face it, they all want those yuge NFL contracts which dwarf anything they could make in college ball.

I’m not sure that is as concerning an issue as the fact that schools who have large and deep pocketed alumni bases and/or large network TV deals are able to ‘hire’ the best players. Enough Joe Blows paying tens of thousands for a football star to make a 20 second advert for their auto dealerships and you can buy quite the team.

Consider that maybe 1.6% of college football players are good enough to go pro (or draw the NIL big bucks in college). Which suggests that they end up at the deep pocket schools mentioned above and form what amounts to semi-pro teams wearing college logos. That’s not going to go over well in the current conference system as nobody is going to want to play them. Eventually those teams will have no choice but to form their own conference and play each other.

Which kind of negates the whole purpose of college sports.

What Happened: Dr. Jay Bhattacharya on 19 Months of COVID
From the very beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya has been on the front lines of analyzing, studying, and even personally fighting the pandemic. In this wide-ranging interview, Dr. Bhattacharya takes us through how it started, how it spread throughout the world, the efficacy of lockdowns, the development and distribution of the vaccines, and the rise of the Delta variant. He delves into what we got right, what we got wrong, and what we got really wrong. Finally, Dr. Bhattacharya looks to the future and how we will learn to live with COVID rather than trying to extinguish it, and how we might be prepared to deal with another inevitable pandemic that we know will arrive at some point.

Should there not be collective guilt?
For all Australia.
We are all guilty of political apathy and lethargy when we were free.
It should never have got to this.
I have no faith in Queensland holding either, and you are right KD, I’m not a born and bred Queenslander at all, but it suits the narrative those against me want to use, so who cares?
I’m an Austrralian and I have travelled this country extensively for most of my working life.
Here are some facts that cannot be disputed and as to why I make state to state comparisons.
Western Australians are very anti the Eastern states, generally, and Perth being the most Isolated English speaking city in the world, means they are more easily fed bullshit once they are imprisoned over there.
Hence the game McClown is playing.
Poor Victoria.
You only know what I have told you about me, but I loved Melbourne, and have lived in Moonee Ponds, Sandringham and even Mildura (Victoria) and probably know my way around Melbourne better than most Melbournians.
I even did a stint on the city Explorer when I wasn’t doing tours around Victoria or longer ones around Australia.
I loved the humour of the people because of the amount of Italian and Greek influence on the culture there.
Melbourne is a home to many of my friends.
But it has changed.
Traitors have filled the city, and Sydney as well with populations that know nothing of western civilisation, culture, and in many cases bitterly oppose it.
Can a man not take these factors into consideration.
Because they are important.
South Australia has been a financial mess needing bailing out and quite socialist in it’s leanings since it had to give back power over the NT to the Feds in 1911.
That’s my home state.
Who knows how they’ll go with this?
But Queensland where I as an Australian live , I have also traveled extensively, and it just so happens to be filled with old style Australian culture and Australians as we used to know them, outside the South East, (which is lost).
It is only logic, and not parochialism that makes me come to the conclusion that if there is ever going to be significant push back it will come from there.
Population spread is another reason.
This may get the parochials fired up, but should we not be now be hoping I’m right.
I mean I have been about everything else!

THERE IS NO EMERGENCY

There is no emergency in reality, it only exists in peoples’ minds as a result of endless repetition of horror stories which have functioned to inspire fear and obedience in the minds of those in our community who are at very low risk from SARS-CoV-2.

The harsh truth is that Covid-19 almost only kills people approaching the end of their natural life.
The mean age at death from Covid-19 is greater than average life expectancy in most countries. The average age of a Covid-19 death in the UK is 82 , in Italy it’s 86, Germany 83, Switzerland 86, Canada 86, USA 78.

In Australia in 2020 there were 909 deaths attributed to Covid-19, the mean age of Covid-19 death was 86 years compared to a mean age of 84 for all cause death in 2019.

Imagine the gall of someone who spent months and months viciously hen-pecking, piling on and mocking struth about his quite brave lonely little protest of walking out of his house and down to his Anzac memorial in the depths of the ‘pandemic’ hysteria last year, then sitting here quietly 18 months later when Victorian protestors turned up en-masse at the Victorian ‘Shrine’ (sans-him, of course) and everyone here was rooting for them and raging against the media and state for persecuting and mocking and lying about them thinking: “oh shit, please nobody remember my 30,000 vicious comments last year mocking and lying about Struth for doing and urging everyone to do that very thing“.

It’s not just that you’re a coward leigh-lowe, it’s that you’re completely useless politically. You’re the mediocre player who dances around the scrum and the ball every match but strangely never seems to touch it, who occasionally tries to ‘tackle’ people but never actually brings anyone to the ground, whose ideas are shit and instincts are non-existent and who covers for all that by aggressively mouthing off loudly at everyone on the field. Correct. It was officially named late in the reign of Obama in Aug 2016. He directed that this entire class of ships be named after ‘civil rights leaders’.

Slight correction however – it is not a commissioned US Navy ship. It belongs to the Sealift Command and carries the prefix USNS instead of USS. Thus, ze/zir/zirself is formally named the USNS Harvey Milk.

Sealift Command is roughly comparative to the Royal Fleet Auxiliary. It is composed of support ships such as replenishment tankers/oilers, freighters, and tugs and the majority of the ship crews are civilians.

I think I can pinpoint the exact moment when the dialogue switched to Queensland vs The Rest, and it has nothing to do with Queenslanders at all* and everything to do with the horrible gnome ruling the Sunshine State.

It was when the creature said “NSW has their own hospitals. Queensland hospitals are for Queenslanders”. This was over a medivac flight involving sick babies. It was a disgraceful thing to say and believe then, and it still is today.

Since then, she has done nothing but add to the acrimony, shutting the border to “her” state to all but the rich and famous and admitting as much. Meanwhile having to endure only a handful of infections and expecting her people to believe she’s keeping them “safe”. She has been running the state as a hermit fiefdom, meanwhile garnering money from the commonwealth and the sporting fixtures snavelled, while ruining tourism which her state depends upon almost exclusively. And then crying poormouth again.

A classic cry-bully.

It’s hard for people in the southern states to have much sympathy when so little has been extended to them in their plight.

Beattie (in a slightly more understated way).
Even Newman could give it a whirl if it suited him.
Pauline (when she is talking to a Queensssland audience).
And now Miss Piggy.
Like Hunchback, she has an army of media types trawling through social media looking for trends.
When they see #Mexicansgohome and #KeepSoutheenersOut trending, that is the signal to unleash that sort of xenophobic shit.
In a perverse way, the likes of St Ruth and twostix are enablers of that behaviour, because they spout the same parochial tripe.

I broadly agree with Struth on what has and is happening. It was clear before 2019 that the WEF great reset would be attempted. The covid scam and panic was beautifully done but by April it was wearing thin. The Chinese death film-clips did not stand up to examination in hindsight and the pandemic was clearly unable to achieve the reset in isolation. A vaccine was essential to achieve the desired mortality. This phase appears to be on track.
We are now in a war; good against evil; awakening against reset.
Operation warp speed caused the vaccines to be in use far earlier than expected and disrupted the reset plans by cutting years off the planned psychological and economic terrorism. The vaccination drive is behind schedule, too many are awake and resisting. The “side effects” are becoming obvious so more are waking up and the vaccinated will suffer buyers remorse.
The great reset is now dead in the water. Not yet sunk and still resisting it hopes for a satanic miracle. This will not happen. The reset will not sink until the sheep join the wolves and lions and sweep all the demons before them.

This is one person’s assessment in a brief discussion of but a few aspects of where we are.

I share Struth’s frustration every time I see cats discuss so many topics in isolation from earlier postings. It all does fit together in a satanic jigsaw but this is not acknowledged and so the important conclusions of active, intelligent discussion fall to the floor and are swept up with the kitty litter.

You do not comprehend how gentle and polite Struth really is.

The election victories were too over the top in support of lock downs.
I remember reading that a Chinese company, in other words the CCP, controlled the counting software and operated the computer system.
I don’t believe McGowan won by that much either, with the pain he had inflicted there.
Even with the idiot child liberal party leader.
The globalists are going hard.
There won’t be a straight election again, until we win.
And by the way, I still think winning is a distinct possibility.
And it just boils done to this.
Trump made them pull this stunt BEFORE they got the guns from the decent patriotic Americans who we can see are starting to fight back.
They went in too hard , too early.

Jim Jones also had Intelligence connections going way back, perhaps Milk did too?
We know Obama is 3rd Gen CIA, so the SS Milk may have been named for more murky reasons?

It was when the creature said “NSW has their own hospitals. Queensland hospitals are for Queenslanders”. This was over a medivac flight involving sick babies. It was a disgraceful thing to say and believe then, and it still is today.

And you know why she said it?
Because, first of all, she is an opportunistic political animal.
And what that means is playing to the “untrustworthy Mexicans south of the Tweed” themes so beloved by Queenssslanders.
They have all done it over the years.

It would be handy if you could reference some examples of; Joh, Beattie, Newman, Pauline, publicly advocating for forcibly blockading non-residents at the border.

Just so we know you’re not engaging in a spot of sophistry.

Way to miss the point.
It is that siege mentality of “Queensssland versus the rest” political stunt that they all pulled (Joh was the master of it).
By the way, was “sophistry” the word of the day on your AHA desk calendar last Thursday?

Thanks. I never really knew any of that. I vaguely recall reading about Jones in the one of about three international journals available then. I read it in Time Magazine. I don’t think the younger crowd realize just how narrowly available slightly more in-depth international news was in those days. There was Time, Newsweek and a scruffy looking Economist. I can’t recall anything else.

I remember the first time I ever saw a New Times newspaper – at a newsagent near Flinders Street station on Elizabeth street. I spent my entire allowance to buy it and read it cover to cover.

Fuck off Frank.
Even though I wasn’t living in Qld at the time I remember very well the smug wankers south of the border giving old Cane toad County a hard time for being hicks.
I mean you guys had art galleries, coffee and Culcha, and the hicks up north were regularly made fun of.
I remember radio shows daily taking the piss.
Of course it was urban leftism that despised an area of the country with the most decentralised non urban population in Australia.
What Palaschook said was disgusting and she is a genocidal maniac, as many of them are.
But your hang up with those north of the border may require you to see a specialist……..and you’ve been jabbed now, you can’t take all that money with you, may as well spend it soon.

Anna must be very very desperate to get those vaxx rates up as soon as possible.
Wouldn’t want to be ‘forced’ to put anyone in a stage four lockdown and have police and military patrolling the beaches looking for people who’ve strayed outside their 5km radius.

Sounds very like the recent NXIVM cult, who were Hollywood based. Same basic thing I guess, except LA not SF. California seems to turn lefty brains into evil sex computers.

Remember back to when at the time of census

Always ticked the “no religion” box, being a militant atheist. Until the most recent one, where the “Catholic” box was ticked.

Thanks to some inglorious hectoring by various self important collectivist knobheads to tick the “no religion” box, the exact opposite had to happen.

They are too stupid to tell us how to live our lives.

Steak and eggs the other night, Matrix.

Contrary to popular belief, the political spectrum doesn’t go from left to right, it goes from top to bottom. At the bottom are all the authoritarian forms of government, including fascism, socialism, and communism. As we move upwards, we approach liberty, voluntary cooperation, and community action. Matt Kibbe breaks it down in The Deadly Isms, Episode 1.

I’ve got shitloads.
And cropping country down here is selling for $13k an acre.
Maybe you’re right.
I’ll talk to the rest of the family over Christmas.
Once the lessor gets this year’s crop off and the cheque clears, perhaps we boot them and sell up everything but the homestead and the 40 acre home paddock and whoop it up a bit.
Fucking $13k an acre.
Who’s making money buying in at that price?
You need everything to be running at the max every year to get close to break-even.
