Rodgering Vs Lehrman.

The rodgering is denied.

Did he deny it? I thought he said it was a consensual bonking, but I really haven’t followed it that well.

What would be interesting in this case though is the timeline of the denial as he wouldn’t have known if there was physical evidence . If there was a bonking, he would very likely have said it was consensual rather than no bonking as he wouldn’t have known if they had “gathered” DNA evidence. I think.

In other words the no bonking claim likely means he’s telling the truth.

Wasn’t she found with her dress over her head or something like that?

Methane is a potent greenhouse gas and about half of Australia’s methane emissions come from the agriculture sector.

So do the rest come from the ferals; buffalo, camels, donkeys, wild horses and every marsupial on this continent. Good to know “the science” is in. FMD.

Likewise – if someone’s evidence goes off on a tangent other than expected, people will tend to sit up and take notice.

A whole pile of notice.

Quite so.
And, as I say, Britnah is no Mick Gatto.
She isn’t going to stare down a judge when asked about improperly getting access to the evidence of others.
Fucking hell, there is already strong suspicion that she might just have thrown Lehrmann under a bus to save her job, and has shown a decided propensity to wilt under pressure in court.
If I’m a forty-something mid-ranking DPP lawyer with two mortgages, I am not putting my career in her hands.

Rubbish, rubbish and rubbish.

Methane does nothing much for the same reason CO2 doesn’t – the water cycle. Furthermore methane is rapidly oxidized to CO2 in the atmosphere. The biggest producer of methane in Australia I recall is termites.

Sitting on the side of the highway waiting to catch speeding drivers, a State Police Officer sees a car puttering along at 22 MPH. He thinks to himself “This driver is just as dangerous as a speeder!” So he turns on his lights and pulls the driver over. Approaching the car, he notices that there are five old ladies — two in the front seat and three in the back – eyes wide and white as ghosts. The driver, obviously confused, says to him “Officer, I don’t understand, I was doing exactly the speed limit! What seems to be the problem?”

“Ma’am” the officer replies “You weren’t speeding, but you should know that driving slower than the speed limit can also be a danger to other drivers”.

“Slower than the speed limit?” she asked. No sir, I was doing the speed limit exactly… Twenty-Two miles an hour!” the old woman says a bit proudly. The State Police officer, trying to contain a chuckle explains to her that “22” was the route number, not the speed limit. A bit embarrassed, the woman grinned and thanked the officer for pointing out her error.

“But before I let you go, Ma’am, I have to ask… Is everyone in this car ok? These women seem awfully shaken and they haven’t muttered a single peep this whole time”. the officer asks.

“Oh, they’ll be alright in a minute officer. We just got off Route 119”.

Biden is doing a far better job of ruining America than the Magic Negro ever managed.

Jug-Ears inclined to a socialist utopia where, predictably, the ruling elite would be entitled to wealth and luxury that they had previously despised in the capitalist wealthy. They would deserve it partly because they bore such responsibilities, the conceit that they themselves were such a prodigy that in their absence things would founder and everyone would be the poorer, and the belief that their station needs luxury to function at all – a thinker needs solitude just like a tractor factory worker needs a spanner.

Clinton was the same sort. She didn’t want America to fail. She wanted it to be able to supply her with a bulging hoardroom of gold. She thought that her meddling in every little aspect of Americans’ lives and siccing the slavering hounds of the state on real or imagined threats would not make a difference: By default, America would always be wealthy no matter how much she robbed it.

Bambi wanted more marble for monuments to his towering ego. He also had to ensure he was able to victual his primaeval ravenous wife. There will have been times when he came back from a meal with a skerrick of sauce on his finger or a piece of chicken stuck in his teeth and the scent will have triggered reactions in the woman that, had the Secret Service had slower reflexes, would have seen his consumed in a single gulp, celebrated by a single burp, and disposed of as a single turd.

Biden has none of this subtlety. He is destructive because he does not know he is. He is in a dense fog which seems to thicken here and there into wraith-like forms of faces, or places, and dissolve again. Everything we hear from him is him desperately calling out to these one after the other. In this fog he cannot discern none of up or down, forward or back, left or right…or future or past. Or real or unreal. Sometimes Corn Pop is bearing down on him, sometimes Nelson Mandela is giving him a blow job, sometimes his first wife is interrogating him about the lipstick on his collar and the stink of cheap perfume, sometimes he has outsmarted Clarence Thomas – it taunts him.

Biden is just responding to voices shouting at him to divert money from one place to another, to protect Ukraine (again, money) and read a teleprompter. He may vaguely be aware that his son is involved. He may be vaguely be aware that there are people who detest the pre-pubescent sexual conquests he hardly remembers, but it is all all too confusing.

Absolutely unlikely to occur Bear, and for the reasons mentioned.

While additional details may be elicited from a witness in the box, a statement is treated as a guide to the evidence expected to be given in person. Radical changes from that, ie I saw the real killer with a jelly man and a little red car stand out like dogs’ balls and the beak will be having none of it.

“behaviour changes”…. what a polite euphemism for rationing the plebs food & transport.

Third of emissions cuts must come from behaviour changes, say Lords
Committee report says government approach on guiding people in tackling climate crisis is muddled and inadequate

A report published on Wednesday by the upper house’s environment and climate change committee urged ministers to lead a public campaign and use regulations and taxation to guide* public behaviour change in order to stop the decline of nature and reach legally binding net zero targets**.

The public sought leadership from government to guide and inform*** them on how to play their part in tackling the climate crisis and environmental damage, the report said. But the Conservative government was dominated by a mantra of “going with the grain of consumer choice” and freedom of choice****, it warned, putting the requirement to cut the UK’s emissions to net zero by 2050 at risk.
….
Belling the cat on the level of impoverishment/ detachment from reality here.

They said the average UK household carbon footprint of 8.5 tonnes CO2 a yearcompares with 2.5 tonnes a year required to be consistent with emissions reduction targets to 2030 and 0.7 tonnes of CO2 a year to meet the net zero goal by 2050.*****

Peers said one of the lessons from the Covid pandemic****** was how crucial clear communication was in building a public consensus for national action. They are also calling for ministers to use every lever available, from regulations and fiscal incentives and disincentives, to persuade people to change their behaviours.
….
but unless we are encouraged and enabled******* to change behaviours in how we travel, what we eat and buy and how we heat our homes, we won’t meet those targets

Most defendants think that way, but are usually well advised to sit tight.
As Britnah found out, there is a vast difference between telling a story to a group of head-tilty hand-patting supporters and facing a cross-examination by a well researched KC.
Also, the judge is bound to instruct a jury that the onus rests on the prosecution to prove their case, and the jury can draw no conclusions from a defendant sitting it out.
And that is the very last thing they hear before they retire.

One car drowned out on the road. A family in a small Peugeot put water into the motor. Luckily for them a couple of local lads stopped and pushed their car out of the water and called RACV.

There’s a entire series of YouTube videos dedicated to this genre.

Of particular note are the attempts of motorists to ford the ford at Rufford in lieu of taking the 3-km detour including a bridge. People are seemingly just dying to kill their cars in the presence of cheering onlookers. Euro models are known to be particularly vulnerable due to air-intakes optimised for smooth, fast Autobahnstorming. Very effective at bending valves and conrods.

Forensic samples from Brih-nee’s nether regions – whether it be front nine or back – AND which come back to Lehrmann will only ever disprove his statement that rumpy never occurred at all. All that does is bring consent into play.

AND they didn’t apply for a sample because a) she washed all her clothes, despite being told not to AND b) they are not going to obtain anything months if not years after the complaint was made.

Not a Rural Producer, but, recall the words of Bevin when told that the British Medical Association and it’s members wouldn’t stand for the National Health:
I’ll stuff their mouths with gold.
The Government will pay them double to shoot the cattle and they’ll still own the land.
The Government will then buy the land for double what it’s worth, turn it into a National Park, and the Cocky will buy a Mansion next door to Lizzie & Hairy.

‘No body, no parole’ becomes law in NSW
Max Maddison
MAX MADDISON

A “no body, no parole” amendment has been written into NSW law, vindicating the long campaign of Lynette Dawson’s family and ensuring her killer will remain behind bars until his death unless his wife’s remains are recovered.

On Thursday afternoon, amendments to the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act passed the Legislative Council, requiring the State Parole Authority to have written approval from the NSW Police commissioner whether an offender has satisfactorily worked with authorities to identify their victim’s location to grant their parole.

The legislative passage comes less than a month after NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet announced he would toughen the state’s laws, to bring NSW in line with other Australian jurisdictions such as Queensland and Western Australia.

Mr Perrottet heralded the Bill passing the NSW parliament, saying the reforms ensured the needs of victims’ families would be given primacy.

“Families deserve the dignity of saying their final goodbyes and we must do all we can to demand offenders give up their secrets and bring some closure to families and friends of victims,” Mr Perrottet said.

“These laws mean inmates convicted of a homicide offence who choose not to co-operate with police to locate their victims will not be given parole.”

Then Tucker notes the demorat freak John Fetterman who before he had a stroke and can no longer understand English was a corrupt, useless mummy’s boy. But despite his mental state the dems are still supporting him; and why not; they supported senile biden, implacably stupid camel-toe and every other dem candidate who suffer from physical or mental or moral issues. Dr Duk – Apparently Ukr potted four Ka-52 helis yesterday in the space of an hour. I haven’t bothered to look for confirmation of it, but it suggests air superiority is not coming any time soon.

1) Even if its true, so what? Helicopters below 5000ft will *always* be vulnerable to MANPADS or similar ground launched missiles, and no SEAD campaign will eliminate those.
2) Air supremacy/superiority is more about owning the skies for fast movers at higher altitudes, allowing them to range over the country at will, making life for ground forces hazardous
3) The US lost nearly 10,000 aircraft in Vietnam, including over 5000 helicopters – do you really think a small tactical loss (4 helos) even registers in the strategic concept.

Lets wait and see what transpires over the next few months – like the Swedish health minister said in the early days of COVID – don’t judge me now, judge me in 2 years.

Any unbogged rural producers care to comment?

Banks (in partnership with Government) see this as part of the broader plan in relation to carbon credits.

Think of “water licences” as being an asset for a rural landholder. The bank considers it as an asset when valuing the property. It’s worth money, and they will hold it as security when lending.

When Government licences “Carbon Credits” as part of a rural property, the banks will include that as part of the security (much like a water licence). It’s part of the asset. You can borrow against it.

At the end of the day, you can sell your “water entitlement/licence” to someone else. Ditto your “Carbon Licence”, but it’s international.

The whole idea is to tax cow farts (meat eaters) and oil consumers (motorists). It’s another global warming scam.

My hunch is that farmers will “get on board” with it. If the Government is going to give you “a cut” via a “environmental licence” that the banks will lend against as “an asset”, then there won’t be too much of a commotion.

Hell, who cares if a few billion people have to kick in a couple of extra bucks a year
to finance it all. People will make money, and everyone will be able to sleep soundly because the planet has been saved.

Both sides and the court will have received copies of the brief well before the start date of the trial. Therefore, the evidence presented shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone except the jury. Likewise – if someone’s evidence goes off on a tangent other than expected, people will tend to sit up and take notice.

Speaking a ‘the accused’ in a criminal matter mice – elf (trial in a few weeks), it is my understanding that whilst the *prosecution* has to pretty well lay out their whole case in advance in the brief of evidence (presumably to let the defence prepare), the defence *is* allowed to introduce whatever material it likes when it presents – I am certainly looking forward to presenting certain video evidence which directly contradicts what my police accusers have sworn I did 😉

In the last 24 hours we have had:-
– going to the High Court;
– not guilty;
– he will plead before smoko tomorrow;
– he’s a spook so the trial will be aborted.

Yes, but nothing about a Japanese submarine surfacing that night on Capital Circuit.

do you really think a small tactical loss (4 helos) even registers in the strategic concept.

In less than an hour? Yep.
Think of just how many manpads they must have by now to do that.
CAS is so not going to happen. You can’t do CAS from high altitude.

Between the new AT missiles and the AA missiles it’s a return to WW1.

From TopEnder’s link at 9:12.

Ms Higgins told the court she met Ms Wilkinson and her husband Mr FitzSimons at an event in early 2021, at which time he told her: ‘You need to write a book’.

To which the obvious answer is, “You should write one too, Pete.”

Dover – I’m just mentioning what is widely reported today. Don’t shoot me I’m just the messenger.

I gave a link to a mostly righty high profile site, which is what I try to do. You can go follow it up. I am not especially interested, since it is clear as crystal that abundant manpads are on the battlefield: which makes close air support a very dangerous lottery. Especially since the aircraft and helis are extremely expensive, difficult to replace and require highly trained pilots who are effectively irreplaceable in applicable timeframe. Poor buggers.

All power to you Dr Duk.
Take no prisoners.
Police who make false statements under oath should be shown no quarter whatsoever. Nothing will happen to them, their only penalty for lying under oath will be when your brief makes them uncomfortable in the witness box.

So tear ’em apart. This sort of stuff is very powerful with Magistrates.

Are you saying that Pfizer and Alex Jones are equally liable for their lies?

I’m saying that one is getting punished and the other is being rewarded. You decide which it which is which.

You imply some equivalence between the actions of Pfizer and those of Jones.
So, logically, they either both deserve a whack, or they both deserve to slide on by without consequence.

Pfizer is protected because its trials were assessed by the regulators. The regulators need to be in the dock.

Ahead of multi-faith services for climate justice today, Catholic, Anglican, Islamic, Uniting Church, Jewish, Hindu and Buddhist leaders said, “Australia is a wealthy country that profits from exports that are causing the crisis”.

In a letter to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, faith leaders said, “we hear the cries of anguish from those most vulnerable in the human family who are losing their lives, livelihoods and homes through climate-fuelled disasters”.

Quite clearly, Pfizer should be sued into the ground and the leadership jailed for life. As for Jones, I’m not familiar enough with the details to comment but I doubt the crimes of a shock jock can compare with the daily transgressions of the ruling elites. Like holding an enquiry into DeSantis moving a few illegals around, which they had been doing on a grand scale for years, not to mention letting criminals, drug runners and terrorists enter the country at will. Quite simply, there is no real justice.

Eating soup with a fork.

He seemed to manage alright Gez, apart from the limited clearance of the front tyre from the mudguard. That’s probably a small trade-off when you’re travelling long distances on sealed or graded roads, you’d appreciate the conveniences and comforts of a road bike against something designed for the bush, heated hand-grips for example.

Who ever heard of heated hand-grips?, luxury.
