The only thing that would get me to leave this place if you lot become boring.

Psst. Quick, Cats. We need to do some very slow drone reading here to drive M0nty away. I’ll start with the Critique of Pure Reason, Dover can do the Critique of Practical Reason, and hands up who wants to get ponderous going slow with the Critique of Judgement. After Kant, we can take turns with Wittgenstein’s Tractatus Logico Philosophicus. Then we can up the pace a bit with Census Districts in Botswana, followed by some of the eleven most boring books in the world for insomniacs.

Trannies ‘identifies’ as a women or man – the opposite of what they recognise they are more fundamentally in one way or another. Genitals, I suppose. But ‘identifying’ is an extra mental step. And when they ‘demand’ we call them whatever it is they are thinking they are saying we have to accept a mental step we cannot see and, therefore, recognise as true. We must just obey.

And they reckon we non-trannies are taking away their rights when they would deny us access to our own judgement.

Mother load, from this morning, this is the whole point of the exercise. It is to terrorise normal people, to force them/us to accept lies as truth. Anyone who disobeys will be punished by loss of income, good name and position in society. And as shown with the Nashville killer, as soon as it becomes inconvenient for the overlords the trannies will be thrown under the bus. They are no more important to the overlords than we are, they are just useful and we are not.

Some attribute the rising murders through the 1970s-80s to leaded petrol affecting aggressive behaviour. Myself, I would suggest idle young men, absent fathers and government subsidies for idleness and fatherlessness. And the reason for the fall from 1989? Immersive computer games as a substitute arena for competition, instead of the streets.
Punishing people after they have passed Police checks as cleanskins (the effect of gun laws) has surprising little effect on crime. However the reward systems of activism find it wonderful.

Gareth Ward is a former Liberal and a rather popular member for the south coast seat of Kiama. Last year he was expelled from the NSW Liberal Party after the police charged him with historic sexual assault charges, allegations he denies. I do think that there’s a smell about the allegations. Anyway, Ward refused to vacate his seat, telling the Liberals to get stuffed and he sat as an independent.

Ward ran no Saturday and is now set to win the seat. The Liberal candidate in Kiama on Saturday only secured 11% of first round votes, an rather ignominious result.

Clearly the voters of Kiama rightly thought the way the Liberal Party treated their local member wasn’t very nice and also, unlike the Liberal Party, the voters of Kiama still believe in the presumption of innocence.

Ward faced court today.

The US is never going to get rid of guns.
I’m guessing ‘assault type rifles’ are semi automatics.
They may well reduce access to those by criminals, don’t think it will make a huge difference to the few that are going to undertake these types of spree murders.
It won’t make a jot of difference to the vast majority of mass shootings.
A casual observation is that it appears that the school was able to limit fatalities by making it difficult for the shooter to get into classrooms.
Can guarantee the level of publicity given to this attack, again will continue to encourage copycats.

Re. the pervert apologist, this is an amended version of what I posted on the old threat this morning…

Ridiculing, mocking and justifying violence towards anyone is NOT an argument. Defending and trivialising a frenzied and hysterical mob in Auckland, a mob that broke through barricades to try and lynch a woman and her supporters, is NOT an argument. Laughing at a woman being daubed with tomato sauce whilst trying to give a talk, is NOT an argument. The pervert apologist should be rightly ridiculed and condemned for diminishing, trivialising and mocking such violence.

The plain truth is that the violence we see today is almost ALWAYS emanating from the left, be it Antifa, the trans lobby and so on. Even Andrew Bolt, who back in 2017, when casually walking to a book launch in Melbourne, was viciously attacked from behind by two masked males, has had enough, calling out the violence, the double standards and the hypocrisy. Twitter leftists, and our resident pervert apologist, think such acts of violence against conservatives are a hoot. Ask Andrew Bolt, ask Tony Abbott, ask Nicolle Flint, ask Fraser Anning, ask Kellie-Jay Keen, ask Andy Ngo, ask hundreds of others, what it’s like to be physically threatened and attacked by the left.

The pervert apologist doesn’t argue here in good faith. As he once admitted, he’s all for punching Nazis, and so now, very conveniently, we have reached a stage where the left delight in smearing and silencing anyone on the right as a Nazi or Nazi adjacent. It’s the perfect smear, and it makes us all legitimate targets to be intimidated, threatened, bashed and beaten. The resident pervert apologist would be happy, very happy, to see one of us punched…and worse. He’s quite open it, it would give great pleasure.

I saw the scum close up at Pell’s funeral. They aren’t pretty, standing among the mourners outside, listening to the baying mob, I was shaking because the violence is real, they are baying for blood. If the NSW police hadn’t been there, they would have beaten us and stormed the cathedral. By the way, who “protests” a funeral? As you all know, I attended Keen’s first Let Women Speak rally here in Sydney with my sister. It was orderly ONLY because the NSW police did their job and kept the baying far-left scum about 80 metres away, and I can guarantee you that if the police had not been there, what you saw in Auckland would have happened here in Sydney. They were screaming “Nazis” and “kill TERFS” at us. It’s surreal.

Anyone who justifies, who ridicules, who trivialises leftist intimidation, threats and violence is not arguing in good faith and is, as I said above, a particularly repugnant and repulsive individual.

On Saturday new Opposition leader John Pesutto was depicted in the media as a sheriff who’d ridden in to clean up Liberal town.

Pesutto jumped at the first media lure and was caught hook, line and sinker. He deserves to be gutted and pan fried. Ms. Deeming on the other hand acted with decorum and nous. Perhaps they should trade places. Come to think of it I can see her doing a far better job of leading the Vic Libs than the last few suits.

Moira Deeming
Ms Deemings Maiden Speech
AS A TEENAGER I witnessed firsthand the corruption and the brutal, coordinated bullying of anyone who does not think and act in unity with the left. There are many stories that I could tell, but one stands out. A woman that I loved and admired quietly refused to take part in the corrupt misuse of union funds. Enraged by this, the union leaders ruthlessly bullied her, blacklisted her from working in Victoria for over 20 years and destroyed her career. Even after these bullies were successfully sued for their behaviour, they kept their jobs and their fines were paid by the very same union whose money they had been siphoning off – for guess who? For years afterwards I would see them on TV being publicly praised as champions of the working class. Now of course we need unions. We have been hearing all week about the wonderful work that they have done, but they need to be apolitical. Our workers deserve better.

If you look up in this beautiful and historic chamber, you will see eight figures, all holding different items representing different ideals – truth, glory, justice, mercy, wisdom, architecture, abundance and unity. Unity is shown holding a circle of chains, but those chains were originally designed to appear broken in half. And what is more, ‘Unity’ is not her original name. Unity’s real name is in fact ‘Liberty’.

Liberty’s reforged chains of oppression are the best illustration I can think of for the dangers of left-wing ideology. That is why I turned away from it. Because individual rights and liberties must never be sacrificed for coerced unity. I believe that every individual is unique, endowed with human dignity and worthy of our care and respect. And those on every side of politics care in exactly the same way. We have all heard it this week, and I do not deny that. But too often they have been willing to sacrifice
individual human rights in the pursuit of collective goals. They argue that the end justifies the means, but as a Liberal, I believe that only by just means can we achieve a just outcome. That is why I believe in the freedom to worship, to think and, as my dear friend Abdullah put it, the right to disagree well forever.

I believe in freedom from compelled speech, the freedom to travel outside my own suburb, the freedom to meet and embrace my family members and the freedom to accept or refuse medical treatment. These freedoms are under threat today, and as these last few years have proven, if we do not cherish them, if we do not fight for them, they will be taken away. Rights and liberties must systematically constrain governments, not the other way around.

So that is why I am a Liberal, but politics was not my original plan. I had chosen a career in teaching, and I was loving it. I felt incredibly honoured that parents would entrust their children to me. But I began to be very concerned about the things that I was being told to teach. Lessons on tolerance were being replaced with lessons on inclusion. It was not enough anymore to just accept each other’s differences with respect. Now students were required to affirm and celebrate beliefs that they just did
not share. Perfectly reasonable moral and religious differences were being reframed as discriminatory and intolerant, and a new vocabulary was introduced categorising people as allies or enemies.

Instead of being inspired by history’s heroes, students were being chastised and even told to stand up in class and apologise for historical crimes that they had neither committed nor condoned. They were told that the physical world is on the brink of doom, but rather than being assigned research projects to find practical solutions, they were being assigned activism as work, including social media awareness-raising campaigns, ideological fundraisers and even attendance at protests during school hours.

Instead of being taught the life-changing value of grit and character, my most vulnerable and disadvantaged students were being weighed down and discouraged with spectres of insurmountable social forces all arrayed against them – capitalism, colonialism, patriarchy. I remember one boy sitting at the back of my class with no pencil case and no books. I did my rounds of the desks, and when I got to him, I smiled and said, ‘Would you like any help with your work?’ He just grinned at me cheekily and said he did not need to do his schoolwork because when he grew up, he was going to be a gangster.

I grinned right back and said, ‘Well, I’m not sure that Australia has much of a gangster industry. Do you have a plan B?’

And he laughed and enjoyed that and we got to chatting, but during that chat I learned that he wanted to be a gangster because he had escaped to Australia from a war-torn country only to be told repeatedly by his teachers that Australia and Australians were racist, and this poor boy of 13 or 14 actually believed them. Here he was, safe in Australia, welcomed, happy in the classroom, unable to concentrate on his work, though, because he was scared of systemic racial violence. No child should
be told that they are hated.

The final straw, which compelled me to challenge the government head on, was discovering that school policies and curriculums had been radically altered to remove almost every child safeguarding standard that we had had. Primary school children were being subjected to erotic sexual content. Female students no longer had the right to single-sex sports teams, toilets or change rooms, and teachers like me were being forced to lie to parents about their children, who were secretly living as one gender at school and another gender at home.

I realised then that my teaching career was over, because I simply would not ever do the things that I was being asked to do. I would never ask students to tell the class which sexual experiences they had had and which they were willing to do. I would never tell girls to bind their breasts. I would never accuse gay students of being transphobic. I would never tell my female students that they had to tolerate a male teacher supervising their change rooms, and I was never, ever going to lie to parents about what was going on with their own children at school.

But I also knew that if I spoke out I was going to be vilified and that I would never work in a public school again, and that is exactly what happened – but so be it.

I wrote articles. I did interviews. I gave talks all across Victoria. I worked with brave women and men from the left – women like Jasmine, Holly, Stassia and Kat. I worked with LGB organisations and free-speech organisations and with doctors, lawyers, brave journalists like Bernard Lane and amazing women like Claire Chandler and Kath Deves. I worked with people of all faiths and none. I worked with betrayed parents and shattered detransitioners. We put everything else aside and we worked together, and every single one of us was attacked for shining a light on these issues. Eventually I got myself elected as a local government councillor in Melton. Councils are responsible for providing change rooms, toilets and all sorts of domestic violence and women’s services.

So I asked whether it was legal to provide these single-sex services and facilities anymore because biological males could just identify as women. I asked the council officers; they did not know. I asked the lawyers; they did not know. I asked every single local government council in Victoria, and not a single one of them knew either, but almost all of them knew unequivocally that it was transphobic just to ask. I asked the gender equality commissioner and the LGBTIQ+ commissioner, and all that they could tell me was that some men are women, but you are not allowed to ask which ones are which because that would be discriminatory. They also told me that I should encourage any women who were unhappy about this, including religious women and victims of sexual assault, to ‘be more tolerant’. I tried to ask the human rights commissioner, but their office told me that I would never, ever – ever – get a meeting with them. So I asked the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office, and they handballed my question to the Attorney-General of Victoria, who has to this day failed to answer.

So now here I am. Democracy in Victoria is almost 170 years old, and one of the reasons for its enduring success is that we are blessed with this Council, this house of review. So I am just going to get right to work by quickly reviewing three areas of the law, and I am going to focus on women and children because that is what the Governor’s speech focused on. First of all, sex-based rights. Women and girls are suffering in Victoria because this government cannot or will not define what a female is, and as a result every woman and every girl in Victoria has lost the right to enjoy female-only sports, female-only change rooms and countless other female-only activities. As a result, what most women would consider to be sexual harassment and indecent exposure is now legal in Victoria. As a result, there is right now at this very moment a twice-convicted male rapist housed with the female prisoners in my area in the Dame Phyllis Frost correctional facility. They are the most vulnerable women of all. Surely there must be ways to ensure the safety and dignity of trans people which do not trample on the rights of women and
girls.

I call upon this government to immediately reinstate sex-based rights in the law.

Secondly, children in brothels – I was very glad to hear that industry called ‘the adult industry’, because children do not belong anywhere near it. Yet this government has made it legal to have children inside brothels in Victoria. That is right – in commercial brothels newborn babies and children up to 18 months of age are allowed on the premises. In home-based brothels children of any age are allowed inside. Devastated police officer friends of mine have told me that Victoria will now inevitably become the child rape capital of Australia. So again I call on the government to amend that act as well so that no child can be taken inside brothels of any kind in Victoria.

Thirdly, transgender affirmation practices on minors – this government has made it illegal for parents and clinicians of gender-dysphoric children to seek out any treatments at all, no matter how reasonable, if they are designed to naturally alleviate the dysphoric feelings and leave the child’s body intact. In Victoria that is simply not allowed. In Victoria doctors will lose their medical licences and parents will lose their children unless they affirm and entrench that dysphoria via experimental conversion
therapies which try to socially, surgically and hormonally convert boys into an approximation of girls and girls into an approximation of boys. It has been all over the media for at least five years. And despite the fact that these interventions have now been proven to be medically unjustifiable, irreversible and devastatingly harmful, ideologues continue to vilify and incite hatred towards anyone sounding the alarm. They even blame these whistleblowers for trans youth suicides, which is the most
disgusting and cynical act of political exploitation I have ever seen. The devastated parents, the furious clinicians and most of all the heartbroken ex-trans youth whose health has vanished and whose bodies are scarred deserve justice.

I call on this government to reinstate common sense and compassion and to conduct an open inquiry into gender affirmation practices in Victoria.

NB. I have done what I would not normally do, that is to copy from a subscribed magazine. In this case Quadrant. I do so on the basis that I purchased the subscription for my partner as a special birthday present two years ago and now renew it each year and thoroughly recommend others to do the same. He also gets a good bottle of red.

Fed up ABC host Stan Grant goes rogue and loses it at his own bosses in a very honest letter: ‘There is no excuse for what I saw on air last night’

By AIDAN WONDRACZ FOR DAILY MAIL AUSTRALIA and ASHLEA KNICKEL

Indigenous TV journalist Stan Grant has sent a letter to the ABC slamming the national broadcaster for its lack of diversity during its coverage of the NSW election.

The Q&A host sent the outraged letter to management on Sunday and ripped into his own employer for using an ‘entire white panel’ on during its state election coverage.

David Speers and Sarah Ferguson led the panel on Saturday night with appearances from NSW treasurer Matt Kean and Labor frontbencher Penny Sharpe.

Grant, a Wiradjuri man born in 1963, questioned how it was ‘acceptable’ and accused the broadcaster of using non-white journalists as ‘cameos’.

Grant said he was ‘fed up’ with the broadcaster claiming it was on a ‘journey’ towards diversity, and claimed ‘the dial has barely moved’ in 40 years.

I realise the US borders Mexico so it’s a harder situation than Australia and Britain which are islands. Giving up is not working, and has not worked for decades. The results speak for themselves, even if you don’t want to listen.

If you define “giving up” as either of toughening rules and regs for legal gun owners or loosening rules and regs for legal gun owners, then you are self-evidently correct. The results do, indeed, speak for themselves. You might note the common theme in those two options, but anyway…

Rosie said upthread that the US is never getting rid of guns (or words to that effect) and she is on the money. Forget land borders – other countries have them; strict enforcement would certainly help, but the bird has flown… in practical, Consitutional, historical, social and whatever other terms you care to define it.

Accepting that highlights the actual problem… too many Yanks shoot other Yanks. They also stab too many. In Sweden, a country I know is dear to your heart, in the absence of other options, they’ve taken to blowing them up! We humans are an adaptable lot.

Concentrating on the weapon is never going to get anyone anywhere, except maybe at the margins. There is a group that will always find a way to do bad stuff.

The trick had always been to minimise the size of that group. For the US, that clearly means finding a road back to a sustainable, law-abiding type of culture for what might be termed “the underclass”… currently largely black.

As more Hispanics are fed into this vile production line, part of the problem should right itself. Hispanics have a strong sense of family, and that is always and everywhere an effective deterrent to “badness”.

African-Americans used to have this, but for lots of reasons that part of their culture has been damaged. Repairing that should be high on the list, for mine. How? Good question.

Less “baddies” = less “deadies”. Discuss.

When the Left starts talking about this stuff, I’ll listen, m0nst. Be handy if the Right did, too, on both counts.

But these are the Left’s constituents. It behooves your lot to take the first steps. Any steps would be good…

Sweden has a different issue to solve. And a much harder nut to crack. Islam may not be capable of a Reformation, but by crikey it – and we – could do with one. But that’s a problem for after the next Geelong Flag. Say, October.

Excellent comment Mark. Kenny on Sky has on American commentator Kristin Tate to speak about the school tragedy that’s happened in Tennessee. Whilst not opposed to more gun controls, Tate says, quite rightly, that a lot of this is due to societal decay, family dysfunction, absent fathers, the collapse of religion, depression and so on.

As for gun control, you can have the strictest gun controls on the planet, yet people will still import and traffic guns illegally. South-west Sydney is awash with illegal guns. The Muslim boy who shot Curtis Cheng in 2015 was given the gun at his local Parramatta mosque.

Shortly before midday, the Herald called the southern Sydney seat of Oatley for the Liberals, with incumbent Liberal MP Mark Coure taking a winning lead over Labor candidate Ash Ambihaipahar.

Labor fiercely targeted the seat with extensive campaign resources and high-profile visits, but Coure said the community had spoken in favour of Liberal representation for the electorate.

“Labor threw everything at this campaign. We had Anthony Albanese twice in the electorate, his partner [Jodie Haydon] twice. Labor’s campaign bus started in my electorate and Labor and the unions were everywhere,” the outgoing minister said.

“But hard work pays off. We attained, we bucked the trend and got an extremely good result.”

So-called “progressives” are unable to even consider this approach, because it will involve accepting that most of the gun crime in the US involves blacks. I just think that at 78, Trump is too old to run. I like Ron, but I think he made a mistake recently by not supporting Trump against the arsehole NY AG, although Trump was the one who did start the war. I like both Ron and the Virginia guy, Youngkin. Youngkin is a quiet achiever and gets the job done.

Look, I feel really bad for Trump and the pain these evil bastards have caused him, but I’m just worried about his age. 78 is too far past the use by date.

At least 12 people were shot, two fatally, in gun violence over the weekend across Chicago – and it’s a safe bet that almost every single one of the guns used were illegal – just like in the rest of the 115 shootings there so far this month and 398 so far this year. One person is shot there every 4 hours. One murdered by gun there every 17 hours. This in a city with the harshest gun control laws in the nation, amounting to a gun ban.

So why aren’t they given the same breathless press anti-gun coverage as the Nashville shooting?

– Because the Nashville shooting involved kids, a school, and multiple casualties, a (gasp) “assault rifle”, and neatly fit the left’s agenda. All of which is red meat click bait for leftist propagandists. The only drawback for them is that the shooter turned out to be a tranny with a manifesto, but the snowball was already rolling down the hill when that fact became known. Fear not tho, that awkward fact will be vigorously scrubbed from the record.

– Because of the unhandy fact that the guns used in Chicago are already illegal as gun ownership in Chicago is all but banned. So mission accomplished right Democrats?

– Because the vast majority of Chicago shootings are via handguns and the enforcement of handgun bans lost all popularity among the left when someone pointed out the overwhelming domination of handgun possession/ownership numbers and levels of incarceration for their illegal use by blacks.

– Because a review of the numbers indicates not a gun problem, but a people problem, with the breakdown of the combined shooters/victims by race in Chicago this year being:
78.5% black
20.2% Hispanic (think illegal aliens and drug cartels)
2.6% White/other (you read that right, 2.6%)

While the racial breakdown of the city population is:
29% Black
29% Hispanic
43% White/other (2.6% of gun crimes. Just thought I’d mention that again in case anyone missed the implications of it).

I was at the local oval today doing my daily walk and was watching a young lady in her early twenties walking her dog and playing ball…she would use a throwing stick to launch the ball, the dog would pursue and return it to her feet.

However, the moment the ball was launched , she would immediately go to her phone and ignore the dog until the ball was returned. The dog would look up at her and wait about 10 seconds until she finished texting or whatever…this happened numerous times. She’d tune out from the dog until the next launch of the ball. FFS, enjoy your dog, soak up the sun and enjoy the physical surroundings for crying out loud. I reckon dogs would sense the disconnect for those short moments?

To add, people that go to concerts and watch it via their phone screens are a joke. D*ckheads, I say. You go to a neighbours BBQ and all the teens sitting around a table are on their phones. All of them.

Mobile phone addiction is out of control.

Enjoy that shine new Labor government you’ve elected, Victorians:

Thousands of public servants are set to be axed under a tough new edict issued ahead of May’s state budget.

The Herald Sun can reveal all government departments have been told to cut 10 per cent of ongoing staff, meaning more than 5000 workers are in the gun to lose their jobs.

The anticipated cuts would be the biggest in more than a decade – when former premier Ted Baillieu pushed to slash 3600 jobs.

Enraged senior public servants say the directive is a departure from standard practice.

But the government is hoping the move will save billions of dollars as it scrambles to rein in soaring spending.

Victorian Public Service Commission data shows the number of public servants increased from 34,000 to 55,000 (by 54 per cent) between 2015 and 2021.

And the government’s public sector wages bill ballooned from $24.2bn in the July 2014 to June 2015 financial year to $38.5bn in 2021-22.

It is understood the job cull will not apply to frontline service delivery roles, but there are fears cuts could have a major impact on key services.

Senior Andrews administration sources confirmed the planned cuts on Tuesday, though a spokesman said no final decisions had been made.

Electric Cars Are Bankrupting the Auto Industry (28 Mar)

“Ford reported that it’s going to lose $3 billion on electric cars in 2023.

Unlike most automakers, Ford reports its electric vehicle numbers separately, but experts estimate that most car companies are losing similar amounts on the dead end business.

GM and Ford both project that their electric cars will be profitable in a few years. Ford plans to make 2 million electric cars every year by 2025. That would be impressive considering that Ford only sold 61,575 of them in 2022. It sold 3,624 electric vehicles in Feb 2023.

That’s a long way from 2 million.

GM plans to sell 1 million electric cars by 2025. It sold less than 40,000 in 2022.

Projections like these might make sense if GM and Ford had hot products and untapped market demand. Instead there are too many electric car models chasing a tiny market.”

Those are heroic sales projections. Crazy may be a better word. Only a hard ban on ICE cars could justify anything like those numbers. But all an immediate ban on new ICE car sales will do is put a rocket under the used car market. And “used” cars from Mexico etc with 100 km on the clock will suddenly become common.

Sacha Baron Cohen’s communist brother kicked out of Labour Party (28 Mar)

The older brother of comedic actor Sacha baron Cohen has been kicked out of the British Labour Party for being part of the Trotskyist Socialist Party, which Labour has banned. … Baron Cohen, who is a computer scientist, was spotted seling copies of the Trotskyist Socialist Party newspaper at London’s Parliament Square during an anti-Netanyahu demonstration there on Monday, the news outlet reported.

UK Labour blocks Jeremy Corbyn from running for party (28 Mar)

Former British Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn has been formally barred by the party from running as a Labour candidate in the next election. Just leave the party Moira. Hun:

Opposition leader John Pesutto has been accused of reneging on a key part of the compromise deal struck with suspended Liberal MP Moira Deeming.

It comes as growing tensions inside the Liberal Party continue to threaten the stability of Mr Pesutto’s leadership.

Mrs Deeming was facing expulsion from the party following her involvement with a Let Women Speak rally that was gatecrashed by neo-Nazis.

She was saved by an 11th hour compromise that saw her accept a nine-month suspension on Monday.

As part of the deal, multiple sources told the Herald Sun Mrs Deeming and Mr Pesutto were due to issue a joint statement following the decisions.

Instead Mr Pesutto held a press-conference with his leadership team, and Mrs Deeming issued a statement under her own name.

Several sources have confirmed Mrs Deeming was surprised she was left out of the press conference, and that she was left to issue her statement alone.

Mr Pesutto’s office denied there was ever an agreement to issue a joint statement.

During a round of media interviews on Tuesday morning he told the ABC Mrs Deeming was “not off to a good start” in proving herself to the party.

He said Mrs Deeming has nine months to earn her spot back on the team, otherwise she could face a fresh expulsion motion.

“I can tell you Moira won’t be able to re-enter the party room if she’s going to be speaking and acting inconsistently with what the party room agreed,” he said.

Mr Pesutto said he was concerned by social media posts by Mrs Deeming that rejected his claims that she had condemned organisers of the rally.

Feuding broke out within the party in the wake of the compromise deal.

One upper house MP appeared to hit out at supporters of Mrs Deeming.

“Moira is a beautiful, brave, clever woman MP who is shamelessly being exploited by selfish people,” the MP said.

“Some don’t care what they do to her dignity, privacy, family, honour or anyone else’s.

“However, the onslaught on our leader is completely inappropriate and misguided too.

“Be wise people. Don’t raise your pitchforks and create a noose, lest you be guilty of being the next puppets of wrongdoing.”

But Acting Premier Jacinta Allan appeared to disagree, instead calling on John Pesutto to move a new motion to expel Ms Deeming from the Liberal Party.

Ms Allan said on Tuesday the result from the party room on Monday had shown that the new opposition leader has “absolutely failed” his first test of leadership.

“He’s failed to stand up against hate and bigotry,” she said on Tuesday.

“Quite simply, today, John Pesutto needs to stand up and move again to expel Moira Deeming from the Liberal Party party room.

“We have seen the Liberal leader over the past couple of days be absolutely humiliated. Humiliated by his own lies, humiliated by his own party room that remains deeply, deeply divided on these issues. Imagine being divided on whether you stand up against hate or bigotry? That is just unacceptable.

“This is a test of leadership that John Pesutto is comprehensively failing before our very eyes, and if he wants to pass the test, he can move today to expel Moira Deeming from the Liberal Party party room.”

TaliDan ultimately treats the loyal cadres as suckers. He never mentions PS cuts until after the election and promises more and continued spending, then the budget books can’t be hidden any longer and so the filleting begins.
This is about him leaving office and boasting he’s left the state in a sound financial position.
The ABC luvvies will lap it up and call it responsible. It’s only when their jobs are taken that the wailing begins.
