Watters, Bongino, Tucker, Judge Janine etc have rightfully described bragg’s indictment as a disgrace with no legal substance and that they expect it to get short shrift. Unfortunately the Judge, Juan Merchan, from Columbia, is fanatically antithetical to Trump. If the case is not dismissed, it will be heard before a jury of ratbag NY citizens who are 87% partisan. It may be that justice will occur after conviction with appeal to the SC. But Watters raised another couple of issues. Firstly, biden has done this; secondly, appearing at the court, on regular, known in advance dates and times will make Trump a prime assassination target. In any event the court hearings will dovetail the 24 POTUS process. It’s win/win for the demorats.
HJM’s clearly got a bit of McWilliams’ Special Reserve on board this evening.

On scams:
I’ve recently received a letter from a UK solicitor handling an ancient aunt’s will. For some unknown reason she left me £200.
I have to provide a solicitor-certified copy of two documents identifying me and my address and have the documents returned by the solicitor. The letter tells me that solicitors will usually do this simple task for £10.
This morning I rocked into a local solicitor’s office (for convenience) expecting the $20 special offer, only to be told that the minimum billing unit for this complex process was one (1) hour at $425.
If I don’t perform, probate will go on apparently indefinitely at £20/six minutes per follow-up (although there’s always a lucrative UK court process to rule me unresponsive) which will greatly annoy my cousins.
I ended up calling in a favour from a partner at one of the firms I do business with – which involved two taxi fares and lunch.
I deeply, deeply hate the law trade.

This stuff about the BRICS trying to make a go of it without using the Dollar and therefore the Dollar will lose its reserve status really makes me laugh.
They can likely transact in their respective currencies but challenging reserve status is another whole ball of wax. Reserve status means that people want to hold your currency.
BRIC stands for Brazil, Russia, India and China.
Which of those currencies would you want to hold in place of the greenback for safekeeping?
Let me answer for you . None.
How about about gold.
If gold was to challenge the buck you’d have to explain how trade in goods and services will be conducted in gold as easily as the dollar. Also, if gold was to challenge the dollar, why isn’t it trading at $5,000 an ounce or much more instead of basically languishing here (~US$2,000)?
I’ll answer for you. It’s not going to challenge the Dollar.

Suppressed History of India’s Ancient Weapons. It is generally believed that Indians did not know about guns and gunpowder. Many experts claim this is the reason why foreigners overpowered Indians, however, that is not true. A series of evidences clearly point out that Ancient Indians used Guns, Bombs, and other advanced weapons. Watch before it gets DELETED.*
*sussietube has given him some grief over the subject matter in his clips….a story for another day.

2:09 – Solid proof in ancient texts

10:13 – Ancient proof for Grenades
10:48 – Time Bombs are not new
12:16 – Conclusion
Hey guys, today I am going to show you some solid evidence of advanced weapons from ancient India.
Yes, what you are looking at is a carving of a gun, a rifle. If you look carefully, you can clearly see that he is loading a gun, this was the old-fashioned way of loading a gun, where you had to put gunpowder through the barrel and then stick a piper from the top. And you can see that he is doing exactly that in this carving in an ancient Indian temple. Of course, immediately your mind is filled with doubt, isn’t it? Is this ancient carving really showing a gun? Maybe it is something else, because ancient Indians could not have used guns, right? So perhaps it is just some other weapon like a spear, or even an iron rod or something.
But here is another carving in a different temple. There is a bearded man on a horse, and he is ready to pull out his sword. But look below him, what is this guy holding? He is clearly holding a gun and is pointing at the horse rider. There should be absolutely no doubt in your mind that this is a gun, because look at his eyes. He has closed his left eye and has opened his right eye, and aiming for the enemy’s heart. If he fires the bullet, this man is dead instantly, right? Yet, he is not shown wearing modern clothes or even medieval clothes, he is shown with just a loin cloth in his waist, and his hairdo resembles the ancient Indian hairstyle. But, if guns were invented by Europeans just 600 years ago, why do we see ancient Indian carvings showing guns? Are these carvings really ancient?
Look at this one, it is now in the archeology museum of Kakinada. There is no official plaque or signboard next to it, but it is said to be 1,000 years old. If guns did exist in India before 600 years, why were they not mentioned in ancient Indian texts, right?
Let me read from a text called Manusmriti, historians say this text is about 2000 years old. In chapter 7, it says:
“No one should use concealed weapons, barbed arrows, poisoned arrows, or projectiles kindled by fire. “Projectiles kindled by fire? That is a gun, right? I mean what else could it be? Why would something like this be written in a 2000-year-old text?
Another Indian text called Naisadha Charita also talks about guns. Experts confirm that it was written in 12th century. The author compares a woman’s elevated nostrils to a pair of guns. In fact, many Ancient Indian texts clearly mention Guns, it was called Naalika in Sanskrit language.

The ATO were actually sending these out and were wondering why no one was responding. After the 20th insistent message I asked my accountant to just check that I didn’t owe them anything. Yep, I did….
Terrible news, calli.
So sorry.
If it’s easy then go it. If you’re right you will become a trillionaire.
Here’s my question to you. Why the f would you need god to back crypto when gold doesn’t need to have crypto backing or fronting. Don’t pour hate on the dollar because there’s Hiden in the White House.

I find PET scan far more alarming. You are hooked up to an intravenous needle that delivers radioactive contrast, you are strapped in, told not to move and then sealed in a room. After a while the intravenous needle retracts automatically and the scanning goes on for about forty minutes. You can’t move or do anything during the whole time.
Then to top it all off, I’m in a dressing room getting into my clothes when the Band-Aid pops and there is blood everywhere. However, the result was good – cancer free.
I have no interest in what anyone here does regarding their own personal health decisions.
Don’t worry, we won’t forget “suffer the consequences”.
Razey
One other thing. We’ve seen what happened in the crypto world with respect to outright fraud. Who are you going to trust that they would keep gold to back the crypto at all times?
Okay, China said they were coming out with gold backed e-money. You really want to trust then with your loot?
Ease of transmission. Otherwise there would be loads gold laden ships traversing the world. If that happens I’m getting into piracy on the high seas.

I find PET scan far more alarming.
I had the PET fairly early in my 2020 drama. I had to be there early in midwinter darkness. The click of some machine (what – Geiger counter?) checking radiation was unnerving. I had to lay in that machine for 40 minutes while disembodied semi-robotic voices barked out commands. Was a depressing setting that I don’t want to go through again.
I had an MRI last year for an unrelated foot injury. That was a five minute doddle. Cost 350 bucks though.

The Backlash against Indicting Trump Maybe Greater Than Anyone Thinks
COMMENT #1: Mr. Armstrong,
As I watched the media coverage of Trump’s arraignment, not guilty plea, and release of the indictment with the charges I’ve concluded as you have been arguing that we have crossed the rubicon. The 34 counts of the indictment to my legally untrained mind read as the criminalization of standard politics. What political campaign doesn’t include hiring people to look out for potentially negative press and seeking to limit the candidate’s exposure? By this indictment’s standard, pretty much every political campaign is a criminal enterprise. This is insane. I’ve generally been more libertarian-leaning in my politics and didn’t vote for Trump and even I can see this is a joke. I’ll be voting for him if we get an election in 2024. Unfortunately for the rest of us it isn’t funny and essentially seals the fate of the nation going into 2027-28 as you’ve indicated. Thanks for keeping us informed during these tumultuous times.
All the best from East Texas,
Greg
COMMENT #2: Good evening Mr. Martin,
As I’m watching this Trump shitshow on live french tv I’m wondering…
It seems that he got out to free, waiting for the trial that won’t take place before the next election.
Can he still run for presidency?
If yes, the fact that he is not in jail, does this mean that the deep state has no choice but to go to war as soon as possible ?
By the way, the French minister of defense announced today that the limit age to be on the reserve army is now 70 years old… that alone is telling a lot !
Despite all this news, the cac40 and Dax are almost at their ath. It is a mystery for I was expecting the capital to go to the US already…
I wish you and your team the best! Keep up the amazing work for this is the only light at the end of the tunnel, and it is not a fret train this time ?
Regards,
Adem
REPLY: I can’t even count all the emails coming one. Many are from those who never voted for Trump and all say that they would now vote for him in 2024. I myself must admit that I had thought Trump had gone past the “Best by Date” but instead of this hurting Trump, it seems to be boosting his support. When I look at the computer and even just the chart patterns, we can easily see that the Democrats are in a major decline and they have not even reached the Downtrend Line whereas the Republicans have broken through.
Even the Arrays showed an important Directional Change in 2023. This indictment of Trump is outrageous and it will backfire on the Democrats according to the computer – NOT my personal opinion.

Paddy and Mick were walking along a street in London. Paddy looked in one of the shop windows and saw a sign that caught his eye. The sign read “Suits £5.00 each, Shirts £2.00 each, Trousers £2.50 per pair”.
Paddy said to his pal “Mick look at the prices! We could buy a whole lot of those and when we get back to Ireland we could make a fortune. Now when we go in you stay quiet, okay? Let me do all da talking ’cause if they hear our accents, they might think we’re thicko’s from Ireland and try to screw us. I’ll put on me best English accent”.
“Roight y’are Paddy, I’ll keep me mouth shut, so I will. You do all da business!” said Mick.
They go in and Paddy said in a posh voice “Hello my good man. I’ll take 50 suits at £5.00 each, 100 shirts at £2.00 each, and 50 pairs of trousers at £2.50 each. I’ll back up me truck ready to load ’em on, so I will”.
The owner of the shop said quietly “You’re from Ireland, aren’t you?” “Well yes” said a surprised Paddy. “What gave it away?” The owner replied ,”This is a Dry-Cleaners”.

Ukrainian Refugees in Munich – A Real Crisis
COMMENT: Hi Martin,
I live in a commute in Munich in a nice neighborhood, I pay around 700 EUR rent for the smallest room, but we have a garden – and live with a few Ukrainians. They are very nice, seem like reasonable folks.
What I’m worried about though is the refugee system we have in place here in Bavaria. I wanted to move to another room, but I couldn’t: was kind of too expensive, 800 EUR/month. Guess who took it, another Ukrainian – of course, the state is paying it (“Arbeitsamt”). The crazy thing is that I’m having trouble with inflation and because I additionally have to pay taxes so that Ukrainians can live in the most luxurious room of the house for more than a year already. I would have no problem supporting them for a few months. But the thing is, a year has passed and they don’t even bother to search for work. They just go to German classes a few times a week. And spend most of the day talking and chilling in the kitchen. All of that while Munich is desperately searching for labour.
I also heard from sources, that they don’t really seem to be interested to work. A contact of mine offered them work, but they told him they can’t, as they are too busy learning German. Which I don’t understand, I see them all the time having fun in our kitchen. They don’t even really seem to learn German, one of them can’t say more than “Guten Tag” after one year of German classes…
Additionally, it seems like they are getting money from the state for leisure. As far as I have seen, they already went more often for traveling this past year through Europe than me. What I don’t understand, they also seem to be traveling back and forth to Ukraine to visit friends and family. I don’t get it, I thought that country was at war.
All in all, I think it’s good to help refugees. But when I have to suffer so that I can pay them to rent the best rooms in the house, while they have fun and are chilling in the kitchen, travel around Europe, even go visit their family in Ukraine while at war, and all that for more than a year, then the system doesn’t seem to be very fair to me, something doesn’t add up.
Best,
J
REPLY: I am getting emails from all over describing the same problem. First, it was the pretend Syrian Refugees. The government even paid for them to take vacations. It just seems that we have the MOST unqualified people in governments everywhere. In France, it is merely the extension of the Yellow Vests, not simply about pensions. We see turmoil in Canada, and even in Britain. These countries treat their own people like slaves. The Biden Administration only wants to raise taxes on Americans to pay for funding the entire Ukrainian government paying all salaries of government workers and their pensions! Why would Zelensky ever want to seek peace if the money stopped flowing as a consequence?
We seem to be building into what the computer has been forecasting – a major wave of Civil Unrest on a global scale in the West.”

I wish that you decided to contest it anyway. Take photos. Produce a record of infringements or a lack thereof. Argue about reasonableness. Take measurements. Challenge the judgment of the parking inspector and challenge them if they got out a tape measure. Argue it administratively before challenging it in court.
If everyone did, they couldn’t do it to us and they’d have to pull their head in regarding serious cases (like majority verdicts and retrying people multiple times) as the log jam would force priorities.
Yes Rosie, it’s quite a boon for passengers travelling around Victoria.

I just knew would have had something to say – ever since he heard about the indictment and he felt that urgent tugging in his pants.
Everywhere else (even CNN!) is saying that this stupid thing cannot fly. It is ludicrous. It could be known as Bragg’s folly.
But, when the thing is eventually thrown out Rowe will be depicting it as a miscarriage of justice.
Do the people who read the Fin Review believe the things Rowe does? It would be be a pretty poor reflection on Australian business if they did.

You then get trainspotters with nothing better to do clogging up the network and people who have to travel to Melbourne for a transfusion or something can’t get a seat.
Rowe is right in this way:
Trump lied to his voters in 2016, said he was going to deport illegal migrants, instead he spent 4 years kissing their bottoms and he’ll do exactly the same thing again if he’s elected next year.
His views on world history and the economic history of Europe don’t match up with the evidence (coinage) and he insists that his supercomputer he coded by himself in the 1980s has ALL of the historical and current world economic & financial data (despite being quite impossible and laughable).

re seatbelts – children and smaller persons such as myself find that the seatbelt over the shoulders doesn’t turn out anything like the approved picture for small people in Rosie’s link. I end up with the seatbelt hovering around my neck and so do my teenage grandkids. Re MRI’s which put you into a tunnel with a noise like a concrete mixer going on around you. If you are only getting your legs or lower half done in them then they are bearable, as you can go in feet first and keep your head out in the open. What is horrible is head or upper body scans where you go in head first and if you are lucky your feet stick out (useful when in the UK I had a head MRI and the audio inside wasn’t working (thank you NHS) so they couldn’t talk to me; raise your foot if you need us, they said.

Yeah, they seem pretty much in the thrall of the progressive talking points and propaganda. But Britain seems to be a pretty much left-wing state now.
I don’t know how representative of actual popular opinion the cartoonists Tom posts are. They might just be the big publications and perhaps smaller (boutique, surely) ones are more circumspect. Or maybe the Brits are stuck with most of their cartoonists being like Rowe – simplistic and ill-informed despite the publication that pays them.
