5. were made on political grounds as opposed to economic grounds. Korea LIED to the world about its FX reserves and suffered a 95% decline in its currency along with massive USD defaults across its corporate and government sectors. China is doing the same now with RMB and HKD

6. Expect more forced selling of US stocks and bonds by Chinese institutions. Remember, in an angry, knee-jerk reaction, Xi sloppily fired the head of the PBOC, Yi Gang, at the 20th Party Congress in Oct 2022. Yi Gang also lost his seat on the CCP’s Central Committee. 6/9

7. He was reappointed as Central Bank head a few weeks later but FIRED AGAIN in July 2023. Just imagine how the world would react if we abruptly fired Jerome Powell, rehired him, and fired him again a few months later. Xi is panicking. 7/9

8. China is experiencing massive financial instability – both a liquidity AND a solvency crisis in Chinese real estate which immediately precipitated a banking crisis given the levels of leverage to the property sector. Be prepared for large currency breaks and additional 8/9

9. global instability. Number go down… 9/9

The thing that caught my eye recently was that in fact I did see a piece about Chinese holdings of US bonds showing holdings have really gone down of late in a very protected decline. People spoke about this as being China divesting of US assets to reduce exposure to the US. Dunno, maybe Bass is right for once over the past two decades.

I would think the food staff at the White House have learned not to consult Biden about menus.

Apart from chocolate chocolate-chip. So they have Dr Jill who even now must realised as lady of the manor are numbered, and shrinking by weeks every day.

She will be making a buffoon of herself trying to wring every last drop of Presidential residential privilege from her rapidly shedding days.

So Albo should find himself stuck at a table with 15 forks trying to deal with dishes that have been summoned from obscure corners of unfamiliar phyla, trying to pose as a world leader with a confused, often absent, aphasic moron drifting unpredictably between different ages of his life.

Martin Armstrong has been saying this for a while now.

I don’t read anything by the convicted fraudster, dickface. And two things.

1. Marty plagiarizes lots of stuff from others, and

2. I would bet that Marty’s plagiarized summation of China’s bond draw-down has been like everyone else. China was selling to divest of US Dollar holdings for diversification reasons – not because there’s a serious liquidity crunch going on, you dishonest little crook.
Piss off, as you’re as useless as a turd in a diaper.

Yes, credit cost above the bond rate has moved upwards.

Swaps are an interesting instrument that came into being in the 70s.

Credit default swaps have also moved higher for certain risks.

I would advise ALL WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE to carefully read my open published letter to the American Board of Ob/Gyn that was sent almost two years ago: https://rodefshalom613.org/2022/01/dr-james-thorp-letter-to-american-board-obstetrics-gynecology-risk-covid19-vaccine-pregnancy/ This is a profound, eloquent, and irrefutable compilation of data in a 19-page letter. This open-published letter includes 1,019 peer-reviewed medical journal publications that I reviewed documenting severe injuries and death after the COVID-19 “vaccines” in just 12 months post-rollout. Subsequent publications of mine compiled 1,366 such publications in just 15 months post-rollout: https://thegms.co/publichealth/pubheal-rw-22042302.pdf
Each article has multiple authors for a total of about 5,000 research investigators who had the conviction to put their name on a publication reporting disastrous consequences of the C19 gene shots, thus willing to risk their livelihoods. This is unprecedented and in just 15 months these C19 peer-reviewed publications are far in excess of all other such reports from all other vaccines in a century. Yet you believe the $5 Trillion dollar USA Tax dollars pushing a deadly narrative that these gene products are safe, effective, and necessary in pregnancy? Absurd! This is irrational propaganda and The American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOG), American Board of Ob/Gyn (ABOG), and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM) are likely captured by “cooperative care agreements” from HHS CDC exactly as has been documented with ACOG: https://americaoutloud.news/foia-reveals-troubling-relationship-between-hhs-cdc-the-american-college-of-obstetricians-and-gynecologists/

Japan and Denmark Collaborate on Floating Wind Turbines

The Energy Transition madness continues and maybe more soon to come here. Blackout Bowen is on the case right now with your South Pacific Peso Tax Moneeeeeee – Watch this space –

“Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen met with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to discuss offshore wind turbines. Denmark is a leader in wind turbine technology, while Japan has an advantage in shipbuilding technology. Japan has stated that it plans to increase its offshore wind power by 60% by 2030. Biden stated he wants to power 10 million homes in America with offshore wind power by 2030, which is our computer’s 2032. The UK, Denmark, and other nations aligned with the Great Reset are also targeting 2030 and the industry as a whole is growing rapidly.

This fishing industry has warned that this technology will prevent them from yielding the same amount of fish each year. This will impact our overall food supply. But we will have bug protein to supplement us. No one knows the repercussions of placing these massive devices in the ocean. The environmentalists don’t want the energy companies drilling for oil, but they are OK with drilling deep into sea beds.

One study believes that this technology could hurt surface predators such as plankton and disrupt all sea life. The powerful wind structures could change the ocean’s upwelling and impact water temperature, and therefore move nutrient-dense water that those at the bottom of the food chain depend on to survive. “The consequences of these changes in physical upwelling structure on the ecosystem are currently unknown and could potentially form future areas of investigation that could also include an assessment of fisheries and socio-economic effects,” a recent study published on Nature admitted.

Japan and Denmark have a lofty goal of reducing greenhouse has emissions by 2030 before going to net-zero by 2050. “What I’m hoping for is that the effort to increase offshore wind in Japan will produce a ketchup effect, where you try to get the ketchup out of the bottle but nothing much comes out until suddenly it does, after much effort,” a Danish ambassador to Japan told the Japan Times. The Danish Energy Agency discussed the 2020 New Climate Agreement in which there will be a “new era with energy islands.” “An energy island serves as a hub for electricity generation for the surrounding wind farms, by collecting and distributing the electricity between countries connected by an electricity grid,” the report explains. Denmark believes it could power portions of Europe.

The Japan-Denmark partnership could be promising as nations are pledging their support for Agenda 2030 and spending to implement these structures, regardless of their efficiency or actual impact on the ecosystem.”

Bloomberg is the latest corporate media to use fear to sell what might be a World Economic Forum agenda of introducing bugs and lab-grown meat into the food supply:

I recall, soon after Joe had uncomprehendingly and confusedly recited the syllables of office, the MSM splattering images of Dr Jill in a black something they were content to call a cocktail dress (although there was no hinting of a cocktail function) claiming ‘style had returned to the Whitehouse’.

The same press had also creamed their dacks over the style of Obama’s distinctly pithecine wife (whose image required an especially robust plastic for the film) and dismissed Melania as just the President’s wife and nothing worthy of note.

Vogue dedicated (I believe) two of their covers to Michelle that would have been more in keeping with Scientific American or National Geographic.

Imagine trying to write glowing copy for Dr Jill, then going out to try to impress actual women. The disjoint would lead to an almost certainly lethal psychological schism.

There is a lovely storey about Errol Flynn and the US Navy in the 50’s. Apparently he hated the USN.
The future CO of the submarine Triton was doing his compulsory surface command posting in the Mediterranean Fleet. He sailed into Mallorca for what the Navy insist on calling a goodwill visit.
Next morning Flynn was all over the papers claiming that the USN vessel was speeding and caused significant damage to Flynn’s yacht.
The very professional captain sent his XO to meet with Flynn and review the damage. He was told to FO.
A few nights later the captain took his officers to the yacht club for dinner. Flynn was there thoroughly drunk. He made things so uncomfortable that the captain took his officers back to his ship.
The next morning Flynn was found comprehensively beaten up in the car park.
The ship’s gangway log had no record of any young officers slipping away intent upon administering etiquette lessons to the great star.

This morning I caught up with an ex. Like me, like all Jews, he’s shattered by the pogrom of 7 October. It’s funny how terrible events can bring people together. Years ago I vowed never to speak to him again (yes, it was that kind of turbulent relationship). We talked about Israel, but we also spoke about other things, such as family etc. He’s a lawyer, a smart man, and we started talking about politics. He’s in Kylea Stink’s electorate and he said he was shocked at what she did last week. I responded….why are you surprised? She and the other Teals are all vacuous far-left morons. He then reminded me that he only ever watches the ABC and SBS, and he said how disgusted he is with the coverage of the pogrom of 7 October. I told him I don’t have that problem, I subscribe to News Corp, I watch Sky and I generally source my news from other outlets. He looked at me quizzically and I said, yes, yes, I watch “Sky after Dark, and don’t you know, I’m “far-right”. But the corker was when we talked about da Voice. He said legally he wasn’t comfortable with the Voice but voted yes anyway! I told him I voted no and I have no regrets and the referendum result was sweet, very sweet. I asked him why he voted ‘yes’, was it to make himself feel good and he replied ‘yes’, he thought he was doing the right thing, despite misgivings. On hearing this I laughed and I told him that he’s become soft and that perhaps he should listen to me and to the likes of Jacinta Price, someone with real lived experience growing up in remote indigenous and very dysfunctional community.
I told him that his tokenism, his virtue signalling and his feel good lightweight vacuous thinking will do nothing to improve the lives of our indigenous fellow Australians, all it does it make him and his fellow Teal voters feel good!

And yes, he voted for Stink!

In other words, Chinese officials don’t think like Westerners. Their concern is not primarily with economic flourishing, and floating the boat so prosperity is diffused everywhere. Far from it. The Party and its grip on power comes before all that. So the spread of technology into every aspect of existence is not about commerce but control. In the event of war this is both a strength and weakness just as it was for the Nazis.

So its not at risk unless there is greater political instability in China. Most likely there will be more money coming from China if that scenario ever comes about.

The next morning Flynn was found comprehensively beaten up in the car park.
The ship’s gangway log had no record of any young officers slipping away intent upon administering etiquette lessons to the great star.

If any ‘young officers’ were involved there’d have to be an explanation cooked up for how they got their injuries.
& they wouldn’t have had anything as simple as just a shiner or two either.
They may have got Flynn down, however they’d have regretted ever embarking upon such an expedition.

If Flynn was found comprehensively beaten up, there’d have been some real damage done to at least half the blokes it took to do him over.

Farmers have declared war on Anthony Albanese’s “active pursuit of a niche ideological agenda”, launching a major campaign attacking a raft of Labor policies they warn are shaving billions of dollars off the economy.

The National Farmers Federation will on Thursday roll out a multimedia campaign calling on federal parliamentarians to block key components of the Albanese government’s legislative agenda, including industrial relations, water and environmental reforms.

The campaign – titled Keep Farmers Farming – will also push the government to abandon plans to ban live sheep exports to the Middle East, establish a dedicated visa pathway for agriculture workers and implement a mandatory code of conduct for transmission projects to ensure they do not destroy prime agricultural land.

ABC Four Corners trust on the line: activists

By paul garvey
Senior Reporter
@PDGarvey
7:46PM October 25, 2023

Any decision by the ABC and its flagship current affairs program Four Corners to hand over footage to West Australian police would mean the national broadcaster could never be trusted again, climate activists say.

Disrupt Burrup Hub media adviser Jesse Noakes, who will appear in court in November on four counts of refusing to obey a data access order, said he has been told the ABC had made a decision to release footage captured by the broadcaster as part of a recent Four Corners report.

It is understood ABC lawyers wrote to Mr Noakes on Tuesday, urgently seeking any extra information relevant to their decision.
Read Next

The ABC has been under pressure to hand over hours of footage to police as part of an investigation into an attempted protest at the City Beach home of Woodside chief executive Meg O’Neill in August.

The protesters were accompanied by a film crew from Four Corners working on a report that went to air earlier this month.

Mr Noakes said handing over the footage would breach undertakings given by the ABC to protect multiple sources who participated in the Four Corners program.

“All of Four Corners’ access to the Disrupt Burrup Hub campaign was the product of numerous conversations over several months in the course of which agreements over access and exposure were continually negotiated. Dozens of people consented to be filmed for a Four Corners investigation. No one ever consented to be filmed for a WA police investigation,” Mr Noakes said in a statement to The Australian.

“If the ABC release Four Corners footage to WA police, who would ever trust the ABC to tell their story again?”

Does anybody else find this hilarious?

Interesting, particularly in light of this denial earlier.

https://tvtonight.com.au/2023/08/abc-defends-four-corners-crew-attending-protest.html
Rowland said the ABC had confirmed a television crew was present to film the protest for an upcoming documentary, but they had “no knowledge of the nature of the behaviour that would occur”.

ABC confirmed a Four Corners team attended the protest action to gather material for a potential report later this year.

“Just prior to the action the team received a tip to go to an address, they had no knowledge what was at the address or that it was someone’s house,” ABC said in a statement.

“They had no knowledge of what action was going to occur there. When they arrived the police were already in attendance, in numbers.

“The ABC team remained on public land observing what was happening and getting some vision, as journalists do.

“They at no time went on to private property or had any involvement in what was happening. The ABC team in no way colluded with the activists.”

Im betting some of the MOUs and text messages between the swampies and the ABCcess would be interesting reading.

Non, no N), the premier of WA has been on the news and informed you there is no link between the ban and sheep prices.
None whatsoever.
Its probably the looming threat of climate change.
You are spreading disinformation and will now be banned.

https://www.sheepcentral.com/sheep-export-ban-will-cause-irreversible-harm-23-farm-groups-tell-pm/
Premier Roger Cook responded by saying it was “complete and utter nonsense” to link falling sheep prices today with a ban which “may or may not” occur until 2027 or 2028.

There were no current restrictions on the export of live sheep, he said, adding that the decline in sheep prices started “well before” the federal government’s announcement on live sheep exports.

“In 2016 the price was 201c a kilo. It then went up to 419c a kilo in 2018, and it is now down to 241c a kilo in 2023,” the Premier said.

“We understand that there will continue to be fluctuations in the price, and we understand that that will continue to have an impact on farmers.”

Speaking of neighbourhoods….my new neighbour just had an ancient Singer delivered on a flatbed. To be restored. He turned over the engine on delivery. It was like heavy metal, but oddly alluring.

Indolent I think Sophia Loren dying is fake news, no other mention apart from th utube clip which sends alarm bells as there have been lots of reports lately of stars dying. Funny, they never mention Roger.

News of actress Sophia Loren’s death spread quickly earlier this week causing concern among fans across the world. However the October 2023 report has now been confirmed as a complete hoax and just the latest in a string of fake celebrity death reports.

Right then.

I have a close family member who boasts unashamedly of ONLY ever watching/listening to the ABfnC

I’ve been noticing complete strangers that will unveil their reliance upon the Guardian to be informed within five minutes of meeting them. Something of a secret handshake about it, they usually seem quite pleased with themselves too for some reason. Probably the sort to bang on about the Murdochracy if you hung around for long enough.

No, but it’s highly likely it was put on the back burner for the duration of ‘YES’ campaign.

Given the week of mourning, I should imagine that he’ll have only just be getting back to his navel gazing, interspersed with the standard flights of fancy.

Albanese government will consider whether to establish local and regional voices as part of ‘next steps’

The Albanese government will consider pushing ahead with local and regional voices after the resounding defeat of the referendum on a national voice, as Indigenous leaders say the high Yes vote in remote communities means there is a clear mandate for the advisory bodies.

The government has made no decisions on what next steps to take to close the gap and tackle Indigenous disadvantage in the wake of the resounding No vote, but sources on Wednesday noted there was still money set aside for local and regional voices.

The May budget contained $20m “to progress regional voice arrangements to ensure that voices in remote and regional communities are heard”.

Asked whether the government was considering pursuing local and regional voices as it determines what to do next, a spokesman for Indigenous Australians Minister Linda Burney said: “We look forward to engaging with Indigenous organisations and leaders across the country in the coming months.

“We are going to take the time to listen, engage and seek advice from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

“Our approach will be guided by our commitment to making a practical difference and to close the gap.”

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner June Oscar cited the clear Yes vote in remote Aboriginal communities in her evidence to Senate Estimates this week, saying: “It is an important piece of truth-telling that should inform the agenda moving forward. The nation has a clear mandate to establish regional and remote voices.”

Fellow voice proponent and Indigenous businessman Sean Gordon told The Australian: “Given the outcome of the voting in remote communities, my recommendation would be those communities are absolutely supported to start organising themselves and give them support to set up their own governance structures.”

Normally, we don’t travel very far to go out for dinner, as most places we like are usually within walking distance. This evening, we went out into the sticks – Glen Iris. It’s been so long since I’ve been to a place to eat that far out. Anyway, it was a truly beautiful restaurant with a great feel. The food was great, even though I had a pizza. It’s called Gracia and is highly recommended.

I’m glad it isn’t true. Sophia Loren broke her leg in a fall last month so it wasn’t too surprising to see that she had died. What sort of mentality does it take to do something like that.
