I’d rather not have a doctor who is a type 1 brittle diabetic. Likewise Uber/taxi driver, pilot, machine operator. And so on.

Indeed.

My fil was travelling on a flight out of Florida, which was delayed on takeoff after leaving the gate. The woman sitting next to him became agitated by the delay – and it turned out that she had injected insulin before boarding, in anticipation of the (now delayed) drinkies and an airplane dinner. She suddenly became unconscious.

The plane was stuck in the takeoff queue – but luckily there was a doctor on board who, hearing that she was diabetic, diagnosed hyper rather than hypo, and promptly gave her an insulin injection.

Which killed her on the spot.

Fil scored an all-expenses-paid return trip to give evidence at the malpractice hearing.

Even astronomy is now succumbing to woke.

Frustrated scientists convince astronomy journal to implement trans-inclusive name change policy (10 Sep)

A group of united astronomers have successfully convinced Europe’s leading astronomy journal Astronomy & Astrophysics to institute a name change policy for transgender people and others. “It’s really frustrating that such a large organization needed an initiative from outside to adopt a more inclusive policy,” says astronomer Emily Hunt.

Yeston here refers to the growing discourse initiated by the trans community to develop a policy to allow scientists to change their name on published publications. One example is the Nature blog post by Theresa Jean Tanenbaum called “Publishers: let transgender scholars correct their names.” The motivation behind this movement is that people who transition often adopt a new name, resulting in papers prior to the transition bearing the old name they no longer associate with their identity.

We should change the names of Mars and Venus, which are horribly cis and anti-qwerty.

Official alert from Best Australian government…

Clinician alert #65 – all clinicians
Effective from 10 September 2021
New information
Myocarditis and Pericarditis following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination
Myocarditis and/or pericarditis have been reported as rare side effects after mRNA COVID-19
vaccines, including Comirnaty (Pfizer) and Spikevax (Moderna). These reports have been
characterised by:
• a predominance of males under 30 years of age
• more commonly following the second dose
• typically occurring within 1-5 days of vaccination
• resulting in mostly mild illness, which responds well to standard treatment.
Data from the United States has found the reported incidence in males aged 12-29 years was
40.6 cases per million second doses of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, and in females aged 12-29
years was 4.2 cases per million. The rate in males aged 30 years or older was 2.4 cases per
million second doses, and in females of the same age was 1.0 case per million second doses.
People who develop myocarditis or pericarditis attributed to their first dose of an
mRNA COVID-19 vaccine are advised to defer further doses and to discuss this with
their treating doctor.

AS a Chocco infantryman working in Defence, I annoyed one of my ARA workmates once. A gunner, he strolled into my office one day, and commented that he heard I was in the Reserves. Here’s my response to the batshit crazy cretins of the TGA.

Vaccine passports may lower overall number of people in the UK willing to get vaccinated (10 Sep)

Overall, the study found that passports may lower vaccination inclination by 3.6% if introduced for domestic use and 1.7% for international use. Younger adults, Black / Black British groups, and non-English speakers stating lower inclination to vaccinate than others if passports were introduced. This was also found to be the case for some work statuses, including part-time employed and looking after the home or family.

The researchers call for further evidence on the impact of restrictions requiring vaccine certification, including studies on the impact of these restrictions on vaccine confidence and willingness among those individuals and communities who are already more hesitant about vaccination.

The TGA have shot themselves in the foot because many people will now realize they are political operators who have blatantly broken their Hippocratic oaths.

Transmission at schools and early childhood education and care (ECEC) services is occurring at a rate five times higher than 2020, new research from the National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance (NCIRS) suggests.

The study, which analysed the spread and severity of COVID-19 cases among children from the start of the recent large-scale outbreak in Sydney, revealed there had been a secondary attack rate of 4.7% at school and childcare sites between 16 June and 31 July, compared to 0.9% last year.

However, it also showed that the vast majority of children (98%) had asymptomatic or mild cases of COVID-19 and reaffirmed that they are significantly less likely to pass on the SARS-CoV-2 virus than adults.

My mum went to night school during her years at Krempins to obtain admission as a trainee nurse at a hospital. During the depression years this was difficult. Admission to training as a RN was mainly for those who could only work if they pursued a profession. Nursing and Teaching were such professions.

There were 3 ways for people from the lower classes to become middle class – one was Nursing, another was Police, and the third was the Priesthood.
The path has now been blocked by credentialism.
The ladder has been firmly pulled up to protect the futures of the children of the middle class.

The good doctor might be onto something here.

Im sort of the same opinion for a while now.
Each currency has a ‘gentlemen’s agreement” they wont debase themselves at too fast a rate vs the USD so as to maintain a veneer of respectability.

Now US policy appears to be “money machine go brrrrrr” Im not sure how that will play out.
https://www.takimag.com/article/mutually-assured-rottenness/
The American dollar seems increasingly fraudulent, maintaining any value at all only by the fact that all other currencies are similarly fraudulent. In the days of the nuclear standoff between the United States and the Soviet Union, there was a doctrine called Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD). Either of the rivals would assure its own destruction if it attacked the other, therefore it did not attack the other, however inflamed the rhetoric. When it comes to major currencies, there is an implicit doctrine of Mutually Assured Rottenness. Each is as bad, or very nearly, as the other, so that there can be no flight into real value. Even gold is not safe, at least for private individuals: In 1933, President Roosevelt in effect confiscated gold from private citizens who “hoarded” it, and though the prohibition of holding gold was repealed (41 years later), there is no reason why the confiscation could not be repeated if governments deemed it necessary.

If for some reason the Mutually Assured Rottenness of currencies no longer held up (and confidence can be lost overnight), chaos would ensue not only for the United States but for the world. The former would lose its capacity to maintain both its deficits and its standard of living; the latter would lose a major part of its commerce, to say nothing of its agreed method of settling payments.

The age group LEAST likely to die is everyone under the age of 50.
So far 22 people under the age of 50 have died.
22 / 122000 x 100 = 0.0180327868852459 % death rate.

or to be charitable 0.02% chance of death for the under 50s.
In actual fact its far less than that as the bulk of infections (roughly equal to ALL infections in the over 50 age groups) are in the 20-29 age bracket.

Thanks, B of N. Yes, in a brutal iron-age warrior society women may have taken up swords, though that is not proven, and more importantly, they may have also represented warrior lineages, acting as usual as figureheads rather than frontline warriors in a shield-wall. The mounds at Uppsala contained females of high status, with regalia as well as female things like spindles. Being a figurehead seems definitely to have been the role of Britain’s Boudicca, for her name simply means Victory. She has no grave and I suspect she may have been apocryphal, or certainly not at the vanguard of battle.

Spartan women of the Bronze Age we known told their sons to come back home with their shield or upon it.

So fucking over this. I remember having a conversation with an (ex) queer ‘friend’; I asked him why they were bothering with SSM since defacto relationships which included queer relationships had the same legal status as normal relationships and why didn’t queers just create a new name for their relationships to reflect their flamboyant natures compared to the staid nature of normal marriages. He said it wasn’t about equality but revenge and ownership, appropriation, of the institutions of normality which had persecuted them. And of course that has been proved as queers and the alphabet people attack normal values in education, gender and children.

And what the fuck have our conservative politicians done about it; Tony Abbott is the best of them and he has done nothing except stiff upper lip and make fine speeches ignored by the media.

The ruling authority in Australia has just banned doctors from prescribing Ivermectin. The Advisory Committee for Medicines Scheduling and the Australian National COVID Clinical Evidence Taskforce, have determined that any effort to mitigate COVID-19 with therapeutics will likely diminish the goal of vaccinating the entire population.

Diminish the goal of vaxxing – bultish!

I was wondering why there was such a one sided almost maniacal push to vaccinate- when someone pointed out that if there is an effective treatment (or alternative) then Pfizer; Moderna, J&J and Astra lose their emergency authorisation. And all their stockpiles are junk.

A few weeks ago I told Cats about my poor old Dad and how his health had deteriorated rapidly following his inoculation with the “vaccine”.

Aches and pains, then usual stuff that everyone reported. Then…gout, but not in his feet – a new site in his knees. Agony. Then his Grovers disease flared up so badly that he was basically one big rash, head to toe. Then a new horror, just diagnosed. Bullous pemphigoid. On his feet.

Being a horrible, suspicious person, I typed in bp covid vaccine and there it is – the bloody vaccine triggered this rare auto-immune condition that will take years to recover from. At 90, he will probably die with it, or sepsis from the wounds. The vaccine has destroyed his quality of life.

Lizzie – I don’t know the story of that Viking lady well, but my opinion is such ladies were indeed leaders, either overtly or behind the scenes. And we know if a leader gives success they are honoured vigorously. I would not therefore think it unusual if a competent lady leader be honoured as a warrior-leader even if in practice that wasn’t what she was doing day-to-day.

Out of curiosity I had a look just now at the sculpture of Elizabeth I on her coffin. She looks more like she is carrying a sword than a sceptre. I think it is an innate after-death response of their people to regard a defender as a warrior.

I don’t think the Australian stats are large enough to form a proper opinion. My impression is that – in terms of mortality risk- certainly, age at the upper end of the scale is very important. However, as you reach down into the younger groups the one factor that stands out are land whales. Land whales are at a significantly higher risk of death. Dunno why, but they seem to be. I’d bet the 100 plus odd currently in ICU in Australia are obese lardballs.

Here’s my thinking… vaccination is a must for land whales… that’s if they don’t want to suffer the risk of death from the Chinese bio-weapon.

JC – Unfortunately for them the vaccine doesn’t seem to work very well.

As I linked yesterday – it was announced there were 9 deaths in NSW, 3 fully vaccinated, 3 with one dose and 3 unvaccinated. At the time they caught the infection the population spread would have been very close to 33% each for 2 doses, 1 dose and unvaccinated.

It really doesn’t seem to be that great, at least not for Delta. I suspect most of the reduction in death rate is actually due to therapeutic treatment upon admission to hospital – where we don’t see any details about what methods are used. But they certainly will have improved in the last year.

I most respectfully disagree with the upskilling part*.
At the start of hostilities, one thing we need to preserve is the integrity of the infantry units and immediately hiving off parts for a different role (unless the responsibility is within the parent organisations area of ops.) doesn’t help.
Your suggestion of a second Commando Regiment is better. Much better. But it needs to be a Corps Level asset, already equipped and trained to act independently against Corps level targets, otherwise it will get frittered away against inappropriate goals.

Additionally, there is something about the vaccination specifically that has not yet been determined. This vaccine is too important to them. The totality of the vaccine push is disproportionate to the overall COVID-19 threat. This vaccine holds an (as yet) unknown purpose.

Stew Peters interviews Matthew Hopkins who filed the law suit against mandatory vaccination in the Supreme Court of NSW to be heard at the end of the month.

The basis is the constitution and also proportionality. Interestingly, he mentions the cycles on the test used on which the whole lockdown agenda is based, which, at over 40, are far beyond any possibility of accuracy, as acknowledged even by Fauci. This is similar to the argument used by Reiner Fuellmich in his class action.

And here we have it.

A state of emergency and its powers is effectively unchallengeable in Best Austfailure.
https://www.legislation.wa.gov.au/legislation/prod/filestore.nsf/FileURL/mrdoc_37099.pdf/$FILE/Public%20Health%20Act%202016%20-%20%5B00-e0-00%5D.pdf?OpenElement
Public Health Act 2016
Part 12 Public health emergencies
Division 4 Authorisation to exercise emergency powers
s. 174

173. Limitation of stay of operation of public health state of
emergency declaration
(1) In any proceedings for judicial review or in any other
proceedings, a court or tribunal is not authorised to make an
interlocutory order that has the effect of staying the operation of
a public health state of emergency declaration.

(2) This section does not limit judicial review for jurisdictional
error.

Its not a scarily broad and limitless power unchecked by the normal systems of government.
An “emergency officer” is effectively anyone they want it to be…

182. Powers to control or use premises or property
(1) For emergency management purposes, an emergency officer
may take control of, or make use of, any premises or property.
(2) The premises or property may be in, or outside, the emergency
area.

(3) For the purpose of exercising a power under this section, an
emergency officer may do all or any of these —
(a) enter or, if necessary, break into and enter, any
premises
;
(b) search any premises and anything found in or on the
premises;
(c) open a container or other thing in the premises;
(d) seize anything found in or on the premises, or any other
property;
(e) direct the owner or occupier or the person apparently in
charge of the premises or, as the case requires, the
person apparently in charge of the property, to give the
emergency officer reasonable assistance to exercise the
emergency officer’s powers under this section.

Built into it is a provision for forced medical treatments/vaccination..

185. Enforcement of requirement to undergo medical
observation or medical or other procedure
(1) If an emergency officer gives a direction to a person under
section 184(1)(c) to undergo medical observation, medical
examination or medical treatment or to be vaccinated, an
emergency officer or police officer may use reasonable force to
ensure that the direction is complied with
, including, if
necessary —
(a) to apprehend and detain the person to whom the
direction applies (the relevant person) and take the
relevant person to a place where the person is required
to undergo medical observation, medical examination or
medical treatment or to be vaccinated in accordance
with the direction; and
(b) to detain the relevant person at the place where he or she
is required to undergo medical observation, medical
examination or medical treatment or to be vaccinated in
accordance with the direction; and
(c) to restrain the relevant person
(i) to enable a medical observation, medical
examination or medical treatment to be carried
out; or
(ii) to enable the relevant person to be vaccinated;
and
(d) to remove anything (including underwear) that the
relevant person is wearing, if —
(i) the removal of the thing is reasonably necessary
to enable a medical examination or medical
treatment to be carried out or, as the case
requires, to enable the person to be vaccinated;
and
(ii) the relevant person is given a reasonable
opportunity to remove the thing himself or
herself, and refuses or fails to do so.

….

I wouldnt mind betting this isnt being adhered to.
191. Further provisions relating to power to detain under
section 185(1) or 190(1)(o)
(1) Before an emergency officer or police officer detains a person
under section 185(1) or 190(1)(o), the emergency officer or
police officer must briefly explain, in language likely to be
readily understood by the person —
(a) the reason why it is necessary to detain the person; and
(b) that the person is entitled to obtain legal advice and to
communicate with a lawyer; and
(c) that the person has a right under section 194 to apply to
the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the
decision to detain the person.

192. Review of detention
(1) If a person is detained under section 185(1) or 190(1)(o) —
(a) the Chief Health Officer must review the person’s
detention at intervals not greater than 24 hours to
determine whether the detention of the person continues
to be required; and
(b) the person is entitled to obtain legal advice and to
communicate with a lawyer

Would be fun to lodge a FOI or 2 to se how many peoples detentions are being “reviwed” every 24 hours in 2 week lockdowns…

This legislation is a horrorshow.
You can see it meant for absolute crisis implementation not 2 years of rolling flu.

This bit might be worth a crack by any sandgropers who have lost large sums of money…

Division 1 — Compensation
203. Entitlement to compensation
(1) Subject to this Division, a person is entitled to be paid just and
reasonable compensation by the State for any loss or damage
suffered by the person because of the exercise, or purported
exercise, of —
(a) a serious public health incident power; or
(b) an emergency power; or
(c) a power under Part 12 Division 6 or section 199.

(2) Compensation is not payable to the person for loss or damage to
the extent to which —
(a) an amount for the loss or damage is recovered or
recoverable by the person under a policy of insurance;
or
(b) any act or omission of the person contributed to the loss
or damage.
(3) Compensation is not payable to the person for loss or damage if
the loss or damage would have happened in any event
irrespective of the exercise, or purported exercise, of the power.
204. Applying for compensation
(1) A person may apply to the Minister for compensation for any
loss or damage suffered by the person as described in
section 203(1).
(2) The application must be made in writing within 90 days after
the person suffers the loss or damage.
(3) The application must —
(a) state details of the person’s loss or damage; and
(b) state the amount of compensation claimed and the
grounds for the amount claimed; and
(c) be accompanied by any further information required by
the regulations.
(4) The applicant must provide any other relevant information
required by notice given under section 205 to decide the
application.
(5) Despite subsection (2), the Minister may accept a person’s
application for compensation made more than 90 days after the
person suffers the loss or damage if the Minister is satisfied that
it would be reasonable in all the circumstances to accept the
application.

Sneakers has a surplus… Be an awful shame if something was to happen to it….

I’d bet the 100 plus odd currently in ICU in Australia are obese lardballs.

We are also still in (albeit the back end of) the traditional ‘flu’ season, JC.

So all those lovely folk with severe COPD, anything promoting bronchiectasis, lung bacterial infections (which are almost impossible to shift) and so forth are still very liable to having a viral or bacterial insult rapidly turn into a serious pneumonia.

Then add in hayfever and asthma seasons as an additional aggravating factor. Also consider you have some form of heart failure or hypertension as an additional inbuilt comorbidity.

Somehow, Nosferaflu is such a super-duperbug that all these factors seem to miraculously disappear from all health record accountings.

This former Medical Scientist has pressed ‘X’ to Doubt (meme explained HERE) the official Nosferaflu Narrative so many times, his controller is broken…

Yes – were I to have a son, I’d be encouraging him to do a trade not an ‘office job’.
Trades now offer a young man willing to work hard and effectively to leverage himself into wealth.

Jen S, you got the Bill Gates vax? Stunning and brave! Did you see if a fridge magnet sticks to the jab-site? If it does, you got the clotshot. If it doesn’t you got the saline and you’re in the control group – for now. Your luck may change with the never-ending boosters. Adios, senora! Boris, Mareeba

Jennifer Spilsbury, if you get blood clots or suffer a heart attack will you admit in the newspaper that you were wrong to rush into a vaccine that won’t be fully tested until your daughter is in high school? Might be best for your husband to refuse the jab; poor kid needs at least one parent. Elaine, Innisfail

Victorian Police surrounded a synagogue to prevent Jews going inside to pray – exactly as the Nazis did in 1930s Germany. But people can’t see our govt’s slide to fascism? People actually support “vaccine passports” (CP, 10/9)? Just as stupidly compliant as 1930s Germans. History Guy, Freshwater

I remember a couple years back, before the ccp virus, being pleased to see Sky News on FTA TV. But now, with few exceptions, the after dark hosts are so sucked in by the lefty narrative as to be unwatchable. Z. Viegter, Smithfield

I’ve noticed it’s usually the noodle-armed soi-boi radical left that want to launch violent attacks on us “right wing fossil fuel advocates.” Come at us, weaklings – but first ask someone you know who goes to gym about “farm strength.” After we the you in knots we’ll pour some of nature’s liquid batteries into the tractors and grow you some kale and lettuce. Redneck, Mareeba

Wait, what? 80 per cent vaxed is a “magic” number? That’s the problem with everything covid-related. It all relies on magical numbers. Spiro, Mareeba

No, Jennifer Spilsbury, you did not get the jab to protect others. That’s a myth hatched by health bureaucrats. The vaccine doesn’t stop you catching, spreading or dying of covid. If it protects anyone to any degree it only protects you – nobody else. You got the jab to try to comply your way out of government tyranny. At best you are a useful idiot. At worst you’re a traitor to the ANZAC tradition and a genuine menace to society. Why won’t you be honest about the irrefutable fact that covid can be easily cured by well-known drugs? Higgs Tolga

More Australians know someone who suicided or attempted suicide in the past year than know someone who caught even mild covid. Our authorities have lost the plot. Lisa, Machans Beach

If you learned history at school and you don’t recognise Nazi-style tyranny from our own governments (CP, 10/09) then you were taught by a Marxist. Marxists and Nazis have been fellow-travellers all along – they just don’t want you to know that. Darryl, Westcourt

Traditional media is committing covid-suicide with excessive sucking up to the insane scumbags in govts. Newspapers are now less believable than the conspiracy theorists on the internet. Keith, Bungalow

CP. 10/9. Unbelievable. Healthy teenagers who don’t catch or spread covid are to be injected with a gene-changing mRNA vaccine, a drug so ineffective that the CDC had to change the definition of “vaccine” to fit it. The Nazis are back and they’re running our governments. Woz, Parramatta Park

A new, published, peer-reviewed, real-time clinical study from Nigeria has shown ivermectin-antibiotic-zinc-vitamin C cocktails cure covid in three days. The zinc does the covid killing. The ivermectin is just the transport mechanism. The antibiotics tidy the mess. The vitamin C heals the body. Why is all mention of this Aussie-designed treatment banned? Meanwhile the government pushes experimental designer-drug vaccines. Pure evil. The truth has a way of coming out. Watch out, ScoMo. VL, Smithfield

2021 is really weird. The media is suppressing more stories than its reporting. The police are focusing more on innocents than criminals. Businesses exclude customers and staff if they refused a medical procedure. Politicians and bureaucrats think they’re gods. Comedians aren’t funny. Healthy people are locked into quarantine camps. Innocent people are put under house arrest. It’s obviously an enemy attack, but how do we stop it when our leadership seems to be in on it? James, Mooroobool

The CP Editor (9/9) asked for feedback on the website. Here’s mine. Once you stop printing on paper you’ll be competing with every other website in the world. Many of them don’t slant their content to suit the agendas of third parties – such as PMs, Premiers and CHOs. The Cairns Post will go broke at that point if it is still woke. Joanne, Manunda

From The Daily Telegraph

Tony Abbott lashes “dobber” after copping mask fine

Tony Abbott has been fined $500 for breaking a Covid-19 rule, with the former PM blasting whoever dobbed him into police.

Tony Abbott has lashed out at the culture of “dobbing” after copping a $500 fine for breaching Covid regulations.

Mr Abbott told reporters on Saturday that he would not challenge the penalty because he did not want to waste police resources.

But the former prime minister is not impressed with whoever snitched on him.

Mr Abbott was slapped with the fine by police after pictures emerged of the former member for Warringah not wearing a mask at Sydney’s Manly beach earlier in the week.

Police said Mr Abbott failed to comply with directions to wear a face covering at Fairy Bower on Wednesday morning.

Speaking to reporters on Saturday, Mr Abbott defended his actions.

“I just want to say two things. First, I believe that I was well within the law, reasonably interpreted,” he said.

“But I am not going to challenge the fine because I am not going to waste police time.

“Second, I never thought dobbing and snitching was part of the Australian character.

“I think as soon as we can leave this health police state mindset behind us, the better for everyone.”

According to the NSW public health order, all residents are required to wear a mask while outdoors unless engaging in physical exercise.

The picture captured Mr Abbott in jeans and a jumper chatting with a friend.

NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard showed little sympathy when asked about the incident.

“It does not matter who you are, whatever station you have in life, there are orders,” Mr Hazzard said.

“Nobody likes to have these orders but it is to keep everybody safe and I hope people will comply with the orders.”

Health Hazzard probably doesn’t know what exercise is.

Duncan – That actually isn’t good. It’s Spring. I get that because after flu infections years ago I became allergic to pollen. Which causes my nasal tissues to become sensitive and swollen, leading to the bleeding issue.

Keep an eye on it, and perhaps see your GP for antihistamines and anti-inflammatories. It may be a sign you are getting immune system sensitivity as it tries to find the baddie and kill it. Unfortunately pollen, spores and etc can become triggers if they’re around at the same time as its doing so, like now. The things to really watch out for are autoimmune responses, if your system decides to latch onto cells in your body.

His final straw (of many)

He had a child exploitation case referred to him, he investigated, secured statements, built up the case (including being sent copies of the material) and it resulted in a successful prosecution.

However the person who committed the offences lodged a complaint against him (presumably because he didnt announce he was a cop when he had the material sent to him) and he was fined 2 weeks pay..

And for a change the person producing the material was the kids mother.

A group of Queensland police is planning to mount a legal challenge to Commissioner Katarina Carroll’s vaccination mandate for all staff and officers.

The page comes after the Queensland Police Commissioner last week issued a deadline to all officers and staff to be fully vaccinated by early next year.

so how have the top cops reacted to people pursuing legal and proper channels to see if the directive is lawful??

The sources told the ABC, Commissioner Carroll was aware of the page and was investigating the fundraising activities, and the officers who have contributed money, for potential police misconduct. The possible misconduct relates to misappropriating police imagery and publicly challenging a lawful direction from the Police Commissioner.

How spastic is the governments reasoning??

“It is important the Queensland community has confidence and feel safe when interacting with their police.”

Because vaccinated people cant pass…..oh wait….

Transferred from a deceased Frederick cos it wasn’t getting me any attention (a bit incomplete though):

Case Study.
A 70-something woman at my gym told me (and later others) quite proudly today that she had dobbed in the grandson of her elderly next door neighbour for not doing home quarantine after returning from a trip to Victoriastan (home is the Sunshine Coast). The grandson lives in his grandmother’s house next door, that is. As a result, the police turned up after staking out the house for two days, and just-short-of-dragged the bloke away into mandatory hotel quarantine for 14 days.

I don’t know the bloke or his grandmother; he may or may not be a bastard, I have no idea. There seems to be no evidence thus far that this bloke has Covid-19 either (though his chances of catching it in hotel quarantine have now increased).

What impressed me was the demeanour of my informant, who was absolutely convinced of the righteousness of her action in officially denouncing him. She is retired and thus not dependent on employment, and doesn’t seem to have a hobby (except for verbally sedating people at the gym). Roughly every second day, she asks me if I have been vaccinated yet. I respond with a sharp ‘No’ and provide no justification. Her response is always to jokingly question my masculinity: ‘Afraid of a small needle are you?’ Hardy-har.

I tolerate her because the young female gym manager seems to like her, and being a very slow learner who cannot read people, and possessing decades of unrealistic expectations in terms of the opposite sex, I want to remain on the manager’s ‘good side’ (which is actually the front).

Back to my proud informant. Having not endured any direct damage as a result of the elite’s mismanagement of the past 18 months, and being a firm believer in and transmitter of, whatever the mesozoic media dribbles daily, she is taking the opportunity to inflate her self-worth by assuming the role of ‘block warden.’

When we consider the propaganda efforts of the past 18 months, it is important to realise that a blanket approach will not work with everyone, so a different message must be sent to every subset of the target audience. ‘Help us to control the uncontrollables by becoming a safety monitor (block warden, etc), and know that by doing so, you are a valuable person.’

Gez, that first one interests me because it’s about the same as today’s Victorian figure.
How far into NSW’s lockdown was 17 August?
Melbourne is at about day 38 of the current one.
If Victoria’s trajectory is similar to NSW’s, that would seem to contradict the approved narrative that Gladys trying to manage things with limited restrictions has caused the current state of things in NSW, while Maximum Leader’s swift imposition of totalitarianism was a masterstroke of public health administration.
Given the population difference you’d expect NSW to get to 450 slightly before Vic, and of course we should really measure from the start of the outbreak, not the start of the lockdown, but some sort of comparison would be interesting.

Oh look…that great crusader against domestic violence, male feminist, White Ribbon founder and ambassador and all round hypocrite….

“New domestic violence charges for former Channel 7 host Andrew O’Keefe

Police have charged TV host Andrew O’Keefe with new domestic violence offences following an alleged incident involving a woman at a home on Wednesday night.

Former Channel 7 host Andrew O’Keefe is facing fresh domestic violence allegations after being arrested on Friday night.

The 49-year-old was arrested at a Sydney apartment following an alleged domestic-related incident with a woman at a home in Point Piper on Wednesday evening. two days earlier.

“Police will allege in court that a man was involved in a domestic-related incident with a woman at a home in Point Piper on the evening of Wednesday, September 8,” police said in a statement.

O’Keefe was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault, contravene AVO, and resist officer in execution of duty.

He was granted bail in Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday after a night in the watch house, and will return to court this week.

“I spent a night in hospital, I spent a night in jail, despite an agreement with police that would not happen,” O’Keefe told Channel 10 as he left court.

“There is a dispute about facts, a significant dispute about the facts (of what happened on Wednesday).”

O’Keefe said he was “caught by surprise” on Saturday morning when told of the charges against him.

The allegations come after the former Deal or No Deal host had earlier domestic violence charges dismissed by a court on mental health grounds.

O’Keefe, who was also co-founder of domestic violence charity White Ribbon, was accused of hitting, kicking and spitting at his doctor girlfriend Orly Lavee in two incidents in January.

The charges were dismissed in June after the court heard O’Keefe struggled with bipolar disorder and substance abuse, and was in a hyper-manic state at the time of the alleged assaults.

O’Keefe left Channel 7 after the allegations surfaced.”

Then what?, straight into cyber security! You would think you’d need some training before getting a job in that sector. And still only 20? It doesn’t add up.

I don’t find it impossible. A kid in this day and age with some cadet credentials, clearly with some drive and not dumb, could be taken on as a rookie and taught things. This happened to me. I wasn’t a cadet in anything but a mere typist at the time (personable in looks and on the phone so useful for client contact), I could look at a written piece and say immediately that I could do better, offer better creative, and then do it. So I got made into a copywriter. In those uncredentialled days it could happen (refer to Peggy in Mad Men). I got an office of my own and three times the salary I was on. They also fired the alcoholic bloke who was doing the job before me (I didn’t find out till I opened his desk pull out and found the alcoholic’s prayer). I was nineteen years old but put my age up two years to twenty-one. At twenty I decided to get educated, enrolled in the day matric, and by the end of that year was admitted to Medicine at the University of Sydney. No science or maths, so didn’t continue in it, switched to Arts plus Zoology, but you could enrol without phys/chem/maths back in the early 60’s.

So this lass’s story could hold up, all you doubters. Plus it is so much easier for a young woman to get ahead these days than it was for us, which would make her diabetes simply a matter of special exemptions etc for exams and free medical treatment too. And no problems with getting living allowances etc. Big Sis has type 1 diabetes, but it didn’t hold her back from doing the Day Matric, like me, no Austudy for us, then getting a Com Scholarship, and she did maths and science so also enrolled in Medicine at SU. No special exemptions for her and she still topped the State in two subjects, beating my positioning and ending up with First Class Honours in Medicine. She’s only 18 months older than me. She also was by that time a single mum with a small child.

I am calling it for bright young women from ‘difficult’ backgrounds. It’s character building.

Hairy, btw, who has lectured in Computer Science at universities on cyber security, says a bright kid could easily be taught the basics of it and become useful, and we are not told what field of CS she was employed in. I’d suggest her interest in that job might have made her think that doing Medicine, like her boyfriend’s dad, could have been a good aim. Role models of various sorts as often tremendously important. A grisly-haired ex-journo copy chief was my very stern red-pencil mentor and he both encouraged me and taught me a lot.

But I NEVER run, EVER! .. I’d rather watch the bus/train trundle off than dash the last 10 mts ..
There’s always another one .. eventually! … LOL!

Received an email from George Christenson of Nation First. This is what he had to say about vaccine mandates –

Under no circumstances should you quit your job if your boss tries to enforce a ‘no jab, no job’ rule, even if it’s one that comes with a government mandate.
You do not need to comply with such a request. Why? Well, it certainly is unethical for an employer to demand an employee undertake a medical procedure that only has provisional approval (as employers don’t own their workers’ bodies) but it also may be illegal if they try to sack you for not having it done.
According to Fair Work:
“If an employee refuses a direction to be vaccinated, it’s unlikely that their employer can stand down the employee…
Further, employers generally don’t have the power to suspend employees without pay…
Employees have various protections against being dismissed or treated adversely in their employment. Employers should make sure that they follow a fair process and have a valid reason for termination, or they may breach unfair dismissal or adverse action laws…”
I would hope that this advice also applies to government employers such as the police, schools and hospitals and also to aged care homes, however people should seek their own clear legal advice on the matter or call the Fair Work Ombudsman on 13 13 94 from 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The bottom line is: you have rights in the workplace and you should use those rights. As I said, under no circumstances should you resign if the boss tries to enforce a perhaps illegal ‘no jab, no job’ rule.

He also said you can opt out of the vaccine passport –

State Governments are trying to create a vaccine passport system to enforce medical apartheid in Australia. You can stop it by denying access to your personal data on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). State Government do not have their own vaccine registries so they will have to rely on AIR data as to who has & has not had the jab.
Individuals who opt out will frustrate any vaccine passport system but if enough Australians deny them the data then the system will be unworkable.
Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt has advised me that “individuals can choose to opt out of having their personal information disclosed from the AIR.” To opt out download, print, fill in and send Services Australia form IM017 ‘Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) – ceasing correspondence and release of information’ that can be found at https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/organisations/health-professionals/forms/im017 or http://www.georgechristensen.com.au/news/opt-out-of-the-vaccine-passport-system or by clicking the button below.

The Form IM017 was discussed here several times and I think many people did complete and return it. I certainly did. It’s good to have confirmation from Greg Hunt that it does prevent sharing of that information.

The other issue he raised was the TGA’s Ivermectin ban –

In a move that is equal parts idiotic and deadly, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has banned doctors from prescribing ivermectin to their patients as a preventative or treatment for the Wuhan virus (COVID-19).

It’s a move that we must fight and so I’m declaring Monday, 13 September 2021 to be a national day of action against the TGA’s decision to ban ivermectin. People should phone the TGA on 1800 020 653 to demand they reverse their decision to ban doctors from prescribing ivermectin off-label.
The Leftists and the mainstream media (but I repeat myself) have demonised ivermectin as dangerous horse medicine and it looks like it has worked, at least when it comes to the bureaucratic boffins at the TGA. But the following key facts on ivermectin put a lie to claims it is dangerous or only for animals:

2019 CDC Memo on Ivermectin Resurfaces After Media Blasted The Drug as ‘Horse Treatment’: https://resistthemainstream.org/2019-cdc-memo-on-ivermectin-resurfaces-blows-a-hole-in-medias-narrative/

For those who do not wish to take a rushed vaccine that is only provisionally approved by the TGA (a process which “allows for temporary registration of promising new medicines and vaccines where the need for early access outweighs the risks”), ivermectin was the option for treatment. Now this option has been taken away from us.

Why? Well, the TGA gave the game away themselves when they stated that the primary reason for their decision was because they believed:
“there are a number of significant public health risks associated with taking ivermectin in an attempt to prevent COVID-19 infection rather than getting vaccinated. Individuals who believe that they are protected from infection by taking ivermectin may choose not to get tested or to seek medical care if they experience symptoms. Doing so has the potential to spread the risk of COVID-19 infection throughout the community.”

In other words, they want to force people to take the vaccine. I mean, really, you could suggest that vaccinated individuals “may choose not to get tested or seek medical care if they experience symptoms” and that this “has the potential to spread the risk of COVID-19 infection throughout the community.” Are the TGA going to ban the vaccines then? I don’t think so!

The decision to ban ivermectin can’t go unchallenged. The TGA are a government agency and are therefore beholden to the people.

That’s why you must phone the Therapeutic Goods Administration on Monday (13 September) on 1800 020 653 and demand they rescind their decision to ban doctors from prescribing ivermectin off-label. If you can’t get through or they don’t listen to you, ring them again. This is important.

I have already told both Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce and Health Minister Greg Hunt that they need to intervene and push the TGA to reverse their decision but they are an independent government authority (and don’t have to follow the direction of government ministers) so people power is definitely needed here.

As if Barnaby Joyce or Greg Hunt would lift a finger to actually help people.

Calli, There are other drugs that can cause such reactions or combinations of drugs that will do it. I can vouch for a supposedly safe drug that over 18 months nearly killed me. It was only when my tongue swelled and I was admitted to ICU that it was picked up that a very common drug administered for hypertension was the problem and caused colon to take on water, blisters in my mouth, in anal passage and blisters on my feet and finally my tongue to swell so much it was like a piece of 4×4 protruding from my mouth. You can’t change the Covid injection impacts now but you could get Dr to review other drugs, especially those for blood pressure.
I have not had jab for obvious reasons and feel for your dilemma.
Having supported my own parents through their deaths I would also say that you need to be strong and understand that you can’t hold back the tide forever. Keep strong.

A 70-something woman at my gym told me (and later others) quite proudly today that she had dobbed in the grandson of her elderly next door neighbour for not doing home quarantine after returning from a trip to Victoriastan

What’s depressing is that we have lived among such appalling shits and not recognised them. The natural Nazis. Now showing themselves because their natural environment is all about.
