So why does Bosi insist on a Federal Government Working With Children Check for anyone wishing to join Australia 1?
If the pedo cabal is so all-pervasive, surely they have captured the WWC authorities and are using it to infiltrate organisations and exclude their class enemies, right?
I mean, that’s what I would do if I was a member of Red Shoe Pizza Inc.

Because every right wing start up party gets attacked by the establishment left and they go after the people more so than party, something by now I shouldn’t have to explain to you.
It’s called covering your arse, as us toothless, bib and brace wearing banjo pickers like to describe it .

Sancho:

there used to be a leaving age for officers in all the services.

Was abolished a while back along with national standards ideas – eg: firing people because of age is discrimination.

(Strangely enough the concept was abolished in WWII and then re-instated again. Hence lots of major to colonel rank types who were 75-ish working in admin jobs – “called back to the Colours” – during the war.)

I know a bloke who went from the RNZN to the Royal Navy, became too old and was retired; the British Army – same; and then the RAN opened up to older people. He is now a 67 year old lieutenant-commander (major equivalent) still doing Reserve time.

Does anyone know what he has been doing for a job since retiring from the army?

A couple of years ago Riccardo Bosi was running a seemingly successful consultancy for businesses, on leadership. I think he must have given that up for his Australia1 run, although maybe not. He had at that time a very commanding and persuasive presence, and I think it a shame he has gone down the particular path he has now chosen, which doesn’t jell with a considered approach to leadership.

From The Oz…

“Victorian parliament in chaos over Andrews’ powers

Victorian politicians have screamed at each other and yelled insults across the table during a heated discussion over proposed pandemic laws that are set to bring unprecedented powers to the Victorian Premier and Health Minister if passed this week.

Premier Daniel Andrews was labelled a “dictator” during the chaotic screaming match between Labor and Liberal politicians amid a push to delay debate of the new pandemic powers the government is hoping to rush through parliament over three days this week.

The proposed laws, introduced to state parliament on Tuesday, would give the Premier power to declare a pandemic for three months at a time and allow Health Minister Martin Foley to sign off on public health orders without the approval of the chief health officer.

The legislation has angered opposition MPs, who claim they haven’t been given enough time to scrutinise the details.

Parliament descended into chaos on Wednesday as MPs quarrelled over the rushed legislation, with shadow attorney-general Tim Smith calling the legislation a disgrace.

“This is nonsensical, it’s an abuse of power,” Mr Smith said.

“It’s a disgraceful mistreatment of our democratic traditions giving the dictator dictatorial powers and you think that’s great. You think it’s absolutely fantastic giving the dictator the ability to rule by decree.”

Mr Smith said he was “outraged” the government was attempting to push the legislation through in two days.

“Why would you not let this be debated both in this place and the public realm for two weeks like usual?” he asked.

“What have you got to hide with regards to this legislation?”

Opposition MP Louise Staley labelled the 113-page document outrageous, calling for the debate to be adjourned until the scrutiny of acts and regulations committee could look over the proposed laws.

“It’s bad enough that they’re trashing democracy with the way that they’re handling this Bill in this place, but it’s doubly bad they’re doing it in a Bill that directly goes against the human rights of Victorians,” Ms Staley said.

“This Bill is the largest I’ve ever seen, and to be brought into this place and then be told they will be debating it later this day is a complete and utter assault on democracy.”

Labor’s leader in the Legislative Assembly Jacinta Allan blamed the opposition for promoting hysteria within the community and said the Bill had been through rigorous consultation.

“ I think we’ve seen in the last couple of days the hysteria metre dial in the opposition rooms has been ratcheted up to a whole new notch,” she said.

“Just after 2018 you didn’t think it could get anymore hysterical. Well, 2021 has brought a whole new level of hysteria. A whole new level of misinformation and deliberate base politicking on one of the most important things we have to consider in terms of how we protect the Victorian community into the future.”

Ive been thinking (dont laugh).

The reason we have seen the pollies, state and federal decide “big” things such as the Covid shit and Gerbil worming commitments in such anti democratic ways is because they know they have lost the ability to convince the public of things they think are urgent.

Imagine being a pollie and thinking you are in the middle of the new Plague of Justinian and “knowing” people have been lied to so often you cant convince them anymore, no matter what authority you appeal to?

Imagine ” knowing” the world will fry in 100 years but despite (or because of) 20+ years of relentless propaganda a plurality of people think you are full of shit.

So instead you invoke emergency powers to force compliance, as well as sign up to extra-democratic international processes to sidestep your own electoral commitments.

There is no easy way back from this, the governing class hate and despise that people wont do what they ‘ know’ is best for them.
So they will double down on command and control because that working at the moment.

Here’s my comment about the military.

Forget the political side for a moment. Forget also the damage being caused to morale by appointing a trannie as a four star general in the higher ranks of the US military. Just consider this.

How freaking lethal and good is the US military when there were like 2,500 US personnel either actively involved or guiding the Afghan forces and keeping the Taliban at bay for so long. Moreover, the Afghan military collapsed as soon as the US forces went home. The withdrawal may be a considered a defeat, but FMD, a tiny group of dudes were more than capable and confident at keeping the deranged beards at bay. There most certainly exists political weakness in the US at the moment, but nothing is comparable to the US military in the world at the present time as those kids a just amazing warriors.

Lol Bespoke . Almost.

I’ve had a couple of events that really concerned me of late. There was a series of incidents right here of a doxing nature and there was one recently where the emailer was demanding money from me in Bitcoin in blackmail attempt. That in itself didn’t wory much because you can get these sort of threats etc. The thing that really concerned me about this was that the hacker had obviously stolen my information from some website he’d hacked into – likely some shopping site. His email displayed a password I frequently use and it’s also the password I use for my freaking bank account. Right there and not knowing, he had my bank ID and bank password. I quickly changed it. I’m pretty sure the password wasn’t hacked from my computer. The hacker was just a bullshit artist …lying he had. I’m 100% sure. However, judging by the password, he had hacked into some retail site and obtained a bunch of information there about other buyers and I happened to be one. It’s not a characteristic of the password issuie though.

All he had to do was use the ID email and password combo at the big Aussie banks and he was in. fuuuccckkk

To Whom It May Concern

I, ___________object unreservedly, to the proposed PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING AMENDMENT (PANDEMIC MANAGEMENT) BILL 2021.

It is a massive over reach of powers by the Victorian Government, particularly as matters dealing with Biosecurity is solely the domain of the Commonwealth, as stated in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act, Chapter 1, Part V, 51 (ix).

Subsequently, it is the Biosecurity Act 2015 that governs Australia with regards to all things of a Biosecurity nature, including Human Biosecurity.

Only a delegation of powers by the Director of Biosecurity/Human Biosecurity to the States under the Biosecurity Act 2015, and an intergovernmental agreement, allows for the States to enact any legislation at a State level, and any such legislation can not exceed that of The Biosecurity Act 2015.

Therefore, the proposed Emergency Powers Bill 2021 is an attempt to take control with absolute and blatant disregard to the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act as well the Biosecurity Act 2015.

I had no trouble submitting mine a couple of hours ago.
I used Rabz’s and added this header to it:

As a person born in the former USSR, I think the communists would be extremely happy if they had technical capabilities to pull off what is proposed in this bill. It saddens me, a person who came here to seek a better and a freer life, that Australia is on the path to this “soft” totalitarianism. I’m a Liberal party voter, but I don’t see a reason to vote for this party any longer. The last 20 months showed that there is a little difference between the “conservative” party and any party to the left of it. This bill is another nail in a coffin of the liberty and freedom in Australia. But they won’t be in the coffin all alone, they will find a company of Liberal party right next to them.
I completely support another submission by an online acquaintance of mine and will post it here:

Hey, it’s sad this guy died unexpectedly. People die unexpectedly all the time, though. Perhaps this instance was slightly newsworthy, given he was a public – albeit hardly a prominent – figure in WA. But the ABC will hold the front page for days when it’s one of their own! 1: Why do I, as an individual want the government enabled to track my every move online and off?
2: These powers will be abused in any future “state of emergency”. The current one has revealed the depravity of government being able to micromanage peoples lives.
3: A government empowering itself to make people undergo an unwanted medical procedure (Covix vax) on pain of loss of carrers or civil rights is not to be entrusted with power at all, let alone an increase of any sort.
4: You are creating a hackers dream. One point of failure and I can impersonate anybody’s “trusted identity”.

FIFO sexual assault inquiry: Fortescue Metals Group slash alcoholic drink limits for FIFO workers at its sites
The West Australian
Wed, 27 October 2021 12:53PM
Caitlyn Rintoul

FIFO workers at Fortescue Metals Group will now be restricted to four alcoholic drinks a day after the miner announced it would follow rivals BHP and Rio Tinto in implementing the quota in the wake of disturbing sex attack allegations on mine sites.

FMG’s chief executive Elizabeth Gaines revealed the new cap for mid-strength alcoholic drinks at a hearing for a landmark parliamentary inquiry on Wednesday.

Deputy Liberal leader Libby Mettam launched the inquiry after The West Australian exclusively revealed a series of shocking mine site sex attack allegations.

Workers at FMG were previously allowed up to six alcoholic drinks a day but the company launched a review after The West Australian’s extensive reporting of a series of assaults, many of which occurred at mining camps in the Pilbara.

The WA miner, founded by billionaire Andrew Forrest, said the new drink limit was one of the outcomes of its Workplace Integrity Review, which received around 2000 responses from workers.

The protected attribute of ‘political belief or activity’ is unlikely to apply to a person who is opposed to vaccines being imposed by a private sector employer or service provider. This is because the requirement is being imposed by an organisation that doesn’t represent the government, and it would be difficult to argue that opposition to the private sector employer’s or organisation’s policy is something which bears on government.

Soaring historical sexual and physical abuse claims in Defence
By Nick Bonyhady and Anthony Galloway
October 27, 2021 — 2.00am

Reports of historical physical and sexual abuse in Australia’s defence forces have skyrocketed to almost 1000 in the last year as a scheme established to pay reparations to survivors nears its end.

Alleged abuse in the 2000s at several army bases makes up an increasing number of cases reported in the last financial year but training bases where inquiries have unearthed historical allegations of rape and sexualised hazing of junior recruits still account for the largest number of claims overall.

Since late 2016, the Defence Force Ombudsman has been charged with receiving confidential reports of serious physical and sexual abuse in the ADF where survivors feel unable to use the military’s internal processes, and recommending reparations payments of up to $50,000.

Cases in each full financial year have risen slowly but hovered around 500 until last year. But the reports almost doubled to 953 cases in 2020-21, which the ombudsman attributed to the scheme’s originally scheduled end date of June 2021, more advertising, and greater awareness of it as a result.

In all, there were 2554 claims of abuse made to the scheme from its inception to June this year.

Claimants now have until June next year to either submit a claim, which can also be for serious bullying or harassment, or say they plan to put one in by the middle of 2023.

In 2016, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse heard of the worst forms of abuse in the ADF, including recruits dragged out of bed and repeatedly raped. Others were subjected to “blackballing”, in which a hard brush was used to smear boot polish on the victim’s genital area.

A Defence spokesperson said the scheme provided a safe, sensitive, independent and external way of reporting historical abuse.

“The Defence Reparation Scheme is open to individuals who suffered serious abuse on or before 30 June 2014,” the spokesperson said, acknowledging that reports were rising. “All reports of abuse accepted through this scheme are therefore historic.”

“The Defence Reparation Scheme includes reparation payments to victims and provides the opportunity for victims to speak with senior members of the Australian Defence Force about their experience of abuse.”

As of the middle of this year, Defence had accepted 1006 recommendations for payouts, the vast majority of those made to it, totalling $42 million. Just over 100 applications were waiting for Defence to consider payments.

Australia Defence Association executive director Neil James said it needed to be remembered that Defence is the third-largest employer in the country and is different from many other workplaces.

“It’s also one of the few workforces in the country that’s predominantly very young. Half of the Defence Force is under the age of 25,” he said.

“The other aspect you have to take into account is that not too many other industries make you live together collectively 24 hours of a day.”

Mr James said the complaints vary in nature and seriousness. He said the intense environment of living together “does create stresses, that if not watched closely can cause abuse particularly among young people doing stupid things.”

Watching a download from 9 .. AUSTRALIAN GANGSTER and wondering why given the thick Oz & mid-east accents there was no sub-titles, for us slightly deaf folk, then realised that the abundance of 4 letter words thru-out wouldn’t come across too well splashed across the bottom of the screen .. LOL! Obviously, not made from an O/S marketing point of view ……. LOL!
Not a bad show but, geez! .. hard to understand some of the conversation .. regretting missing my calling based on being sooo thick and making $squillions .. no wonder Selim is sooo bloody rich .. LOL!

Let me explain Baba.
The first person to mention Pine Gap was St Ruth.
It was an attempt to run interference for Bosi:-
“Look, I had a security clearance to the Secret Squirrel Base. It’s a big deal (wink, nudge). Bosi probably knows lotsa juicy intel about pedos in high places.”
This is patent bullshit and needed to be called out.

City of Perth to investigate installing all-gender bathrooms across CBD
Michael TraillThe West Australian

All-gender bathrooms could be installed across the CBD — which would be an Australian first — under a landmark LGBTIQA+ action plan developed by the City of Perth.

Safety, visibility, education and services are among the pillars that make up the plan, which Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas believes will help make he city “a safer place for LGBTIQA+ people”.

Survey results released with the action plan revealed that 46 per cent of those questioned were uncertain if Perth was a safe space for the LGBTIQA+ community.

Seventy-three per cent said they believed discrimination or harassment was “likely”.

It is estimated that more than 500 City of Perth residents are intersex, while another 22,000 daily visitors hail from the LGBTIQA+ community.

“Perth has a rich and lengthy LGBTIQA+ history,” Mr Zempilas said.

“It is, and has been, a meeting place for LGBTIQA+ people across the State and as the City of Perth council, we have a role to play in protecting and enhancing the lives of those who live, work and visit our city.”

Thanks SP.
This sounds good.
Is it possible though to put it in a bit more friendly tone? It’s a small company (around 50 people) and they’ve been good to me so far. I reckon they are just trying to follow Dan’s dictates and are not threatening me with a possible loss of my job at this time – I can work from home for now. I don’t want to threaten them with a lawsuit in return.

I also see your point about “red-pilling” being inappropriate in this situation. I can talk to them face to face about my reasoning (if I ever see them again).

Crossie:

Winston Smith, a real conservative federal government can put a stop to that by invoking the commonwealth constitution which takes precedence over a state constitution, Bob Hawke proved it over the Franklin Dam case.

What you say is absolutely correct. The point I’m trying to make is the act of applying the Constitution to various State actions. These are political decisions and so far the Uniparty is quite comfortable with doing nothing to prevent these Constitutional abuses from being corrected.
Neither, I might add, is the GG or the High Court.
We are in dangerous waters.
