A Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Commission will be established by the Federal government to ensure “real and tangible” improvements are achieved under the next National Plan to end violence against women and children.

Interesting choice of words…”pure bloods”.

“Pure bloods” was the retort to the left describing unvaccinated as dirty and dangerous pariahs.

I generally don’t agree with it use, we should all be uniting around getting government back in its fucking box regardless of vaccination status.

Go out and fight with the like minded.
You’ll never be as happy in your life

Thank you for the advice, Struth, I know it was well meaning.

Mate, all my life I have stood for what I believe, and have lost and gained friends because of it. This is shaping up to be one of the great battles of our lives. All of my friends know of where I stand on the question of the vaccines & know that we are unvaccinated. None of them have dared to take us on in a debate on the facts. All of them will have to own the consequences of their actions, and most of them are bright enough to understand this. Most have, it seems to us, to have chosen to be vaccinated , because it is the least line of resistance. Few of them are seriously compromised by threats to their ability to survive financially. They will have to live with this.

Fortunately, I do have like-minded friends, as well. We all give each other constant support as we have emerged as “the other” in this society, and keep our resolve strong. So Struth, I am very happy with my life, specifically because of the above.

BTW I may see you at the Sydney rally, Struth. I was in Sydney last week but could not attend as I was seeing my grandson for the first time after he had been “king hit” and severely injured 2 weeks ago. We are coming to Sydney again & hopefully will be able to attend the rally.

Defence Minister Peter Dutton wins defamation case against refugee activist over ‘rape apologist’ tweet

Erin Lyons

@erinmaylyons
NCA NewsWire
An hour ago November 24, 2021

Defence Minister Peter Dutton has been awarded $35,000 in damages over a tweet by a refugee advocate which accused him of being a rape apologist.

Mr Dutton sued activist Shane Bazzi for defamation over the since-deleted tweet, which was posted on February 25 and stated: “Peter Dutton is a rape apologist.”

“I have found that the tweet did convey the imputation that Mr Dutton excuses rape,” Justice Richard White told the Federal Court on Wednesday.

“This was defamatory of Mr Dutton.

“Mr Bazzi has not established the statutory defence of honest opinion or the common law defence of fair comment on a matter of public interest.”

Mr Dutton’s claim for injunctions to permanently ban Mr Bazzi from tweeting anything similar were refused.

He was also not entitled to aggravated damages because “there was no suggestion the tweet had affected Mr Dutton in his day-to-day political or ministerial activities or in his relationships with other people,” Justice White said.

Justice White said despite Mr Dutton being accustomed to bearing “the slings and arrows” of being in a political role, he found Mr Bazzi’s statement offensive and hurtful.

Mr Dutton earlier told the court he was no stranger to online criticism, but a tweet labelling him a rape apologist “went to a different level”.

The member for Dickson maintained the tweet falsely painted him as someone who condoned and excused rape.

But Mr Bazzi had argued he didn’t suggest that at all.

Mr Bazzi’s barrister Richard Potter SC had argued in court that: “Words must be interpreted as to their meaning within the context they were made.”

That context included a 2019 Guardian Australia article about Mr Dutton’s comments on refugee and asylum seeker women detained on Nauru, which Mr Bazzi linked to in his tweet, the court heard.

Mr Potter also told the court Mr Dutton had given a press conference that morning related to Brittany Higgins’ allegation that she was raped in Parliament House in 2019.

During that press conference, Mr Dutton said he was not provided with the “he said, she said” details of the Higgins investigation.

Mr Potter suggested the ordinary reader of Mr Bazzi’s tweet might have thought Mr Dutton’s statements about women on Nauru “reflected a certain cold detachment or lack of empathy”.

But they would not have concluded he condones rape, Mr Potter said.

Mr Dutton’s barrister Nick Ferrett QC said the meaning of Mr Bazzi’s tweet was clear and his words deliberately chosen.

Mr Bazzi tweeted on Wednesday to say he was “very disappointed with the outcome”.

“We will be taking time to consider our options. Thank you for all of your support and solidarity. I ask that you could please respect my privacy at this time,” he said.

The case will return to court in early December to discuss costs.

I started prep in 1961, St Fidelis, Moreland, the Sisters of Mercy ran it. How they came to name them selves as the ‘Sisters of Mercy’ is beyond me, must have been some sort of inside joke, most (not all) were vicious, borderline sadists from what I experienced. I was a quite kid kept to myself, the nuns would strap you (a 6 to 10 yo boy) as hard as they could for almost anything that took their fancy, yet they managed to leave the school bullies out. They never noticed when you were having the crap belted out of you at lunchtime, but talk in class and get six of the best.

As George Orwell said “Such were the Days”.

Re ‘pure bloods’ – I’m happy to stick with ‘lepers.’

It puts it right up the alleged Christians who are excluding the unvaxxed, as well as those in the medical ‘profession’ who are happy to treat people with any number of infectious diseases, but when COVID is mentioned, it’s Hazmat suits and wailing sirens.

This leper was kicked out of a Salvos shop yesterday for not having the correct paperwork. They will minister to any number of criminals and losers, but as for letting a leper into one of their shops – nup. That’s Christianity today.

I am in the market for reading material, so will check out the other op shops and report back. As I have said before, I have a pharmacy, a cafe, two purveyors of alcohol, a coffee bar, two Asian restaurants and of course this motel where nobody asks so nobody has to tell. Passive resistance rocks. 🙂

The mother of the manager of this establishment, now retired, is here while her daughter has a WEB in Singapore. She has retired to the Gold Coast, after running this joint with her now deceased hubby for decades. She is scathing about Palacechook.

‘She runs the place like a dictator’ and ‘how can people plan their lives?’ are among her comments. She is a well heeled Gold Coast widow, and very gregarious. I would be surprised if her views are completely at odds with her pals up there.

Now, why would I suspect she probably thought it was a brilliant idea to line up for the fizzer “vaccine” during pregnancy? I have not asked – but I will when the dust settles.

I suggest you don’t ask. All I did was ask whether my friend’s daughter-in-law was recently vaccinated when she told me about the girl’s recent miscarriage. This was greeted by a rather terse response and my friend has been rather cool with me ever since.

I will be asking. Parents know where I stand regarding the poisonous cocktail and from memory, were a bit iffy about getting their respective doses. Don’t know whether they have relented. Daughter (who I really don’t know very well) is most likely an ABC type, so completely ill-informed. If they arc up – well, stiff cheddar!

I got flicked from the cafe attached to a bulk health food store this morning. A place where I assumed almost all their clientele would be fussy about what they ingest or use to wash their dishes and true antivaxxers abound. Every second item is labelled as organic. Detox tea by the bucket load. You get the picture.
Apparently my 15 minutes wandering the store, using the shared scoops, brushing by other shoppers and spending roughly $40 on food is ok but a simple coffee, even drunk outside, is verboten without showing my green tick. And no takeaway because they are so crunchy granola they don’t use (shudder) disposable cups.

Dump Albanese for Shorten, says President of Jacqui Lambie Network

Max Maddison

Bill Shorten’s return to the ALP leadership has gained an unlikely backer — the president of the Jacqui Lambie Network.

Glynn Williams, an Ulverstone lawyer and farmer, says Labor has zero chance of winning the upcoming election unless the party dumps Anthony Albanese and promotes Mr Shorten.

With Scott Morrison’s prime ministership lurching between crises, Mr Williams, a former Lambie Network Tasmanian Senate candidate, said only Mr Shorten had the requisite attributes to take advantage and drag Labor over the line — despite losing the 2016 and 2019 elections under the current opposition NDIS spokesman

“Even this morning, I heard Albo being interviewed, and this thing tended to be terribly polite, well intentioned, but he struck me as more a political commentator, than a politician,” Mr Williams told The Australian.

“And it came to the extraordinary realisation for me that there was only one choice, which was to bring back Bill Shorten.”

The Opposition Leader was a “very dedicated, loyal, serving politician”, but lacked the cut-through necessary to win the looming election, Mr Williams said.

It was apparent, Mr Williams said, that the former Australian Workers Union national secretary still had the hunger for the top job, while had learned the hard lessons of the preceding elections. So much so, that he had “Bring Bill Back” T-shirts made up, with “Albo Can’t Do It” written on the back.

The Lazarus-like return of Mr Shorten wouldn’t be unprecedented, Mr Williams said, pointing to the political fortunes of former prime minister John Howard, who lost the 1987 election and was replaced by Andrew Peacock before regaining the leadership in 1995 and going on to win in 1996.

“And Australians would know well actually, this guy has been hanging around; he is reliable,” he said.

“And it demonstrates the competence and discipline to competence and discipline that are the things that are speaking to Australians at the moment when we seem to be almost leaderless and that’s not good for the country.”

Kathy Sheriff was unavailable for comment….

Neil Oliver pinpointed what “Christianity” does, and it skewered all the institutions inclined to exclusion:

Matthew 25:35-40

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

They have no excuse.

There is a method to this madness.
Compared to the lepers of old, who couldn’t do anything about their condition, the unjabbed are like this by choice. Fury as controlling bureaucrats demand millions of Australians wear masks through the Christmas season even though 95% will be fully vaxxed

A proposal by health bureaucrats to extend mask wearing rules through Christmas has sparked a furious backlash.

Face coverings could remain mandatory in indoor settings in New South Wales even after the state hits the 95 per cent vaccination rate, amid concerns infections will spike in lead up to the busy festive season.

NSW government officials are looking at extending the mask mandate beyond mid-December, amid fears the virus could spread and result in a worrying new spike of infections.

People like Trump and Rittenhouse still give me hope for America. It’s too good to ruin. My hatred for the media, rinos and the democrats grows daily. The Trump presidency really forced them to reveal themselves and what they want to do.

Our filthy political class would have kept up the punch and judy show if Trump hadn’t caused them to reveal their treacherous selves- essentially that they were all on the same side and just dying the be part of the international elite. Remember how sorry we (lefties) all were for the stolen generation, and the theatrical sorry, sorry, sorry?

This is much worse, firstly because it’s true: aborigines are being herded off to camps and forcibly injected with an experimental gene therapy. Many will suffer serious medical episodes, even death, as a result of Gunner’s dictatorial behaviour. And no-one in the media gives a fig!

Where’s all the wailing and anger, even from their own well-to-do people? Where’s the Human Rights Commision? Where’s our benign, empathetic Prime Minister?

It’s disgraceful!
This sounds so disgusting and outrageous I find it hard to believe it’s true.

Does our pollimuppett class and their meja and pubic service pals believe their time has come? No need to pretend any more? I’d love to know what they haven’t told us.

Re. Howard Springs. Four hours ago @Voice4Victoria retweeted a thread from Luke Ellis, currently in the facility. He said he caught covid on the front line helping his people. Not army pers there, RAAF from Tindal. A great many other details, including his disgust at people with no love for indigenous people jumping on the “genocide” bandwagon for their own political gain. Worth your time.

Despite the governments attempts to propagandise and turn us on each other, I have recent good reason to believe that most Australians remain decent and determined to do the right thing.
I think the noisy, nasty ones remain a tiny minority.
The mainstream media at the governments behest amplifies the nasty and the idiotic.

I’ve recently had much the same experiences.
Regional towns don’t give a fat rats clacka about checking for vaccine status. Have been to a lot of “non essential” places in the last month and no issues.
Also worked for and with people who think the whole show is bullshit and are ( I think) slowly realising the implications re booster shots.

You’re very kind, Tinta. And I must say there are many times when I’ve been inspired by your drive, resilience and good humour in the face of difficulty.

Kind regards.

G’day

November Platoon need your help – please sign The Australian Parliament House Petition here.

Petition Purpose

On 21 October 2020, the ABC journalists Mark Willacy, Dan Oaks and Alexandra Blucher published a story that accused November Platoon, from Australia’s 2nd Commando Regiment, of committing a war crime based on the single ‘ear witnessed’ account of a US Marine.
The members of November Platoon have since written to the ABC and provided a 10 page letter addressing the provable lies and damage this article has and continues to cause our Veterans and families. We are calling on the Government to commission an Independent Review into this article to address the issues raised by the November Platoon letter dated 17 October 2021, and to assess the conduct of the ABC Journalists involved in accordance with the ABC’s own policies, the MEAA Journalist Code of Ethics, and all other appropriate legislation.

The Australian Parliament House has now accepted our petition and it is open for signatures until 22 December 2021. We need your support to achieve the accountability needed.

Heston has been tirelessly campaigning, with the support of Ben Fordham at 2GB, Paul Murray & Catherine McGregor at Sky News, Steve Price on Australia Today and every single person who has shared on their social media platforms.

To follow the FULL story you can find it on the website – CLICK HERE
Now we ask for your help, to simply sign & share this petition.

Seems this atrocity was committed two months before November platoon was deployed

This is incredibly upsetting. How is this different to medical experiments carried out on prisoners during the war?

I’m going to call for the brakes on this one.

It just goes to show how far down the shithole our POS governments have gone that people don’t doubt this is actually happening. (It may be).

With the talk of forced “vaxxinations” around the world, it is quite believable. And likely their next step.

Also Defence Media has now dropped a statement which supports Luke Ellis’s points about the ADF role. I know nothing about other facilities, or where we will be in February, for example. Trying to take care with info.

Yep – your link doesn’t “link’.

Am a great fan of Heston Russell – who shamed all parliamentarians last year in his passionate defence of Special Forces who were being uniformly condemned for alleged incidents in Afghanistan. I get regular updates of his organisation which supports veterans.

Anyone attending the rally at Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast this Saturday might like to consider parking along Fourth Avenue, bordering the footy fields. It’s only 3-4 blocks walk back to the Esplanade where I presume the rally will be held (in the park, that is). (If there’s an event at the fields, then I’ve given you dodgy advice).

  2. Same as Brisbane to Barcy. The shortest route involves going south through the city (from the northern suburbs) then west…

  3. Morons have convinced themselves that Jesus, and Mary, were NOT Jews. Lol. The mental acrobatics are astounding. Many exploding heads,…
