That doesn’t excuse Fierravanti Wells spreading shmutz but in hindsight I don’t think the authoritarian Credlin helped the situation.
I agree and just by the bye — it would have been very helpful for Nicole Flint had C F-W had so robustly spoken out as is reported today. Such a cowardy pasticciera

Areff:Broke a $50 on the way to the bank for two packets of Manchester Blue.
You would have needed to break a $100 note these days.
Manchester Blue?
Are they upmarket Winnie Blues?“Manchester” cigarettes have a very large market share in the, ah, shall we say, “excise and GST free” segment of Australia’s retail tobacco trade, where prices are, mysteriously, way lower than in the more conventional industry sector.

Agree entirely but the sisterhood can be very selective….as only we women know.
The thing is, C F-W is angry because she’s been demoted on the senate ticket. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!
BTW….C.L. had uploaded a superb piece on Kitching.

Nice piece on why Putin is a kunt and why right wingers ought to be throwing him out with the garbage.
What drives this lunacy that Putin is some sort of ‘tough guy’ leader we all need, and is the saviour of the Judeo-Christian tradition and wider Western civilization?
Is it because he gives the odd Moosley group a whack?
I tell you something for nothing.
If a Russian Orthodox group said anything out of line he’d crush them like bugs too.
I just don’t get the Vlad Fanboi stuff.
Fuck, we even had people on here saying how great it would be to live in Putin’s Wussia.
They’d last about a week before they would be back at the airport screaming to go home. -
Health authorities are adding children aged zero to four to Australia’s vaxx injury compensation claims scheme, as health authorities finish defining regulations to administer vaxx to babies and toddlers.
it has been noted in the new budget papers that the government had extended the Covid-19 vaccine claims scheme “to include children aged zero to four years and fourth doses for priority cohorts to access compensation for claims related to the administration of Therapeutic Goods Administration approved Covid-19 vaccines”.
The scheme allows citizens who suffer serious adverse reactions to the Covid-19 jabs the ability to claim up to $20,000 for lost income, medical bills, and other expenses. The scheme first started paying out claims earlier this year after more than 10,000 applications were registered.

SUPREME COURT OF VICTORIA
S ECI 2020 00471
COMMON LAW DIVISION – TRIAL DIVISION
MELBOURNETUESDAY 7 SEPTEMBER 2021 (2nd day of hearing)
BEFORE THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE RICHARDSNOEL UREN & JOHN ZAKULA (Plaintiffs) v BALD HILLS WIND FARM PTY LTD (Defendant)
___________________________________________________
HER HONOUR: Good morning everyone. There’s a matter that I
need to raise with the parties before I turn to you, Ms Costello. This morning shortly before 9 o’clock my
associate, Jane Kluske, received a telephone call in my
chambers number from Andrew Dyer, the Australian Energy
Infrastructure Commissioner, who I understand was
formerly the National Wind Farm Commissioner.I understand that Mr Dyer was one of a number of people
who were watching the live stream of the proceeding
yesterday. Mr Dyer apparently wanted to let me know
that there is a range of resources on his office’s
website and he also offered to speak with me about
issues in the case. Needless to say, I will not be
consulting the website and I will not be speaking with
Mr Dyer. As my associate informed him, I will be
making my decision on the basis of the evidence that I
receive in the course of this trial. This is, of course, a trial of an adversarial
proceeding involving a common law nuisance claim
brought by Mr Uren and Mr Zakula against the Bald Hills
Wind Farm. There are a confined set of issues for
determination. It is not a broad-ranging inquiry into
wind farms generally. While I don’t doubt that Mr Dyer’s contact with my
chambers was well-intentioned, I do regard it as quite
inappropriate and I do not wish it to be repeated. If
there is anything that arises from that I expect the
parties will let me know.Ms Costello, did you have anything further that
you wanted to add this morning? -

It’s all about the ”science”.
Step one.
Step two is dropping the brouhaha about contacts and isolation, shoving swabs up one’s nose and treating it like the glorified headcold it is.
Can someone please airdrop these sensible administrators into Perth. With the largest wooden spoons you can custom-order from the woodsmiths in Hahndorf- Our authorities over here need some slappings administered.

So if I took a month holiday, I might have escaped this idiocy in NSW (assuming the same rules will come into effect soon)?

A long slicing knife and a shorter stiffer chopping one.
I tossed up about the cleaver but bought the short knife instead.
I’ve got a Lamson cleaver I bought in the US from the factory in Massachusetts.
Not as good as the Japanese one but it does what I want it to. -

Kneel’ here’s a fact everyone knows.
Until something snapped in you, I was holding you up as an example of sanity.
Remember?I was saying that it was a disaster for all of us and you were one of the jabbed who had the sane response to having it.
You were furious.
Rightly and sanely so.For that I got a complete strawman response, which you were told about by others and you had a complete breakdown accusing me of calling you stupid.
So I’m not wearing it.
You lied, I never called you stupid, and I’m calling you out on it. -

No way should anyone take their filthy lucre — it is an admission of fault and people should lawyer up to the hilt – the bastard political class have done great harm to people and $20,000 is a sop to their conscience

Good luck with that. As my son found out in this very complex scheme, unless you have a medical recognition that your serious auto-immune injury which happened immediately after your second jab is due to the jab, you have no hope. For two months he was in excruciating pain, couldn’t lift a frying pan nor even wipe his own bum, let alone work, and an MRI (which I paid for as the medical system wouldn’t; they sent him off with no diagnosis at all) showed severe sinovitis in both wrists. He’s never had any auto-immune issues previously. But no medical certificate is forthcoming; no GP or specialist will face the music on this.

Russia Insists on Ruble Payments for Gas Deliveries After G7 Ministers Reject Putin’s Demand
In contractual and practical terms, there is no way for gas buyers to pay in roubles.
So, assuming Putin is serious, it appears Russia is about to breach dozens of gas supply agreements and shut off gas to most of Europe.
Way to go for a trading nation.

Lets have a look at what I got this morning for saying Kneel has been having the most sane response to taking the jab, this morning.
“And he’s correct and it’s happened in the last ten years, particularly the last five.”
No, it goes further back than that.
We lost textiles, electronics and automotive industries on the basis of “free trade” (which was anything but), and no-one seemed to really care much, despite those losses decimating the supply chains that were also local like steel, glass and components for the automotive industry.
Then we had the totally ridiculous situation where we had thousands graduating with IT qualifications, because according to GovCo that was “the future” and there was a “shortage”, only to be undercut by immigration ponzi imports especially selected to “fill the gap”, when there was no gap at all and plenty of locals ready and qualified to do the job.
Add in the education industrial complex, where you now need a degree in beverages to be a barista, and it is no surprise to me that this ridiculousness has finally reached into the logistics chain and people like St Ruth are feeling the impact.
It seems it was fine while it was manufacturing and other services because “I’m alright Jack” and you always need truck drivers right, and that involves physically being present and no way to off-shore it, plus you need local qualifications, so that’s never going away. Yeah – until they used the same immigration ponzi fix on you they used on the IT people.
So you know what? Why the fuck should I care about truck drivers when they never gave a fuck about me? Why should I care that you are being undercut on pay and conditions when you never gave a fuck about my pay and conditions being under the same attack as long as you got your cheap shit from overseas? Oh, you whinged about crappy call centres, but you never stood up and said “We need these jobs here in Australia!”, did you?
Too fucking late now Struth – you had the chance to stand up for Australian jobs and Australian industry, but you didn’t because it didn’t affect you – you even thought it was great you now had lots of cheap plastic dog shit from China – and now that it is affecting you, you complain. Suck it up princess, you let it happen in your inattention and complacency and your “I’ll be OK” attitude. Too fucking late to whinge now, you hypocrite.
No Kneel.
Your last statement is an illogical melt down.”Nope – just sick to death of your holier than thou attitude, your put downs of anyone who disagrees in even the tiniest amount from “the law according the struth”, and your refusal to help those who may have been hurt against their will. When you act like that, and then complain that no-one cares to support your own circumstances, you shouldn’t expect anything except the abuse and contempt I have shown you – from anyone.
If you don’t see that, you’re even more fucked up and pathetic than you have already shown yourself to be. And frankly, I’ve given you enough chances to see things from my side, but you just kept up your crap – so, yeah, I am angry with you, why wouldn’t I be? You should know better, you’ve been given the information, but it doesn’t fit with your view of the world and yourself, so you ignore it. I can forgive ignorance, but you have gone well beyond that – it’s either willful ignorance, arrogance, stupidity, sheer bloody mindedness or shit stirring. And no matter which it is, for someone like that, I wouldn’t give you the steam off my shit – you’re an oxygen thief and a waste of space. Now I have already explained why this is just emotion LIES, but I will say this.
I’m adult enough to see when something hasn’t gone right from the jab with loved ones or family and this outburst of bullshit has therefore spewed forth.
I am willing to say yes we are all doing it tough and god knows what has happened Kneel.
An apology and all will be forgotten. -

Fauci Doesn’t Think it Will Ever Be Determined Whether Lockdowns Were Worth it, Warns Restrictions May Return
I’d settle for locking down Fauci in Levenworth for 30 or 40 years. Then I’d suggest a few similar “targeted restrictions” on Frydenberg.
I’d tell him to take his restrictions and go away but he’s going to be doing that shortly anyway.

It’s really starting to spin some people out as reality comes crashing in.
And the bastards are taking it out on widdle ol’ me!?!The angelic Mr Struth.

The buggers are calling me names and accusing me of not caring about certain industries, of truck driving and other unsociable activities, and the other usual bullshit, you know giving them orders and all that. And you just keep posting about jab deaths and side effects.

A promising start.
I would chew my right leg off before I voted Labor*, but I must concede that Malinauskas has hit the ground running in SA, ditching some mandates and, rumour has it, ditching masks on the 14th.
His facebook page hints at the end of non-elected bureaucrats; CMOs, etc. About time, IMO. Marshall, and every state premier, should be fired for the atrocities inflicted on the people, especially the children, with draconian mandates. I wish I’d decked him four years ago, when we had a fiery exchange in the supermarket car park. Sadly I wimped out, merely telling him that he was arrogant and rude and he’d just lost one staunch Liberal voter.
*Ooh… um…
-
Not a crack at you Delta.
But these “gifts” of lowered restrictions/ unmasking etc are taking place because not one government in Australia has surrendered its emergency powers yet.
They all know the avalanche of court cases waiting in the wings, and, I hope some fairly severe civil and criminal penalties.we wont see those powers removed until various parliaments pass “No one can question anything that went on during the lockdowns/emergency powers” acts.

Nice piece on why Putin is a kunt and why right wingers ought to be throwing him out with the garbage.
…
Read the header. He’s not your pal and never has been. It’s a hodge-podge article. I’ve never thought Putin was a defender of Western Civilization because Russia has never been ‘Western’. But, setting that aside, what does that have to do with recognizing and/or acknowledging Russians interests in Ukraine? If Russia is prepared to go to war to prevent Ukraine from having NATO/ US military bases on its borders maybe they should have taken those interests more seriously. You don’t have to be a ‘Putinist’ to do so.
Another thing with the article, there are others which may be worth addressing another time, is his penchant to describe the invasion as ‘despicable’. It may be that, but why not mention an on-going civil conflict in Donbas that arose in the immediate aftermath of a US-sponsored coup as much needed context? Moreover, so much for the claim that the US is not an imperial power when it is behind coups half a world away.

Last night Christian Porter gave his valedictory speech. In the speech he said as follows…
“that the rule of law is the antidote to the rule of the mob. People, so utterly convinced in their own judgment that they didn’t need anything else and that people will just cut through any law or abandon any process that might get between them and the target of their judgment. And in that experience I saw the real truth about how critical the protection of the rule of law is and how fragile it is and how every man and woman in this country should fight for those protections as if their lives depend on them.
Fine words from Christian Porter. Can I just say to Mr Porter the following…..
1. Mr Porter, where were you when the baying mob went after Cardinal George Pell? He went to jail for a crime he did not commit. Cardinal Pell was the subject of years of ridicule, vilification and character assassination at the hands of the mob. I noted your silence along with many others in the Liberal Party, even after the High Court verdict….7-0…..remember that? Mr Porter, you could have and you should have uttered the above words then to remind people to respect the law. But you didn’t. You chose silence.
2. Mr Porter, perhaps before leaving Canberra, you could have a word or two to the Prime Minister Scott Morrison because Mr Morrison himself has a history of willingly joining in the baying mob….against Pell, against Holgate, against our SAS soldiers, and against the accused in the Higgins’ allegation.
All the best Mr Porter.
-
But these “gifts” of lowered restrictions/ unmasking etc are taking place because not one government in Australia has surrendered its emergency powers yet.
Quite so, Moley.
Also, these ‘gifts’ are our God-given right, bequeathed to all in this wonderful country, but stolen in the past two years.
I’m under no illusion as to the largesse of our governments.

Standing on the roof of the Air Ministry (now the Ministry of Defence), looking towards the fires raging around St Paul’s, and saying “They have sown the wind” annoyed?
Harris was supposed to have been “pulled over” by the police one night, and cautioned for speeding.

“Young man, I kill thousands of people every night…”

I honestly cant see how our dickead governments can declare the emergency over without a tsunami of litigation/ investigation and decades of ongoing court cases following.
Their only way out would be to pull a McClown/Palmer where they craft a bit of legal crap to retrospectively protect themselves from their own idiocy.

Don’t take your personal shit out on me, sunshine.
And don’t expect me to back off because you want to spit the dummy.More displays of emotional Glass-jaw from Struth. Can give, but can never suffer to take.
What a shame he refuses to heed his own wisdom about dummy-spitting and taking out his own personal frustrations on an entire blog.
